GENERAL INFORMATION
1. What is the qualification period for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound?
1 st April to 31 st July 2025 (4 months)
2. Do I need to register for this promotion and is there a time limit?
Yes – to register it will cost $15 AUD/NZD. To register via the Virtual Office add SKU 49601
to your next Standard or Loyalty Rewards (ER) order.
3. If I enrol a new member during the qualification period and they are interested in the
promotion, are they able to participate?
Yes. They are required to register via the Virtual Office by adding SKU# 49601 to their next
Standard or Loyalty Rewards (ER) order.
4. When will Seeds to Success: Farm Bound be taking place?
The Seeds to Success: Farm Bound trip is scheduled for the 24 th -27 th October 2025.
Please refer to ‘General Prize 2025 Conditions/Important Information’ for alternative
plans should travel restrictions impact this date.
5. Can a non-Australian or New Zealand member participate in the incentive?
This promotion is open to active members of Young Living, who are 18 years of age or older,
who have registered for the promotion via SKU# 49601 and Seeds to Success: Farm Bound
Dashboard (coming soon) and have their primary business and residential address listed as
Australia or New Zealand during the promotional period.

6. When will the qualifiers be notified?
Qualifiers for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound will be notified on or around 25 th August
2025. Should this change, you will be informed. All qualifiers will receive an email to the
email address registered on their Young Living account, with all details pertaining to the
trip and what to do next.
7. How will Young Living select winners in the event of a tie?
In the event of a tie between one or more Participants for any Prize, Young Living will follow
a tie breaker analysis involving all point categories and how many of each point category
occurred. For example, if two individuals were tied for the same spot on the leaderboard,
the Participant with the greater count of personally enrolled first-time ER orders would be
awarded the higher rank on the leaderboard. Young Living reserves the right to award
additional Prizes to any Participant for any reason, at its sole discretion of Young Living
Essential Oils (Australasia) PTY LTD.
CRITERIA & POINTS
8. What are the basic criteria?
Earn a minimum of 60 points to be eligible to qualify for Trip Prizes (1-40)
Earn a minimum of 35 points to be eligible to qualify for a ticket to the RISE Leadership
Summit (41-60)
Participants must complete the following during the qualification period:
• Place a 125 PV Essential Rewards order every month (April - July).
• Hit the paid rank of Executive or higher at least once.
• Personally enrol a minimum of 8 new AUNZ Young Living Brand Partners with a
minimum 100 PV order.
• Support two team members in separate legs to rank advance.
• Increase your Starting Rank# baseline OGV^ by a minimum of:
o Distributor, Star, Senior Star: 4,000 OGV
o Executive: 5,000 OGV

o Silver: 6,000 OGV
o Gold: 9,000 OGV
9. How do I calculate my Baseline OGV?
The baseline OGV for Seeds to Success: Farm Bound will be the average OGV achieved
between December 2024 to March 2025. Please note that monthly OGV can fluctuate,
however, ending OGV in July 2025 must have increased cumulatively, by the minimum
OGV criteria amount for each starting rank, over the baseline OGV.

find examples of what a cumulative increase in monthly OGV might look like based on the
specific criteria for each rank.
10. How can I track my points over the promotion period?
Young Living AUNZ is int the process of creating a Seeds to Success: Farm Bound
dashboard that will be available to you sometime during the qualification period. Once
available, it will be available via the ‘Brand Partner Resources’ tab of the Virtual Office, and
once you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the incentive, the dashboard will
appear on the front page of your Virtual Office. You will be able to see your placement on
the leaderboard as well as where you have accrued your points from.
11. Do I earn Seeds to Success: Farm Bound points for any new brand partners placed in my
team via the Young Living Placement Program during the qualification period?
You cannot earn any enrolment points for those who are placed in your team via the
Placement program however you are able to earn points from all other activity that would
contribute to the qualification criteria.
12. Will there be a leaderboard?
Yes, a leaderboard will be available via your Virtual Office. Date to be confirmed later.

13. When are points for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound promotion recorded?
- Points are recorded within 48hrs of activity occurring on an account. Points will be
displayed on the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound Dashboard via the Virtual Office
during the qualification period.
14. How accurate is the Leaderboard?
- The Seeds to Success: Farm Bound Leaderboard provides an indication of progress
only. Please note that YL reports will not be ‘real time’ and there will be time delays
of up to 48hrs between your Seeds To Success: Farm Bound Dashboard and YL
reports. Final qualifiers will not be known until the commission report at the end of
the qualifying period, on or around August 25 th due to the nature of some criteria,
and after final audits have been conducted.
15. Can participants transfer points for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound promotion to
another person?
- No; participants cannot transfer points for the promotion to another person. Points
cannot be redeemed for any other Young Living event, program or product.
16. Will a drop in rank affect points earned for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound promotion?
Any changes in rank for reasons (including product returns or exchanges) may result in a
forfeit of the corresponding points earned for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound
promotion. First-time rank advancement and maintenance points are rewarded for the
maintenance of the highest achieved rank.
17. Do points earned for the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound promotion have any cash value or
Loyalty Rewards point value?
Points earned for the promotion have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded
as such. All points expire after the promotion period ends. Points cannot be redeemed for
any other Young Living event, program or product, including Essential Rewards.

