TO (7) MY LOST SHEEP, BRIDE AND WARRIOR SHEEP
To my flock, yet to come.
I LOVE YOU, your KING YESHUA, JESUS THE CHRIST OF NAZARETH, HOLY
ONE OF ISRAEL, YOUR CREATOR, YOUR GOD, EMMANUEL, ONE WHO
WAS BORN OF THE VIRGIN WOMB. I HAVE been calling out to you, for I
AM THE GOOD SHEPHERD. I HAVE given you much time to TURN TO ME
and repent. MY SHEEP however, hear my voice. But you, MY LOST SHEEP
are all dull of hearing. You have not heard your master's call, as I HAVE
been passing over all of you in this season. Only those with blood on your
doorposts have been truly sealed. You are truly sealed and no harm will
come to you. But I WILL keep you all from the hour of temptation that is
to come upon the whole world. For I HAVE found you worthy. You will
not understand what I AM about to do. For there are two groups within
MY BRIDE. All is arguing between you. You are all right and all half wrong.
You all see through the glass dimly.
You all have the understanding and revelation that I HAVE given to each
of you for your own roles and positions set for this time to come. Which
is soon upon you and soon, all will be revealed for MY 144,000 and MY
WITNESSES. You know who you are, and I CALL you for a specific task and
you will all be REDEEMED AS MY FIRST FRUITS. You will all BE WITH ME
in MY THRONE ROOM. However, some of you, only few of you are chosen
and come back to complete the mission I HAVE set before you. You, MY
144,000 ARE MY END TIMES ARMY, MY WARRIOR BRIDE, MY WARRIOR
SHEEP. Some of you, not all who will come BE WITH ME, are a part of this
END TIMES ARMY. This is the group I SPEAK OF, you have too been
separated out for a time such as this.
2 | P a g e
And the door of the ark is soon to shut. You, MY BRIDE are the ones who
know you are to come BE WITH ME before the great tribulation.
However, I have avoided the term pre-tribulation rapture because it is
not accurate to call this event this. And it is steeped with much false
doctrine and false beliefs. Truly, if MY CHURCH knew truly what this event
meant, they would still not be ready for me, their BRIDEGROOM. And
indeed, many of MY FLOCK are not ready.
And this false doctrine, and many false dreams, are largely to blame. Few
are truly chosen, and counted worthy. Didn't I WARN you of Sardis? Only
having few names? Well, this is truth, this is MY REMNANT and you MY
BRIDE ARE MY REMNANT SHEEP caught up to MY THRONE ROOM. And
then some of you who I WILL continue to address as MY 144,000
WARRIOR SHEEP, come back as MY WITNESSES. And now is the time. Get
ready MY BRIDE and keep your lamps burning now for MY ARRIVAL.
MY FLOCK, then who are yet to come in, not knowing their master's
voice. I HAVE not forgotten you. You will not be, and are not going to be,
left behind. I HAVE not and will not, leave or forsake anyone who calls
out TO ME YESHUA JESUSTO save you. For I AM YOUR SALVATION YOUR
GOD YOUR SAVIOR. Only you do not HAVE ME as LORD OF YOUR LIFE.
Yet, you do not FOLLOW ME whether soever I GO. You (5) STILL LEAD
COMPROMISED LIVES WITH (5) YOUR HEARTS AND EYES STILL (5) SET
ON THE WORLD AND (5) THE THINGS OF THE WORLD. So just like any
good surgeon that removes the cancer, so the person may go on living
and one day be free from the disease.
So too, I COME as a precision surgeon to remove the cancer in your flesh
that is causing you to err. That is causing you to put other things first. The
idols (5) THAT REMAIN IN YOUR HEARTS I WILL REMOVE and I WILL
3 | P a g e
DESTROY and I WILL TURN you back TO ME MY CHILDREN, just like a
precision surgeon. I COME to remove all that is bad from your hearts,
minds, bodies and souls. And it is going to hurt. You will be in much pain
through this process. But better to cut an arm or your eye out than head
into hell with a full body. And better to be short of an appendage that is
now rotten, so you can enter into heaven and eternity WITH ME YOUR
GOD. So, it's time for great tribulation, MY PROFESSING FLOCK. And yes,
I CALL (5) THE GRAPES AND UNBELIEVERS TOO. However, great
tribulation has always been about the refiner’s fire for MY PEOPLE who
PROFESS ME AS LORD.
The Holy Scriptures are always written to MY PEOPLE. Yes, many
unbelievers will be called and come to KNOW ME and I WANT none to
perish. I WANT all to come to KNOW ME, as THEIR CREATOR, THEIR GOD,
THEIR LORD, and THEIR SAVIOR. But I CALL MY SHEEP, MY LOST SHEEP.
The call goes out to you now. But it is going to take what comes next to
bring you into the fold. It (7) TAKES GREAT TRIBULATION TO TEST YOUR
FAITH.
4 | P a g e
I FEAR this time many do and will fall away, (5) FOR THEIR HEARTS ARE
HARDENED and (5) THEY ARE BLINDED BY PRIDE. So, I open MY ARMS
now, also to (5) A LOST AND WICKED GENERATION. And (5) ALL WHO
REMAIN IN UNBELIEF, that there even is a GOD. And to all who (5) TURN
TO THE FALSE GODS, I CALL out to you. You are all invited, repent and
TURN TO ME. (5) TURN AWAY FROM YOUR SIN, (5) TURN AWAY FROM
YOUR IDOLS, (5) TURN AWAY FROM FALSE GODS. Come out of her MY
PEOPLE, that you be (5) NOT PARTAKERS OF HER SINS. COME TO ME, for
truly there is only one mediator between FATHER GOD and man.
5 | P a g e
And that is I, YOUR KING YESHUA, JESUS THE CHRIST OF NAZARETH, I
AM your only mediator. I AM THE ONLY WAY TO THE FATHER, FOR ME
AND THE FATHER ARE ONE. (7) THERE ARE NOT MANY WAYS TO
HEAVEN. (5) YOU CANNOT WORSHIP FALSE GODS, or continue to pray
(5) TO THE BLESSED WOMAN MARY, and expect MY FATHER to accept
you and hear your prayers. The day is here, for THE FATHER wants to be
worshiped always in spirit and in truth. And the truth is, I AM the only
way, only truth, only life and no one comes to THE FATHER but BY ME.
6 | P a g e
Take this to heart now, all who hear this message today. (5) ALL WHO
CONTINUE (5) IN THE THINGS OF THE (5) WORLD AND ARE CAUGHT UP
(5) IN SATAN'S WEB OF LIES. The path is lit. MY LOST SHEEP, MY BURDEN
is light and yoke easy. Accept MY GIFT of salvation which is MY GIFT of
grace I GIVE to you. I AM your covering, THE WORTHY LAMB that was
slain for you. I DIED for all of your sins. All child, COME TO ME now and
be washed clean with the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and be washed clean. Be
a new creature in CHRIST, be redeemed, be renewed, be restored.
7 | P a g e
Do not try to seek another entrance into the sheepfold. Only I AM THE
DOOR. Only I AM THE WAY. I CALL YOU MY LOST SHEEP. Now I CALL YOU
to repent and TURN TO ME. I CALL ALL of you now to prepare your hearts
and minds, for men's hearts are going to fail them when they see what is
about to come upon the world. And I SAY again, none of you are left
behind. This time coming of great tribulation is MY MERCY AND GRACE,
for I WANT NONE TO PERISH. MY LOST SHEEP, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU,
I LOVE YOU.
8 | P a g e
Come into the fold now and know I HAVE A PLACE prepared for you in
the wilderness And I HAVE MY APPOINTED WITNESSES ready to oversee
all who do not fall away. I WILL NOT LEAVE or forsake you. I HAVE A PLAN
and all is in MY PERFECT DESIGN. Believe, trust, keep faith IN ME, YOUR
KING YESHUA, YOUR SAVIOR, JESUS THE CHRIST, YOUR GOD, YOUR
CREATOR, HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL. I COME BACK SOON, be ready MY
BRIDE, be ready. Shalom

MAY DAY; GOD IS WORKING!
I am hearing strongly, “MAY DAY; GOD IS WORKING!”
The first of May is celebrated around the world as a springtime festival or
a day honoring workers (Dictionary.com). God is at work in our lives! He
is doing a new thing, even right now. He is always working, always
moving, and this is a season of uncommon grace and new beginnings.
In a dream this morning just before waking, I said to my husband, “You
will know what to do…when God works.”
I woke up with a strong sense that May is going to be a month of seeing
God moving in mighty ways. Things you have been waiting for will now
come forth. Those waiting for God’s timing are going to hear Him say,
10 | P a g e
“Now!” Prayers are being answered; Holy Spirit is moving strongly and
angels are being sent. God is working! Light is coming to areas of
confusion; you will know what to do! Celebrate!
Also, Mayday is an international cry for help used by ships and aircraft
(Dictionary.com). I am hearing, “You have been crying for help and I have
heard, help is coming at the sound of My Word!” God has heard your
cries and He is answering!
I personally was feeling a strong burden yesterday all day, a heavy burden
for family members struggling. This morning as the Lord spoke to me that
HE IS WORKING. I felt a strong release of that burden and rejoiced! I
heard “They shall be plantings of righteousness.”
"To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for
ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of
heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting
of the LORD, that he might be glorified." (Isaiah 61:3 KJV)
God is working to see His Kingdom come in the earth! Jesus is at the right
hand of God even now interceding for us! I declare to your spirit – “Faith,
rise up! God is working! Doubt and unbelief be gone, for our God is a
mighty King and His plans and purposes will not fail!”
"For God [is] my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth."
(Psalm 74:12 KJV)"Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong [hand],
and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward [is] with him, and his
work before him." (Isaiah 40:10 KJV)
Rejoice! God is working! It is not time to lose heart; let faith arise; rejoice
and praise God; He is working and your enemies will be scattered!

NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO SLEEP MY 144,000
Son, HEAR ME, your KING YESHUA, your HAMASHIACH, HOLY ONE OF
ISRAEL, YOUR SAVIOR, YOUR SALVATION, YOUR CAPTAIN of MY END
TIME ARMY, MY 144,000. I SUM everything up, you have seen all pitfalls.
You have witnessed and been a part of much spiritual warfare. The
pressing continues, as I CONTINUE to separate MY SHEEP, from MY
WARRIOR SHEEP, MY 144,000, MY WARRIOR SHEEP. You know who you
are, you have taken part of MY ROAD MAP to you through this channel.
The Night Watchman has set an example, but not one of perfection.
Understand this, one of a journey for ALL MY WARRIORS. One of
relationship and a true relationship and one of love. Love FOR ME, YOUR
GOD, and love for one another.
Brethren, you seek to understand MY WAYS. You still seek to understand
MY PROPHECY. You will not understand, till the time, now MY
WARRIORS. And I TELL YOU, the time is now. Ready yourselves, now is
not a time to slumber or sleep. Have your lamps burning, wicks trimmed,
for you are MY LIGHTS. You are MY WITNESSES and the time is now
WARRIORS. All spoken will come to pass, do not doubt, do not waver. Be
ready and stay strong IN ME. Stand firmly on the rock, and know your
assignments. There will be much battling in the physical and spiritual. You
will see and experience both. But know too, as MY WITNESSES, you will
be doing the job of apostles. You will be overseers and serving MY
PEOPLE, who through much tribulation will come to KNOW ME as their
LORD AND SAVIOR. Come to understand now the great responsibility you
will have to lead people in MY WAYS, to protect and feed MY SHEEP.
This job of MY 144,000, is not for the faint of heart and I HAVE CHOSEN
you well. Just as you had to CHOOSE ME AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR
12 | P a g e
and you had to say yes, to this mission. So too, I HAVE CHOSEN YOU for
few truly are chosen. You have a heart for MY SHEEP. You love one
another, you love even the lost and the wicked who despitefully use you.
No matter what test of your heart, you have never failed. You have never
failed to forgive, and you have never failed to keep love in your heart. You
continue to pray unceasing, and you never turn away FROM ME, YOUR
GOD. You HAVE ME AS NUMBER ONE in your heart. You LOVE ME with
all your heart and soul and you have continued to be obedient in all tests,
trials and tribulations.
You are about to BE BIRTHED, MY 144,000, SHINE YOUR LIGHTS
BRIGHTLY AS YOU MANIFEST MY GLORY. Go forth, as MY WITNESSES.
And soon you will be in MY THRONE ROOM and all assignments, roles
and warfare will be revealed to you. Be balanced, MY WARRIORS. It's all
about declaring MY GLORY to a wicked and perverse generation, as you
are MY WITNESSES for judgment and righteousness. But you balance all
this out, with displaying MY LOVE to the world. Be love, be truth, be MY
WITNESSES and all will know that I AM THE LORD and you are all MY
DISCIPLES, MY TRUE END TIMES ARMY, MY TRUE WARRIORS
Be mercy and grace. Be all that I AM to a lost world. Feed MY SHEEP and
bring them into the fold. Feed and protect ALL I GUIDE YOU, to BE MY
FEET on the ground. HEAR ME, you are to declare MY JUDGMENTS to all
nations, and I WILL BESTOW on you great power to go forth, as MY
WITNESSES. But never forget, MY PEOPLE, always keep balanced
WARRIORS. For it's about MY GLORY and saving the lost souls. And all
what's to come is in MY PERFECT DESIGN. Have no fear, MY WARRIORS.
None will come nigh you or your dwellings. Trust I WILL SAVE your
families and answer all your prayers. Have your eyes hearts and minds all
FOCUSED ON ME. Now WARRIORS, put down the world. Time is up.
13 | P a g e
Come, BE WITH ME and prepare for the suddenly. For within one hour,
all will change. As darkness consumes the whole earth, out of great
darkness will come MY MARVELOUS LIGHT. Through you MY CHOSEN
WARRIORS, MY 144,000, MY END TIMES ARMY.
YOUR CAPTAIN OF THE NEW RISING GUARD, HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, AND
YOUR COMMANDER IN CHIEF, YOUR YESHUA HAMASHIACH. And COME
TO ME to have ALL MY WORDS confirmed to you, MY WARRIORS.
Shalom

HOME MISSIONARIES
I sat, and THE FATHER said he had something for me, so I as I sat
watching.
A vision came, I saw a tiny pinpoint of light appear in the darkness. As I
watched, it began to enlarge and as it enlarged, there were rays of light
radiating out from the center. It kept getting larger and larger and the
rays were getting thicker and thicker, until it appeared even looking like a
flower would appear with a center and there was a light brown ring
around the center. The ray is projected out in balance, to make a perfect
flower and then it faded. FATHER SAID "Continue watching."
So, as I watched, I sensed something was trying to break through but
couldn't. It was almost like it was a baby in the womb kicking, and then it
ceased and HE SAID, "Continue to watch.” I saw a grave appear, it was an
unmarked grave, just a mounded grave and then a man appeared sitting
there by it. Doing nothing, but sitting and staring. He finally got up and
then he just stood there, looking down at the grave. He had shoulder
length hair, and a beard and a white robe, and after a few moments he
too disappeared.
I asked THE FATHER what he was showing me, and as I did, JESUS CAME
INTO MY VISION and I realized he was the one who was at the grave. As
I looked at JESUS, I began to get an overwhelming feeling of sorrow which
I feel even now as I give you this. But when I was writing this, I had to
stop because of weeping. THE FATHER SAID, "Son what you are feeling is
a touch of WHAT MY SON AND I ARE FEELING with everyone who crosses
over into death, without COMING TO US. WE SORROW over each one,
even as you have felt here. But this is more than your flesh can handle.
15 | P a g e
So, I HAVE only allowed you to feel a small portion." I said "THANK YOU
FATHER.” What I AM WHAT I SHOWED YOU at the beginning, that which
appeared as a flower with all the light rays going out is a picture of what
I AM ABOUT TO (7) DO IN THE KINGDOM OF THE WORLD.
I AM about to reach out all over this world, in all areas to those who do
not KNOW ME and are STANDING AGAINST ME. I AM sending forth MY
ANGELS as well as those of MY PEOPLE, whom I CAN USE to reach many
whom do not KNOW ME AND WHO RESIST ME. I HAVE much resistance.
Son, as you know, that which you saw trying to break into the vision was
just that, trying to break in. It was a demonic intrusion trying to disrupt
with an erroneous picture that would have led many astray.
I WOULD NOT ALLOW IT, it even broke through that far, after you had
rebuked the demonic in MY SON’s NAME and shut them down. They are
sending those who are stronger, and you will have to stand stronger. And
as you do, I WILL STAND beside you. You will not lose. As I SAID, son, I
AM reaching out to many thousands that I have not reached out to in
power before. You said, the result of the vision appeared as a flower with
a light brown ring. That ring represents those of MY PEOPLE, that I WILL
be able to send forth. The light rays represent MY ANGELS who will be
sent for that very purpose. I AM showing you this, MY SON, so that you
can send it out to all of those who I HAVE brought to your channel.
16 | P a g e
I NEED THEM to know what is happening and to prepare. As I DO THIS, I
WILL BE CALLING on MY EVERYDAY CHRISTIANS, you guys, those who
look at themselves and many times say "I am not worth much." If they
could only grasp how much each one means TO ME. I WILL BE CALLING
on you, MY PEOPLE, to watch for those who respond all over THE WORLD
OF MINE. They will be responding with a sudden desire to find out about
JESUS AND (7) HIS LIFE, HIS DEATH, AND HIS RESURRECTION. You, MY
PEOPLE, will be MY VOICE, and will bring many into the kingdom, so that
we will not have to feel the sadness over each one that could not have
been saved. This will begin shortly, within months, and so you need to be
prepared. You are MY ONLINE MISSIONARIES, MY HOME
MISSIONARIES.
I WILL truly be looking to you to provide the information to those that
come, so that they will inherit eternal life. Don't panic, I WILL NOT give
you anything to do that I WILL not prepare you for. All you truly need to
know, is the use of MY SCRIPTURES OF SALVATION. MY SERVANT will list
what I TELL HIM at the end of this. Share the scriptures with those who
come to you. Share your LOVE FOR ME and MY LOVE FOR YOU.
Yes, many of you are about to become missionaries. HE SAID, that he was
smiling, everyone may not be impacted in this way. That doesn't mean I
HAVE neglected you it simply means that someone didn't react to MY
CALL. I AM putting out, who would have come to you. Yes, sadly many
will resist WALKING WITH ME in this. But, many will come to KNOW ME.
I LOVE YOU, MY PEOPLE.

ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT LEADER
WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM NEEDS A VISIONARY NEW LEADER
WITH KLAUS SCHWAB STEPPING (5) DOWN AFTER MORE THAN FIVE (5)
DECADES, THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM (5) STANDS AT A HISTORIC
IMPASSE
With KLAUS SCHWAB (5) STEPPING DOWN AFTER MORE THAN (5) FIVE
DECADES AT THE HELM (5) OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM, the
organization he is synonymous with (5) STANDS AT A HISTORIC IMPASSE.
As the world grapples with (5) INCREASING ECONOMIC
FRAGMENTATION, GEOPOLITICAL UNREST and (5) A RAPIDLY EVOLVING
TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION, the (5) TIME HAS COME NOT JUST
(5) TO FIND A NEW LEADER — but (5) TO REINVENT THE WEF ITSELF. As
the world shifts, the WEF must (5) DO MORE THAN CHANGE
LEADERSHIP. It (5) MUST EVOLVE. REINVENTION IS NO (5) LONGER
OPTIONAL; IT IS IMPERATIVE.
19 | P a g e
20 | P a g e
We live in a rapidly evolving context. The assumptions that governed
20th and early 21st-century globalism no longer hold. (5) TODAY, WE
FACE FRAGMENTATION, A (5) TREND TOWARD MULTIPOLARITY,
FRAYING TRUST (5) IN INSTITUTIONS AND INTENSIFYING INEQUALITY.
The Global South — long marginalized in elite conversations — is now
the seat of the world’s future and the center of population growth. A new
WEF must not just acknowledge this; it must be shaped by it.
Africa, home to a billion young people, is on the cusp of being an engine
of creativity, talent and economic growth. The 21st century was once
heralded as the “Asian Century” and, public health, geopolitical and
economic issues notwithstanding, Asia remains the fastest-growing
economic region in the world. Other emergent actors notably include the
resource-endowed Gulf Cooperation Council states, which are rapidly
21 | P a g e
diversifying their economies and shifting the center of global innovation
and investment eastward. In reality, THE (5) WEF’S TRADITIONAL
EMPHASIS WAS ON (5) THE NEEDS AND PRIORITIES OF (5) ITS
CORPORATE AND GOVERNMENT CLIENTS
Khalid Abdulla-Janahi
The WEF’s mission — to improve (5) THE STATE OF THE WORLD — is
noble, but in reality, the traditional emphasis was on the needs and
priorities of its corporate and government (5) CLIENTS, THOSE “PAYING
TO PLAY.” In many cases, they managed to improve the state of
themselves but with less regard for the underserved, the underbanked,
the underrepresented and those without access to the many of the
privileges reserved for the Global North and the elite circles within the
Global South.
The hallowed corridors of the Davos Congress Center, where paying WEF
members and government leaders mingle, was traditionally where all the
action was during the forum’s annual meeting. Over the course of the last
decade, however, the venue has become even more the bastion of
corporatism, with (5) MORE DEAL-MAKING AND LESS CRITICAL (5)
THINKING AND EXCHANGING OF IDEAS.
The town of Davos and notably its promenade has been overrun by a new
crowd of venture capital investors, technology entrepreneurs, thought
leaders, philanthropists and activists engaging directly with WEF
constituents, via side events and bilateral meetings, on the back of the
WEF, but always seen as a distraction by the organization’s secretariat
and more of a challenge than an opportunity. The unofficial, promenadecentered
Davos conference is where there is open dialogue and where
there is a safe space for critical thinking.
22 | P a g e
IT NEEDS A LEADER WHO CAN INSPIRE GLOBAL TRUST,
NAVIGATE AND MANAGE COMPLEXITY, AND DEAL EFFECTIVELY
WITH LEADERS FROM ALL SECTORS
Khalid Abdulla-Janahi
THE (5) WEF UNDOUBTABLY OWES ITS ORIGIN (5) AND VISIONARY
LEADERSHIP TO SCHWAB. Today, however, the organization is no longer
a private Swiss foundation. Since 2015, it has (5) BEEN AN OFFICIAL
MULTILATERAL INSTITUTION. (5) IT THEREFORE NEEDS A LEADER (5)
WHO CAN INSPIRE GLOBAL TRUST, (5) NAVIGATE AND MANAGE
COMPLEXITY, AND (5) DEAL EFFECTIVELY WITH LEADERS FROM (5) ALL
SECTORS, IRRESPECTIVE OF POLITICS. (5) THIS PERSON SHOULD HAVE
THE (5) EXPERIENCE AND LEGITIMACY TO CONVENE, (5) FOSTER
COLLABORATION AND PUSH INNOVATION (5) WITHOUT LOSING SIGHT
OF INCLUSIVITY.
23 | P a g e
For the past few decades, the WEF team has included many notable ex-
CEOs, government and multilateral leaders, and subject matter experts.
Most, however, have come and gone, since the organization offered little
space for dissent with the founder. Senior staff were either pushed out
or opted out to achieve their potential with other platforms. (5) A
REBOOTED WEF NEEDS BOTH (5) ITS CONDUCTOR AND AN ORCHESTRA,
AND (5) THIS CAN BECOME A CRITICAL (5) SUCCESS FACTOR FOR REAL
IMPACT (5) IF LED AND MANAGED RIGHT.
If the WEF truly wishes to remain committed to improving the state of
the world, then it must redefine what that world looks like — and (5)
WHO GETS TO DEFINE IT. This is (5) NOT REVOLUTION, IT IS EVOLUTION.
Khalid Abdulla-Janahi is a leading financier, global strategy pundit and
philanthropist. He is co-founder of the Maryam Forum Foundation (UK).
He previously served as co-chair of the (5) WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM
GLOBAL AGENDA (5) COUNCIL ON THE MIDDLE EAST and North Africa
and vice chair (5) OF THE ARAB BUSINESS COUNCIL.

SAUDI ARABIA TO HOST REGULAR WORLD ECONOMIC
FORUM GLOBAL MEETING STARTING 2026
RIYADH — Saudi Arabia will host a recurring high-level World Economic
Forum (WEF) global meeting in Riyadh, with the inaugural event
scheduled for Spring 2026.
The announcement (5) WAS MADE BY SAUDI ARABIA’S (5) MINISTER OF
ECONOMY AND PLANNING, Faisal Alibrahim, alongside WEF President
Børge Brende, on the final (5) DAY OF THE 55TH ANNUAL MEETING (5)
OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM in Davos, Switzerland. The Riyadhbased
WEF global meeting will serve as a key platform for leaders,
experts, and decision-makers from various sectors, including
government, academia, international organizations, and civil society, (5)
(5) TO ADDRESS PRESSING GLOBAL CHALLENGES (5) AND FOSTER
COLLABORATION ACROSS REGIONS.
25 | P a g e
Commenting on the development, Alibrahim stated: “HOSTING A
REGULAR GLOBAL WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM MEETING IN THE
KINGDOM IS A TESTAMENT TO THE GLOBAL PLATFORM FOR DIALOGUE,
COLLABORATION, AND INNOVATION THAT SAUDI ARABIA HAS BECOME.
THIS MEETING REPRESENTS A SIGNIFICANT OPPORTUNITY TO UNITE
THE WORLD IN CAPTURING THE IMMENSE POTENTIAL THAT LIES
AHEAD.
“AT THIS CRITICAL JUNCTURE FOR THE GLOBAL ECONOMY, WE ARE
INSPIRED BY THE OPPORTUNITIES BEFORE US AND CONFIDENT THAT
OUR COLLECTIVE EFFORTS WILL FORGE A BRIGHTER, MORE INCLUSIVE,
AND PROSPEROUS FUTURE FOR ALL. WE LOOK FORWARD TO
WELCOMING THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY TO SAUDI ARABIA IN SPRING
2026.”
WEF President Børge Brende (5) ADDED: “THE WORLD ECONOMIC
FORUM (5) IS LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING (5) BACK TO THE
KINGDOM IN 2026. To close the 55th World Economic Forum with this
announcement puts us on a strong (5) COURSE FOR THE YEARS AHEAD.
The progress we make in the coming months will not only deliver
immediate results but shape our (5) COURSE FOR YEARS TO COME.”
This initiative builds on the success of the (5) WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM
SPECIAL MEETING (5) HELD IN RIYADH IN APRIL 2024, further
establishing Saudi (5) ARABIA AS A CENTRAL PLAYER (5) IN SHAPING THE
GLOBAL AGENDA. With its (5) BOLD LEADERSHIP AND COMMITMENT
TO (5) FOSTERING GLOBAL DIALOGUES BETWEEN DEVELOPED and (5)
DEVELOPING ECONOMIES, THE KINGDOM IS (5) POISED TO DRIVE
INCLUSIVE GLOBAL (5) GROWTH AND ADDRESS COMPLEX GLOBAL (5)
CHALLENGES WITH THE WEF COMMUNITY. — SG

