SOJO Growth Track guides you to discover God’s unique purpose for

your life and how to live the life that He has created for you!

The Growth Track is made up of four steps that equip you to

1. Have a relationship with God to discover the life God has planned for you,

2. Understand the Bible, Worship, Prayer and Evangelism that you may

express the peace and blessings found in Him

3. Discover the strengths of your intentional design to identify and know the

purpose of your God-given spiritual gifts

4. How to use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of

others.

Growth Track is a 16-week journey, beginning with Discover SOJO. You may

enter the track at any point and loop through until all tracks are complete.

SOJO 2025 Mission

By February 22, 2026, we envision 1,000 people gathering across

three locations, each thriving as a place of worship and

transformation.

A New Worship Location – Whether through Kerr or another

opportunity, we will expand our reach to provide another space

for people to encounter Jesus.

SOJO Español 848 – Establishing a dedicated launch team to

bring the gospel to our Spanish-speaking community.

SOJO Harrisburg – Building a strong launch team to plant a

thriving faith community in Harrisburg.

Beyond our gatherings, we are believing for:

2,000 people to walk through our doors and experience the lifechanging

power of Jesus.

200 baptisms, with a bold goal of 50 on Easter, celebrating

transformed lives.

200 people sent as missionaries, serving locally, nationally, and

globally to spread the gospel.

This vision is not just about numbers—it’s about lives changed,

faith ignited, and a movement of disciples making disciples. Let’s

step forward in faith and see God do the impossible!

2. WE PREACH IT WITH PASSION AND URGENCY!

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears

tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires; and

will turn away their ears from the truth, and will turn aside to myths.

W E E K L Y C H A L L E N G E

The Bible is more than just a book; it's a living, breathing testament to God's love, wisdom, and guidance for

humanity. Yet, many of us may find ourselves neglecting its riches in the busyness of daily life. In this

challenge, we'll embark on a journey to rediscover the transformative power of the Word of God through

dedicated study and reflection.

Your task for this week is to commit to a focused exploration of the Bible, delving into its passages with

curiosity, reverence, and an open heart. By immersing yourself in Scripture, you'll deepen your

understanding of God's character, His plan for salvation, and His desires for your life.

Week 1: Choose a specific book of the Bible to study throughout the week. Consider selecting one you've

never explored in-depth before or one that addresses a particular area of spiritual growth or interest.

Begin your study by reading the first few chapters of the chosen book. Take notes on key themes,

characters, and verses that stand out to you. Reflect on how these passages speak to your life and faith

journey.

Dive deeper into the context of the book by researching its historical background, authorship, and

intended audience. Gain insights into the cultural and theological significance of the text to enrich your

understanding of its message.

Explore supplementary resources such as commentaries, study guides, or online lectures to gain

additional perspectives on the book you're studying. Consider how different interpretations and insights

enhance your comprehension and application of Scripture.

Throughout the week, strive to maintain a spirit of humility, receptivity, and obedience to God's Word. Allow

the Scriptures to penetrate your heart and mind, transforming your thoughts, attitudes, and actions in

alignment with His will.

I Must Worship In Spirit And Truth!

John 4:23-24

"But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit

and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. "God is spirit, and those who

Psalms 98:1-3

(A Psalm.) O Sing to the LORD a new song, For He has done wonderful things, His right hand and

His holy arm have gained the victory for Him. The LORD has made known His salvation; He has

revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations. He has remembered His lovingkindness

and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of

our God.

and the sound of the horn shout joyfully before the King, the LORD.

It’s Skilled!

Psalms 33:3

Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy.

Let the sea roar and all it contains, the world and those who dwell in it. Let the rivers clap

their hands; Let the mountains sing together for joy Before the LORD; for He is coming to judge

the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

this challenge, we'll embark on a journey to deepen our worship experience and cultivate a closer

relationship with the Almighty.

Your task for this week is to explore the various dimensions of worship and intentionally engage

in acts of worship that resonate with your soul. By embracing different forms of worship, you'll

discover new ways to express your adoration for God and draw closer to Him in intimacy and

awe.

Here's a breakdown of the challenge:

Week 2: Reflect on your understanding of worship and what it means to you personally.

