Commentary: Names and Titles are Capitalized, descriptions are not. Three

individual names of God can be joined to form four (4) combinations of names, all

properly representing the power, majesty and glory of God. God refers to himself

as Lord, seven (7) times. Seven (7) represents God’s divinely determined

completeness to his plan or purpose. Lord suggests supreme rulership and

authority. His name of God, is repeated seventy (70) times. (7x10=70). Ten (10)

represents God’s allness or completeness.

This name of God, is the ONLY subject, in all of Revelation, to have seventy (70)

references. The combinations of God’s names result in fewer references, but they

are all derivatives his three (3) basic names, Lord – God – Almighty. By using these

three basis names, God is intensely emphasizing who he is. By arranging them into

additional combinations, adds another measure of importance and description as

to who He is. The name of Jesus Christ, also shares the same naming characteristics

as the Father’s names.

Lamb is capitalized and therefore another name or title of Jesus Christ. THE FACT

THAT THE LAMB IS REFERENCED TWENTY-FOUR (24) TIMES INDICATE THAT HE IS

THE FOUNDATION IN GOD’S ABUNDANT OR DOUBLED ORGANIZATIONAL

(GOVERNMENT) ARRANGEMENT. HE IS LITERALLY THE CORNER STONE IN THE

FOUNDATION OF GOD’S DIVINE ORGANIZATION OF THINGS. FOR THERE TO BE AN

ORGANIZATION OF ANYTHING, ON EARTH OR HEAVEN, THERE HAS TO BE A ROCK-

STEADY FOUNDATION SUPPORTING A PURPOSE OR PLAN. THERE HAS TO BE

FOUNDATIONAL ELEMENT OF STRENGTH AND TRUTH. If the foundation of the

organization of a house is poor, weak and not built correctly, the house will fall. The

foundation has to be built firm so it does not change or shift under the

organizational structure of the house.

The Lamb (Jesus Christ) represents the rock-steady, true and solid foundation of

God’s divine organization and the foundation of man’s redemption. God’s

organization is built on and around the Lamb. The title and name Lamb is unique

because it is also reflects a descriptive term. IT DESCRIBES JESUS CHRIST AS NOT

ONLY WHO HE IS, BUT WHAT HE IS! LAMB THEREFORE SERVES A THREEFOLD

PURPOSED; IT IS A TITLE OR A NAME, DESCRIBES WHO HE IS, AND DESCRIBES

WHAT HE IS.

Twenty-four is the greatest finite number in the mathematics of God. It is the largest

representation of anything in God’s abundant or doubled governmental

organization. THE NUMBER OF REPETITIVE REFERENCES IMPLIES EXTREME

SIGNIFICANCE, IMPORTANCE AND PURPOSE. THE HOLY SPIRIT USES THE TERM

LAMB OVER AND OVER AND OVER, TO PROCLAIM THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED, LIKE

A LAMB (BLOODY AND SLAUGHTERED), ON A CROSS AND THEN ROSE AGAIN, FOR

THE FORGIVENESS OF MANKIND’S SINS.

The Jews had a practice of slaughtering clean, genetically perfect animals to

temporarily atone for their sins. Their sins were cast onto these animals, who then

were destroyed by burning. JESUS CHRIST WAS THE PERFECT MAN, CLEAN AND

SINLESS. HE WAS THE PERFECT HUMAN LAMB. His death and burial were for the

eternal (not temporary) forgiveness of all of men’s sins. All of our sins were cast

upon the Lamb, while God was sacrificing his son on the cross through the shedding

of his blood, instead of the shedding of our blood.

We deserve to die for our sins, Jesus (the Lamb) did not deserve to die since he was

sinless. However, in God’s infinite grace and mercy, he allowed his son to take on

our sins and carry them from the cross to the grave, for eternity. Through our

acceptance of God’s offer of forgiveness through his son Jesus Christ (the Lamb),

our sins are forgiven; past, present and future.

Putting this into a little different perspective, but one that should hit home and

resonate with you on a personal level. As a parent, you absolutely love your child

(son or daughter), of course you do! There is no question about that, for any

normal, emotionally healthy parent. Hypothetically speaking, how would you feel

if an ISIS terrorist group kidnapped your son or daughter, severely tortured them

with whips, nailed them to a tree in public, spit on them, cursed them and mocked

them? Blood running down your son or daughter’s legs from the wounds in their

hands, head, back and torso. How would you feel, as a parent, knowing that they

are slowly dying a painful, horrible, slow death.

