Not many colleges can boast a stunning
UNESCO world heritage site as their
backdrop, but Shipley College is special.
We are a small and friendly College, and we are
here to make sure that all of our students get
to where they want to be. Right from your first
conversation with us, we will provide you with the
space to talk about your goals and your dreams,
and we will guide you to achieve your ambitions.
Whether you dream of moving into employment in
the sector of your choice, going on to University,
setting up your own business, going into an
apprenticeship, or any other life goal, we will
set you on the path to success.
When it comes to school-leavers (students on
full-time courses aged 16-18), we are proud to
have had the highest achievement rates for any
College in West Yorkshire for the last two years
(National Achievement Rate Tables, Department
for Education) and we are proud of how closely
we work with local employers to make sure we
are teaching you the right skills to have long
and successful careers.
