to guard your heart and Minds. Satan and the enemy know the time of
your rising and they are trying their hardest to come against all of you my
elect, my 144,000. They want to prevent you from receiving your crown
and my glory to shine through You.

you, for the enemy is coming to kill, kill steal and destroy. You are on the

not against flesh and blood but against Satan and his hordes of darkness
in high places and beyond. Many powerful principalities and powers are
looking to destroy you, and your gifting, and are trying to prevent all of
you from stepping into your calling
They are doing this by keeping you in your flesh. They pray on your
emotions to keep you in pride, anger, depression, and fear. They try hard
to prevent you from walking in your spirit and being love and light to all
people around you. Don't allow the enemy a foothold. Now children, it's
time to fight.
For the fight for all of you is truly on. Yes, I keep you all safe, and yes,
greater am I that is in you, and yes, the prayers of the righteous avail
much. No weapon for formed against you will prosper. This is not about
running and hiding children. This time now is critical, your time must be
spent in prayer and fasting. When the balance of distractions outweigh

time spent in my presence, in worship fasting and prayer, then you will
become weak in the spirit and you will become easy prey for the enemy.
We are entering a critical time in your journey to becoming my end times
Army. Transformation and the raising up is on the doorstep, so heed this
message. This warning is for all of you my 144,000, heed it today, do not
be distracted. Do not be so distracted that you do not spend time with
me, having your vessels topped up with oil every single day. Now, be in
worship and praise before you even enter into my courts.
Fast and pray and fast some more, now the time is drawing nearer. For I
will reward you greatly with my outpouring, as your flesh weakens, your
spirit will grow stronger. As I am made strong within you, doesn't it say in
your infirmities I make you strong, for not by might or power, but by my
spirit. With fasting, no children do not get silly, be balanced and be
cautious. If you have a medical problem, and no nursing mothers should
ever fast, and that that is a command.
Know your weapons of war. This again is not to scare, but only to prepare
you for THE FIGHT IS TRULY ON, and Satan and his Fallen ones are
coming for you. Now be in my words daily, read aloud, and pray my
scriptures. You should have on your armor now WARRIORS, and know
what it means be obedient to me and my Commandments. Walk in the
ways of righteousness, so don't give the enemy a foothold. Now be ready
WARRIORS, and I say again worship, worship, worship truly from your
heart, sing aloud praises to me, your king Yeshua, for I come back very,
very soon.

Right now, the United States and Russia are in the middle of speaking
about making a peace agreement for the ongoing war in Ukraine.
However, could these discussions have more to do with the end times
than most people realize?
As Fox News reported, the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, and Foreign
Minister Sergey Lavrov are looking for options to create the outline for a
ceasefire and even for Ukrainian elections to take place afterward. While
Ukraine leader Zelenskyy has previously denied that Ukraine would
accept a deal without their involvement, America has promised that
Ukraine would have a say in the wider context of the deal.
These discussions for peace, however, are taking place in RIYADH, SAUDI

Beast) will literally announce and proclaim that he is ‘god’ in the
Jews rebuilt, third temple. He will place an ‘image’ or ‘idol’ of
himself in the Jewish temple, that can be worshipped and
worshippers verified via the Beast’s mark of technological
surveillance.

received a phone call from French President Emmanuel Macron on
Sunday, Saudi Press Agency reported.
During the call, areas of joint cooperation and ways to enhance them
were reviewed, and regional and international developments were
discussed. The two officials also exchanged views on the latest
developments and efforts made toward them TO ACHIEVE ‘SECURITY
AND STABILITY’.

This afternoon, I spoke on the phone with SAUDI ARABIA’S CROWN
PRINCE MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN to review the situation in the Near
and Middle East.
Regarding the situation in Gaza, I commended Saudi Arabia’s efforts
alongside the Arab League—work that France will support and advocate
at the European level.
We discussed the full implementation of the ceasefire agreement in
Lebanon, including a complete withdrawal of Israel. We also followed up
on the Paris Conference on Syria, an important moment of hope and
commitment, during which we reaffirmed our support and expectations
for the transitional authorities and the Syrian people.
Finally, I spoke with the CROWN PRINCE about Russia’s war in Ukraine

During his inauguration speech, United States President Donald Trump
said the “proudest legacy” of his presidency would be that of
“peacemaker and unifier”.

As much as he views the Israel-Palestine conflict as “not our war”,
however, Trump may have a real interest in his legacy as a dealmaker,
some analysts said.
In his first term, Trump proposed a “PEACE DEAL” FOR ISRAEL AND
PALESTINE THAT HIS ADMINISTRATION BILLED AS THE “DEAL OF THE
CENTURY”, and he tried to “normalise” relations between Israel and
several Arab states, bypassing the Palestinians in the process. This time,
he is widely expected to once again seek a deal that, while cementing his
legacy, would also likely benefit his business interests in the region.
But normalisation requires a more inclusive political project than
the Abraham Accords, which Trump promoted in his first term, said Matt
Duss, executive vice president of the progressive Center for International
Policy think tank.
“If Trump is serious about wanting to make peace as he claims, if he is
serious about wanting a Nobel Peace Prize, if he is serious about wanting
to do what no other president could do in MAKING PEACE BETWEEN
ISRAELIS AND PALESTINIANS AND NORMALISING ISRAEL IN THE REGION
IN A REAL AND SUSTAINABLE WAY, then getting to a just and reasonable
resolution for the Palestinians is absolutely essential for that.”
“The way to get to Trump is to appeal to his sense of his own greatness,”
Duss added. “I think the case needs to be made to him that for A PEACE
AND NORMALISATION AGREEMENT to actually be real and sustainable
and not just a set of arms deals, which is what the Abraham Accords
were, it’s going to have to have a real, just resolution for the Palestinians.”
It’s a tall order. Israel has shown no interest in anything that might get
Palestinians closer to statehood – which many analysts argued has long

been a foreclosed possibility anyway – given Israel’s expansion in the
occupied territory.
This week, Israeli President Isaac Herzog, who has previously paid lip
service to the notion of Palestinian statehood, said at the WORLD
ECONOMIC FORUM IN DAVOS, Switzerland, that the October 7, 2023,
attacks on southern Israel have been a “wake-up call” about its
plausibility.
And then there are Trump’s own at times conflicting allegiances: to a
large Christian Zionist political base that is firmly aligned with Israel’s
most far-right political elements; to donors like Israeli-American
billionaire Miriam Adelson, who backed his campaign to the tune of
nearly $100m; as well as to PARTNERS IN THE GULF LIKE SAUDI CROWN

RIYADH: Arab countries on Tuesday welcomed SAUDI EFFORTS to host
talks in Riyadh between the US and Russia on the Ukraine conflict.
Russia and the US agreed to start working toward ending the conflict in
Ukraine and improving their diplomatic and economic ties, the two
countries’ top diplomats said after the talks.
The UAE expressed “hope that the talks will serve as a significant step
towards bridging differences, fostering communication and advancing
dialogue to bring an end to the nearly three-year-long conflict,” the
Emirates News Agency reported.
Its Ministry of Foreign Affairs commended the efforts of Saudi Arabia in
hosting the talks “which reflect the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting
international peace efforts, and achieving GLOBAL ‘STABILITY AND
PROSPERITY’.”
The ministry reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to SUPPORTING
PEACEFUL RESOLUTIONS to conflicts and PROMOTING INTERNATIONAL
COOPERATION in addressing global challenges.
Majed Al-Ansari, the spokesperson for Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
welcomed Saudi efforts to lead the talks that “will hopefully RESULT IN
PEACE in a struggle that has gone on for a very long time.”
Al-Ansari added: “We have called from day one for both parties to
ENGAGE IN A PEACEFUL RESOLUTION of this war. This war has had huge

humanitarian costs and great geopolitical (and) economic impact
globally.”
Kuwait’s Foreign Ministry also welcomed the talks and expressed the
hope that they would “lead to achieving their desired goals in enhancing
SECURITY AND STABILITY in the world.”
Sufyan Qudah, Jordan’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, commended
Saudi Arabia for its pivotal role in hosting the talks and said they
highlighted the Kingdom’s continuous efforts to foster COMPREHENSIVE
AND JUST PEACE worldwide.
The Palestinian presidency said the talks were a culmination of the WISE
POLICY PURSUED BY SAUDI ARABIA’S LEADERSHIP, adding that it was “a
policy that fosters regional and INTERNATIONAL STABILITY and affirms
Riyadh’s commitment to its effective role in ACHIEVING PEACE AND
SECURITY.”

MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN’S RISE:

MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN IS SOLIDIFYING HIS POSITION AS A GLOBAL
AND REGIONAL DIPLOMATIC VISIONARY. On Friday, Riyadh will host the
leaders of the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries, in addition to
Jordan and Egypt, to discuss an Arab plan for the reconstruction of Gaza
without displacing its 2.2 million inhabitants. ONCE APPROVED, THE
PLAN WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE MEETING OF ARAB LEADERS IN CAIRO
AT THE END OF THE MONTH. It will become a counterproposal to
President Donald Trump’s plan to displace the people of Gaza while
taking over the beleaguered enclave and turning it into a regional riviera.
And on Tuesday, in the Saudi capital, senior US and Russian officials
kicked off preparatory meetings aimed at setting the parameters for a
plan to end the war in Ukraine ahead of a proposed summit between
Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Saudi Arabia.
The choice of the Kingdom as a diplomatic hub for conflict resolution
initiatives indicates MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN’S GROWING INFLUENCE
REGIONALLY AND GLOBALLY, AS HE IMPLEMENTS A FOREIGN POLICY
THAT SEEKS TO KEEP HIS DOORS OPEN IN ALL DIRECTIONS.
When President Trump suggested that the US would “own” Gaza and
displace its inhabitants, ostensibly on humanitarian grounds, his
suggestion sent shock waves across the globe, but particularly through
the region. His proposal rattled Jordan and Egypt, the two countries that
Trump called on to receive the Palestinians displaced from Gaza. But
more importantly, it signaled a dangerous departure from the decadesold
policy that was anchored in international law. Such a proposal, if
executed, would further destabilize the region and bring down the
foundations of the current global order.
So, when Jordan’s King Abdullah met with Trump at the White House last
week, HIS RESPONSE TO TRUMP’S IDEA WAS THAT ARAB LEADERS HAD
BEEN INVITED BY SAUDI CROWN PRINCE MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN,

whose country has rejected any attempt to displace the Palestinians from
their land, to work on an Arab plan for the reconstruction of Gaza without
the displacement of its people.
The choice of the venue is essential. TRUMP UNDERSTANDS THE
IMPORTANCE OF SAUDI ARABIA POLITICALLY AND ECONOMICALLY. It
was the first country he visited at the outset of his first term. Early in his
second term, the president spoke of the Kingdom’s importance,
especially as an economic powerhouse valuable to the US economy.
THE ARAB PLAN FOR GAZA TO BE AGREED TO IN RIYADH WILL RECEIVE
RECOGNITION AND SUPPORT NOT ONLY IN THE ARAB AND MUSLIM
WORLDS BUT ALSO BEYOND. Already, many European, African, Asian
and Latin American leaders have decried any attempt to displace the
Palestinians, while supporting efforts to rebuild the enclave.
The choice of Mohammed bin Salman as a DIPLOMATIC ‘BROKER’ OF
‘PEACE AND SECURITY’, indicates the country’s growing influence
regionally and globally.
Egypt has been working on the details of the proposed plan, which calls
for an independent body of technocrats to administer the Palestinian
enclave without the participation of Hamas or any other faction. A plan
to rebuild the Strip will be implemented through the World Bank and
other regional and international bodies without the displacement of the
inhabitants.
ONCE SUCH A PLAN IS APPROVED, A SENIOR ARAB DELEGATION WILL
PRESENT IT TO TRUMP. ALL INDICATIONS POINT TO A POSITIVE
RECEPTION BY THE AMERICANS, WHO WILL ENSURE THAT ALL PARTIES,
INCLUDING ISRAEL, ABIDE BY IT.

In terms of the Ukraine war, the Saudis have followed a wise foreign
policy since the beginning of the conflict, adhering to the principles of
international law without alienating any of the parties involved.
In May 2023, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was invited to
address the Arab League Summit in Jeddah. And while Ukraine will not
be a party to the US-Russian preparatory talks in Riyadh, ZELENSKY WILL
VISIT SAUDI ARABIA ON WEDNESDAY, ONE DAY AFTER A MEETING
THERE BETWEEN TOP RUSSIAN AND US OFFICIALS.
Likewise, PUTIN visited Saudi Arabia in December 2023, a rare foreign
trip by the Russian leader since the war with Ukraine broke out in
February 2022. HE MET WITH THE SAUDI CROWN PRINCE, who he had
last seen in 2019.

Riyadh’s balanced approach to the Russia-Ukraine crisis has presented it
as an acceptable venue for the US-Russia talks and the planned Putin-
Trump summit.
Mohammed bin Salman has played a key role in mediation and in
resolving his own conflicts with other nations. In March 2023, Riyadh
embraced a Chinese initiative to normalize ties with Iran, which has
succeeded in strengthening relations between the two regional powers.
Mohammed bin Salman’s past successes and his current strategic
positioning suggest a potential for significant influence on the world’s
stage.

Yemen and rebuild war-torn Syria, while supporting the election of a new
president in Lebanon and helping to bring ‘PEACE AND STABILITY’ to Iraq,
among other things.
Addressing the core of the region’s instability, the Arab-Israeli conflict,
the Kingdom presented the Arab Peace Initiative of 2002 and this remains
the BENCHMARK FOR A JUST AND LASTING PEACE in the region based
on the two-state solution.
Riyadh’s past successes, such as brokering the Taif Agreement in 1989 to
end the civil war in Lebanon, and its current strategic positioning suggest
a potential for SIGNIFICANT INFLUENCE IN SHAPING THE NEW GLOBAL

RIYADH: Arab countries on Tuesday welcomed Saudi efforts to host talks
in Riyadh between the US and Russia on the Ukraine conflict.
Russia and the US agreed to start working toward ending the conflict in
Ukraine and improving their diplomatic and economic ties, the two
countries’ top diplomats said after the talks.
The UAE expressed “hope that the talks will serve as a significant step
towards bridging differences, fostering communication and advancing
dialogue to bring an end to the nearly three-year-long conflict,” the
Emirates News Agency reported. Its Ministry of Foreign Affairs
commended the efforts of Saudi Arabia in hosting the talks “which reflect
the KINGDOM’S COMMITMENT TO SUPPORTING INTERNATIONAL
PEACE EFFORTS, and achieving global STABILITY AND PROSPERITY.”
Kuwait’s Foreign Ministry also welcomed the talks and expressed the
hope that they would “lead to achieving their desired goals in enhancing

But a new survey, conducted across 52 countries and territories and
accounting for 76 percent of the world’s adult population, has refined

These were the headline findings of an international survey released
by analytics and advisory company Gallup at last week’s three-day World
Governments Summit in Dubai.
The summit, which has been held annually in the city since 2013, brings
together heads of government, officials and thought leaders “to address
universal challenges and SET (5) THE AGENDA FOR NEXT-GENERATION
GOVERNMENTS.”
Topics tackled at this year’s summit included the impact of ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE and HOW GOVERNMENTS CAN MAINTAIN THE TRUST OF
THEIR CITIZENS IN THE FACE OF THE MAELSTROM OF MISINFORMATION
AND CONSPIRACY THEORIZING GENERATED IN THIS DIGITAL AGE.

And TRUST AND HOPE, the survey found, ARE WHAT PEOPLE WANT
MOST FROM THEIR LEADERS, whether in government or at the head of
the companies for which they work.
“Today’s leaders face profound and complex challenges, such as climate
change, conflict and artificial intelligence, and must make DECISIONS
THAT AFFECT THE LIVES OF THEIR FOLLOWERS,” wrote Jon Clifton,
Gallup’s CEO, who was present at the launch of the report during the
World Governments Summit on Feb. 11.
The “Global Leadership Report: What Followers Want” put it this way: “In
this changing world, it is crucial for leaders to understand the reasons
people follow them.”
To better understand how people around the world perceive leaders and
their impact, Gallup first asked participants to NAME A LEADER WHO
HAS HAD THE MOST POSITIVE INFLUENCE ON THEIR DAILY LIVES. THEY
THEN ASKED THEM TO LIST THREE WORDS DESCRIBING WHAT THAT
LEADER CONTRIBUTES TO THEIR LIVES.
The survey found that “HOPE IS THE PRIMARY NEED OF FOLLOWERS
AROUND THE WORLD” — a finding that would have come as no surprise
to the 19th-century French leader Napoleon Bonaparte, who defined a
leader (5) AS “A DEALER IN HOPE.”
When asked to list three words that best describe what leaders
contribute to their lives, 56 percent said “HOPE,” followed by 33 percent
who named “TRUST.”
It is, according to the Gallup report, essential for leaders to recognize that
“HOPE IS A POWERFUL MOTIVATOR. It stands out as the dominant need
across followers, with 56 percent of all attributes tied to positive leaders
grouping into this theme — particularly the attributes of INSPIRATION,
VISION and PERSONAL INTEGRITY.

“HOPE GIVES FOLLOWERS SOMETHING BETTER TO LOOK FORWARD TO,
ENABLING THEM TO NAVIGATE CHALLENGES AND WORK TOWARD A
BRIGHTER FUTURE. Without hope, people can disengage, lose
confidence and become less resilient.”
The survey found that HOPE IS THE PRIMARY NEED across all 52
countries surveyed, ranging from just over four in 10 people in Bulgaria,
Jordan and Lebanon to at least two in three in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia
and Egypt. In fact, HOPE AS A NEED FULFILLED BY LEADERS IN SAUDI
ARABIA (66.6 PERCENT)
And the survey makes clear that, while government leaders obviously
play a significant role in the lives of their citizens, other types of leaders
understandably have a more direct, day-to-day impact on people’s lives
and happiness.

