Commentary: Names and Titles are Capitalized, descriptions are not. Three
individual names of God can be joined to form four (4) combinations of names, all
properly representing the power, majesty and glory of God. God refers to himself
as Lord, seven (7) times. Seven (7) represents God’s divinely determined
completeness to his plan or purpose. Lord suggests supreme rulership and
authority. His name of God, is repeated seventy (70) times. (7x10=70). Ten (10)
represents God’s allness or completeness. This name of God, is the ONLY subject,
in all of Revelation, to have seventy (70) references. The combinations of God’s
names result in fewer references, but they are all derivatives his three (3) basic
names, Lord – God – Almighty. By using these three basis names, God is intensely
emphasizing who he is. By arranging them into additional combinations, adds
another measure of importance and description as to who He is. The name of Jesus
Christ, also shares the same naming characteristics as the Father’s names.

Commentary: Lamb is capitalized and therefore another name or title of Jesus
Christ. THE FACT THAT THE LAMB IS REFERENCED TWENTY-FOUR (24) TIMES
INDICATE THAT HE IS THE FOUNDATION IN GOD’S ABUNDANT OR DOUBLED
ORGANIZATIONAL (GOVERNMENT) ARRANGEMENT. HE IS LITERALLY THE CORNER
STONE IN THE FOUNDATION OF GOD’S DIVINE ORGANIZATION OF THINGS. FOR
THERE TO BE AN ORGANIZATION OF ANYTHING, ON EARTH OR HEAVEN, THERE
HAS TO BE A ROCK-STEADY FOUNDATION SUPPORTING A PURPOSE OR PLAN.
THERE HAS TO BE FOUNDATIONAL ELEMENT OF STRENGTH AND TRUTH. If the
foundation of the organization of a house is poor, weak and not built correctly, the
house will fall. The foundation has to be built firm so it does not change or shift
under the organizational structure of the house.
The Lamb (Jesus Christ) represents the rock-steady, true and solid foundation of
God’s divine organization and the foundation of man’s redemption. God’s
organization is built on and around the Lamb. The title and name Lamb is unique
because it is also reflects a descriptive term. IT DESCRIBES JESUS CHRIST AS NOT
ONLY WHO HE IS, BUT WHAT HE IS! LAMB THEREFORE SERVES A THREEFOLD

PURPOSED; IT IS A TITLE OR A NAME, DESCRIBES WHO HE IS, AND DESCRIBES
WHAT HE IS.
Twenty-four is the greatest finite number in the mathematics of God. It is the largest
representation of anything in God’s abundant or doubled governmental
organization. THE NUMBER OF REPETITIVE REFERENCES IMPLIES EXTREME
SIGNIFICANCE, IMPORTANCE AND PURPOSE. THE HOLY SPIRIT USES THE TERM
LAMB OVER AND OVER AND OVER, TO PROCLAIM THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED, LIKE
A LAMB (BLOODY AND SLAUGHTERED), ON A CROSS AND THEN ROSE AGAIN, FOR
THE FORGIVENESS OF MANKIND’S SINS.
The Jews had a practice of slaughtering clean, genetically perfect animals to
temporarily atone for their sins. Their sins were cast onto these animals, who then
were destroyed by burning. JESUS CHRIST WAS THE PERFECT MAN, CLEAN AND
SINLESS. HE WAS THE PERFECT HUMAN LAMB. His death and burial were for the
eternal (not temporary) forgiveness of all of men’s sins. All of our sins were cast
upon the Lamb, while God was sacrificing his son on the cross through the shedding
of his blood, instead of the shedding of our blood.
We deserve to die for our sins, Jesus (the Lamb) did not deserve to die since he was
sinless. However, in God’s infinite grace and mercy, he allowed his son to take on
our sins and carry them from the cross to the grave, for eternity. Through our
acceptance of God’s offer of forgiveness through his son Jesus Christ (the Lamb),
our sins are forgiven; past, present and future.
Putting this into a little different perspective, but one that should hit home and
resonate with you on a personal level. As a parent, you absolutely love your child
(son or daughter), of course you do! There is no question about that, for any
normal, emotionally healthy parent. Hypothetically speaking, how would you feel
if an ISIS terrorist group kidnapped your son or daughter, severely tortured them
with whips, nailed them to a tree in public, spit on them, cursed them and mocked
them? Blood running down your son or daughter’s legs from the wounds in their
hands, head, back and torso. How would you feel, as a parent, knowing that they
are slowly dying a painful, horrible, slow death.

