Creative Media students at <strong>Shipley</strong><br />
<strong>College</strong> get to hone their skills by<br />
working on real-world client projects,<br />
gaining valuable industry experience<br />
and starting to build their professional<br />
reputation and portfolios.<br />
Recent projects have included creating<br />
campaigns and video content to briefs set<br />
by prominent local organisations. Space Hub<br />
Yorkshire (SHY) offered students the opportunity<br />
to produce a series of promotional videos to raise<br />
awareness of the Space sector in Yorkshire and<br />
these videos have been shown across the world.<br />
In an ongoing collaboration with Care Dynamics<br />
Yorkshire, students created video content to<br />
support the company’s recruitment and induction<br />
processes. Other students partnered with<br />
Photo Hub North to develop a campaign<br />
to raise awareness for a new festival. These<br />
invaluable experiences build students’ CVs<br />
and future careers and set them apart<br />
from the competition.<br />