GLOBAL CYBERSECURITY FORUM AND WORLD ECONOMIC
FORUM TO ESTABLISH GLOBAL CENTRE FOR CYBER
ECONOMICS BASED IN RIYADH
(5) RIYADH — THE GLOBAL CYBERSECURITY FORUM (GCF) (5) AND THE
WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM (WEF) (5) ANNOUNCED THE SIGNING OF
AN (5) AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH THE CENTRE (5) FOR CYBER
ECONOMICS (CCE) IN RIYADH, (5) DURING THE WEF ANNUAL MEETING
2025 being held in Davos, Switzerland.
GCF and WEF aim (5) TO ESTABLISH THE CENTRE AS A GLOBAL
PLATFORM THAT ADDRESSES (5) THE ECONOMIC DIMENSION OF
CYBERSECURITY. The centre (5) WILL ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE TO
ENABLE (5) DECISION-MAKERS WORLDWIDE TO BUILD A (5) DEEP
27 | P a g e
UNDERSTANDING OF THE CLOSE (5) RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN
ECONOMICS AND CYBERSECURITY. The centre’s research and studies will
also provide (5) ROBUST TOOLS FOR FORMULATING POLICIES (5) AND
STRATEGIES TO SAFEGUARD THE (5) GLOBAL ECONOMY WHILE
CONTRIBUTING TO (5) ENHANCING CYBERSECURITY AROUND THE
WORLD.
Eng. Majed bin Mohammed Al-Mazyed, governor of the National
Cybersecurity Authority, acting on behalf of the Board of Trustees of
Global Cybersecurity Forum, noted that (5) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE
CENTRE – A (5) COLLABORATION BETWEEN GCF AND WEF – forms part
of (5) CYBERSECURITY EFFORTS IN SAUDI ARABIA (5) THAT HAVE
CULMINATED IN ITS (5) WORLD-LEADING POSITION IN THE SECTOR. The
kingdom’s (5) CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE CYBERSECURITY SECTOR (5) AT
LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND GLOBAL (5) LEVELS HAVE GAINED THE SAUDI
(5) MODEL OF CYBERSECURITY RECOGNITION FOR (5) ITS SUCCESSFUL
AND PIONEERING APPROACH.
Al-Mazyed added that the (5) DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTRE FOR (5)
CYBER ECONOMICS SITS WITHIN THE (5) FRAMEWORK OF THE
KINGDOM OF (5) SAUDI ARABIA’S AIMS TO BUILD (5) GLOBAL

(5) CROWN PRINCE MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN.
However, in a sharp remark, Trump once again criticized Ukrainian
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, referring to him as a "dictator." Shifting
to economic policy, Trump reiterated his commitment to boosting US
manufacturing by offering lower corporate tax rates to businesses that
produce goods domestically. "I come today with a simple message for
business leaders from all across the nation and all around the world,"
Trump said. "If you want to build the future, push boundaries, unleash
breakthroughs, transform industries, or make a fortune—there’s no
better place on earth than the current and future United States of
America under a certain president named Donald J. Trump."
However, with the US federal debt currently exceeding $36 trillion, it
remains unclear how the remaining 60% of those savings would be used.
When asked about his legacy by Richard Attias, Chairman of the FII
Institute Executive Committee, Trump positioned the US as a global force
for peace. "We are a country of peace, and we brought peace to the rest
of the world," he stated. "But you need strength—without strength, you
can’t have peace. You need peace through strength."

of $7 billion. Within this framework, the center has executed 976
humanitarian projects exceeding $4 billion, spanning critical sectors,

notable mention were the specialized projects undertaken by KSrelief in
Yemen, such as the rehabilitation of war-affected children and child
soldiers, the Saudi Project for Landmine Clearance. “MASAM,” and the
artificial limbs program. The meeting also highlighted the Saudi program
for separating conjoined twins, applauded internationally for its
substantial achievements since its inception in 1990.
The program has performed 61 separation surgeries within the Kingdom
over a span of 34 years, evaluating 142 cases from 26 countries, including
various cases from Yemen. The meeting shed light on Saudi Arabia’s
standing among the leading host countries for refugees. An estimated
1,093,000 refugees reside within the Kingdom, equivalent to 5.26
percent of the population. Among this population are 561,911 refugees
from Yemen, 262,573 from Syria, and 269,442 from Myanmar. The prime
minister lauded THE (5) SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS OF KSRELIEF AND

TWO-STATE SOLUTION IS THE ONLY AND JUST
OPTION FOR PEACE IN THE REGION
WASHINGTON — Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL)
and Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association Sheikh Mohammed Al-
Issa met with a number of members of the US Congress, leaders of think
tanks and research centers, and policy makers in an open dialogue
session in the US capital Washington. The event dealt with a number of
topics related to the Islamic and humanitarian roles of MWL. Addressing
the gathering, the MWL chief (5) EMPHASIZED THAT THE TWO-STATE
SOLUTION FOR (5) THE PALESTINE ISSUE IS THE (5) ONLY AND JUST
OPTION FOR (5) ESTABLISHING PEACE IN THE REGION.
Sheikh Al-Issa also chaired the meeting of THE COUNCIL OF ISLAMIC
LEADERS in North and South Americas, which was established at the
initiative of the MWL to activate the (5) CONTENTS OF THE "MAKKAH
DOCUMENT."
131 | P a g e
In an open dialogue with prominent American figures, Dr. Al-Issa
addressed a number of pressing issues on the international arena related
to the MWL's goals around the world, HIGHLIGHTING (5) THE VALUES OF
THE TRUE (5) ISLAMIC RELIGION THAT CALLS FOR (5) PEACE AND
HARMONY AMONG VARIOUS (5) SEGMENTS OF MANKIND, ESPECIALLY
STRENGTHENING (5) FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION BETWEEN
NATIONS (5) AND PEOPLES IN CONFRONTING IDEAS (5) OF RELIGIOUS
AND CIVILIZATIONAL CONFLICT (5) AND STRIFE, ON THE BASIS (5) OF
PURPOSEFUL AND EFFECTIVE DIALOGUE.
132 | P a g e
During the dialogue, a number of topics were raised related to the role
assigned to scholars of VARIOUS (5) RELIGIONS TO CONTRIBUTE TO
SUPPORTING (5) PEACE EFFORTS IN THE REGION, (5) BASED ON THE
IMPORTANCE OF (5) THEIR SPIRITUAL INFLUENCE, IN CONFRONTING (5)
THE VOICES OF RELIGIOUS AND (5) POLITICAL EXTREMISM AND THEIR
PRACTICES, which increase escalation and confrontation and which use
religious sentiments devoid of awareness as a pretext for taking serious
risks that will set the situation back, and lead to more repercussions and
complications.
Sheikh Al-Issa stressed that it is imperative for religious scholars, with
their diversity around the world, to be wiser and more attentive to the
religious values around which their COMMON (5) GOALS CALLING FOR
CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE and positive results are united. He pointed
out that the Palestinian issue represents a major axis of international
interest in general, (5) AND ARAB AND ISLAMIC INTEREST (5) IN
PARTICULAR, STRESSING THAT THERE (5) IS NO PEACE WITHOUT
PALESTINE.
The MWL chief highlighted THE (5) MAJOR ROLE PLAYED BY SAUDI (5)
ARABIA IN RESOLVING THE PALESTINE (5) ISSUE. HE SPECIALLY
MENTIONED TO (5) THE KINGDOM'S LEADERSHIP ROLE LAST (5)
OCTOBER TO HOLD THE FIRST (5) MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL
COALITION (5) FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TWO-STATE (5)
SOLUTION, IN ADDITION TO ITS (5) MULTIPLE AND ONGOING EFFORTS
IN (5) LEADING INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMACY TO STOP (5) THE
DESTRUCTIVE WAR IN GAZA, (5) AND ACTIVATE INTERNATIONAL
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISMS.
133 | P a g e
He (5) STRESSED THAT THE POSITION OF (5) SAUDI ARABIA ON THE
PALESTINIAN (5) ISSUE IS CLEAR, FIRM, AND (5) REPEATEDLY
EMPHASIZED. "THE TWO-STATE SOLUTION (5) IS THE ONLY AND JUST (5)
OPTION FOR PEACE IN THE (5) REGION, AND THAT ITS ACTIVATION (5)
REQUIRES RETREATING FROM ALL EXTREMIST (5) IDEAS THAT DO
NEITHER PROVIDE (5) A SOLUTION NOR MAKE PEACE.
Dr. Al-Issa also cited the MWL's initiative titled: "BUILDING BRIDGES (5)
BETWEEN EAST AND WEST" WHICH (5) WAS HOSTED BY THE UNITED (5)
NATIONS HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK. "This initiative is FOCUSED ON
(5) DEVELOPING AND ACTIVATING DIALOGUE MECHANISMS to have a
tangible impact in order to address many important issues that have
remained unresolved for many reasons. This cooperation follows in the
circle of commonalities, which are many, all in the face of ideas of
religious, ethnic and civilizational clash and conflict, especially slogans
that directly or indirectly call for hatred and racism," he added.