Hypothetically, speaking of course, how would you feel as a parent if the ISIS
terrorist group told you that your son or daughter (either of whom is totally
innocent) is being slaughtered for some perceived hatred or action of another guilty
party. How would you feel knowing that your son or daughter was the scapegoat
for an evil payback by the terrorist group as a lesson for those who don’t follow
their ideology?
By now, you should have an extremely painful visual image in your head. Now,
hypothetically speaking again, imagine how God felt seeing his son, Jesus Christ, in
the same excruciatingly painful, deadly predicament as your family member. If he
is a living, loving entity (which he is), how do you think he felt having to give up his
Holy Son to the Roman authorities, for slaughtering. His son was totally innocent,
but was used as a scapegoat or as a Lamb for our sins and transgressions.
Jesus Christ (the Lamb), didn’t deserve to be tortured and die. There was no logical,
rational reason for him to bear all of mankind’s sins for eternity. But, he did so,
willingly. As a parent, would you willingly let your son or daughter be literally
slaughtered as a result of someone else’s evil actions? God’s love for us transcended
the pain he felt from his son’s bloody crucifixion. THE WORK OF THE LAMB IS THE
FOUNDATIONAL CORNERSTONE OF GOD’S DIVINE ORGANIZATION FOR THE
REDEMPTION OF MAN. THE TWENTY-FOUR REPETITIONS OF ‘LAMB’ ATTEST TO
THIS DIVINE MATHEMATICAL FACT.

Commentary: Rev. 5:1-5, 7-9, reference the book of wrath that has the seven seals
which Christ is the only one worthy enough to open. Rev. 10:2, 8-10, references a
little book of prophecy that “tastes sweet, but when eaten, becomes bitter in the
belly”. Both books are prophetic in nature. THE BOOK WHICH CHRIST OPENS IS
OBVIOUSLY A SERIES OF PROPHECIES THAT INDICATE THE JUDGEMENTS CHRIST
ADMINISTERS TO START THE TRIBULATION. The second book of prophecies
handed by a mighty, glorious angel to John is a bit of an enigma. The book could
contain prophecies regarding other events in the Tribulation period that we don’t
know about, or events that we do know about as stated in the book of Revelation.
As the book of Revelation is generally considered the largest book in the Bible
concerning prophecy, the two heavenly books described above (CHRIST’S BOOK OR
ROLE OF SEALS, THE MIGHTY ANGEL’S LITTLE BOOK OF BITTERNESS) ARE TWO
PROPHECY BOOKS CONTAINED WITHIN THE PROPHECY OF REVELATION.
Prophecies within prophecy. Interestingly, Revelation is chock-full of references to
BOOKS BEING USED IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOD’S ORDER OF THINGS.
There is also a book of life referenced many places throughout Revelation.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THINGS IN GOD’S ADMINISTRATION ARE “WRITTEN
DOWN IN BOOKS” (OR LEDGERS, IF YOU WANT TO USE AN ACCOUNTING TERM).
ULTIMATELY, EVERY CHRISTIAN’S NAME IS WRITTEN DOWN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE.