Hypothetically, speaking of course, how would you feel as a parent if the ISIS

terrorist group told you that your son or daughter (either of whom is totally

innocent) is being slaughtered for some perceived hatred or action of another guilty

party. How would you feel knowing that your son or daughter was the scapegoat

for an evil payback by the terrorist group as a lesson for those who don’t follow

their ideology?

By now, you should have an extremely painful visual image in your head. Now,

hypothetically speaking again, imagine how God felt seeing his son, Jesus Christ, in

the same excruciatingly painful, deadly predicament as your family member. If he

is a living, loving entity (which he is), how do you think he felt having to give up his

Holy Son to the Roman authorities, for slaughtering. His son was totally innocent,

but was used as a scapegoat or as a Lamb for our sins and transgressions.

Jesus Christ (the Lamb), didn’t deserve to be tortured and die. There was no logical,

rational reason for him to bear all of mankind’s sins for eternity. But, he did so,

willingly. As a parent, would you willingly let your son or daughter be literally

slaughtered as a result of someone else’s evil actions? God’s love for us transcended

the pain he felt from his son’s bloody crucifixion. THE WORK OF THE LAMB IS THE

FOUNDATIONAL CORNERSTONE OF GOD’S DIVINE ORGANIZATION FOR THE

REDEMPTION OF MAN. THE TWENTY-FOUR REPETITIONS OF ‘LAMB’ ATTEST TO

THIS DIVINE MATHEMATICAL FACT.

Commentary: Rev. 5:1-5, 7-9, reference the book of wrath that has the seven seals

which Christ is the only one worthy enough to open. Rev. 10:2, 8-10, references a

little book of prophecy that “tastes sweet, but when eaten, becomes bitter in the

belly”. Both books are prophetic in nature. THE BOOK WHICH CHRIST OPENS IS

OBVIOUSLY A SERIES OF PROPHECIES THAT INDICATE THE JUDGEMENTS CHRIST

ADMINISTERS TO START THE TRIBULATION. The second book of prophecies

handed by a mighty, glorious angel to John is a bit of an enigma. The book could

contain prophecies regarding other events in the Tribulation period that we don’t

know about, or events that we do know about as stated in the book of Revelation.

As the book of Revelation is generally considered the largest book in the Bible

concerning prophecy, the two heavenly books described above (CHRIST’S BOOK OR

ROLE OF SEALS, THE MIGHTY ANGEL’S LITTLE BOOK OF BITTERNESS) ARE TWO

PROPHECY BOOKS CONTAINED WITHIN THE PROPHECY OF REVELATION.

Prophecies within prophecy. Interestingly, Revelation is chock-full of references to

BOOKS BEING USED IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOD’S ORDER OF THINGS.

There is also a book of life referenced many places throughout Revelation.

Each of them is judged to be extremely evil and each is therefore assigned a number

of six (6) to represent the imperfection, sinfulness and evilness of man, before

God. Combining the number of each type of man leads to 666, this (6) number

represents the totality of evil, of the three men. ‘7’ The number three (3) denotes

intensity and emphasis.

The fact that the number six (6) is repeated three (3) times emphasizes the most

intense evil that mankind, antichrist, and the false prophet (6) collectively possess

during the tribulation period. Evil doesn’t come any worse, or more intensely than

this. Period. When the bible states an important reference to someone or

something, the word ‘7’ of God is very specific and literal. There should be no

GATES FOUNDATION ANNOUNCED THE FOLLOWING COMMITMENTS TODAY:

Saudi Arabia has pledged US $500 MILLION OVER THE NEXT FIVE YEARS to the Global

Polio Eradication Initiative, a public-private partnership led by NATIONAL

GOVERNMENTS WITH SIX PARTNERS, INCLUDING THE BILL & MELINDA GATES

FOUNDATION. This is THE LARGEST CONTRIBUTION MADE BY THE KINGDOM to polio

eradication efforts. This contribution will help deliver vital health services along with

polio vaccines to underserved populations through the WHO and UNICEF, which are GPEI

partners.