Overall, asked what leader had the most positive influence on their lives,
an overwhelming and perhaps unsurprising majority of those surveyed
(57 percent) named A FAMILY LEADER.
While Gallup’s research into followers’ needs offers valuable insight, the
answer to what makes a good leader lies in a holistic understanding of
themselves, their role, and the needs of their followers. Without first
understanding what followers expect and need, a leader’s ability to lead
successfully is in question.
“GREAT LEADERSHIP IS DEFINED NOT BY AUTHORITY ALONE, BUT BY
HOW MUCH THE PEOPLE WHO FOLLOW LEADERS TRUST AND SUPPORT
THEM,” the Gallup report said.

“The best leaders — of countries, organizations or other groups — keep
their followers in mind when making decisions, because without them,
even the most capable leader lacks true influence.”
The survey also found a direct connection between wellbeing and life
satisfaction and the extent to which the basic expectations of leadership
— HOPE, TRUST, COMPASSION AND STABILITY — are met.
Gallup measures life satisfaction by asking respondents to imagine a
ladder with ten rungs, with the lowest rung representing the worst
possible life and the highest the best.
Those who rated their current life a “7” or higher and their anticipated
life in five years an “8” or higher are categorized as thriving. Those on “4”
or lower are considered to be suffering.
By this metric the survey reveals a subtle but SIGNIFICANT ASSOCIATION
BETWEEN HOPE AND LIFE SATISFACTION. Among those who do not
associate hope with the leader they mention, only 33 percent are classed
as thriving and 9 percent as suffering, whereas thriving rises to 38
percent and suffering dips to 6 percent among those for whom the need
for hope is met.
Although suffering is relatively rare, the survey results show it decreases
as more needs are met. This is especially important in low-income
countries, where higher levels of suffering make hope for a better future
crucial in reducing pain.
TRUST IS THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT NEED identified by the survey
(33 percent), and this has “an additive role” when combined with hope
and either stability or compassion, in which case rates of thriving increase
to 43 percent and 39 percent respectively.
FOLLOWERS NEED TO TRUST THAT THEIR LEADERS WILL KEEP THEIR
WORD AND ACT WITH INTEGRITY, the “Global Leadership Report” says,

enabling people to collaborate toward shared goals more effectively.
The report adds that its research into the needs of followers “offers a
BLUEPRINT FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE LEADERS.” “As we navigate an
era marked by rapid technological advancements and global
interconnectedness, the ability to pivot and respond to new challenges is
more important than ever,” the report said. “Leaders who keep the four
needs of followers at the forefront when making decisions will likely be
most destined to make a positive impact on the world.”
The Gallup report further states that leaders “must ultimately know
three things to succeed” — they must understand the needs of their
followers and fulfil the four needs of HOPE, TRUST, COMPASSION AND
STABILITY; they must know themselves, and lead with their strengths;
and “the most successful leaders also have a deep understanding of the
demands of their specific role and the expectations attached to it.”
However, Gallup leaders cannot meet their followers’ needs without first
knowing themselves, the report says, adding that effective leaders
develop their innate strengths, refining natural talents through
knowledge and skill to unlock unique leadership approaches and
maximize their impact.
The best leaders, the report concludes, “achieve success — despite
varied roles, organizations and industries — by bringing multiple teams
together and making great decisions, driving the purpose and
performance of their organization.
“The more leaders can provide their followers with HOPE, TRUST,
COMPASSION AND STABILITY by leaning on their unique strengths and
applying them to the specifics of their role, the more successful they will

West posted on Saturday, using an acronym for Mohammed bin Salman.
The post was accompanied by a grainy photo of Saudi Arabia’s de facto
leader. He followed up minutes later with another image of the crown
prince, writing: “Thank you to my brother Swizz for connecting me with
your CLOSE FRIEND the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.”
It suggests that he was introduced to the crown prince by Swizz Beatz, an
acclaimed music producer who has worked closely with West. Swizz
Beatz has a long-standing connection with Saudi Arabia, having founded
a creative agency in the kingdom, co-launched a roller skating rink in the
desert city of al-Ula and spent millions of dollars buying 48 racing
camels in the kingdom.
West's comments came amid a collection of antisemitic and
inflammatory remarks on X, spanning three days. The posts included:
“I’M A NAZI”, “I LOVE HITLER”, “HITLER WAS SOOOO FRESH” and “You
can get money with Jewish people but they always gonna steal”.
He also said: “Any Jewish person that does business with me needs to
know I don't like or trust any Jewish person amd [sic] this is completely
sober with no Hennesy.”
West first revealed that he’d met Mohammed bin Salman
during rambling remarks posted live on social media in a room filled with
supporters in December 2023.
“THAT’S WHY I JUST MET WITH MBS, N*****, HEAD OF SAUDI. WE
DON’T HAVE TO BOW TO THIS SHIT,” he said amid an expletive-laden
tirade against Jewish people.

Those comments came after West had spent three months in Saudi
Arabia working on Vultures 1, an album released with singer Ty Dolla
Sign. West was reportedly staying in the Banyan Tree resort in al-Ula
and shared pictures of his studio set-up in the Saudi desert. In October
2023, West was among several high-profile celebrities who attended a
boxing match between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou in Riyadh.
Following his trip to Saudi Arabia, the multi-award-winning musician
revealed that he wanted to build a 405-sqkm city in the Middle East
called Droam. Last month, he revealed further plans for the city on
Instagram, stating that the core design principles include “no stairs”, “no
glass” and “endless pathways (no beginning, no end)”.

SAUDI CROWN PRINCE MBS
The stranger-than-fiction story of how Mohammed bin Salman
welcomed the 60-year-old movie star into his kingdom—and his circle of
trust.
An ornately clad royal, draped in velvet and frills, sits at his dressing table
within the hallowed halls of Versailles awaiting a final dusting of powder.
Just then, a courtier bursts in with an urgent message concerning the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
But this is not the 1700s, and the man in the chair is not King Louis XV.
It’s July 2022, and Johnny Depp, of Owensboro, Kentucky, is having his

hair and makeup done for his role in a French period piece titled Jeanne
du Barry. The messenger is a senior producer with a surprising request:
Prince Badr bin Farhan Al Saud wants to meet with Depp.
The prince, an amiable fellow with a toothy grin, is Saudi Arabia’s culture
minister—and a cousin of the OMNIPOTENT CROWN PRINCE
MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN, known as MBS. In 2017, Prince Badr made
headlines when he served as the front man for MBS’s purchase of the
world’s most expensive painting, Leonardo da Vinci’s Salvator
Mundi. Price tag: $450 million.
The catch, however, is that Prince Badr has suddenly become very
important to the production of Jeanne du Barry. By investing millions in
the project via Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Film Fund, he has earned the right
to an audience with the star.
“They made a genuine connection,” says a friend of Depp’s. “It’s a shock
to many of the people who know him, but it’s what happened.”
After a few days of back-and-forth, Depp reluctantly agrees to the
meeting. It goes so well that, within months, the 60-year-old actor,
known for palling around with the likes of Keith Richards and the late
Hunter S. Thompson, will stand face-to-face with MBS, the 38-year-old
de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia.
Theirs will be a bromance like no other.
With his willingness to spend billions of dollars in a relentless drive to
transform his country into a cultural and economic superpower, MBS IS
SHAKING UP THE WORLD ORDER. To decipher his increasingly
consequential moods, methods, and moves, global leaders rely on
thousands of diplomats, linguists, and spies.
They should probably just call Depp.

Over the past year, Depp has spent more than seven weeks in Saudi
Arabia, staying in royal palaces and camps, traversing the country by
yacht and helicopter, and even flying to London and back on MBS’s
personal 747 for a quick trip to attend the Jeff Beck Memorial Concert
at the Royal Albert Hall.
In that time, Depp and MBS have become real friends. “They made a
genuine connection,” says a friend of Depp’s. “It’s a shock to many of the
people who know [Depp], but it’s what happened.” Insiders say Depp is
now weighing a seven-figure annual contract to promote Saudi Arabia’s
cultural renaissance.
Both men knew how it felt to suddenly go from golden boy to outcast.
Depp’s stock had taken a hit after his ex-wife Amber Heard accused him
of abuse. In two high-profile court cases, Depp contested those claims,
which he has always denied. As Depp and Heard wrangled in court in the
second case, a cascade of unflattering personal details hit the press and
social media. The ugly spectacle, and the troll war it sparked, damaged
Depp’s reputation in some circles.
For MBS, it was the horrific murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi at the
hands of Saudi state operatives in 2018 that sent shudders around the
world, irrevocably tainting the crown prince’s carefully cultivated image
as a brilliant young reformer.
Reached for comment, Johnny Depp said, “Though I admit I was
somewhat naive at first to what was transpiring in the region, I’ve since
experienced firsthand the cultural revolution that is happening there—
from emerging young storytellers radiating fresh ideas and works of art
to a blossoming film infrastructure and a newfound curiosity for
innovation. I’ve had the opportunity to meet people from various parts
of the region who have been most welcoming in sharing with me their
culture, their traditions, and their stories.”