Consider how worship has influenced your spiritual journey and how you can deepen your

connection with God through heartfelt worship.

Begin each day with a time of personal worship and devotion. Set aside a few moments to

pray, meditate on Scripture, and sing songs of praise to God. Allow your heart to overflow

with gratitude and reverence as you enter into His presence.

Explore different forms of worship, such as journaling, painting, or dancing, as expressions of

your love for God. Choose a creative outlet that resonates with you and spend time engaging

in worship through that medium.

Throughout the week, let your worship be characterized by authenticity, humility, and reverence.

Luke 11:1-2

And it came about that while He was praying in a certain place, after He had finished, one of

His disciples said to Him, "Lord, teach us to pray just as John also taught his disciples."

Jesus Prayed…

OUT LOUD AND WITH EMOTION

Hebrews 5:7-10

In the days of His flesh, He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and

tears to the One able to save Him from death, and He was heard because of His piety. Although

He was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered. And having been made

perfect, He became to all those who obey Him the source of eternal salvation, being designated

by God as a high priest according to the order of Melchizedek.

Not Every Prayer Is Answered In The Way I Want Or Expect…

Matthew 26:39

And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is

possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as Thou wilt."

1. FOR CLEAR DIRECTION OF GOD

lonely place and was praying there. And Simon and his companions hunted for Him; and they

found Him, and said to Him, "Everyone is looking for You." And He said to them, "Let us go

somewhere else to the towns nearby, in order that I may preach there also; for that is what I

came out for."

2. BEFORE A BIG DECISION

Luke 6:12-13

And it was at this time that He went off to the mountain to pray, and He spent the whole night

in prayer to God. And when day came, He called His disciples to Him; and chose twelve of them,

whom He also named as apostles:

3. AFTER A SIGNIFICANT EVENT!

John 6:14-15

When therefore the people saw the sign which He had performed, they said, "This is of a truth

the Prophet who is to come into the world." Jesus therefore perceiving that they were intending

to come and take Him by force, to make Him king, withdrew again to the mountain by Himself

alone.

Matthew 14:23

And after He had sent the multitudes away, He went up to the mountain by Himself to pray; and

when it was evening, He was there alone.

4. FOR A FRIEND IN NEED!

Luke 22:31-32

"Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat; but I have

prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when once you have turned again,

strengthen your brothers."

When The Testing Is Over…Strengthen Others!



Prayer is the lifeline of the believer, serving as a direct line of communication with our Heavenly Father.

It's through prayer that we express our deepest desires, seek guidance, and find solace in His presence. In

this challenge, we'll focus on deepening our prayer life and exploring the transformative power of prayer in

our spiritual journey.

Your task for this week is to embark on a journey of prayer, committing to a consistent and intentional

practice of communing with God. By dedicating time to prayer, you'll cultivate a deeper relationship with

Him, experience His peace and guidance, and witness His miraculous work in your life and the lives of

others.

Week 3: Begin the week by setting aside dedicated time for prayer. Find a quiet and comfortable space

where you can be alone with God. Start by expressing your gratitude for His blessings and invite Him to

speak to your heart.

Create a prayer list or journal to organize your prayer requests

and reflections. Write down specific needs, concerns, and

desires, both for yourself and others. Use this list as a guide

during your prayer time throughout the week.


"Do not be anxious about

anything, but in every

situation, by prayer and

petition, with

thanksgiving, present

your requests to God. And

the peace of God, which

transcends all

understanding, will guard

your hearts and your

minds in Christ Jesus."

- Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

Practice different forms of prayer, including praise,

thanksgiving, confession, supplication, and intercession. Allow

yourself to freely express your thoughts, emotions, and needs

to God, knowing that He hears and cares for you deeply.

Set aside time for listening prayer, where you quiet your heart

and mind to listen for God's voice. Pay attention to any

impressions, thoughts, or scriptures that come to mind during

this time of silence and reflection.

Pray for someone in need, whether it's a friend, family member,

coworker, or stranger. Lift up their concerns to God and

intercede on their behalf, trusting in His power to bring

comfort, healing, and provision.