SAUDI ARABIA CALLS ON INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO
TRANSLATE TWO-STATE SOLUTION INTO ACTION
MANAMA — Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin (5)
FARHAN CALLED ON THE INTERNATIONAL (5) COMMUNITY TO ACT
SWIFTLY TO (5) TRANSLATE INTO ACTION THE TWO-STATE (5) SOLUTION
FOR THE PALESTINE ISSUE.
“If the international community is interested in protecting what remains
of the credibility of its rules and institutions, it must join hands with Saudi
Arabia and regional countries that are serious about peace (5) IN ORDER
TO TRANSLATE WORDS (5) INTO DEEDS AND EMBODY THE (5) TWO-
STATE SOLUTION ON THE GROUND. It is time for us to overcome the
135 | P a g e
stagnation that has marred the peace process over the past years, and
move from talking about peace to making peace,” he said while
delivering a special keynote address at the 20th session of the Manama
Dialogue Forum 2024 on Saturday.
The forum is organized by the International Institute for Strategic Studies
(IISS). A special session was held within the forum's activities, moderated
by the CEO of the Institute Dr. Bastian Giegerich on "The art of managing
state affairs".
“The forum is being held in light of critical circumstances that the
international system is going through, and the pace of conflicts and
crises is increasing, and tensions, polarizations, challenges and
common threats are intensifying,” the Saudi minister said. He noted that
the discussions of the 20th session of the Manama Dialogue regarding
the MIDDLE EAST TO (5) SHAPE REGIONAL PROSPERITY AND SECURITY
are extremely important, as (5) ACHIEVING PROSPERITY IN THE REGION
(5) IS LINKED TO ESTABLISHING SECURITY.
“Both depend on (5) ESTABLISHING THE FOUNDATIONS OF PEACE;
therefore, there will be no sustainable peace if the punishment of killing
and displacement continues,” he said. Prince Faisal considered that the
region is not isolated from developments in the international
environment, and vice versa. “The crises and conflicts that occur in it
have effects that extend beyond the borders of the region, (5) AFFECTING
INTERNATIONAL SECURITY AND STABILITY, and posing a threat to the
safety of the global economy. There must be a serious political will to
establish peace, overcome crises, and respond to the requirements of
development and economic integration.”
136 | P a g e
“We affirm our commitment with our brothers and partners to the path
of regional reconciliation, strengthening ties of cooperation, giving
priority to dialogue, strengthening international partnerships, and
building new foundations for regional economic integration,” he said.
Regarding the war in Gaza, the Saudi minister said: “The continuation of
the war in Gaza and its regional expansion weakens the international
security system and threatens the credibility of laws, especially in light of
Israel's continued impunity and targeting of the United Nations and its
agencies. Adherence to the principles of international law and a single
standard is necessary to (5) MAINTAIN GENERAL SECURITY AND
STABILITY.
Prince Faisal said that Saudi Arabia will continue to support all serious
and realistic efforts to reach a just and comprehensive solution, and THE
(5) ESTABLISHMENT OF A PALESTINIAN STATE (5) WITH EAST
JERUSALEM AS ITS (5) CAPITAL, BASED ON THE ARAB (5) PEACE
INITIATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL RESOLUTIONS.
“Crises and wars put us at a crossroads and that requires us to return to
the path of peace. It is time to overcome the stalemate that has
surrounded the Palestinian peace process and (5) WORK TOWARDS A
COMPREHENSIVE AND (5) JUST SOLUTION ON THE 1967 BORDERS,” he
said (5) WHILE NOTING THAT SAUDI ARABIA (5) HAS LAUNCHED AN
INTERNATIONAL COALITION (5) WITH ITS PARTNERS TO REACH (5) A
TWO-STATE SOLUTION AND GIVE (5) THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE THEIR
RIGHTS. He stressed the need to stop the war in Gaza, resolve the
hostage crisis, and embody the (5) TWO-STATE SOLUTION ON THE
GROUND. “We need serious partners in achieving peace, and we must
have a path based on peace, and the region needs to be built in the face
of saboteurs. We also warn against the spread of hate speech and
137 | P a g e
incitement that fuels extremists on all sides, including statements
threatening to annex the West Bank, expand settlements, (5) AND FIGHT
THE TWO-STATE SOLUTION,” he said while emphasizing that Saudi Arabia
believes that the path to peace is clear, but it is fraught with obstacles.
“If we contemplate the reality of the crisis today, we will find that the
enemies of peace, although they are on opposite sides, have one thing in
common, which is that their (5) PRACTICES UNDERMINE THE TWO-STATE
SOLUTION,” he said.

SAUDI ARABIA TO HOST ARAB-ISLAMIC SUMMIT ON
MONDAY IN A BID TO HALT ISRAELI AGGRESSION ON
PALESTINE AND LEBANON
RIYADH — The escalating violence in the Palestinian and Lebanese
territories, including the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza, has compelled
Arab and Islamic leaders to take urgent action, and that was translated
through their resolve to gather together for a follow-up summit in Riyadh
on Monday, Nov. 11, 2024.
The key priorities of the Arab and Islamic leaders include halting the
aggression, protecting civilians, providing support to the Palestinian and
Lebanese people, unifying positions, and exerting pressure on the
international community to take decisive steps to end the ongoing (5)
139 | P a g e
ATTACKS AND ESTABLISH LASTING PEACE (5) AND STABILITY IN THE
REGION.
Given Saudi Arabia's historic role in serving Islam and Muslims, and its
commitment to defending Arab and Islamic causes, particularly the
Palestinian cause, the Kingdom, under the leadership of Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosques King Salman and CROWN PRINCE AND PRIME
MINISTER MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN, HAS CALLED FOR AN ARAB-
ISLAMIC SUMMIT TO BE HELD IN SAUDI ARABIA ON NOVEMBER 11,
2024. THIS URGENT MEETING IS CONVENED IN RESPONSE TO THE
ONGOING ISRAELI AGGRESSION ON PALESTINIAN AND LEBANESE
TERRITORIES.
The summit builds on the Arab-Islamic summit held in Riyadh on
November 11, 2023, as Arab and Islamic leaders recognize the urgent
need for unified efforts and a collective stance to address the dangerous
and unprecedented developments in Gaza and the rest of the Palestinian
territories. This requires solidarity among Arab and Islamic nations to
confront these challenges and mitigate their consequences.
The summit tasked the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt,
Qatar, Türkiye, Indonesia, Nigeria, Palestine, and any other interested
countries, along with the secretaries general of the Arab League and OIC,
to initiate immediate international action that seeks to halt the war on
Gaza and PRESSURE (5) FOR A SERIOUS POLITICAL PROCESS (5) TO
ACHIEVE LASTING, COMPREHENSIVE PEACE (5) BASED ON
INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED PRINCIPLES.
In response to the ongoing crisis in Gaza Strip, the Ministerial Committee,
which was formed during the (5) EXTRAORDINARY ARAB AND ISLAMIC
SUMMIT, has embarked on a series of diplomatic engagements with
140 | P a g e
world leaders and officials, aimed to garner international support for an
immediate ceasefire, the protection of civilians, and the restoration of
essential services to the besieged Gaza Strip.
During their meetings, committee members emphasized the urgent need
to halt the Israeli military aggression, which has led to the displacement
of countless Palestinians and the destruction of critical infrastructure,
and called for the establishment of safe corridors to facilitate the delivery
of humanitarian aid and medical supplies.
The committee members strongly condemned Israel's continued
violation of international law and humanitarian norms, including the
denial of basic rights like access to water, electricity, and freedom of
movement. They (5) REITERATED THEIR UNWAVERING SUPPORT FOR (5)
THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE'S RIGHT TO (5) SELF-DETERMINATION AND
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF (5) AN INDEPENDENT PALESTINIAN STATE
BASED (5) ON THE JUNE 4, 1967, BORDERS, WITH (5) EAST JERUSALEM
AS ITS CAPITAL.
They asserted the need to revive the peace process to ensure a just,
lasting, and comprehensive peace, and support the establishment of a
sovereign Palestinian state. The committee calls on the international
community to fulfill its responsibilities and act against Israel’s violations
of international and humanitarian laws.
On December 15, 2023, in Oslo, Norway's capital, committee members
convened an official meeting with Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and
the foreign ministers of Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, the
Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, where they called for urgent
action to address the grave violations committed by Israeli occupation
forces against the Palestinian people, emphasizing the need to hold the
141 | P a g e
occupation forces accountable for their ongoing breaches of
international law and humanitarian norms in Gaza Strip and the occupied
West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
On September 22, 2024, committee members held a coordination
meeting in New York, ahead of the High-Level Week of the 79th session
of the (5) UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY, TO (5) STRATEGIZE ON
INTENSIFYING ARAB AND (5) MUSLIM EFFORTS DURING THE ASSEMBLY,
(5) FOCUSING ON ADVANCING THE RECOGNITION (5) OF THE
PALESTINIAN STATE AND (5) UPHOLDING THE RIGHTS OF THE (5)
PALESTINIAN PEOPLE TO ESTABLISH THEIR (5) INDEPENDENT AND
SOVEREIGN STATE ALONG (5) THE BORDERS OF JUNE 4, 1967, WITH (5)
OCCUPIED JERUSALEM AS ITS CAPITAL.
The attendees discussed strategies to intensify Arab and Muslim efforts
within the international community, particularly to engage with the
permanent members of the Security Council. Their goal was to secure an
immediate halt to the Israeli aggression against Palestine and Lebanon,
and to protect the region from the potential expansion of the conflict,
which could jeopardize REGIONAL (5) AND GLOBAL PEACE AND SAFETY.
The meeting also explored ways to strengthen joint Arab and Muslim
action to facilitate the establishment of an independent Palestinian state,
especially in (5) LIGHT OF THE RECENT ANNOUNCEMENT (5)
REGARDING THE INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR (5) THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TWO-STATE (5) SOLUTION AND RELEVANT
INTERNATIONAL RESOLUTIONS.

Forum, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, in
partnership with the United Nations Industrial Development
Organization (UNIDO). It underlined the discussions about the role of
industrial policies in enhancing industrial integration between countries,
enabling global supply chains, encouraging entrepreneurship, and
adopting modern and emerging technologies.
The Council praised the new launches and signing of agreements worth
more than SR55 billion during the Global Health Exhibition held in
Riyadh, that aims to invest in the latest technologies globally, consolidate
means of partnership and international cooperation, localize
pharmaceutical industries, and support research and development fields,
showcasing the Kingdom's leadership in the health sector.