Since polio eradication efforts began, thanks to the leadership of Rotary International,

the GPEI has reduced polio cases by 99% globally, eradicated two of three wild poliovirus

strains, and helped save more than 20 million people from polio paralysis. SAUDI ARABIA

AND THE BILL & MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION HAVE PLEDGED US $3 MILLION AND US

$15 MILLION RESPECTIVELY OVER THREE YEARS TO SUPPORT THE POLIO LEGACY

As Afghanistan, one of the last polio-endemic countries, approaches critical milestones

for polio eradication, the Polio Legacy Challenge will be spearheaded by the ministries of

health in countries across the region, including SAUDI ARABIA, the UAE, and Qatar,

UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE WHO EMRO Regional Subcommittee for Polio Eradication

and Outbreaks.

Saudi Arabia will contribute US $100 million to support the Lives and Livelihoods Fund

(LLF), the largest multilateral development initiative in the Middle East, which aims to lift

the poorest out of poverty across 33 IsDB member countries through investments in

strengthening primary health care, eliminating preventable infectious diseases,

supporting smallholder farming and rural agriculture, and improving basic infrastructure.

This commitment made by Saudi Arabia follows a renewed pledge of US $50 million from

the UAE to the LLF made earlier this week.

To support the implementation of the programmes announced today, THE BILL &

MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION WILL ESTABLISH A REGIONAL OFFICE IN RIYADH, IN

MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN Nonprofit City, and partner with the MiSK Foundation to

support youth engagement and effectiveness of the third sector.

The 3D-printed microneedle vaccine patch

A 3D-PRINTED MICRONEEDLE VACCINE PATCH has been developed by scientists.

Doses are applied to the skin - offering a pain-free alternative. They can be stored

for months at room temperature. It also opens the door to INDUSTRIAL SIZED

SHIPMENTS to developing countries.

Co-author Dr Ana Jaklenec, of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the

US, said: "We could someday have ON-DEMAND VACCINE PRODUCTION. If, for

example, there was an Ebola outbreak in a particular region, one could ship a few

of these printers there and vaccinate the people in that location."

The technique may REVOLUTIONISE IMMUNISATION PROGRAMS. A vaccine 'ink'

is injected into moulds by a robotic arm. It is then sucked to the tips by a vacuum

chamber. PATCHES - ABOUT THE SIZE OF A THUMBNAIL - CONTAIN HUNDREDS OF

MICRONEEDLES THAT ENABLE THE VACCINE TO DISSOLVE.

Experiments found they were as effective at protecting mice against Covid-19 as

traditional jabs. Most vaccines have to be refrigerated - making stockpiling and

distribution difficult.

They also require syringes, needles and trained healthcare professionals to

administer them. Similar patches are now in development to combat polio, measles

and rubella. The tips of the needles dissolve under the skin - releasing the vaccine.

Lead author Dr John Daristotle said: "When Covid-19 started, concerns about

vaccine stability and vaccine access motivated us to try to incorporate RNA vaccines

into microneedle patches."

THE 'INK' INCLUDES RNA VACCINE MOLECULES THAT ARE ENCAPSULATED IN LIPID

NANOPARTICLES - WHICH HELP THEM REMAIN STABLE FOR LONG PERIODS. Once

the moulds are filled, they take a day or two to dry. The current prototype can

produce 100 patches in 48 hours.

It's hoped future versions could be designed to have higher capacity. The

RESEARCHERS FIRST CREATED AN INK CONTAINING RNA THAT ENCODES

They applied the resulting MICRONEEDLE PATCHES to mice after being stored at

either 4 degrees Celsius or 25 degrees Celsius (room temperature) for up to six

months. They also stored one batch of the particles at 37 degrees Celsius for one

month.

Under all of these storage conditions, THE PATCHES INDUCED A STRONG

FLUORESCENT RESPONSE when applied to mice. In contrast, the fluorescent

response produced by a traditional intramuscular injection of the fluorescentprotein-encoding

RNA declined with longer storage times at room temperature.

Then, the RESEARCHERS TESTED THEIR COVID-19 MICRONEEDLE VACCINE. They

vaccinated mice with two doses of the vaccine, four weeks apart, then measured

their antibody response to the virus.

Mice VACCINATED WITH THE MICRONEEDLE PATCH had a similar response to

VACCINATIONS WITH A TRADITIONAL, INJECTED RNA VACCINE. The researchers

also saw the same STRONG ANTIBODY RESPONSE WHEN THEY VACCINATED WITH

MICRONEEDLE PATCHES THAT HAD BEEN STORED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR

UP TO THREE MONTHS.

