DESCRIPTION
We created a workshop with the goal of raising awareness
about cyberbullying and what are its types. We mentioned
the reasons about cyberbullying, the effects and impact
of it, and participants’ experiences with the topic.
OBJECTIVE
To increase awareness among the participants, and to
provide them with information for understanding what
constitutes cyberbullying, its forms, and the differences
between normal conflict and cyberbullying.
RESOURCES
• Created a video using an AI tool about cyberbullying;
• Created questions related to the video.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE (1)
ENERGIZER
Participants form a circle and take turns while
introducing a movement. The rest of the group mimics
each of the movements. This continues until each
person has contributed, fostering creativity and group
cohesion.
INTRODUCTION
Play a video to the participants, which should contain 3
case studies of individuals facing cyberbullying. Stories
can be very detailed about how the inner state is
affected through time, and how communities are also
affected. We asked questions and gave time to the
participants to reflect on them. In groups, they
answered five questions about cyberbullying. After that,
the group leaders presented the answers, for everyone
to freely discuss and say what they think.

DEBRIEFING
It's crucial to be aware of what cyberbullying is and
its various forms, such as harassment, spreading
rumours, or posting hurtful comments online.
Prevention involves both proactive measures and
creating a supportive environment. Educating
individuals, especially children and teenagers, about
responsible online behavior, digital citizenship, and
the impact of cyberbullying is essential.
Implementing safety measures such as privacy
settings on social media accounts, using strong
passwords, and being cautious about sharing
personal information online.
Encouraging a supportive environment where
victims feel comfortable seeking help and
bystanders feel empowered to intervene can make a
significant difference in combating cyberbullying.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE (3)
EVALUATION
To collect feedback from the participants, we used the
SLIDO application. This approach of receiving feedback
is different because it is digital and anonymous, which
gives the participants a more comfortable space to
share their opinion.
We shared 3 questions with the participants:
What are the positive points of this workshop?
What can we improve in this workshop?
The last question used a word cloud to be more
interactive.
With the wordcloud, all participants had the opportunity
to describe this workshop in one word.

WHAT IS FAIRTRADE?
Fairtrade is a movement and certification system that
ensures ethical and sustainable production practices. It
aims to provide better trading conditions, fair wages, and
improved working conditions for farmers and workers in
developing countries. Products with the Fairtrade label
have been produced with respect for the environment
and workers' rights. Fairtrade helps promote economic
sustainability and empower marginalized producers
worldwide.

ENERGIZER (5-10 MIN.)
Facilitator 1 gives the following instructions:
We are going to split into two groups and stand in
two parallel rows.
Facilitator 2 will be in the middle of the groups and will
shake hands with both teams at the same time.
As soon as you feel your hand squeezed, you feel the
energy and you have to pass it onto the person next
to you.
The teammate who receives the handshake (the energy)
passes it on to the teammate next to them. The idea is
that the last person to receive the energy, as soon as
they feel it, they tap the facilitator's palm. The first team
to tap the facilitator's hand wins.

INTRODUCTION (10-15 MIN.)
We start off by asking the participants if they know
what Fairtrade is.
After the brainstorming, we play a video explaining
the main aspects of Fairtrade.
After this, the participants have to go through a 10-
question quiz (Adapt the number and type of to the
group).
MAIN PART (30-40 MIN.) (1)
Divide the participants into 2 - 4 groups: A, B, (C, D).
Each group will be given a topic (one of the FT
principles: discrimination, working conditions, child
labor, fair price).
Identify tools they can use - role playing/video
creation.

MAIN PART (2)
Each group is further divided into 2 subgroups (e.g.,
A1, A2)
A1 will prepare a video/role playing from the
perspective of producers who are not involved in FT.
A2, on the other hand, from the point of view of the
producers who are involved in FT.
Example:
Group A - topic: discrimination, role-playing,
Group A1 - short theatre on bad treatment and
discrimination,
Group A2 - short theatre on discrimination, freedom,
gender equality.

SHARING RESULTS (10-20 MIN.)
When the time is over and the groups have finished,
gather them quickly and set them up for exposition.
The exposition should take from 10 to 15 minutes in
total, depending on how many groups you have.
Begin with the role-play group, as it will likely be
more engaging and fun. In the meantime, the video
groups can set up their creations.
Start with the "negative behavior" sub-group for a
"before and after" effect.
Remember to praise their effort!
After the role-play group, ensure the videos are
ready and working to avoid technical difficulties, and
proceed with the same "before and after" logic.

Debriefing is a vital process aimed at reflecting on
experiences, analyzing outcomes, identifying lessons

2. What aspects of the workshop did you find most

respect the decision.

Vyond is an animation software, and we used it to
create the explanatory video as well as part of the
quiz.
Near-Life is an online software used for making
interactive content like videos and games. It allows
for scenario-based learning as well as immersive
training sessions.
ElevenLabs is an online software used for
professional voice cloning and text to speech using
AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The group starts filling the space by walking around
the room.
Progressively they are being given to address
different emotions (anger, fear, happiness, sadness).
You say each of the emotions one by one, and after
each they “walk the emotion out.” This way they
embody the emotion and let it out.
INTRODUCTION
“Welcome to our workshop where we will tackle
emotions. To be more precise–embodying emotions.
The energizer we start with was a preamble and help us
already to start the workshop as we will use anger and
concentrate on it. I will pass the floor to my colleague
who will use storytelling method and introduce us in a
magical world.”

MAIN PART
First, relax by taking few deep breaths, letting each
one help you unwind.
Imagine a peaceful place you love, and picture
yourself there, feeling the surroundings with all your
senses.
An animal approaches—notice its details and what it
might symbolize for you.
Listen if it has a message and when it’s time, thank the
animal and gently return to your current setting.
DEBRIEFING
During the debriefing, think about and answer the
following three personal questions in your notes.
Why do you think the animal that appeared represents
that emotion?
Do you think that AI was able to represent what
exactly you had in your mind?
Did you find it easier to embody that emotion through
an animal rather than yourself?