SELF-DETERMINATION KEY TO LASTING PEACE
JOHANNESBURG — Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said
the war in Gaza Strip resulted in the destruction of infrastructure,
pointing to the importance of reconstruction, and implementing the
unrestricted delivery of humanitarian aid to those in need in the enclave.
He added that a permanent solution to the crisis guarantees the key to
ACHIEVING (5) SUSTAINABLE STABILITY IN THE REGION.

right to self-determination within a framework that supports LONG-
TERM (5) PEACE AND SECURITY FOR ALL. He also pointed out that
achieving stability in Syria depends on ensuring economic recovery, as
well as reconstruction, which requires regional and international
cooperation, in addition to the lifting of sanctions.
"If we make the right choices, invest in development, and stimulate
regional integration, we can ensure that economic progress is not
derailed by political conflicts. There will be reason for optimism if we act
with clarity, responsibility, and shared commitment.” Prince Faisal said.
"If we remain committed to preserving the rules-based international
order, and prioritizing sustainable peace, we can overcome the risks and
become more stable," he said.
He sressed the importance of protecting the maritime security. The Red
Sea constitutes a vital axis for international trade, he said, noting that any
disruption in the maritime security poses a threat to the global economy,
and that the free flow of trade is in the interest of all countries. Freedom
of navigation is an international demand, linked to the interests of the
entire world, he said, adding: "We call for halting any activity that affects
the safety of navigation in the Red Sea."

THE WORLDS’ 2030 AGENDA: (5) ESTABLISHED
BY MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN (MBS)
3RD PHASE OF VISION 2030 TO FOCUS ON SUSTAINING TRANSFORMATION AND
CAPITALIZING ON EMERGING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
April 29, 2025
JEDDAH — The Council of Ministers discussed on Tuesday the third phase
of SAUDI VISION 2030, slated for 2026, which will focus on sustaining the
impact of the transformations and capitalizing on emerging growth
opportunities. Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman
chaired the Cabinet session in Jeddah.
158 | P a g e
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency following the session, Minister
of Media Salman Al-Dossary said that the Cabinet expressed its
appreciation for the diligent efforts of government agencies that have
contributed to the significant achievements of SAUDI VISION 2030 as it
approaches its ninth year. It noted the remarkable progress outlined in
the VISION 2030 Annual Report 2024, which indicates that 93 percent of
the targets across national programs and strategies have been met or
exceeded. The Cabinet expressed its anticipation for CONTINUED
SUCCESSES, PROGRESS, AND LEADERSHIP ACROSS ALL SECTORS.
Daniel 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the
transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and
understanding dark [political] sentences, shall stand up [rise up on the
world’s stage].
24 And HIS POWER SHALL BE MIGHTY, BUT NOT BY HIS OWN POWER:
and he shall destroy wonderfully, and SHALL PROSPER, AND PRACTISE,
and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
25 And THROUGH HIS POLICY ALSO HE SHALL CAUSE CRAFT TO PROSPER
IN HIS HAND; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace
shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes;
but he shall be broken without hand.
26 And THE VISION [2030] of the evening and the morning which was
told is true: wherefore shut thou up THE VISION [2030]; for it shall be for
many days.
27 And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose up,
and did the king's business; and I was astonished at THE VISION [2030],
but none understood it.
159 | P a g e
Discussing the third phase of THE VISION, the Cabinet highlighted that
this upcoming phase will concentrate on sustaining the impact of the
transformations, capitalizing on emerging growth opportunities,
diligently monitoring and strengthening existing initiatives, and further
aligning plans and programs with the OVERARCHING VISION 2030 to
foster greater economic diversification and growth.
Al-Dossary said that the Cabinet reviewed the Kingdom’s extensive
participation in regional and international forums, reaffirming its
commitment to supporting collaborative efforts aimed at addressing
current challenges and (5) PROMOTING GLOBAL STABILITY AND
PROSPERITY. The Cabinet emphasized that ACHIEVING (5) SECURITY IN
THE MIDDLE EAST requires the swift implementation of a just and
comprehensive resolution to the (5) PALESTINIAN CAUSE, CONSISTENT
WITH INTERNATIONAL (5) LEGITIMACY RESOLUTIONS AND THE ARAB
(5) PEACE INITIATIVE, LEADING TO THE (5) ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDEPENDENT PALESTINIAN (5) STATE WITHIN THE 1967 BORDERS,
WITH (5) EAST JERUSALEM AS ITS CAPITAL.
The Cabinet also expressed appreciation for the generous SR1 billion
donation made by the Crown Prince to the National Development
Housing Foundation, reflecting his unwavering dedication to improving
the lives of citizens and his sustained focus on housing initiatives that
provide suitable homes for deserving families throughout the Kingdom.

THE IMPACT OF VISION 2030 ON SAUDI
ARABIA’S FOREIGN POLICY
May 4, 2025
According to SAUDI ARABIA’S VISION 2030 PLAN, announced by Crown
Prince Mohammed bin Salman in 2016, the initiative “aims to build a
vibrant society and a thriving economy by fostering a supportive
environment for growth, creating job opportunities for citizens, nurturing
talent, attracting investment and unlocking the Kingdom’s vast
potential.”
161 | P a g e
Consequently, Saudi Arabia has prioritized diversifying its sources of
income. Despite its vast oil reserves, the Kingdom is seeking to reduce its
reliance on a single revenue stream and shield its annual budgets from
the volatility of global oil prices. This strategy is particularly important in
light of the (5) AMBITIOUS PROJECTS LAUNCHED UNDER VISION 2030,
such as NEOM, Qiddiya, the Red Sea Project and Diriyah, which require
substantial funding and the attraction of foreign investment. Achieving
these objectives is unlikely as long as oil remains the primary source of
national revenue.
162 | P a g e
THE KINGDOM’S VISION 2030 was designed to reshape traditional
economic thinking by redefining “energy” as a comprehensive sector —
not limited to oil but inclusive of gas, petroleum derivatives and
renewable and clean energy sources. This broader approach gives the
Kingdom greater flexibility to diversify its energy portfolio, allowing it to
offer a wider range of products and expand its reach across regional and
international markets.
This shift has accelerated the growth of the non-oil economy, driven by
sweeping social and cultural changes, government reforms and
legislative updates. As a result, Saudi Arabia has become increasingly
accessible to tourists, business professionals and investors, while also
emerging as a hub for major cultural, sporting and international events.
This dynamic progress is driven by a clear ambition to establish an
“attractive, competitive and open business environment” as part of
“building a leading global economy.” The strategy focuses on
“empowering entrepreneurship, restructuring economic cities,
developing special economic zones and unlocking the full potential of the
energy sector to boost its international competitiveness.”
These goals — seen by some as unrealistic just nine years ago — (5) HAVE
BEEN REALIZED UNDER THE (5) LEADERSHIP OF THE CROWN PRINCE.
Through his personal oversight, the government has been transformed
into an effective institution (5) MARKED BY TRANSPARENCY AND
ACCOUNTABILITY. (5) IT IS NOW DISTINGUISHED BY (5) ITS AGILITY IN
ADAPTING TO (5) MODERN DEVELOPMENTS AND EMERGING
CHALLENGES, and by its efficient and effective management of financial
resources, with a strong focus on swift execution and performance
monitoring.
163 | P a g e
It is clear that the economy lies at the heart of the KINGDOM’S VISION
2030. Achieving goals such as reducing unemployment, increasing gross
domestic product, localizing military and technological industries, and
making Saudi Arabia a prime destination for tourists and global
enterprises depends on two fundamental pillars: security and balanced
policies.

