A MESSAGE FROM

THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

2025 Regional Leadership

Academy Recap

Delta Chi’s annual Regional Leadership

Academies (RLA) had record-breaking

attendance this year, indicating that our

chapter leaders are eager to gain valuable

education that can assist with chapter

operations. The creation of the RLA was

driven by a commitment to enhancing the

undergraduate experience within Delta Chi.

The primary objective is to better equip active

members with the skills and confidence to

lead their chapters and uphold the fraternity’s

values. This is accomplished by fostering

personal and professional growth in a

structured, impactful environment.

The RLAs spanned two weekends and four

cities, providing specialized training for all

chapter leaders alongside the prestigious

Delta Chi Dale Carnegie Scholars program.

Participants left the program with action plans

tailored to their chapter’s needs, covering

areas such as manpower growth, alumni

engagement, and chapter operations. The plans

were designed to help chapters implement

practical solutions and ensure accountability

through clear deadlines and support systems.

Noah Karr, Lake Forest Chapter, an RLA High

Achievement Award winner, said, “I thought

that the program taught everybody invaluable

skills. Easily one of the hardest things to do is

publicly speak, and I think the course lessened

everybody’s fear of that. From the interactive

lessons to the wonderful friendships I made

that weekend, to call such an event a success

would be an understatement. It was simply

amazing to have that opportunity, and

everyone involved has my sincere gratitude

for everything that they did.”

The Dale Carnegie Scholars also saw recordbreaking

engagement with 85 brothers

graduating from the program. The Delta Chi

Dale Carnegie Scholars program is an awardwinning

professional leadership development

experience offered to Delta Chi undergraduate

members. No other fraternal organization

provides this exclusive opportunity! Dale

Carnegie’s world-renowned program is

based on more than 100 years of experience

and is designed to build greater selfconfidence,

strengthen people skills, enhance

communication, develop leadership skills,

reduce stress, and improve attitudes.

2024 was a significant year of growth for

the Delta Chi Foundation. We had a recordbreaking

year raising funds for Delta Chi’s

programs, which continue to elevate the

member experience. A recent study showed

that 83% of fraternity members indicate

stronger leadership confidence as a result

of their fraternity membership. Delta Chi is

making big strides with the programs offered

to our members by upholding one of our core

values to “develop character.” Programs like

the Regional Leadership Academy and Dale

Carnegie Scholars better equip our members

to successfully lead their chapters and develop

much-needed leadership skills that benefit their

undergraduate experience and prepare them

for life after graduation.

Your donations to the Delta Chi Foundation are

more than financial contributions; they are

investments in our future. They support these

programs, making them more accessible for

our brothers, and they allow the Fraternity to

increase its attendance capacity. As alumni,

your support is integral to our growth, and we

have the opportunity to impact the Delta Chi

experience and contribute to programs that

promote friendship, develop character, advance

justice, and assist in the acquisition of a sound

education.

We are deeply grateful for your past generosity

and support. Your belief in our mission has

been a driving force behind our success. Thank

you for believing in Delta Chi and for your

continued support.

In the Bond,

Justin Sherman
