Our Guaranteed Rent Service

This guarantees you a rental income on time, every month, without the stresses or risks involved

in letting out a property. What’s more you still get paid even if the property is empty, if the rent

is not paid on time, or even at all. Northwood effectively becomes your tenant. We then sub-let

your property, taking care to select the right tenants and then manage the property throughout

the tenancy on your behalf so you can sit back and relax.

Our Fully Managed Service

The Fully Managed Service is ideal for Landlords with limited time to manage their property. We

look after every aspect of the tenancy, just as we would with the Guaranteed Rent Service, the

key difference being that we don’t provide guaranteed rental payments. We find the tenant,

assist with property preparations, draw up the agreements and inventory, then manage all

tenant enquiries, regular maintenance services and rent collection.

Our Rent Collection Service

Collecting rent can be time-consuming and stressful for a Landlord, so with this service we find

the tenant, assist with property preparations, interview tenants, draw up the necessary

agreements and prepare the inventory. We then take responsibility for collecting the rent and

paying it to you by BACS. At the end of the tenancy, we conduct the tenant check out and deal

with the deposit repayment process.

Our Tenant Find Service

This service is for Landlords who prefer to handle everything about the tenancy themselves, and

simply want help finding a suitable tenant. If you choose this service we advertise the property,

accompany prospective tenants on viewings, handle references, help you prepare the property,

interviewing tenants, draw up the necessary agreements and prepare the inventory. The fee for

this service depends entirely on the type of property being let.