Saudi Arabia has made significant efforts to strengthen internal security
by combating extremist rhetoric and dismantling terrorist groups. A key
achievement has been the curbing of the influence of hardliners, leading
to greater social freedoms and a decline in terrorist activity. These efforts
have been supported by the vigilant oversight of the Presidency of State
Security and a broader initiative to modernize religious discourse, led by
the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, particularly by
regulating Friday sermons to prevent the spread of extremist ideologies.
VISION 2030 IS GUIDING THE KINGDOM TOWARD BUILDING
RELATIONSHIPS FOUNDED ON MUTUAL RESPECT, COLLABORATION
AND COMMON INTERESTS.
Hassan Al-Mustafa
This governmental approach has played a key role in promoting the
values of citizenship and equality and countering the sectarianism fueled
by extremist ideologies.
While initially aimed at protecting the Saudi society and preserving
internal stability, these policies have also shaped the Kingdom’s foreign
policy, guiding it toward building relationships founded on mutual
respect, collaboration and common interests.
Riyadh has sought to separate religion and sectarianism from political
affairs. Even amid tensions with Iran, the Kingdom has emphasized its
commitment to fostering “good and distinguished relations.” In an April
2021 television interview, the crown prince affirmed this stance, stating:
“We do not want the situation with Iran to be difficult. On the contrary,
we want it to prosper and grow as we have Saudi interests in Iran, and
they have Iranian interests in Saudi Arabia, which is to DRIVE (5)
165 | P a g e
PROSPERITY AND GROWTH IN THE (5) REGION AND THE ENTIRE
WORLD.”
The crown prince expressed a similar view regarding the Houthis in
Yemen, stating: “There is no doubt that the Houthis maintain strong ties
with the Iranian regime. However, they are, above all, Yemenis — rooted
in Arab and Yemeni identity. I hope these ties will prevail, leading them
to prioritize the interests of their country and people above all else.”
These clear statements underscore that the conflict is political and
security-related, not sectarian.
The security of the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea maritime routes and the
protection of Saudi Arabia’s borders from external threats, such as Houthi
drone attacks and threats from other armed groups, have been the
central drivers of Saudi foreign policy. Instead of adopting a reactive
posture, the Kingdom has taken a proactive approach, prioritizing
containment and diplomacy, as evidenced by its outreach to both Tehran
and Sanaa.
Of course, this containment policy was not the result of chance, but of
extensive behind-the-scenes efforts, backchannel communication and
coordinated efforts between diplomatic and intelligence bodies. These
efforts ultimately led to the signing of the Beijing Agreement with Iran
and a notable de-escalation along Saudi Arabia’s southern border.
In parallel, Saudi Arabia has worked to address the political vacuum in
Lebanon by supporting the election of both a president and a prime
minister. It has also extended support to the new government in Syria,
emphasizing that any political or security void could lead to instability —
an outcome Riyadh is determined to avoid.
166 | P a g e
REGIONAL SECURITY IS ESSENTIAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THE KINGDOM’S
VISION 2030, PROVIDING THE STABILITY necessary to realize its
ambitions and drive economic growth. This is why VISION 2030 AND
SAUDI DIPLOMACY ARE DEEPLY INTERCONNECTED.
Riyadh’s opposition to Israel’s aggressive actions in the West Bank and
Gaza, its condemnation of the war on Lebanon and attacks on Syria, as
well as its support for US-Iran dialogue, rapprochement between Russia
and the US, and the pursuit of a resolution to the war in Ukraine all reflect
strategic positions embedded in VISION 2030. These are not short-term
tactics but integral elements of a broader vision, one that sees foreign
policy as inseparably linked to the modernization of the state’s
governance, economy and society.

MINISTER OF MEDIA: SAUDI VISION 2030 ACHIEVEMENTS
ARE THE GREATEST RESPONSE TO SKEPTICS
April 28, 2025
Saudi Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary addressing a press
conference in Riyadh on Monday.
RIYADH — SAUDI MINISTER OF MEDIA Salman Al-Dossary described
2024 as "the year of record numbers of accomplishments" with regard to
the SAUDI VISION 2030."THE VISION 2030 always precedes numbers and
time," he said while addressing a press conference in Riyadh on Monday.
Al-Dossary emphasized that THE VISION has achieved major successes
ahead of schedule as the percentage of vision initiatives has reached 85
percent. "SAUDI VISION 2030 IS THE GREATEST SUCCESS STORY OF THE
21ST CENTURY, and transparency is its most important hallmark. THE
VISION 2030 is not A VISION restricted to time and place, but rather an
inspiring model for nations, peoples, and societies."
168 | P a g e
"One of the most important highlights of THE VISION is transparency,
which THE SAUDI CROWN PRINCE ALWAYS EMPHASIZES AND DIRECTS
ALL STATE OFFICIALS TO FOLLOW, because no journey can take place
without the ambition of the citizen becoming a partner in this journey,"
he said. The minister said that the results achieved by THE VISION are
amazing. "We are not supposed to respond to or make justifications to
those, who raised skepticism about THE VISION. What we see of
achievements made on the ground ahead of their schedule of
completion, is the greatest response," he said adding: "There is no doubt
that (5) WE HAVE A WISE LEADERSHIP and an ambitious people, and
nothing is difficult or impossible to achieve for this people," he said.

INVESTORS ARE COMING TO SAUDI ARABIA
THANKS TO VISION 2030 DELIVERABLES
RIYADH — Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan said that investors are
coming to Saudi Arabia due to the deliverables made by the SAUDI
VISION 2030. Speaking at a session titled “How will finance solve the risks
of a fractured world?” on the second day of the 8th annual conference
of the Future Investment Initiative (FII8) in Riyadh on Wednesday, the
minister said that non-oil economy now constitutes 52 percent of the
Saudi economy.
170 | P a g e
Al-Jadaan said that the SAUDI VISION 2030 has yielded tangible results.
"The investors are investing in the Kingdom, despite geopolitical
tensions, because it (5) CONSTITUTES A PILLAR OF STABILITY," he said
while attributing this not only to (5) THE PROMISES OF THE VISION, but
also to what (5) THE VISION HAS ALREADY ACHIEVED," he said. Al-Jadaan
said that the global economy is more flexible than some believe.
"Sovereign debt is a very big challenge that we are discussing at the
global level. We need to build bridges, in light of geopolitical risks,” he
pointed out.
The minister emphasized that women’s empowerment is a fundamental
pillar of THE VISION, as the number of small projects led by women has
been doubled. He said that the Kingdom is currently targeting about 40
percent for women’s participation in the labor market by 2030, after
exceeding the previously set target of 30 percent. "Tourism in Saudi
Arabia is growing tremendously, and has exceeded our targets. A
performance report, published a few months ago, showed that about 87
percent of (5) THE GOALS OF THE VISION 2030 have been achieved or
are on track, and we are working to address the remaining 15 percent so
as to ensure that it is progressing as required.”
Al-Jadaan said: "Our priorities are to maintain what we have done
successfully, and to maintain our financial strength while maintaining
financial discipline and appropriate reserves. We are working to ensure
that our economic plans are consistent, and that the private sector is able
to keep pace with the government efforts.”
He stressed that Saudi Arabia plays a pivotal role in the stability of the
region, saying: “I believe that investors are investing in the Kingdom,
despite geopolitical tensions, because Saudi Arabia is a pillar of stability.”
171 | P a g e
He explained (5) THAT THE KINGDOM IS ONE (5) OF THE GOOD PLACES
IN (5) THE WORLD TO INVEST AND (5) WHAT INVESTORS ARE LOOKING
FOR. "There are many challenges, as well as opportunities and in the
Kingdom we are not shy about mentioning the challenges. Globally,
sovereign debt is a major challenge that has been discussed globally, and
we are trying to get the world on a sustainable path and lower debt
levels," he noted.

TRANSFORMATIVE IMPACT OF VISION 2030 ON HUMAN
CAPITAL AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
WASHINGTON — Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Alibrahim
participated in a panel discussion titled “Human Capital: The Key to
Economic Growth” at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and World
Bank Group (WBG) event, held on the sidelines of the IMF-WBG Annual
Meetings.
During the discussion, Alibrahim emphasized that “SAUDI VISION 2030
(5) IS LEADING A TRANSFORMATIVE SHIFT, redefining approaches to
health, education, social protection, and gender equality, all aimed at
building long-term resilience and global competitiveness.” He elaborated
on the education reforms being implemented, noting that they are
strategically designed to future-proof the workforce by emphasizing
skills-based learning and fostering innovation, particularly in STEM fields.
173 | P a g e
This initiative aims to position the Kingdom as a leader in technology and
engineering. In the health sector, Alibrahim highlighted efforts to expand
infrastructure, integrate digital health solutions, and prioritize preventive
care, with the strategic goal of improving national wellness and
healthcare efficiency. He also pointed out that preparing for the future of
work is a critical priority, requiring targeted reskilling initiatives and
strong private sector partnerships to navigate the shifts brought about by
automation and artificial intelligence.

SAUDI ARABIA SURPASSES 2030 TARGET WITH 550 REGIONAL
HEADQUARTERS FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES: AL-FALIH
RIYADH — Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said that as of Tuesday
morning Saudi Arabia hosts 550 regional headquarters for international
companies, crossing the 2030 target of 500.
He announced this while speaking at a dialogue session at the King
Abdulaziz International Conference Center on the sidelines of the eighth
edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII8), which kicked off in
Riyadh on Tuesday. "OUR TARGET WAS 500 REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS
BY 2030 AND I AM GLAD TO ANNOUNCE WE HAVE REACHED 550 BY THIS
MORNING. Some of them are the major multinational companies and
they will be individually announcing their regional headquarters," he
175 | P a g e
said.Al-Falih said that Saudi Arabia was able to confront various
geopolitical challenges globally, thanks to the strength of the economy.
"The Saudi economy is at the center of the Middle East. We feel pain if it
exists on the human level, and we also see the confusion occurring in the
Red Sea," he said.
The happenings may prompt some to question the impact of this on the
economy, he said while stressing that this of course has negative effects,
but (5) THANKS TO THE KINGDOM'S VISION 2030 as the driving factors
are more than the hindering factors.
176 | P a g e
"Even in the backdrop of this turmoil, we achieved robust growth as the
GDP has increased by 70 percent since the (5) LAUNCH OF THE
"KINGDOM'S VISION 2030" until now, and if we look at the G20, during
this period and the fluctuations and shocks that occurred, including the
shocks in the oil market, we find that SAUDI ARABIA WAS THE SECOND
FASTEST GROWING ECONOMY AMONG G20," he said.
"If we move to investment, we find that we targeted $3.3 trillion in direct
investment, what we call the growth capital equation, adding that this
equation is growing by 8 percent year after year, and the number of
international company licenses is ten times what it was before the vision,
and in the field of tourism, we moved from zero to record number of 100
million tourist visits during the past year," he said.
There are more than 200 sessions at the three-day event with topics
including Africa's role in the global economy, enhancing the role of
women in leadership positions, economic stability, fair development, and
combating climate change, in addition to artificial intelligence,
innovation, health, and geopolitical issues.

