love for swimming. Then I

joined the swim team and

became a lifeguard, now I’m

a swim instructor,” she said.

Skills, Qualifications, and Education:

• Possessing industrial coatings product knowledge is a plus.

• Able to lead and influence others with a diligent change

management mindset.

• Organized and efficient at handling multiple tasks simultaneously;

possesses excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal

communication skills.