Depp’s introduction to Prince Badr was set in motion by Sina Taleb, a
French wheeler-dealer whose famous friends include Leonardo DiCaprio
and Tobey Maguire. During a chance meeting in Cannes, Taleb and Badr
got to talking about how to bring more A-list talent to the kingdom to
support its burgeoning film industry.
Rather than paying actors to visit, an inherently cynical transaction, Taleb
said Saudi Arabia should invest in films to demonstrate its commitment
to the arts.
UNDER MBS’S AMBITIOUS VISION 2030 PLAN, Saudi Arabia is plowing
hundreds of billions of dollars into a kaleidoscope of ventures—
everything from mining and real estate to sports and tourism. The goal is
to develop new revenue streams and kick the kingdom’s addiction to oil
money.
Entertainment is a key focus because it not only increases tourism but
also persuades more of the country’s 30 million residents to do their
leisure spending domestically. Under the draconian rules that MBS
started to wipe away in 2015, entertainment was highly constrained:
Playing music in public was banned, men and women couldn’t easily mix,
and even simple pleasures like going to the movies were unheard of.
Eight years later, the country is booming with cultural activity, some of
which reflects the personal interests of its ALL-POWERFUL CROWN
PRINCE. HE’S SAID TO BE A BIG VIDEO GAMER, AND SAUDI ARABIA HAS
PLANS TO INVEST $38 BILLION IN ESPORTS AND GAMING. He’s also
believed to be an amateur DJ who loves electronic dance music, and the
country now hosts the Middle East’s biggest music festival, Middle Beast
Soundstorm (MBS), every December.

“We’re making up for lost time and making sure that our country realizes
its potential,” a Saudi government adviser says of the country’s huge
entertainment push.
Back in the early ’60s, Lawrence of Arabia was shot in Jordan, Morocco,
and Spain. At the time, filming in the kingdom was all but prohibited.
Today, productions are flocking to Saudi Arabia for the scenery, yes, but
also for the rebates, which can rise as high as 40 percent of the budget.
“It’s not just a prince saying I want to have Tom Cruise come here,” says
producer Jonathan Gray, who first met MBS in France in the early 2000s.
“It’s the economy.”
According to Gray, MBS IS A SCI-FI AFICIONADO. “IT’S REALLY THE
CAPACITY TO ESCAPE YOUR MIND, THANKS TO WORLDS SO DIFFERENT

Joe Russo’s AGBO shot scenes for Cherry, the first major Hollywood
production filmed in Saudi Arabia since MBS’s ascension six years earlier.
(The 2012 drama -Wadjda was the first feature to be shot entirely in
Saudi Arabia.) Starring Tom Holland as an American college dropout who
grapples with PTSD after serving as a medic in Iraq, Cherry was
distributed by Apple TV+ and debuted to middling reviews.
Gray says he’s now developing Saudi stories for an international

Still, luring the biggest names in Hollywood takes more than cash. Many
in the industry are nervous about the reputational risks of associating
with Saudi Arabia. Khashoggi’s murder is a major concern, and he’s far
from the only critic who has been targeted. Countless others have been
arrested and detained. The kingdom also has a dismal human rights
record and backward positions on LGBTQ+ rights, freedom of speech, and
other issues generally sacred to Western liberals.
Martin Scorsese declined an invitation to attend the Red Sea Film Festival
last year, but not everyone is so skittish. The 2023 Features Competition
Jury was presided over by Baz Luhrmann, the Australian director

of Elvis, The Great Gatsby, and Moulin Rouge!. Others spotted on
Jeddah’s red carpet in recent years include Sharon Stone, Priyanka
Chopra, and the Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. (Vanity Fair Europe has

MBS RELIES ON TWO MEMBERS OF HIS INNER CIRCLE, BOTH OLD
FRIENDS, TO CULTIVATE FOREIGN ENTERTAINERS AND ATHLETES:
PRINCE BADR AND TURKI AL SHEIKH, CHAIRMAN OF THE GENERAL
ENTERTAINMENT AUTHORITY.
A Ministry of Interior official turned “poet” who regales his 18 million
Instagram followers with his latest compositions, Al Sheikh, 42, is the life
of the party. One of his initiatives is the Riyadh Season, an annual series
of concerts and spectacles, including a fountain show worthy of the Las
Vegas Strip. Last year’s event featured a boxing match between WBC
heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and MMA star Francis Ngannou. A
die-hard soccer fan, Al Sheikh has also helped lead the charge to bring
such icons as Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar to Saudi Arabia’s Pro League.
Meanwhile, Prince Badr, born two weeks before MBS, plays the cultural
ambassador, attending events like the Venice Biennale and meeting the
heads of museums. In the last few years, he has developed a coterie of
prominent friends who, in turn, introduce new prospects to Saudi Arabia.
Among them is rapper Swizz Beatz, the husband of singer Alicia Keys, who
has spent considerable time in the kingdom over the past several years.
He shot an episode of his Hulu show, Drive With Swizz Beatz, in the Saudi
desert.
Swizz has a long history of advising the ultrarich on art collecting. Before
Jho Low, the alleged Malaysian fraudster, went on the run from the
Department of Justice and other investigators, Swizz helped persuade
him to purchase Jean-Michel Basquiat’s Dustheads for $48.8 million.

Now, Swizz is advising Prince Badr on art acquisitions. If there are plans
to display Salvator Mundi, they are closely guarded. Friends have learned
not to ask because Badr tends to excuse himself from the room whenever
the painting is mentioned.
Badr recently Instagrammed a photo of himself and Saudi Arabia’s vice
minister of culture, Hamed Fayez, with basketball legend LeBron James
and his business partner Maverick Carter. Swizz wrote in a comment, “My
brothers .” Like Depp, James and Carter were introduced to Saudi Arabia
by Taleb.
Intrigued by Taleb’s advice to invest in Hollywood projects as a way of
luring A-list talent, Prince Badr asked him to find some films that needed
funding.
“These guys mean business,” Taleb says.
So in the summer of 2022, he called an old friend named Thomas
Langmann, who had produced The Artist. Taleb says Langmann gave him
two ideas: Francis Ford Coppola’s Megalopolis and Jeanne du
Barry, starring Johnny Depp.
It turned out that Coppola didn’t need—or want—any additional money,
but Jeanne du Barry was struggling to come in under its tight budget.
With Taleb’s help, Prince Badr and the film’s producers arranged for Saudi
Arabia to invest millions to cover budget overruns and some additional
expenditures. The film’s final budget was $22.4 million.
Everything seemed in order until Prince Badr asked to visit Depp on set.
At the time, the royal cousin was staying nearby in one of MBS’s houses.
The $300 million château, set on a 57-acre site complete with moats, is
called Château Louis XIV.

Depp’s wariness had to do with another Saudi prince he’d spent many
years carousing with in New York and Paris and on the Mediterranean
coast. Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahd—the fabulously wealthy son of the
former King Fahd, MBS’s uncle—famously traveled the world with an
entourage of two dozen hedonistic associates. They rented yachts,
bought out restaurants, and generally partied nonstop.
There was a dark side to these escapades. In 2012, a member of his
retinue was convicted of raping a woman at the Plaza Hotel in
Manhattan, where the prince had rented out a block of rooms.
Suddenly, in 2017, Prince Abdulaziz stopped appearing in public. It
turned out that he was caught up in the so-called sheikdown, wherein
MBS suddenly detained close to 300 of Saudi Arabia’s richest men,
including his own relatives, on suspicion of corruption. The majority were
held at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Riyadh, the same venue that weeks
earlier had hosted visiting CEOs and dignitaries for the annual Future
Investment Initiative conference.
Many of the detainees were released after giving up a portion of their
fortunes, but a few have yet to reemerge publicly. One of them, former
Riyadh governor Prince Turki bin Abdullah, had allegedly been plotting
against MBS.
Depp’s friend Prince Abdulaziz eventually resurfaced, smiling for a photo
beside MBS, but he has kept a very low profile ever since.
Upon hearing Depp’s reasons for not wanting to meet, Prince Badr was
able to reassure the actor that his old friend had been released following
a temporary detention. He said Depp was welcome to meet with Prince
Abdulaziz in Saudi Arabia and even offered to let him look at the official
corruption case file at one of the Saudi embassies in Europe.