CEREMONIALLY BRICKED UP AND UNSEALED ONLY DURING JUBILEE YEARS. POPE

FOCUS ON HOPE AND SPIRITUAL RENEWAL AMIDST GLOBAL CRISES LIKE WAR,
THE LINGERING EFFECTS OF COVID-19 AND CLIMATE CHANGE. He has also
extended this symbolic act to prisoners, aiming to deliver a message of hope. The
JUBILEE YEAR’S THEME, “PILGRIMS OF HOPE,” reflects these aspirations.
While the Pope’s sentiment is admirable, THE RITUAL ITSELF IS BAFFLING. THE
“OPENING” OF DOORS—REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF BRICK WALLS—IS
DESCRIBED AS A “SYMBOL OF SALVATION,” BUT THIS IMAGERY FINDS NO
PRECEDENT IN CHRISTIAN SCRIPTURE. Nowhere in the Bible is there a mention of
“Holy Doors” that must be ceremonially opened to signal divine grace. IF
ANYTHING, JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF DECLARED, “I AM THE DOOR. IF ANYONE
ENTERS THROUGH ME, HE WILL BE SAVED” (JOHN 10:9). THIS VERSE PROVES
THAT ACCESS TO SALVATION IS FOUND IN FAITH IN CHRIST, NOT THROUGH

THEY RISK OBSCURING THE SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL. JESUS’ SACRIFICE ON THE
CROSS WAS “ONCE FOR ALL” (HEB. 10:10), AND HIS RESURRECTION OPENED THE
ULTIMATE “DOOR” TO ETERNAL LIFE. NO AMOUNT OF BRICK-REMOVAL
CEREMONIES CAN ADD TO THAT TRUTH.
Moreover, Marzulli’s insights serve as a cautionary reminder that we are engaged
in a spiritual battle, one that requires vigilance. Rituals like the Holy Doors may be
well-intentioned, but THEY SHOULD NOT DISTRACT FROM THE CENTRALITY OF
CHRIST’S FINISHED WORK OR INADVERTENTLY OPEN PATHWAYS TO SPIRITUAL
DECEPTION.
As we observe the unfolding of these events, let’s remember that OUR HOPE DOES
NOT REST IN RITUALS, TRADITIONS OR EVEN THE OPENING OF PHYSICAL DOORS.
IT RESTS SOLELY IN THE PERSON AND WORK OF JESUS CHRIST, THE TRUE
DOORWAY TO SALVATION. ANYTHING ELSE IS, AT BEST, A DISTRACTION—AND AT

“Any initiative aimed at welcoming LGBTQIA+ people and overcoming the obstacles
they encounter in fully exercising their rights, including those of a spiritual life, can
only be welcomed by us with applause and enthusiasm,” Gabriele Piazzoni, general

Nonetheless, Piazzoni added, Catholics still have a long way to go on issues such as
gay rights, abortion, and euthanasia.
“Catholics are still today the most hostile politicians to the exercise of our
freedoms, as well as many freedoms related to the dignity of people and selfdetermination
over their bodies, from end-of-life issues to voluntary termination
of pregnancy,” he said.
“And these remain facts that are difficult to overcome with a pilgrimage, however
welcome and positive in itself,” he said.
Similarly, Rosario Coco, president of Gaynet, suggested that beginning with the
Jubilee, “let’s shelve the rhetoric of gender and reach a clear position against
conversion practices and the criminalization of homosexuality and trans people
around the world.”
“Pope Francis has shown great openness towards homosexual people,” Il
Messaggero pointed out, but at the same time, “he has always spoken out clearly
against the ‘gay lobbies,’ as well as against the entry into seminaries of boys with
this sexual identity.”

Father Pasolini, a 53-year-old Capuchin friar from Milan, is replacing Cardinal
Raniero Cantalamessa, a man who has held the position of preacher of the Papal
Household for 44 years since his appointment by Pope John Paul II in 1980.
In that new role, Father Pasolini “will deliver Advent and Lenten sermons to the
pope and members of the Roman Curia.”