18. Can I earn points on reactivating members? Will they be counted as ‘New Enrollees’ for the
purpose of Seeds to Success: Farm Bound?
Yes – provided the brand partner’s account has been inactive for at least 13 months, in
accordance with the recent Compensation Plan Enhancements (effective April 1, 2025). If
you have any questions, please contact Member Services at custserv@youngliving.com.au
19. Can I earn points for overseas’ enrolments and rank advancements?
Only enrolments and rank advancements within the Australian and New Zealand market,
will contribute towards qualification criteria.
20. Can I earn points for overseas’ OGV?
Yes – for the purpose of Seeds to Success: Farm Bound, any overseas’ OGV growth will
contribute towards qualification criteria. However, you must have been a residing citizen
here in Australia or New Zealand at least four months prior to the competition start date.
Otherwise only new, local OGV may apply to satisfy the criteria.
21. If I accept a new business through the Sale/transfer process within the qualification period,
will I continue to earn points for Seeds to Success: Farm Bound under my new business?
No. Any business obtained through a Sale/Transfer during the qualification period will not
be counted in the competition and forfeit the participant’s ability to participate.
22. I rank advanced for the first-time, and the points are not showing on my Seeds to Success:
Farm Bound Dashboard?
All rank advancement points will be applied to the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound
dashboard on or around the 15 th of each month, after the commissions run. Please note
that these points will not be reflected on your dashboard until after this time.
23. If I ranked Gold once in 2016, will this be my highest achieved rank?
Yes. Your highest ever achieved rank will be regarded as your starting rank – in this case
you would be classed as a Gold.

24. Does my growth target change if I rank advance during the promotion?
A members’ OGV growth requirement is fixed (average of OGV between December 2024
and March 2025) regardless of your personal rank advancement – in other words your
growth target does not change to a higher level should you rank advance during the
promotion.
25. When will I know if I have qualified for Seeds to Success: Farm Bound?
The last day for activity is the 31 st July 2025 however, please note that points totals and
positioning on the leaderboard can change up until the 15 th August 2025, once the
commissions have run. This is due to returns being processed and rank advancement data
being finalised. The Seeds to Success: Farm Bound dashboard is a guideline, with the final
leaderboard published by Young Living on or around 25 th August 2025

26. What is included if I earn a spot on the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound?
Rewards are dependent on the final qualification rank. Please refer to the Rewards table by
rank for full information. Remember, conditions apply.
All qualifiers will receive:
• Trip for one & 3 nights’ accommodation at the Vibe Waterfront Hotel- please note
that rooms will be allocated by Young Living and can be seen in in the Rewards
Table below.

27. Will Young Living provide ample activities as well as ‘down time’ during the Seeds to
Success: Farm Bound?
Yes. Young Living have both planned activities and leisure time for you to thoroughly enjoy
your Seeds to Success: Farm Bound experience and connect with other YL members.
28. Is there a trip itinerary that I can see now?
Once qualified, we will supply the agenda to help with your planning. This will only be
supplied once all details are finalised but please note that they are subject to change.
29. How will travel arrangements be made for me? Will I be required to book my own flights?
You will be required to book your own Flights to and from Darwin Airport. All ground
transportation will be organised by Young Living.
30. Can I arrive early to Darwin?
Yes, however Young Living will only cover accommodation and ground transportation (to
and from airport) from 24 th – 27 th October 2025. Any accommodation, transport or
additional requirements outside of these dates will be the responsibility of the qualifier.

31. Who do I deal with once I have qualified?
Young Living’s event team will reach out and ensure you are connected and have all the
necessary requirements in place before the Incentive trip. Should you need to contact

32. Who will organise visas and travel insurance for the trip?
It is the qualifying brand partners sole responsibility to organise compulsory travel
insurance, make their own visa arrangements and ensure they have a valid passport.
33. Can I transfer the trip if for any reason I am unable to attend?
No. In the interests of fairness to all members, the trip is non-transferable. By participating
in Seeds to Success: Farm Bound, registrants acknowledge and accept this condition.
34. If I am able to attend the trip but need to quarantine due to COVID regulations, will YL pay
for my accommodation?
No. Young Living cannot be held responsible for unexpected situations arising due to
COVID, travel or government-related restrictions.
35. When will Young Living notify the registrants/qualifiers of the Seeds to Success: Farm
Bound should, for reasons outside of Young Living’s control, the Trip be required to be
cancelled?
Young Living will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible, should the Trip part of
the Seeds to Success: Farm Bound need to be cancelled.
TRIP ATTENDANCE
36. If I qualify for the trip, but for some reason am unable to attend can I transfer the ticket to
my friend or another member?
No. The Prize is non-transferable and only qualifying members listed on the qualifying
member account are eligible to attend. If any qualifying brand partner(s) of the Prize are

unable to travel, for any reason, the rights to ‘The Prize’ will return to Young Living Australia
for reallocation or otherwise at their sole discretion.
37. If I qualify for the trip and am unable to attend, will I still receive a reward?
All trip qualifiers who are unable to attend the trip and meet eligibility requirements will
receive ‘non-attendee’ gift valued at $500AUD. To be eligible to receive a non-attendee
gift a qualifier must:
• Be a Seeds to Succes: Farm Bound 2025 Trip Qualifier (1-40)
• Have notified corporateeeventsau@youngliving.com.au before September 15th, 2025.
• Have not had their flight voucher reimbursement processed.
• Not have attended the Incentive trip.
• Provided all necessary documentation (if required) to
corporateeventsau@youngliving.com.au.
Please refer to T&Cs for all important information regarding non-attendee gifting.
38. Are children permitted to attend Seeds to Success: Farm Bound?
Only infants who are nursing are permitted to attend the trip.
Note: This is a trip for the qualifier only with no option to buy-in for partners or children.