Professor Joseph DeSimone, of Stanford University in California who was not

involved in the project, said: "This work is particularly exciting as it realises the

ability to produce vaccines on demand. With the possibility of SCALING UP

VACCINE MANUFACTURING AND IMPROVED STABILITY AT HIGHER

Every year, a lack of vaccination leads to about 1.5 million preventable deaths, primarily

in developing nations. One factor that makes vaccination campaigns in those nations

more difficult is that there is LITTLE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR STORING MEDICAL

RECORDS, so there’s often NO EASY WAY TO DETERMINE WHO NEEDS A PARTICULAR

VACCINE.

MIT RESEARCHERS HAVE NOW DEVELOPED A NOVEL WAY TO RECORD A PATIENT’S

VACCINATION HISTORY: STORING THE DATA IN A PATTERN OF DYE, INVISIBLE TO THE

NAKED EYE, THAT IS DELIVERED UNDER THE SKIN AT THE SAME TIME AS THE

VACCINE.

“In areas where paper vaccination cards are often lost or do not exist at all, and

electronic databases are unheard of, THIS TECHNOLOGY COULD ENABLE THE RAPID

AND ANONYMOUS DETECTION OF PATIENT VACCINATION HISTORY TO ENSURE

THAT EVERY CHILD IS VACCINATED,” says Kevin McHugh, a former MIT postdoc who

is now an assistant professor of bioengineering at Rice University.

The researchers showed that THEIR NEW DYE, WHICH CONSISTS OF NANOCRYSTALS

CALLED QUANTUM DOTS, CAN REMAIN FOR AT LEAST (5) FIVE (5) YEARS UNDER THE

SKIN, WHERE IT EMITS NEAR-INFRARED LIGHT THAT CAN BE DETECTED BY A

SPECIALLY EQUIPPED SMARTPHONE.

McHugh and former visiting scientist Lihong Jing are the lead authors of the study,

which appears today in Science Translational Medicine. Ana Jaklenec, a research

scientist at MIT’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research, and Robert Langer,

the David H. Koch Institute Professor at MIT, are the senior authors of the paper.

AN INVISIBLE RECORD

Several years ago, the MIT team set out to devise A METHOD FOR RECORDING

VACCINATION INFORMATION in a way that doesn’t require a centralized database or

other infrastructure. Many vaccines, such as the vaccine for measles, mumps, and

rubella (MMR), require multiple doses spaced out at certain intervals; without accurate

records, children may not receive all of the necessary doses. “In order to be protected

against most pathogens, one needs multiple vaccinations,” Jaklenec says. “In some

areas in the developing world, it can be very challenging to do this, as there is a LACK

OF DATA ABOUT WHO HAS BEEN VACCINATED AND WHETHER THEY NEED

ADDITIONAL SHOTS OR NOT.”

TO CREATE AN “ON-PATIENT,” DECENTRALIZED MEDICAL RECORD, THE

RESEARCHERS DEVELOPED A NEW TYPE OF COPPER-BASED QUANTUM DOTS, WHICH

EMIT LIGHT IN THE NEAR-INFRARED SPECTRUM. THE DOTS ARE ONLY ABOUT 4

NANOMETERS IN DIAMETER, BUT THEY ARE ENCAPSULATED IN BIOCOMPATIBLE

MICROPARTICLES THAT FORM SPHERES ABOUT 20 MICRONS IN DIAMETER. THIS

ENCAPSULATION ALLOWS THE DYE TO REMAIN IN PLACE, UNDER THE SKIN, AFTER

BEING INJECTED.

THE RESEARCHERS DESIGNED THEIR DYE TO BE DELIVERED BY A MICRONEEDLE

PATCH RATHER THAN A TRADITIONAL SYRINGE AND NEEDLE. SUCH PATCHES ARE

NOW BEING DEVELOPED TO DELIVER VACCINES for measles, rubella, and other

diseases, and the researchers showed that THEIR DYE COULD BE EASILY

INCORPORATED INTO THESE PATCHES.

THE MICRONEEDLES USED IN THIS STUDY ARE MADE FROM A MIXTURE OF

DISSOLVABLE SUGAR AND A POLYMER CALLED PVA, AS WELL AS THE QUANTUM-

DOT DYE AND THE VACCINE. When the patch is applied to the skin, the microneedles,

which are 1.5 millimeters long, partially dissolve, releasing their payload within about

two minutes.

