The 4-sided Rema ProCon edge connection with intelligent
edge protection allows for a very rapid and extensive
continuous installation of the product. The novel geometry
provides maximum protection of the visible edges and
enables invisible fastening.

THE PERFECT FINISH
Rema woodPROTECT
With this certifi ed process, along with state-of-the-art
machinery and equipment, we achieve the highest
product safety. Rema woodPROTECT is based on
structured wood surfaces from smoothed, brushed to
sawn rough. This is followed by a variable application
of color and a UV protection coating, exclusively using
certifi ed color products. This signifi cantly reduces the
unwanted darkening of the surfaces.

Processing Instructions
& Additional Information
Processing
Cleanliness at the workplace and very thorough preparation are
highly recommended. To properly install the panels, a stable and
precise substructure in the form of standard battening must be
installed. Ensure a solid connection to the building. The installation
of the Rema ProCon panel can be done either vertically or
horizontally. Carefully join the tongue-and-groove connection.
When using impact tools, always use edge protection or a suitable
impact piece, and never hit directly on the edge. Secure the panel
using fl oorboard screws through the panel groove. Necessary
custom cuts can be made with standard wood saws, ensuring a
clean cut to prevent the wood fi ber from splintering or tearing,
which can damage the surface. The surface is delivered ready for
use, no post-treatment needed. Handle and process the panels
with the utmost care to avoid surface scratches—always lift panels,
never drag or push.
Packaging
Film cover, strapping with plastic bands including edge protection.
Storage
Always store goods protected, dry, and fl at in enclosed spaces.
Avoid drafts and strong temperature fl uctuations. Do not
introduce foreign objects between the surfaces lying on top of
each other, as this can lead to scratches.
Wood Moisture
8% (+/- 2%) at delivery
Gluing
SWP 2 according to EN 13353, PEFC, CE
Note
We accept no responsibility for incorrect application and
non-professional processing of our products! Rema ProCon is
exclusively suitable for indoor use. A structurally appropriate
and physiologically impeccable substructure is absolutely
necessary. Slight warping of the panels is possible and can be
compensated for during installation.