Since the priest’s elevation, his critics have pointed to troubling
statements captured on video, where PASOLINI ENCOURAGES HIS
CONGREGATIONS TO IMAGINE FIGURES FROM THE BIBLE HAVING SAME-SEX
RELATIONS, AND EVEN ENTERTAINS THE POSSIBILITY THAT JESUS AND HIS
DISCIPLES MIGHT HAVE ENGAGED IN THE SAME BEHAVIOR.
WE CANNOT SIMPLY SAY THERE IS NO “FORM OF APPROVAL” OF HOMOSEXUAL
RELATIONS IN THE BIBLE, he told a group gathered at the Capuchin Convent in the
northern Italian city of Varese last February.
Speaking of the friendship between Jonathan and King David, the priest said that
while there was no explicit mention of a homosexual relationship in the biblical
text, “WE CAN IMAGINE IT, WE CAN THINK ABOUT IT, WE CAN LIKE TO THINK
ABOUT IT, but it is not written.”
“Surely there were stories of homosexual love at the time, this is evident, so
nothing prevents us from being able to think about it, to be able to imagine it,” he
stated.
He then went on to suggest that homosexuality provides a plausible reason for the
concern expressed by a Roman centurion for his sick servant in the gospel, which
impels him to implore Jesus to heal him.
“Jesus never spoke so well of a person as of this man,” Pasolini noted, when he
declared: “I have never seen such faith in Israel.”
For a Roman centurion a sick servant means nothing, the priest insisted, so when a
centurion goes to such lengths to heal this servant it sparks a question: “Why was
he so dear to him? Was he working well? Maybe he worked more than the others?
We might think so, or, as some say, maybe there was a relationship between the
two of them.”
“It is not unseemly to think so, but think a little if it were so: Jesus gave the greatest
praise to whom?” he asked rhetorically, which means we may have “to reconsider
all the opinions we have.”
There are other possible episodes, he said, which could even “GO SO FAR AS TO
HYPOTHESIZE THAT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN HOMOSEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS,
FOR EXAMPLE, WITHIN THE CIRCLE OF THE DISCIPLES, BETWEEN JESUS AND THE
DISCIPLES, JESUS AND LAZARUS, BECAUSE THERE ARE EXPRESSIONS THAT ‘JESUS
LOVED LAZARUS,’ THERE ARE VERY STRONG EXPRESSIONS.”

In conclusion, the priest said that THE MOST PLAUSIBLE REASON THAT THE BIBLE
SEEMED TO CONDEMN HOMOSEXUAL PRACTICE WAS BECAUSE THE PEOPLE OF
THE TIME HAD NO UNDERSTANDING OF A HOMOSEXUAL ORIENTATION, AND
THUS HOMOSEXUAL ACTS SEEMED TO BE AGAINST NATURE.
“It must be said that the Bible does not even hypothesize a world in which there is
a tendency that is not heterosexual,” he stated. “In the culture of that time, the
only tendency that existed in the eyes of the authors and the people they saw was
the heterosexual one.” “For this reason, homosexual acts were stigmatized with
such force,” he said, because “they were acts that were immediately cataloged as
something that did not exist.”

In touting this weekend’s meeting with the pope, New Ways Ministry said FRANCIS
HAD MET “WITH A DIVERSE GROUP OF TRANSGENDER, INTERSEX, AND ALLY
CATHOLICS, INCLUDING A MEDICAL DOCTOR WHO PROVIDES GENDER
TRANSITION CARE.”
“The group urged Pope Francis to move past the Church’s negative approach to
gender-diverse people, and to ENCOURAGE CHURCH LEADERS TO LISTEN MORE
ATTENTIVELY TO THE LIVES AND FAITH OF LGBTQ+ PEOPLE,” the group’s Oct. 12
press release stated.
According to the text, Sister Gramick arranged the meeting after reading that the
Vatican still condemns “medical care for transgender people who transition,” such
as the administration of puberty blockers and sex change operations.
“She wanted Pope Francis to hear directly from transgender and intersex Catholics
and those who support them, so she contacted the pontiff, and he eagerly accepted
the opportunity,” the text said.

Persons who are struggling with homosexuality “no less than any others have the
right to receive the authentic teaching of the Church from those who minister to
them,” it said.
The U.S. bishops have refused to allow New Ways Ministry to call itself a “Catholic”
organization.
In 2010, Cardinal Francis George, then-president of the U.S. Bishops’ Conference
(USCCB), issued a statement underscoring serious questions about New Ways
Ministry’s “adherence to Church teaching on homosexuality.”