BY SELECTIVELY LOADING MICROPARTICLES INTO MICRONEEDLES, THE PATCHES

DELIVER A PATTERN IN THE SKIN THAT IS INVISIBLE TO THE NAKED EYE BUT CAN BE

SCANNED WITH A SMARTPHONE THAT HAS THE INFRARED FILTER REMOVED. The

patch can be customized to imprint different patterns that correspond to the type of

vaccine delivered.

“IT’S POSSIBLE SOMEDAY THAT THIS ‘INVISIBLE’ APPROACH COULD CREATE NEW

POSSIBILITIES FOR DATA STORAGE, BIOSENSING, AND VACCINE APPLICATIONS THAT

COULD IMPROVE HOW MEDICAL CARE IS PROVIDED, particularly in the developing

world,” Langer says.

EFFECTIVE IMMUNIZATION

Tests using human cadaver skin showed that THE QUANTUM-DOT PATTERNS COULD

BE DETECTED BY SMARTPHONE CAMERAS AFTER UP TO FIVE (5) YEARS OF

SIMULATED SUN EXPOSURE.

The researchers also tested this vaccination strategy in rats, using MICRONEEDLE

PATCHES THAT DELIVERED THE QUANTUM DOTS ALONG WITH A VACCINE. They

found that those rats generated an immune response similar to the response of rats

that received a traditional injected polio vaccine.

“This study confirmed that INCORPORATING THE VACCINE WITH THE DYE IN THE

MICRONEEDLE PATCHES DID NOT AFFECT THE EFFICACY OF THE VACCINE OR OUR

ABILITY TO DETECT THE DYE,” Jaklenec says.

The researchers now plan to survey health care workers in developing nations in Africa

to get input on the BEST WAY TO IMPLEMENT THIS TYPE OF VACCINATION RECORD

KEEPING. They are also working on EXPANDING THE AMOUNT OF DATA THAT CAN BE

ENCODED IN A SINGLE PATTERN, ALLOWING THEM TO INCLUDE INFORMATION

SUCH AS THE DATE OF VACCINE ADMINISTRATION AND THE LOT NUMBER OF THE

VACCINE BATCH. The researchers believe the quantum dots are safe to use in this way

because they are encapsulated in a biocompatible polymer, but they plan to do further

safety studies before testing them in patients.

TISSUES ARE NEARLY AS TRANSPARENT AS GLASS. Now, researchers have made

TINY PARTICLES THAT CAN BE INJECTED INTO THE BODY, WHERE THEY EMIT

THOSE PENETRATING FREQUENCIES. The advance may provide a new way of

making detailed images of internal body structures such as fine networks of blood

vessels.

The new findings, based on the use OF LIGHT-EMITTING PARTICLES CALLED

QUANTUM DOTS, is described in a paper in the journal Nature Biomedical

Engineering, by MIT research scientist Oliver Bruns, recent graduate Thomas

Bischof PhD ’15, professor of chemistry Moungi Bawendi, and 21 others.

NEAR-INFRARED IMAGING for research on biological tissues, with wavelengths

between 700 and 900 nanometers (billionths of a meter), is widely used, but

wavelengths of around 1,000 to 2,000 nanometers have the potential to provide

even better results, because BODY TISSUES ARE MORE TRANSPARENT TO THAT

LIGHT. “We knew that this imaging mode would be better” than existing methods,

Bruns explains, “but we were lacking high-quality emitters” — that is, light-emitting

materials that could produce these precise wavelengths.

LIGHT-EMITTING PARTICLES have been a specialty of Bawendi, the Lester Wolf

Professor of Chemistry, whose lab has over the years developed new ways of

making QUANTUM DOTS. THESE NANOCRYSTALS, MADE OF SEMICONDUCTOR

MATERIALS, EMIT LIGHT WHOSE FREQUENCY CAN BE PRECISELY TUNED BY

CONTROLLING THE EXACT SIZE AND COMPOSITION OF THE PARTICLES.