The openness worked and the two men met. A few months later, Prince
Badr’s team persuaded Depp to fly to Jeddah for the 2022 Red Sea Film
Festival. Once Depp arrived, however, he skipped the public events.
Instead, a team led him on a tour around the country.
It was Depp’s first visit to Saudi Arabia, and he looked around wide-eyed
at the changes underway. One person familiar with the trip said Depp
bonded with Prince Badr but also talked to a wide range of people—
drivers, desert guides, young artists, and members of the royal court.
By the end of the visit, Depp had apparently proved himself worthy of
meeting the crown prince himself. They hit it off instantly.
Depp’s friends in London were alarmed when they heard about his
budding relationship with MBS.
But the edginess appealed to Depp, who was still recovering from the
chaotic aftermath of his divorce from Heard, those friends say. He
seemed refreshed by the time away from his hard-drinking friends in
Europe and the crowd that surrounds his rock band, the Hollywood
Vampires.
“The trips to Saudi are actually healthy for him,” a friend says. Drinking is
technically prohibited in Saudi Arabia, but VIP guests are still treated to
alcohol in private settings, especially on yachts because, as they see it,
they are technically not on Saudi soil.
Moreover, Depp, who did not recognize himself in the tabloid coverage
of the Heard trial, was beginning to question the Western narrative about
Saudi Arabia. THE CROWN PRINCE SAID THE WORLD HAD UNFAIRLY
TARNISHED HIM AS A BLOODTHIRSTY DICTATOR in the vein of Saddam
Hussein. This was Saudi Arabia’s greatest moment, he told Depp, a major
transformation perceptible even on a monthly basis, if people would only
bother to visit.

“He became a believer that this is actually a country in the midst of a
cultural revolution,” Taleb says.
One of the key stops on Depp’s tours with MBS and Prince Badr was
AlUla, an ancient oasis city that had been off-limits before MBS came
along. The authorities never said why the city was closed off, but it
probably had something to do with a story in the Quran about how God
punished the people of the area, known as Madain Saleh, with AN
EARTHQUAKE THAT MADE IT INHOSPITABLE TO HUMAN LIFE.

There was also concern that Saudi Arabia’s once-powerful religious
conservatives would destroy the petroglyphs carved into AlUla’s cliffs by
the same pre-Islamic civilization that settled Petra in Jordan. But under
MBS, who has espoused a more liberal and personal form of Islam, AlUla
has become the center of a high-end cultural explosion. Each year, its
contemporary performing arts center, Maraya, nestled in a canyon and
clad completely in mirrors, hosts events for the Winter at Tantora festival.
On his second visit, in early 2023, Depp was invited to MBS’S ROYAL
CAMP IN THE MOUNTAINS, with trained falcons and luxury tents.

He also flew on multiple occasions by helicopter to MBS’s
yacht, Serene, one of the largest in the world. The 439-foot vessel mostly
travels around the Red Sea as part of a floating palace complex, with as
many as a dozen other smaller boats providing additional space for
guests and crew. Depp always brings his guitar, according to a person
familiar with the visits.
The yacht is set up to serve as a mobile statehouse. MBS hosted Secretary
of State John Kerry there in 2015. But with the touch of a few buttons, it
can be turned into a nightclub with state-of-the-art DJ equipment.
MBS and many of his advisers are night owls, staying up all night and
sleeping well into the day. It’s a habit that MBS acquired as a teenager,
and some, like his younger brother Khalid bin Salman, the defense
minister, find it helpful to be on the same schedule as counterparts in the
US.
Depp likes to burn the midnight oil too, and he and MBS would stay up
late talking about the crown prince’s plans for Saudi Arabia and Depp’s
thoughts on how to bring more art and filmmaking to the country. At one
point, Depp gave the prince a painting he’d made. One night, Depp
summoned the courage to ask a simple but potentially explosive
question: What really happened with Khashoggi?
A veteran journalist with ties to both Saudi intelligence and the Muslim
Brotherhood, Khashoggi had been living in Turkey and the US and had
become an increasingly vocal critic of MBS’s rule, chastising the crown
prince in The Washington Post and elsewhere for the war in Yemen and
his aggressive moves to silence critics on both sides of the political
spectrum. In October 2018, Khashoggi visited the Saudi consulate in
Istanbul to obtain paperwork that would allow him to marry his Turkish
fiancée. Once inside, he was drugged, killed, and dismembered by Saudi
operatives.

A listening device installed by the Turkish government captured the coldblooded
murder in excruciating detail. Its release shattered the image of
MBS internationally and led to a widespread, if unofficial and
inconsistent, boycott of all things Saudi for a few years. Joe Biden
promised to make Saudi Arabia a “pariah” state in the run-up to the 2020
election.

MBS denied ordering the hit but admitted he was ultimately responsible
for Khashoggi’s death. Many of those involved in the operation were put
on trial, and several were sentenced to prison. For about three years,
MBS reduced his travel and focused inwardly on his VISION 2030 plan.
Observers speculated that his family would remove him from power and
return Saudi Arabia to its traditionally glacial status quo. They were
wrong.

By 2022, the furor had subsided enough that MBS felt comfortable
answering Depp’s question. With an earnest expression, MBS began
laying out his argument that Khashoggi had become a rogue operative
working with the country’s enemies TO UNDERMINE THE CROWN
PRINCE’S REFORM AGENDA. The West saw Khashoggi as a journalist,
MBS said, but THE ROYAL COURT VIEWED HIM AS A CORRUPT ENEMY
OF THE STATE, putting its future at risk for hidden motives.
MBS said that his staff had been ordered to arrest Khashoggi on criminal
charges if the opportunity arose but that the directive had been
misunderstood by overeager underlings who believed the prince would
be happy if Khashoggi were silenced permanently. Consistent with his
public statements, MBS told Depp he didn’t order the murder but
nonetheless took responsibility.
The CIA said in a confidential assessment that it believed with high
confidence MBS ORDERED THE KILLING, The Washington
Post and The New York Times reported in 2018.

The bromance is now in full gear, people close to Depp say. And naturally,
being close to the crown prince of Saudi Arabia has its benefits.
Depp maintains to anyone he discusses the topic with that he values the
friendship for what it is and doesn’t want anything in return.
But to secure Depp’s assistance in putting Saudi Arabia on the cultural
map, his team is in talks with the Saudi government about an annual
seven-figure deal for him to attend events and shoot films in the country.

THE COMING ONE WORLD LEADER (Revelation 13:1-10)
SIX CHARACTERISTICS WILL MARK THIS FUTURE WORLD LEADER
In verse 1, he is called “a beast.” As John stands on a beach, he sees rising
from the sea a monstrous, weird creature with seven heads, ten horns,
and ten crowns. This creature is a hideous combination of three animals:
a leopard, a bear, and a lion. This is how God sees the Antichrist—just as
he saw Satan as a dragon rather than an angel of light. God is able to peel
away the veneer of supposed reputation and reveal the fabric of one’s
character.
The Greek term for “beast” is therion, which speaks of a wild, venomous
beast, a monster. Paul calls this character “the man of sin,” “the son of
perdition,” and “the lawless one” (2 Thessalonians 2:3, 8). The Antichrist
will come on the world scene much like the angels at Christmas, saying,
“Peace on earth” and OFFERING A PLAN FOR WORLD TRANQUILITY.
But this will not last long. Midway through the Tribulation, he will commit
what both Daniel and Jesus CALLED “THE ABOMINATION OF
DESOLATION” (Daniel 9:27; Matthew 24:15), thus revealing his true
character. This beast, the ANTICHRIST, will serve Satan and will receive

THE SECOND CHARACTERISTIC IS:
Verse 1 says the Antichrist will have seven heads, ten horns, and ten
crowns; verse 2 declares that the devil will give him his power, his throne,
and great authority. This man will be granted power to “make war with
the saints and to overcome them” and will be given authority over “every
tribe, tongue, and nation” (v. 7). This recalls the vision in Daniel 7 of four
beasts representing four distinct world powers: a lion (Babylon), a bear
(Medo-Persia), a leopard (Greece), and a grotesque and terrifying
creature (Rome). Here, John sees a single beast possessing all of the
characteristics of the four creatures in Daniel 7. And this final kingdom
will have ten horns, representing separate governments that at the time
of the end will come together in a confederacy.

This ruler will impose a new kind of world order on the planet—a world
order with unprecedented influence. Daniel 7:23 says the Antichrist will
devour the whole earth, trampling it and breaking it into pieces. If he is
to deliver world peace, then he will need a global influence.
Part of the Constitution for the Federation of Earth, produced by the
Democratic World Federalists, says,
Realizing that humanity today has come to a turning point in history; that
we are on the threshold of a new world order which promises to usher
in an era of ‘PEACE AND PROSPERITY’ and harmony; conscious of the
obligation to save humanity from imminent and total annihilation and
conscious that humanity is one despite the existence of diverse nations,
races, creeds, ideologies, cultures; that the principle of unity in diversity
is the basis of a new age when war will be outlawed and peace shall
prevail; conscious of the inescapable reality that the greatest hope for
the survival of life on earth is the establishment of a democratic one
world government; we, the citizens of the world, hereby resolve to
establish a world federation to be governed in accordance with the
constitution for the federation of the earth.
The framers of this document thought the new federation should be
headed up by a “world executive,” a presidium of five leaders who
represent five continents. They called for one president and four vice
presidents who would aid him. This world executive would control
everything.
As world conditions decline—and the world will get progressively worse
as we approach the rapture—there will grow such A CRY FOR PEACE AND
SECURITY, that any solution, any confederation that can promise peace
on earth, will gain global support. By promising exactly this, the Antichrist
will achieve global dominion.

