Wir verwenden seit 2024

klimaneutralen Strom aus

deutscher Wind- und Solarkraft

Seit unserer Gründung legen wir bei SETEX großen

Wert darauf, nachhaltig zu wirtschaften und bei

der Herstellung unserer Produkte die Umwelt zu

schützen.

Bereits im Jahr 2009 haben wir deswegen

auf unseren Dächern PV-Module installieren

lassen und investieren zukünftig in eine eigene

PV-Freifläche.

Nun sind wir stolz bekanntgeben zu können,

dass wir seit Anfang des Jahres im Rahmen eines

sogenannten PPA-Vertrags mehrere Windräder

gepachtet haben und nun 100% unseres

Stromverbrauchs aus deutschen Wind- und

Solarparks beziehen.

regionalen und deutschlandweiten

Since our foundation, we at SETEX have placed

a big emphasis on sustainable business practices

and ensuring that we protect the environment

throughout all our manufacturing processes.

Already in 2009, we installed PV-Modules on our

facilities’ rooftops and are currently investing in a

large ground-mounted PV system.

We are now proud to announce that since the

beginning of this year, we have entered into a socalled

PPA-Contract with multiple regional wind

parks and are consuming 100% of our electricity

from German wind- and solar parks.

We consume 100% renewable electricity from

local, regional and nationwide renewable

energy plants.

the field of innovative green electricity suppliers

from Berlin, we have implemented an electricity

procurement model that enables us to save CO2

without having to tie up or build up valuable

resources in the company.

In the spirit of economic sustainability, we launched the „SETEX2025: Fit for the future“ campaign

in 2021. In the spirit of modern change management, we motivate our employees to ensure

constant innovation in their areas of work and to take part in further training programmes. This

campaign has successfully initiated many innovative projects, some of which have already been

implemented, including

• Optimisation of warehouse capacities and consolidation of production sites to reduce plant

traffic between sites and reduce the carbon footprint, among other things

• Digitalisation of internal communication through an employee app

• Introduction of a multi-level CRM solution for improved B2B customer dialogue and

transparent customer service in the B2C sector

• Introduction of an improved ERP system to optimise internal processes, safeguard measures

through quality management and provide interfaces to connect internal and external

software

• Digitalisation of HR management through the digital personnel file to increase department

productivity and employee appreciation