ROME — German Cardinal Gerhard Müller, the former head of the Vatican’s
doctrinal office (DDF), has published a searing article accusing POPE FRANCIS OF
“SINS AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT.”
While never mentioning the pontiff by name, the 76-year-old cardinal
nonetheless refers to certain acts that only the pope can carry out.
It is “a sin against the Holy Spirit,” he writes, to depose bishops and priests, or even
laicize them, “purely at personal discretion, without a canonical process,” in
obvious reference to Pope Francis.
The most evident case in point is BISHOP JOSEPH STRICKLAND, WHOM FRANCIS
OUSTED FROM HIS DIOCESE OF TYLER TEXAS PRESUMABLY FOR HIS CRITICISMS
OF THE POPE.
Just last week, BISHOP STRICKLAND REPROACHED HIS FELLOW U.S. BISHOPS AS
“SILENT SHEPHERDS” FOR THEIR FAILURE TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST “FALSE
MESSAGES” COMING OUT OF THE VATICAN UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF POPE
FRANCIS.
Almost all of you “stood by silently watching as the Synod on Synodality took place,
an abomination constructed not to guard the Deposit of Faith but to dismantle it,”
Strickland states in reference to a recent month-long meeting in the Vatican.
In his article, Cardinal Müller also takes aim at the notion of “synodality,” asserting
that a so-called “synodal Church” is “a concept that at least partially, if not
completely, contradicts the Catholic understanding of the Church.”
“DIRECT DIVINE REVELATION IS WEAPONIZED TO MAKE THE SELF-
RELATIVIZATION OF THE CHURCH OF CHRIST ACCEPTABLE (‘ALL RELIGIONS ARE
PATHS TO GOD’),” Müller warns, citing a comment that POPE FRANCIS MADE IN

against the Holy Spirit,’” Müller writes, alluding to the words of Jesus (Matt. 12:31;

The Church maintains that “the person of Jesus Christ is the full truth of God in an
insurmountable ‘newness’ for all people,” Müller adds, citing Saint Peter: “There is
salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among
mortals by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

shepherds” for their failure to speak out against “false messages” coming out of

In an open letter addressed to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB)
during their 2024 fall plenary assembly in Baltimore this week, Bishop Strickland
repeatedly asks what it will take for the bishops to “finally speak up against the
FALSE MESSAGES CONSTANTLY FLOWING FROM THE VATICAN UNDER THE
LEADERSHIP OF POPE FRANCIS”:

“Every bishop and cardinal should publicly and unequivocally state that FRANCIS
NO LONGER TEACHES THE CATHOLIC FAITH,” he declares.
Moreover, with A POPE WHO IS ACTIVELY OPPOSING THE DIVINE TRUTHS OF THE
CATHOLIC FAITH, “the responsibility falls to the bishops of the world to profess
their own love of Our Lord, to guard the Sacred Deposit of Faith, and to oppose any
attempt to dismantle the Truth,” he states.

More than a question of generosity, debt forgiveness “is a matter of justice,” the
pope declares, which is made all the more serious because of a true “ECOLOGICAL
DEBT” between the global North and South, “connected to commercial imbalances

resources by certain countries over long periods of time.”
The pope’s message comes at an interesting time, given the recent landslide
presidential election of Donald Trump, who is committed to regaining America’s
energy independence and who has been highly skeptical of the U.N.’S CLIMATE
PROGRAMS.
In 2017, President Trump formally announced that the United States would
withdraw from the Obama-era Paris Climate Accord, “in order to fulfill my solemn
duty to protect America and its citizens.”
“As President, I can put no other consideration before the wellbeing of American
citizens,” Trump stated in his Rose Garden speech. “The Paris Climate Accord is
simply the latest example of Washington entering into an agreement that
disadvantages the United States to the exclusive benefit of other countries.”
The agreement left American workers and taxpayers “to absorb the cost in terms
of lost jobs, lower wages, shuttered factories, and vastly diminished economic
production,” Trump declared.