One key element to gaining world peace, according to the “one world”
strategists and planners, is the removal of absolutes. In his classic
book The Closing of the American Mind, Alan Bloom said the only way
globalism can work is by eliminating any system of absolutes. In other
words, nothing is right, and if nothing is right, then no one has the right
to say, “You’re wrong.” And that’s how we’re all going to get along.
Linda Faulkinstein of the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory
said, “Black and white answers probably never really existed, but the
time has long passed when even the myth can endure. Competent world
citizens must act in the large zones of grays where absolutes are
absent.” Planners like her realize that religious beliefs—which tend to
divide people—must be eliminated, and that the adherents to those
beliefs must be labeled as close-minded, prejudiced, and intolerant. All
of this will contribute toward a massive truth vacuum throughout the
world.

THE ANTICHRIST WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS TOTAL CONTROL, IN PART,
THROUGH THE THIRD CHARACTERISTIC:
The beast will be engineered by the devil, possessed by the devil,
controlled by the devil, and empowered by the devil.
Apparently, he will survive some kind of head wound, by a sword, that
appears fatal, causing the world to marvel over him and follow him. The
word “marveled” in verse 3 means “to greatly admire, to wonder, to feel
stunned by.” Marvel is the first step toward worship.

In verse 12 we read that the wound seems to be of a more personal kind.
There we find a term that is also used of Jesus Christ, when John sees the
Lamb, or Christ, “as though it had been slain” (5:6). Some scholars believe
Satan will conjure some kind of fake resurrection. While the devil can
never manufacture an actual resurrection, he can create a sign or wonder
that could be mistaken for such—a wound that merely appears to be fatal
and from which the Antichrist fully recovers, prompting the whole world
to marvel after him.

deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

THE FOURTH CHARACTERISTIC IS:
Marvel and fear will quickly blossom into full-fledged worship of the
beast—and through him, worship of the devil. That’s what Satan has
always wanted. Ever since he tried to usurp God’s authority long ago, the
devil has wanted to be like the Most High, and that includes receiving the
worship only God can receive. Paul said the Antichrist will oppose God
and exalt himself above everything that is called God, to the point that
he sits in the temple in Jerusalem to proclaim his divinity (2 Thessalonians
2:4). The world will willingly believe this lie, giving him praise that sounds
a lot like authentic worship of God: “Who is like the beast?” (v. 4). In the
Old Testament, believers often declared, “Who is like our God?” (see, for
example, Exodus 15:11; Psalm 35:10; Isaiah 40:18; Micah 7:18). And the
unbelievers during the Tribulation period will say to the beast, “You are
our god!”

Saudi sculptor, Hashem Al-Jumaan, nicknamed “Picasso of Saudi Arabia,”
created a unique image or idol of Crown Prince Mohammed bin
Salman” in a sculpture of the Crown Prince’s “Bisht” movement, titled
‘Axis of Glory.”
In detail, Al-Jumaan explained that the sculpture is three meters and 10
cm high, two meters wide and weighs one ton, as he wanted to present
something different and distinctive that befits the Godfather of the
National VISION 2030 of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Regarding the method of the sculpture, he added: “I used reinforced
concrete decorated with iron in gold only with Arabic letters in the
Thuluth script. I drew inspiration from the image of the Crown Prince
that attracted writers and creators, and the sculpture was made in 11
months,” according to his interview with Al Arabiya.
The Saudi artist pointed out that the sculpture came from the support of
the Crown Prince, who gave all creative people the freedom to express
their ideas in a creative language, and opened windows of freedom for
them to express love through their vision and enable the visual artist to
sail and share his art with the world.
Satan has always tried to masquerade as God. Here the dragon will try to
masquerade as God the Father, while the Antichrist will masquerade as
the Son. At this point in the Tribulation, all the dreams that people have
expressed for a one-world religion will be fulfilled—but it will be demonic
and blasphemous.

THE FIFTH CHARACTERISTIC, THE BEAST WILL:
Almost every dictator who has risen to power has done so through the
persuasive use of words. They know how to sway a crowd with potent
speeches. Perhaps you have seen films of Adolf Hitler mesmerizing
throngs in pre-World War II Germany. The Antichrist will be powerfully
persuasive, but his enticing speech will eventually turn into blasphemy
against God.

THE SIXTH CHARACTERISTIC, THE BEAST WILL:
He will “overcome” the saints and slaughter millions of them (see
also Daniel 7:25). These saints are not members of the church, of which
Jesus said, “The gates of Hades shall not prevail against it” (Matthew
16:18). Rather, they are Tribulation saints. The church will have already
been raptured from the earth, and the believers whom the Antichrist
persecutes will be Tribulation saints. Large multitudes of them will suffer
a martyr’s death.

The Bible makes it abundantly clear that the Tribulation Saints are those
people that become Christians during the period of the antichrist’s reign
on earth, over the seven (7) year period. How do they become Saints in
the eyes of Christ? They believe in and accept Christ as their Savior and
for the forgiveness of their sins. They do NOT take the mark of the beast
or the antichrist. They do NOT worship the beast/antichrist. They do NOT
worship his image.
They DO witness to the word of God and Jesus. They ARE martyred by
beheading for believing in Jesus and witnessing for Him. They DO share
in many of blessings and rewards that are also awarded to Christians from
the Church Age (at the Rapture/Harpazo and Bema Seat Judgement).
There is a very clear distinction between Christians redeemed by Christ
prior to the Tribulation period, and those Christians redeemed during the
Tribulation period.
It is clear that they have to come to a saving grace knowledge of Jesus
Christ, withstood the best efforts of Satan/Antichrist/False Prophet to
thwart their salvation, and are beheaded for their belief and witnessing
in Jesus Christ.

In John’s Revelation of Jesus Christ, WHITE RAIMENT, LINENS or ROBES
are used as metaphors for having, and describing the righteousness of
Christ. Who are these people that are described as having white raiment,
linens or robes? Rev. 3:4-5 indicates that they are overcomers (those who
remain faithful to Christ until the end of their lives). Rev. 4:4 indicates
that they are the 24 crowned elders around the throne of God.
These crowned elders represent a select group of redeemed saints from
throughout the ages (they are not angels) and are part of God’s divine
council of government. The number twelve (12) denotes a divinely
constituted organization either in heaven or on earth. The number
twenty-four (24) denotes God’s abundant (doubled) organizational
arrangement (12x2).

The verses surrounding Rev. 6:11 indicate that these people who
received WHITE ROBES and were told to wait a little longer are the
“TRIBULATION SAINTS MARTRYED/BEHEADED FOR THEIR BELIEF AND
WITNESS TO CHRIST.” (Rev. 15:6) indicates these are the “righteous seven
angels who pour out God’s wrath in the seven last vial plagues.” (Rev.
19:7-8) clearly indicates this group of people is the “Bride (church) of the
Lamb”, which his redeemed people from the past, present and near
future (until the Tribulation). THE CHURCH AGE SAINTS ARE GIVEN
WHITE LINEN (ANGELS ALSO HAVE ‘WHITE LINENS’). As the Bible
indicates in the above verses, WHITE RAIMENT indicates righteousness
given by Christ.

The Lord has entrusted me with many prophetic dreams over the years.
Some of them I've shared, some of them I haven't shared. Always waiting
on the Lord for his timing and for his purposes, and yes, I had a dream
about the ANTICHRIST and it was during the tribulation period in
Revelation chapter13.
Basically, in my dream, I was in a long, long, long line of other Christians,
and the line ultimately began at a platform with a GUILLOTINE, with the
Antichrist on the platform surrounded by other powerful people.
And a whole vast a whole vast outward area of people watching,
watching. Spectators, and as I was in the line. I don't know where I was
exactly, if it was at the ending, but I know I was far away from the start of
the line, up by the platform. I was far away, and as I'm standing there,

and I see the ANTICHRIST, this figure on the platform. Very, very,
impressive man. Very, very, powerful man. I could see that this man had
an authority, this man had influence, and he had a spiritual power about
him.
As I was standing in the line, all I could all I could think of was wanting to
get to the front of the line. Wanting to get to the front of the line, wanting
to go home to be with the Lord. That's all I could think about, and I kept
on, kept on, you know praying. Just wanting that line to hurry up, speed
up, speed up, so that I could get up there. And it took quite some time. I
had no fear at all, no fear at all, no apprehensions, no panic, no distress,
nothing like that at all.
In fact, nobody in the line, that I was aware of, had any sense of fear or
anything like that. Finally, it came my turn to go up the stairs of the
platform, and to proceed to the GUILLOTINE. There was the ANTICHRIST,
almost like a towering figure, looking at me. People beside him came and
they took me and they laid me down on the GUILLOTINE with my face
down. I said to them, I said, I want to be looking up. And the Antichrist
laughed, mocking me, mocking me, laughing in scorn. They turned me
upside down, they turned me over, and I was facing up to the sky, and
the next thing I know, the blade came down.
Then, I was immediately transported into the very Glory of Heaven,
immediately, no pain, no suffering, no struggle, no fear. The blade came
down, and I was immediately in the presence of God. In the glory, in the
peace, in the joy, in the Rapture of Heaven.
And the dream ended. That was a dream, that really caused me to
understand, that no matter what struggles, no matter what trials or
persecutions we go through in this life. We do and will go through
persecutions and various tribulations. The Bible's very clear on that. All
who live Godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