Throughout the week, let your prayers be characterized by

sincerity, faith, and expectancy. Trust in God's promises and His

ability to move mountains in response to your prayers. May this

challenge ignite a passion for prayer in your heart and draw you

closer to the One who hears and answers every prayer.

Clear, Direct Witness To Others About My Own Person Relationship With Jesus Christ

Brings The Glory Down!

1. THE AROMA OF HIS GLORY IS THE TESTIMONY OF HIS CHILDREN!

2 Corinthians 2:14-16

But thanks be to God, who always leads us in His triumph in Christ, and manifests through us

the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. For we are a fragrance of Christ to

God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; To Some, The Aroma

Of Life…To Others, The Stench Of Death…To the one an aroma from death to death, to the other

an aroma from life to life. And who is adequate for these things?

It’s Not My Life That Is Attractive…Its Christ!

2 Corinthians 3:5-6

Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as coming from ourselves, but our

adequacy is from God, who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the

letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

What Is Seen Is Much Deeper Than Our Exterior Façade!

2 Corinthians 2:17

For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we

speak in Christ in the sight of God.

2. THE AROMA OF HIS GLORY IS THE BOLDNESS OF HIS CHILDREN!

παρρησία - Boldly, Openly, Freely, Plainly, Confidently Before The Public… This

Should Describe My Testimony Of Christ!

Acts 4:1-4

And as they were speaking to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple guard, and

the Sadducees, came upon them, being greatly disturbed because they were teaching the people

and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection from the dead. And they laid hands on them, and put

them in jail until the next day, for it was already evening. But many of those who had heard the

message believed; and the number of the men came to be about five thousand.

Persecution Does Not Hinder The Gospel…Through Boldness, It Furthers It!

Acts 4:18-20

And when they had summoned them, they commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the

name of Jesus. But Peter and John answered and said to them, "Whether it is right in the sight

of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge; for we cannot stop speaking

what we have seen and heard."

Boldness Is Neither Arrogance Nor Angry Confrontation…It’s Confidence In Christ! And

There Is A Difference!

Acts 4:29-31

"And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Thy bond-servants may speak Thy

word with all confidence, while Thou dost extend Thy hand to heal, and signs and wonders take

place through the name of Thy holy servant Jesus." And when they had prayed, the place where

they had gathered was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak

the word of God with boldness.

The Challenge…Will I Be An Unafraid Witness, Proclaiming Christ In Boldness?



As followers of Christ, we are called to share the life-transforming message of the Gospel with

others, inviting them into a relationship with Jesus and the hope of salvation. Yet, many of us may

feel hesitant or unsure about how to engage in evangelism effectively. In this challenge, we'll step

out in faith and embrace the mission of spreading the Good News to those around us.

Your task for this week is to actively engage in evangelism by sharing the Gospel with others in

your sphere of influence. Through intentional conversations, acts of service, and prayerful

outreach, you'll have the opportunity to sow seeds of faith and witness the power of God's love in

transforming lives.

Here's a breakdown of the challenge:

Week 4: Begin by praying for divine opportunities to share the Gospel and for boldness and

clarity in your witness. Ask God to open doors for meaningful conversations and to prepare the

hearts of those you will encounter.

Strike up conversations with friends, family members, or coworkers about faith-related topics.

Share your personal testimony of how Jesus has impacted your life and offer to pray for any

needs they may have.

Utilize social media platforms to share inspirational messages, Bible verses, or testimonies of

faith. Engage with your online community in conversations about spirituality and offer to pray

for those who express concerns or struggles.

Step out of your comfort zone and engage in street evangelism. Distribute SOJO invite cards,

engage in conversations about faith, and invite people to church events or small group studies.


"Therefore go and make disciples of all

nations, baptizing them in the name of

the Father and of the Son and of the

Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey

everything I have commanded you. And

surely I am with you always, to the

very end of the age."

- Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)

Throughout the week, let your evangelistic efforts be

fueled by love, compassion, and a genuine desire to see

others come to know Jesus as their Savior. Trust in the

Holy Spirit to lead you in your interactions and to draw

people to Himself through your witness.

By embracing this challenge, you'll not only fulfill the

Great Commission given by Jesus but also experience

the joy and fulfillment that come from being a vessel of

God's grace and mercy to those around you.
