Spa etiquette
In order to preserve and offer a calm and
relaxing atmosphere, mobile phones are
not allowed.
All clients with treatments will be asked to
fill in a questionnaire about their physical
condition, designed for their well-being.
On arrival you will be given a Spa Kit
(bathrobe, slippers and towel) for your
exclusive use in the spa.

Clients who have booked treatments must turn up at least 10 minutes before the
scheduled time.
Late attendance will result in a proportional reduction in the time of the treatment.
Lockers are exclusively available for those enjoying spa treatments.
Swimwear is compulsory in all areas of the spa, including the Sauna and Hammam.
The hotel management reserves the right to interrupt and refuse the continuation of
the contracted spa service in cases of verbal or non-verbal sexual harassment,
charging the full price of the service.
The Wet Area must be used in accordance with the rules of behaviour and safety
posted on site.

Payment
HOTEL GUESTS
Guests can pay at the spa reception by cash, credit card or debiting the
treatment amount from their extras account, after confirmation and signature.
NON-GUESTS
Payment must be made in advance at the spa or by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the treatment booked will be
charged to your room account.