“U.S. per capita emissions are less than 1.5 times that of China,” adding that China’s
per capita emissions levels “are significantly higher than the global average.”
The pope also failed to mention that in aggregate, China’s emissions are more
than double those of the United States, and America’s air is among the cleanest of
any nation, while China’s air quality is among the poorest.
Francis has stated that climate change is “no longer a secondary or ideological
question, but a drama that harms us all,” adding that climate change manifests “a
tragic and striking example of structural sin.”

TEACHINGS TO THE MODERN WORLD, THE SYNOD STUDY GROUP INVERTED THAT
STANDARD BY EMPHASIZING LISTENING TO PEOPLE’S LIVED EXPERIENCES,
OBSERVING CULTURAL CHANGES, AND LETTING THAT INFORM THE CHURCH’S
APPROACH.
“Ethically speaking, it is not a matter of applying pre-packaged objective truth to

immutable and universal law,” said the group’s status report. “The criteria of
discernment arise from listening to the [living] self-gift of Revelation in Jesus in the
today of the Spirit.”
As the National Catholic Register reports, the study group described its new
approach as “conversion of thought or reform of practices in contextual fidelity to
the Gospel of Jesus, who is ‘the same yesterday today and always,’ but whose
‘richness and beauty are inexhaustible.’”
News of this ABRUPT DEPARTURE FROM TRADITION drew a sharp rebuke from
Bishop Emeritus of Tyler, Texas, Joseph Strickland, who BLASTED THE STUDY

The cardinal said that unlike Christianity, SHARIA IS “NOT A LAW THAT’S FOUNDED
ON LOVE. TO SAY THAT WE ALL BELIEVE IN LOVE IS SIMPLY NOT CORRECT.”
Not only do Christianity and Islam differ in the nature of their laws, Burke proposed,
but also in their approach to proselytism and winning over converts.

In the end, he said, we have to understand that “what they believe most deeply,
that to which they ascribe in their hearts, demands that they govern the world.”
Burke went on to state that “what’s most important for us today is to understand
Islam from its own documents and not to presume that we know already what

ROME — The redoubtable ARCHBISHOP CHARLES CHAPUT HAS OFFERED
FRATERNAL CORRECTION TO POPE FRANCIS, URGING HIM TO HOLD TO THE BASIC
TENETS OF CHRISTIANITY.
The former archbishop of Philadelphia was responding to the pontiff’s off-thecuff
remarks to youth in Singapore on Friday, in which THE POPE TOLD HIS
LISTENERS THAT ALL RELIGIONS ARE PATHS TO GOD, SEEMING TO SUGGEST THAT
NONE IS SUPERIOR TO THE OTHERS.
If people start fighting over whose religion is more important “or saying, ‘Mine is
the true religion; yours isn’t true,’ where does that lead? Where?” the pope asked.
“ALL RELIGIONS ARE A PATH TO REACH GOD,” HE STATED. “THEY ARE, TO USE A
COMPARISON, LIKE DIFFERENT LANGUAGES, DIFFERENT DIALECTS TO GET
THERE.” “Some Sikh, some Muslim, some Hindu, some Christian, but they are
different paths. Understood?” he said.
In response, Chaput wrote that such loose comments “can only confuse.”
“CHRISTIANS HOLD THAT JESUS ALONE IS THE PATH TO GOD,” HE SAID. “TO
SUGGEST, IMPLY, OR ALLOW OTHERS TO INFER OTHERWISE IS A FAILURE TO
LOVE.”
“WE ARE CALLED CHRISTIANS BECAUSE WE BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST IS GOD, THE
SECOND PERSON OF THE TRINITY,” HE STATED. “FROM THE BEGINNING OF OUR
FAITH, FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST WERE UNIQUE AMONG WORLD RELIGIONS
BECAUSE THEY ACCEPTED AS TRUE CHRIST’S EXTRAORDINARY CLAIM THAT HE IS
GOD.”
“CHRISTIANS HAVE ALSO ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT THIS REALITY MAKES
CHRISTIANITY CATEGORICALLY DISTINCT FROM ALL OTHER RELIGIONS, AND IN
TURN REQUIRES A TOTAL COMMITMENT OF OUR LIVES,” he added.

