Each piece reflects our commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship,
transforming functional objects into meaningful connections—
whether in a bustling plant shop or a cozy home.

OUR STORY
At LBE Design, we believe in the power of connection—between people,
places, and the things that make a house feel like home.
Our journey began with a leaky pot that left its mark on our wood floor.
Frustrated by planters that were either purely functional or beautiful but
flawed, we set out to create something better: ceramic planters that are as
reliable as they are elegant. What started as a simple quest soon grew into a
commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and timeless design.
Each piece in our collection is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans,
designed to elevate any space, and made to last. With no-fuss drainage
solutions, fully hand-glazed interiors and exteriors, and just-right sizing to fit
standard nursery pots, every planter is as practical as it is beautiful.
We also believe in doing good while making good. That’s why all our
packaging is 100% plastic-free, so you can feel good about every purchase.
From vibrant plant shops to sunlit patios, our planters bring joy and beauty to
the spaces where life happens.

Inspired by Richard Lindh’s iconic mid-century designs, The Round
Two Planter reimagines classic simplicity with modern functionality.
Thoughtfully crafted, it features a drainage hole and a deep overflow
saucer, with channels at the base to promote airflow and root health—
perfect for bottom-up watering.

THE RANCHO
PLANTER
The Rancho Planter, designed by Angela Nicole Drew and handcrafted
in our Mexican Artisan Studio, is a celebration of artisan craftsmanship.
Featuring a rounded bottom and wide belly that tapers inward, it pairs
smooth interior glazes with raw clay exteriors. Complete with a drainage
hole and saucer, the Rancho brings heirloom quality to any tabletop.

MEET ANGELA DREW
Angela Nicole Drew’s practice has blossomed since
debuting the Rancho Planter. She now operates her
own studio and gallery, teaching classes, supporting
local artists, and continuing the tradition of artisan
design. Each Rancho Planter sold directly contributes
to this thriving community of makers.