The key was to DEVELOP VERSIONS OF THESE QUANTUM DOTS WHOSE

EMISSIONS MATCHED THE DESIRED SHORT-WAVE INFRARED FREQUENCIES AND

WERE BRIGHT ENOUGH TO THEN BE EASILY DETECTED THROUGH THE

SURROUNDING SKIN AND MUSCLE TISSUES. The team succeeded in making

particles that are “orders of magnitude better than previous materials, and that

allow UNPRECEDENTED DETAIL IN BIOLOGICAL IMAGING,” Bruns says. The

synthesis of these new particles was initially described in a paper by graduate

student Daniel Franke and others from the Bawendi group in Nature

Communications last year.

THE QUANTUM DOTS THE TEAM PRODUCED ARE SO BRIGHT THAT THEIR

EMISSIONS CAN BE CAPTURED WITH VERY SHORT EXPOSURE TIMES, HE SAYS. This

makes it possible to produce not just single images but video that captures details

of motion, such as the flow of blood, making it possible to distinguish between

veins and arteries.

THE NEW LIGHT-EMITTING PARTICLES ARE ALSO THE FIRST THAT ARE BRIGHT

ENOUGH TO ALLOW IMAGING OF INTERNAL ORGANS in mice that are awake and

moving, as opposed to previous methods that required them to be anesthetized,

Bruns says.

The method also relies on the use of a newly developed CAMERA THAT IS HIGHLY

SENSITIVE TO THIS PARTICULAR RANGE OF SHORT-WAVE INFRARED LIGHT. The

camera is a commercially developed product, Bruns says, but his team was the first

customer for the camera’s specialized detector, made of indium-gallium-arsenide.

Though this camera was developed for research purposes, these frequencies of

infrared light are also used as a way of seeing through fog or smoke.

The team included members from MIT’s departments of Chemistry, Chemical

Engineering, Biological Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, as well as from

Harvard Medical School, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Raytheon

Vision Systems, and University Medical Center in Hamburg, Germany. The work was

supported by the National Institutes of Health, the National Cancer Institute, the

National Foundation for Cancer Research, the Warshaw Institute for Pancreatic

MAKKAH — The Ministry of Health announced that the RATE OF VACCINATION AMONG

THE DOMESTIC PILGRIMS DURING THIS YEAR’S HAJJ SEASON REACHED 99 PERCENT. The

ministry said that Hajj permits of 150 domestic pilgrims were REVOKED BY THE

IMMUNIZATION.

According to the ministry, the health and safety of the guests of ALLAH is a priority so that

pilgrims can perform their rituals in a sound health condition. The ministry underscored

its keenness to take all possible measures to ensure the PROTECTION OF PILGRIMS FROM

INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND TO PRESERVE PUBLIC HEALTH AT THE HOLY SITES.

The Ministry of Health had previously called on those CITIZENS AND EXPATRIATES IN THE

MAKKAH — THE MINISTRY OF HAJJ AND UMRAH ANNOUNCED THAT HAJJ PERMITS OF

A NUMBER OF DOMESTIC PILGRIMS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO

TAKE THE VACCINE.

In a statement on its X platform, the ministry revealed that 90 percent of domestic pilgrims

have COMPLETED SPECIAL PREVENTIVE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TAKING

VACCINATION that contribute to protect them against possible infection while mingling

with crowd of pilgrims.

The ministry called on the remaining domestic pilgrims TO QUICKLY OBTAIN THE

VACCINE, TO AVOID CANCELLATION OF THEIR HAJJ PERMITS.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior announced that the Hajj Security Forces had

arrested 21 people while trying to transport 61 pilgrims without a Hajj permit to

Makkah. Those were arrested at the entry points of Makkah on June 7 included 13

citizens and eight expatriates.

The seasonal administrative committees under the General Directorate of Passports

issued 21 administrative decisions against them, and these included penalties such

as 15-DAY JAIL TERM FOR EACH CARRIER, and a fine of SR10,000, while the fine is

multiplied by the number of each violator being transported.

The violators’ names will be published in local media at their own expense in

addition to deportation of the expatriates after serving jail terms with imposition of

a ban on their reentry into the Kingdom for a period of time specified by the law.

The committee also decided to demand the confiscation of three vehicles used in

transportation by a court of law.

Director of Public Security Lt. Gen. Muhammad Al-Bassami said that Public Security

officials were able to arrest more than 140 fake Hajj firms during this year’s Hajj

season. The Ministry of Interior called on all citizens and expatriates to abide by Hajj

regulations and instructions so that the guests of ALLAH may enjoy (3) SECURITY,

SAFETY, AND COMFORT in performing their (5) RITUALS DURING THE HAJJ
