2024 Membership Meeting Recap

The Foundation’s annual Membership Meeting occurred in Miami, Florida,

at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa on August 3, 2024.

We extend a warm thank you to all the Voting Members who attended

and those who submitted a proxy. Your participation was instrumental

in shaping the meeting’s outcomes. Below is a recap.

Recording of Proxies and Declaration of a Quorum

Proxies were received from 260 members who qualified to vote. There were

3954 qualified voters, and the proxy total exceeded the 5% (198) needed for

a quorum. This means that we had enough members present, either in person

or through proxy, to make the meeting valid and allow for official decisions

to be made.
