A. The <strong>March</strong> incentive offers free shipping and product credits to your new enrollments. Any of your<br />

new enrollees with a 100 PV one-time or Loyalty Rewards order placed between <strong>March</strong> 17 at 9a.m.,<br />

MT through <strong>March</strong> 31 at 11:59p.m., MT will receive free shipping. Additionally, your new enrollees will<br />

receive a $25 product credit to use in April.<br />

Q. Is the <strong>March</strong> <strong>Incentive</strong> only open to a qualifying group?<br />

A. No, this promotion is now open to all Brand Partners!<br />

Q. What markets can participate in this incentive?<br />

A. U.S. and Canada Brand Partners can participate in this incentive.<br />

Q. How long does the free shipping promotion run?<br />

A. Your new enrollees that place their first-ever order with Young Living of 100 PV or more will be able to<br />

earn free shipping from <strong>March</strong> 17 at 9 a.m., MT, through <strong>March</strong> 31 at 11:59 p.m., MT.<br />

Q. When will my new enrollee see the free shipping added to their order?<br />

A. The free shipping can be seen once the new enrollee adds their address during the checkout process.<br />

Q. Can new enrollees earn free shipping more than once?<br />

A. No, free shipping is intended for use by your new enrollments and is a one-time use only.<br />

Q. Can reactivations earn free shipping?<br />

A. No, only brand-new enrollments can earn free shipping on a qualifying order.<br />

Q. Does SHAREYL code stack with free shipping?<br />

A. Yes, the SHAREYL code will stack with free shipping as long as they have 100PV in their cart before<br />

applying the SHAREYL code.<br />

Q. How will my new enrollee receive the $25 product credit?<br />

A. New enrollees will receive a code for their $25 product credit via email by April 4.<br />

Q. Can my new enrollee split the $25 product credit between orders?<br />

A. No, it can only be used on one order and cannot be split between orders; the code will only<br />

work once.


Q. How long does my new enrollee have to use their $25 product credit code?<br />

A. The $25 product credit must be used in the month of April.<br />

Q. Can my new enrollees use their $25 product credit for anything?<br />

A. Yes, your new enrollees can use their $25 product credit on any product in an order of 100 PV or<br />

more in April.<br />

Q. Does my new enrollee’s $25 product credit have to be used on a certain order type?<br />

A. Their $25 credit can be used on a qualifying one-time or first-time Loyalty Rewards order<br />

during checkout.<br />

Q. Can the $25 credit be used on a second Loyalty Rewards Order?<br />

A. The $25 code they get in April, that can only be used on a one-time order or first-time Loyalty order.<br />

The reason for this is that an existing Loyalty template doesn’t have the capabilities to have a code<br />

added to the order and the code can only be entered during the normal check or process. What they<br />

could also do with their $25 code is share it to introduce someone else into YL, which we will mention<br />

in the email that they receive with their code.<br />

Q. Can the new enrollee qualify for th 100PV Gift with purchase item of R.C., 5ml?<br />

A. If their order is on Loyalty Rewards and they have 100PV they will earn the GWP as normal.