In Revelation, chapter 20, we see the scene of those who were
BEHEADED for their testimony for Christ. I'll read it to you. It's in
Revelation chapter 20, this was the scene of my dream. It says this, John
says;
I saw Thrones and they sat upon them and judgment was given unto
them and I saw the souls of them that were BEHEADED for the witness of
Jesus and for the word of God and which had not worshiped the Beast
neither his image neither had received his Mark upon their forehead or in
their hands and they lived and reigned with Christ A Thousand Years.
John says, I Saw the Souls of those who were BEHEADED for Christ.
How many multitudes, the Bible says, that multitudes came out of Great
Tribulation. They were those who were martyred for Christ, and they
have washed their robes in the blood of the lamb, and made them white.
That was a symbol of their righteousness, that was a symbol of their
relationship with Christ. Because they refused to worship the
ANTICHRIST, they refused to worship the idol that the false prophet had
set up. The false prophet made everybody to worship the idol of the
Antichrist, and who ever refused, were put to death. That was my dream,
and it was very powerful.
Some people believe today, and some teach today, that that the
ANTICHRIST is not a literal person, but it's more like a system. An
ANTICHRIST system, well yes, guess what, we're living under an
ANTICHRIST system in here in North America, Canada, and the United
States. We are living in an ANTICHRIST system, there is an ANTICHRIST
spirit that is calling the shots today, in our Nations. An ANTICHRIST Spirit.
But that is not the same as the ANTICHRIST, who is one to come, THE
MAN OF SIN, that Paul writes about in 2 Thessalonians. I believe it's
chapter 3. A MAN OF SIN, A MAN OF PERDITION, A REAL LIVING MAN.
Who already, right now, has been prepared and is in the background, just

waiting for his appearing. Waiting, waiting for his unveiling to come out.
He's going to be a false man of false peace. This is a real man, he's going
to have the answers to the world’s dilemmas. Answers to all the issues of
the world right now. The violence, the wars, the terrorism, the economy.
He's going to have the answer, and it's going to cause the entire world to
worship him, and to turn to him. He's going to be the ANTICHRIST, and
the ANTICHRIST does not necessarily mean against Christ. It means
another Christ, he's going to come, he's going to set up his throne in the
temple in Israel, he's going to rule from Israel. The Bible says that he is a
literal man. THE BIBLE TELLS US IN REVELATION CHAPTER 20, THAT THE
ANTICHRIST AND THE FALSE PROPHET, WERE BOTH THROWN ALIVE
INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.
You don't throw a system into THE LAKE OF FIRE. You don't throw an
ANTICHRIST Spirit into THE LAKE OF FIRE, ALIVE, you throw a real living

struggling, there will be no more death, there will be no more parting,
there will be no more tears. Praise God! We're going to be ruling with
Christ, for all of eternity, in utter Joy and peace and blessing. Under the
rule of Almighty God. Hallelujah! In his presence, that's what we have to
look forward to, praise God!
So, I just wanted to share that dream with you today. To let you know,
that regardless of what's ahead. Because I know, there's many, many,
different opinions and theories, and even arguments about the Rapture.
I'm not getting into that at all. I'm saying, just be ready be ready for when
that trumpet sounds, be ready. Know whatever we're going to be going
through in the next few years, as things are heating up on this Earth, and
you know that.
But Hallelujah, God is still in control and God is going to bring his people

Paul warned us that in the last days, there would be an increase in
lawlessness and deception: "For the mystery of lawlessness is already at
work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is removed." (2
Thessalonians 2:7)

The Prophet Daniel is getting more revelation from the Angel Gabriel
than he bargained for. Daniel knows the 70 years of captivity that his
people have been sentenced to by the God of Heaven should be about
over. After Babylon Ransacked the Southern Israeli Kingdom and took
them into exile, Jeremiah’s prophesy was fulfilled and the countdown to
National restoration was ticking. Daniel knew it was about time for the
exile to end so he began praying for the Lord’s forgiveness and for the
return of his people to their Promised land.
But Gabriel showed him something far further down the road that proved
shocking and bewildering to Daniel.
Gabriel tells Daniel that there will be a proclamation by a king to let the
people return and rebuild the city of Jerusalem which is exactly what
Daniel has been longing to hear …But Gabriel doesn’t stop there. He
continues to explain that the moment the proclamation is issued … a
divine hourglass will begin a 483-year countdown that will be
consummated when the Messiah is revealed and then abruptly killed.
Then at some point beyond that time, THERE WILL BE A RULER WHO
WILL UTTERLY DESTROY JERUSALEM AND THE TEMPLE AND SCATTER
THE PEOPLE ABROAD ONCE AGAIN. THE PEOPLE WHO BELONG TO THIS
RULER WILL BE THE SAME ONES WHO WILL ULTIMATELY FULFILL THE
FINAL PART OF THIS PROPHECY.
Gabriel continues by telling Daniel that further along in time, A PRINCE
WILL COME FROM THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE DESTINED TO DESTROY
THE TEMPLE AND JERUSALEM AND HE WILL ESTABLISH A COVENANT OF
DEATH FOR SEVEN FINAL YEARS WITH THE ISRAELI PEOPLE. Only the
Lord will be able to save the children of Abraham when that day comes.
Daniel is troubled by this news but not able to fully grasp its meaning.

The Roman troops are in the process of completely dismantling Harold’s
fabulous temple, stone by stone. Thirty-seven years earlier the Messiah,
Jesus of Nazereth, had been revealed as the rightful heir to the Jewish
throne but had been rejected and killed exactly 483 years after
Artaxerxes proclamation to rebuild the city of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 2).
The prophecy Gabriel had given to Daniel had been fulfilled to the letter
but at that exact moment, God had halted His prophetic stopwatch until
some time in the future when THE FINAL SEVEN YEARS OF THE
PROPHECY WOULD BE COMPLETED.

are literally fulfilled before the horrified eyes of many of the Jews who
heard him proclaim them: “Then Jesus went out and departed from the
temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the

Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that

a few onlookers. They now know one thing for sure and it is this: THAT
GREAT PRINCE WHO WILL ARISE AND CONFIRM A COVENANT OF DEATH
WITH THE JEWISH PEOPLE SOMEWHERE IN THE FUTURE WILL COME
FROM THESE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE DESTROYING JERUSALEM TODAY.

The Isle of Patmos 90 AD…
The Apostle John is receiving a Revelation that sounds familiar. In his
prophetic vision HE IS WITNESSING THE RISE OF THE ANTICHRIST and
the language used to describe THE FINAL GLOBAL DICTATOR sounds very
similar to words he remembers Daniel using six centuries earlier to
describe the same MAN OF SIN in a dream:

Daniel’s description of this satanic ascension to Global power sounded
almost the same: “After that, in my vision at night I looked, and there
before me was a fourth beast—terrifying and frightening and very
powerful. It had large iron teeth; it crushed and devoured its victims and
trampled underfoot whatever was left. It was different from all the
former beasts, (5) AND IT HAD TEN HORNS.”

throughout Europe. ZELENSKY PUT OUT A CALL FOR EUROPE TO FINALLY

“MANY, MANY LEADERS HAVE TALKED ABOUT A EUROPE THAT NEEDS

MACRON CALLS FOR INCREASED MILITARY EFFORTS:

FRENCH PRESIDENT EMMANUEL MACRON BELIEVES THAT EUROPE IS
ENTERING A NEW ERA AND HAS CALLED FOR AN INCREASE IN MILITARY
EFFORTS in response to the Russia-Ukraine war, BFMTV reports.
During a live broadcast on YouTube, Macron stated that Europeans must
increase their military efforts in response to the conflict between Ukraine
and Russia.
"We, Europeans, must increase our military efforts," said the President
of France.
Macron also emphasized that "EUROPE ENTERS A NEW ERA". According
to the President of France, there is a risk as the US is likely to seek an
agreement with the Russians regarding the war in Ukraine.
MACRON WAS ASKED ABOUT EUROPEAN COOPERATION ON DEFENSE
MATTERS, TO WHICH HE REPLIED THAT IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT
TO CREATE A UNIFIED ARMY, BUT HE WANTS TO "STRENGTHEN THE
EUROPEAN PILLAR OF SECURITY AND DEFENSE" AND EUROPE'S JOINT
POTENTIAL.
The French President added that he would like TO ESTABLISH LARGE-
SCALE JOINT EUROPEAN FUNDING IN THE COMING WEEKS TO
PURCHASE AND PRODUCE MORE IN THE DEFENSE SECTOR. However,
Macron warned that if purchases are made from the US, "we will not
increase our autonomy."