THE ARCHBISHOP ALSO REMINDED THE POPE OF HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO TEACH
THE FAITH CLEARLY.
The pope “is the spiritual and institutional head of the Catholic Church worldwide,”
Chaput wrote. “This means, among other things, that he has the duty to teach the
faith clearly and preach it evangelically.”
“SIMPLY PUT: NOT ALL RELIGIONS SEEK THE SAME GOD, AND SOME RELIGIONS
ARE BOTH WRONG AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS, MATERIALLY AND
SPIRITUALLY,” he wrote.

Chaput’s words echoed those of Joseph Ratzinger, the future Pope Benedict XVI,
who also WARNED ABOUT TREATING ALL RELIGIONS AS EQUALS.
Before becoming pope, Ratzinger wrote on the differences between religions,
noting that “anyone who sees in the religions of the world only reprehensible
superstition is wrong,” but, also, “ANYONE WHO WANTS ONLY TO GIVE A
POSITIVE EVALUATION OF ALL RELIGIONS… IS EQUALLY WRONG.”
In his own critical considerations of religions, Ratzinger wrote with brutal honesty,
observing that THERE ARE “DEVIANT, ESOTERIC FORMS OF RELIGION ON OFFER”
AS WELL AS “PATHOLOGICAL” FORMS OF RELIGION. HE WROTE OF RELIGIONS
THAT ARE “OBVIOUSLY SICK” AND RELIGIONS THAT ARE “DESTRUCTIVE FOR
MAN.”
He asserted, moreover, that WITH THE DETACHMENT OF RELIGION FROM
REASON, “PATHOLOGICAL FORMS OF RELIGION ARE CONSTANTLY INCREASING.”

43. SEVEN-FOLD REFERENCE TO LAKE OF FIRE
JUDGEMENT:
1. “He that hath an ear, let hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that
overcometh shall not be hurt of THE SECOND DEATH (LAKE OF FIRE).” (Rev.
2:11).
2. “The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out
without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he SHALL BE TORMENTED
WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE in the presence of the holy angels, and in the
presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever
and ever; and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his
image, and whosover receiveth the mark of his name.” (Rev. 14:10-11).
3. “And THE BEAST was taken, and with him THE FALSE PROPHET that wrought
miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark
of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These BOTH WERE CAST
ALIVE INTO A LAKE OF FIRE BURNING WITH BRIMSTONE.” (Rev. 19:20).

The lake of fire is also known as the ‘second death’. This is the final place of burning,
everlasting torment for Satan, the antichrist, the false prophet and those un-saved,
un-believing souls from throughout the ages found NOT to be in the book of life, at
the white throne judgement, at the end of the Millennium. The lake of fire and
second death are also reserved for those deceived during the Tribulation who took
the mark of the beast and worshipped him and his image.

The evil dead are resurrected to be judged by Christ for their evil works and for
their rejection of Him who offered himself for their salvation and forgiveness of
their sins. As a result of their sins and judgment, they are cast into the lake of fire
that represents a second death (the first death being physical body death and
souls/spirits being in Hell). The evil dead are resurrected into bodies and cast into
the lake of fire to be severely tormented, having no rest day or night, and are absent
from a loving God and their Savior who offered himself for them.
THE GREAT IRONY IS THAT THESE PEOPLE RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT THEY
WANTED. THEY REFUSED CHRIST AND WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM, THEY
WANTED TO EXIST IN ETERNITY WITHOUT COMMUNION WITH GOD AND CHRIST,
ON THEIR OWN TERMS. THEY LITERALLY RECEIVED WHAT THEY ASKED FOR. THE
STENCH OF THEIR PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL TORMENT RISES UP IN SMOKE, FOR
ETERNITY.
God made both man and angels as eternal beings, hence they will exist forever in
one state or another. Which state will any of us choose to exist in? The choice is up
to us, and God grants us the freedom to make that choice for ourselves. For better
or worse, we have no one to blame (certainly not God) except ourselves for
whatever choices we make on earth.
