Welcome to Autogate
A manual gate, for the majority of the time, will be left open.
The opposite is true for an automatic gate, adding security
and safety to your home or work premises. Once you have
made the decision to invest in an automatic gate system
and have contacted us, we will arrange a free site survey at
a convenient time and date for you. Most existing gates can
be automated subject to their condition. Some changes to
the gates or posts may be required to enable conversion.
All new gate systems supplied and fitted by Autogate are of
the highest quality and are available in a range of design
styles and materials. With our bespoke service gates can be
manufactured to include names and decoration specific to
your property.
Gates can be automated to swing or slide open, either as a
single gate or as a pair; the mechanism mounted on the
gate or concealed underground, depending on the position
and type of gate chosen.

Why invest in an Automatic Gate
from Autogate?
Many insurance companies look favourably on the added
security of an automated gate system. Additionally the safety
of pets and children is increased as you control the road
access to your property.
A number of access control solutions can be incorporated
into your automated gate system. Audio and video intercoms
can be connected to your home, land-line or mobile phone.
Keypad entry for visitors and remote controls for residents
can be supplemented by timer controls and vehicle induction
loops.
Various additional features can be added to ensure the safe,
reliable operation of your gates. All supplied gate systems
include a manual over-ride and emergency battery backup
can be added, as well as photocells (infra-red beams) to
avoid accidental gate closure on vehicles or other
obstructions. Outdoor lighting, whether general, daylight
sensitive or motion detecting are also popular with our
customers.
Maintenance and Servicing
Regular maintenance contracts are available
on all of our gate installations and can be
personally tailored to your specific needs.
If a system fails in any way one of our highly skilled
technicians will resolve the problem at the earliest
possible opportunity.

wood effects.
• Lower solid planks can be various widths and arranged
vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
• Upper open vertical planks can be configured in a variety
of space widths.
• Upper open top sections can be any height within the
gate design.
• Can have additional bespoke elements included such
as a house name (applied by water-jet engraving or on an
additional acrylic plate).