Last week, during the Munich Security Conference, US Special Envoy
Keith Kellogg stated that he did not see Europe at the negotiating table
regarding the war in Ukraine, which sparked outrage among EU
countries.
After the Munich conference, French President Emmanuel Macron called
for an "emergency summit." Macron will also travel to the US next week.
The UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer will visit Washington, as well.Before

The Treaty of Amsterdam was an agreement signed in 1999 that changed
the European Union (EU) in preparation for new member countries. The
treaty also made the EU's decision-making process more transparent. But
the most important thing the treaty did was create the position of “EU
High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy.”
The treaty was signed in Amsterdam on October 2, 1999. It entered into
force on May 1, 1999, after being ratified by all member states.
The power behind the EU unification process was a group known as THE
WEU WHICH WAS MADE UP OF TEN WESTERN EUROPEAN NATIONS
THAT JUST HAPPENED TO RESIDE IN THE MAINLAND OF THE OLD
ROMAN EMPIRE.

CONSOLIDATE THE POWERS OF THE HIGHEST OFFICES IN THE NEW EU

It also endorsed the Position of “High Representative for Common
Foreign and Security Policy” which could possibly USURP AND MERGE
WITH THE POWERS OF OTHER OFFICES IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS TO
GIVE TOTAL EUROPEAN SOVEREIGN CONTROL TO ONE MAN.
It is very possible that this document may still be enforceable within the
EU’s guiding documents and that THE TEN WEU NATIONS STILL
MAINTAIN SOME UNDERLYING POWER TODAY IN A EUROPEAN CRISIS
SITUATION. Included in that possibility is the likelihood that
Recommendation 666 could be used to make Zelensky’s dream of “One
Voice” speaking for all of Europe …a reality.
SO TO SUMMARIZE …
According to the divine timeline that Gabriel gave Daniel, THERE IS ONE
SEVEN-YEAR PERIOD LEFT TO FINISH HUMAN GOVERNMENT HISTORY
AND THOSE SEVEN YEARS ARE WHAT PROPHECY WATCHERS KNOW AS
THE TRIBULATION PERIOD. IT WILL COMMENCE WITH A COVENANT
BETWEEN ISRAEL AND “THE MANY” (DAN 9:27) ORCHESTRATED BY A
COMING “PRINCE” OR GLOBAL RULER. This man will be from the same
people who destroyed Israel in 70 AD and we know those people were
legions from the Roman Empire. Therefore, a logical conclusion based on
a straightforward reading of the passage indicates THIS FINAL RULER
MUST RISE FROM EUROPE.
We know from Daniel 7 and Revelation 13 that THE ANTICHRIST WILL
ARISE AS A “SINGLE VOICE” WITH THE AUTHORITY TO GOVERN A
UNIFIED PEOPLE AND THE POWER TO ENFORCE HIS DECISIONS ON

haughty and will consider himself the god of the people. His might and
military power will be unmatched so that no one on earth will be able to

Now, after thousands of years of European nations warring to conquer
and control each other, we have a unified Europe that has merged with a
common currency under the banner of The European Union. They have
a hidden mechanism in their founding documents to supercharge their “
EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy” position into an
ALL-POWERFUL GOVERNMENTAL HEAD POSITION WITH DICTATORIAL
SOVEREIGN POWERS TO COMMAND ALL OF EUROPE IN AN
EMERGENCY SITUATION. And the document they used to grant those
powers is buried in the archives of a now defunct “Western European
Union” group who still have huge sway in the “behind closed doors” inner
workings of the European Union.
And … to make things quite intriguing, to say the least …. we now have a
European leader whose country has been mired in war for four years,
Volodymyr Zelensky, calling for Europe to elevate “One Voice” to the top
of the EU command chain and give that “one voice” control of a new EU
military. What was it J. Dwight Pentecost said? “The time will Come when
the nations of Europe will say to one man, ‘You take authority over us’”
It’s looking like that time may well be at hand!
God’s timing is always fine-tuned to perfection. What humanity likes to
call “coincidence” or “irony” is just the divine act of providence playing
out the predetermined ends according to God’s plan. But isn’t it amazing
that at this exact moment in history when we are in the midst of a “Last
Trump” presidential term and we have Israel as perhaps the most
watched nation in the world over the last 18 months, WE ALSO HAVE A

of the globe. Their economic woes and their little brother-like
dependence on American leadership are teetering in many ways and they
seem restless to break free of their vulnerable defenseless status. What
they need is true unity and not just a common currency. They need one
powerful man to take charge like Donald Trump is doing across the pond.

Among the Major Signs, the most anticipated and central sign that

Muslim scholars do not even refer to “the Minor Signs” as such, but

Islam and while certain quarters of Sunnis reject him altogether, general
belief in the Mahdi is not a sectarian issue within Islam, but IS UNIVERSAL

In this quest for the truth about the Mahdi there is no distinction of any
caste, creed, or country. The quest is universal, exactly in the same way
as the Mahdi himself is universal. He stands resplendent high above the

The Mahdi’s ascendancy to power is said to be preceded by an army from
the east who will be carrying black flags or banners of war. Sheikh
Kabbani states:
Hadith indicate that black flags coming from the area of Khorasan will
signify the appearance of the Mahdi is nigh. Khorasan is in today’s Iran,
and some scholars have said that this hadith means when the black flags
appear from Central Asia, i.e. in the direction of Khorasan, then the
appearance of the Mahdi is imminent.
Another tradition states that:

The Messenger of Allah said: The black banners will come from the East
and their hearts will be as firm as iron. Whoever hears of them should
join them and give allegiance, even if it means crawling across snow.
In Islam there are two flags. One is white and one is black. Written across
both flags in Arabic are the words, “THERE (5) IS NO GOD BUT ALLAH (5)
AND MUHAMMAD IS HIS MESSENGER”.
The white flag is called Al-Liwaa and serves as the sign for the leader of
the Muslim army and is the flag of the Islamic State. The black flag is
called Ar-Raya and is used by the Muslim army. It is also called the flag of

jihad, and is carried into battle. One flag is governmental and the other
is a military flag. When Muhammad returned to his home city of Mecca
after being exiled for eight years, he returned as a conqueror. With him
were ten thousand Muslim soldiers. They carried with them black
flags. On the flags was ONE WORD WRITTEN IN ARABIC: PUNISHMENT.

It is said that the Mahdi will have control over the wind and the rain and
the crops. Under the Mahdi’s rule, the world will live in
prosperity. Islamic tradition relates that Muhammad once said:

The Prophet said… He will divide the property, and will govern the
people by the Sunnah of their Prophet and establish Islam on Earth. HE

THE MAHDI IS BELIEVED TO RIDE ON A WHITE HORSE. Whether or not
this is symbolic or literal is hard to say. Quite interestingly, this tradition
is based on the Muslim interpretation of Christian Scriptures. Despite the
fact that Muslims view the Bible as having been changed and corrupted
by Jews and Christians, they still claim to believe that some portions of
the “original” inspired books are still to be found within the “corrupted”

Bible. As such there exists a tradition within Islamic scholarship that
seeks to extract those portions of the Bible that Muslims feel may be
untainted by the corrupting influence of Jews and Christians. These
Judeo-Christian traditions are called by Muslims, isra’iliyyat. One such
transmitter of biblical traditions is Muslim scholar Ka’b al-Ahbar. He is
viewed among Muslims as a trustworthy transmitter of Hadith as well as
isra’iliyyat.
Ka’b al-Ahbar is SUPPORTED IN HIS VIEW THAT THIS DESCRIPTION OF
THE RIDER ON THE WHITE HORSE AS FOUND IN THE BOOK OF
REVELATION IS INDEED THE MAHDI (CHRISTIAN ANTICHRIST) by two
well known Egyptian authors, Muhammad Ibn ‘Izzat and Muhammad
‘Arif in THEIR BOOK AL MAHDI (THE ANTICHRIST) AND THE END OF
TIME. ‘Izzat and Arif quote Ka’b al Ahbar as saying: I find the Mahdi
recorded in the books of the Prophets… For instance, THE BOOK OF

In one final very interesting series of traditions regarding the Mahdi we
find that he is said to produce some previously undiscovered Bible scrolls
and even the Ark of the Covenant:
Ka’b al-Ahbar says, “He will be called ‘Mahdi” because he will guide
(yahdi) to something hidden and will bring out the Torah and Gospel from
a town called Antioch.”
As-Suyuti mentioned in al-Hawi that the messenger of Allah, may Allah
bless him and grant him peace, said, “HE IS CALLED THE MAHDI BECAUSE
HE WILL GUIDE THE PEOPLE TO A MOUNTAIN IN SYRIA FROM WHICH
HE WILL BRING OUT THE VOLUMES OF THE TORAH TO REFUTE THE
JEWS. AT THE HANDS OF THE MAHDI THE ARK OF THE COVENANT WILL
BE BROUGHT FORTH FROM THE LAKE OF TIBERIAS AND TAKEN AND
PLACED IN JERUSALEM.”
Ad-Dani said that he is called the Mahdi because he will be guided to a
mountain in Syria from which HE WILL BRING FORTH THE VOLUMES OF