"SAUDI ARABIA IS AMONG WORLD'S FASTEST-
GROWING ECONOMIES"
RIYADH — The 8th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (8FII)
2024 summit explored, on its first day, the importance of investing in
economies, development projects, and creating supportive legal
frameworks to attract international investors and leverage technology for
growth and prosperity.
Taking part in a dialogue session on geo-economics, Governor of the
Public Investment Fund (PIF), Chairman of Saudi Aramco and Chairman
of the FII Institute Yasir Al-Rumayyan highlighted the fact that Saudi
178 | P a g e
Arabia is one of the world's fastest-growing economies, and expected to
maintain this momentum among G20 nations in the coming years.
He emphasized PIF's focus on investing in AI, leveraging the Kingdom's
capabilities to establish itself (5) AS A GLOBAL AI HUB. He also presented
PIF's investments in the sports sector. “We currently have $930 billion in
assets under management and the share of foreign assets is 30 percent.
The PIF has established many bold investment partnerships with major
companies, and there is a qualitative shift in employing its investments.
“We are focusing on the local economy as we have established 92 new
companies since 2015, and we have achieved major achievements since
then.”
Al-Rumayyan said that SAUDI (5) ARABIA IS WELL POSITIONED TO (5) BE
A GLOBAL CENTER IN (5) THE FIELD OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, not
just regionally, as there is a great benefit from the low cost of energy, not
only fossil but also renewable energy.” He noted that major players in the
energy sector have invested more than $65 billion in low-carbon
technologies since 2017, “and this is just the beginning.”
BlackRock Chairman Larry Fink said higher interest rates have helped
support many older segments of society, with senior savers around the
world benefiting greatly from higher interest rates. “We’re not going to
see interest rates go down to the levels that many people are hoping for,”
he said while stressing that more capital needs to be directed toward
infrastructure and technology. “There’s $9 trillion of private equity
money waiting for the right opportunities,” Fink said. Speakers in the
session emphasized the significance of the banking sector and of reserve
funds, noting the need for advanced technologies and competitive
salaries to attract and retain talent.

FII FACILITATED $125 BILLION IN DEALS OVER SEVEN YEARS
8TH FUTURE INVESTMENT INITIATIVE OPENS UNDER THE
THEME ‘INFINITE HORIZONS’ WITH A CALL FOR
TRANSFORMATIVE GLOBAL INVESTMENTS
8FII brings together more than 7,000 participants and 600 global
speakers to highlight the most prominent global challenges and
investment opportunities
RIYADH — The 8th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII8) 2024
kicked off, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
King Salman in Riyadh on Tuesday. An elite group of world leaders, CEOs
and decision-makers gathered here under the theme "Infinite horizons:
Investing today, shaping tomorrow," to discuss strategies to address the
180 | P a g e
biggest challenges facing the planet in a borderless, connected
world. Governor of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Chairman of Saudi
Aramco and Chairman of the FII Institute Yasir Al-Rumayyan inaugurated
the 8FII summit.
“Since its launch in 2017, the Future Investment Initiative has become a
transformative force in the world of investment, facilitating deals worth
more than $125 billion, and becoming a force for action and
progress,” Al-Rumayyan said in his inaugural speech.
He said that the FII8 brings together more than 7,000 participants and
600 global speakers to highlight the most prominent global challenges
and investment opportunities. “Today, we face interconnected global
challenges that require innovative solutions, and this year’s conference
highlights pressing issues such as the rising cost of living and healthcare
disparities, all of which extend across borders. However, these challenges
open paths for progress, which is what the theme of this event means,
and that embodies a vision of investing in the future with purpose and
ambition.”
“Today, we stand on the threshold of a new era of possibilities, which
requires us to invest not only in our economies, but in the future of
humanity as a whole. This is the essence of purposeful investing,
sustainable, long-term investments that address global challenges,
enhance innovation, and achieve lasting positive impact,” he said.
Al-Rumayyan predicted that emerging market economies will outpace
developed markets by 2030, and this underscores the need for strategic
investments in areas that will drive the global economy. Al-Rumayan
explained that despite the importance of financial returns, investments
that have a positive impact on society and the environment are the most
181 | P a g e
sustainable, and emerging markets are the best evidence of this, as longterm
investments have proven their ability to achieve profitable returns
and stimulate sustainable development, and the world is still rich in
untapped potential. He pointed out that Saudi Arabia has a pivotal role
in driving purposeful investment thanks to its unique resources and
strategic location, which enables it to drive investments in vital areas.
According to Al-Rumayyan, the energy sector is one of the most
important sectors that require purposeful investment, and requires the
transition to a low-carbon economy, long-term investments and close
cooperation between the public and private sectors. "The Kingdom also
seeks to achieve a balance between current energy needs and building a
sustainable future for future generations. For example, major energy
players have invested more than $65 billion in low-carbon technologies
since 2017. We aspire for energy to go beyond its role as an engine of the
economy, to become a driving force for progress and prosperity for future
generations," he said.
The PIF chief noted that the FII8 represents an opportunity to transform
challenges into (5) OPPORTUNITIES AND BUILD A PROSPEROUS (5)
FUTURE FOR THE GLOBAL ECONOMY (5) AND HUMANITY AS A WHOLE.
Through purposeful investment and international cooperation, the goals
of sustainable development can be achieved and a better world can be
built for future generations.
For his part, Richard Attias, CEO of the Future Investment Initiative
Foundation, said THAT FII WAS (5) ESTABLISHED WITH A VISION TO (5)
BRING GLOBAL LEADERS TOGETHER, AIMING (5) TO FOSTER A
SUSTAINABLE PLANET, (5) EQUITABLE SOCIETIES AND INCLUSIVE
ECONOMIES. “We are at a crossroads and our choices will define the era.
182 | P a g e
Our collective efforts will create a (5) MORE INCLUSIVE AND
SUSTAINABLE WORLD.”
Attias emphasized that the future belongs to those who dare to dream
beyond the horizon. “I call on all of you to be leaders of change, who see
the world not as it is, but as it should be. This is the essence of visioning
the future: challenging boundaries and leaping into the unknown," he
said. Attias announced his departure from his role as CEO of the FII
Foundation.
Attias stressed the importance of the summit’s theme, saying: “Infinite
Horizons is not just a theme, it is a clear call to expand our collective
vision and embrace the horizons of the unlimited future. This edition’s
theme embodies our commitment to leading the conversation towards a
future where investment knows no boundaries and working towards a
better tomorrow for all.”

RIYADH EXPO 2030 LEGACY WILL LAST
FOREVER: OFFICIAL
RIYADH — Abdulaziz Alghannam, senior general director of Expo 2030
Riyadh, underscored the enduring legacy of Riyadh Expo 2030 during his
address at the International MICE Summit in Riyadh on Monday. “The
legacy of the Riyadh Expo will last forever, that's for sure,” Alghannam

SAUDI ARABIA EXCEEDS VISION 2030 TARGET BY PUMPING
INVESTMENTS WORTH $3.3 TRILLION
JANUARY 22, 2025
Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih attending a dialogue session with
Bloomberg at the World Economic Forum in Davos
DAVOS — Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih revealed that Saudi
Arabia has exceeded the set targets in the path of pumping investments
worth $3.3 trillion in the primary economy, which is the target level to be
achieved by 2030. He made the remarks while attending a dialogue
session with Bloomberg at the (5) WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM IN
DAVOS.
200 | P a g e
"WHEN THE KINGDOM HAD FORMULATED VISION 2030 in 2021, it
estimated that $3.3 trillion would be pumped into the primary economy
by 2030. We have exceeded our goals for capital formation so far, and a
large amount of this capital has already been pumped into the primary
economy," he said. Al-Falih attributed the government's slowdown in
spending to its desire for the private sector to lead economic growth.
It is noteworthy that Al-Falih said earlier that investing in the Kingdom is
the least risky in the world. He attributed this to a number of factors such
as THE POLITICAL STABILITY THAT HAS CONTINUED FOR DECADES
WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, the stability of the currency pegged to the
dollar, the high and optimistic credit rating, in addition to the high rates
of profitability.

January 23, 2025
Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Climate Envoy Adel Al-
Jubeir speaking at a dialogue session hosted by the Saudi House at the
World Economic Forum in Davos.
DAVOS — Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Climate Envoy Adel Al-
Jubeir said that SAUDI (5) ARABIA IS STRIVING TO DEVELOP (5) ITS

(5) BENEFIT FROM ITS URANIUM RESERVES, which are estimated at

207 | P a g e
Speaking at a dialogue session hosted by (5) THE SAUDI HOUSE AT THE

all the stages of converting uranium from raw material to energy," he
said. Referring to the Kingdom's (5) MINING AND URANIUM ENRICHING
PROGRAMS, the minister emphasized that Saudi Arabia wants to benefit
from industries related to it as well as from jobs and profits resulting from
it. "We believe that we can achieve this in a way that HAS NOTHING (5)
TO DO WITH PRODUCING NUCLEAR (5) WEAPONS AS OUR MAIN GOAL
is to produce energy and make profits," he said. Al-Jubeir said Saudi
Arabia wants to export various energy products including oil, gas,

GLOBAL ARMS SPENDING MADE BIGGEST
POST-COLD WAR JUMP IN 2024: REPORT
Apr 29, 2025, 05:06 AM
A U.S. Air Force B-52 Stratofortress and aircraft from Carrier Air Wing 11

Roosevelt, Feb. 24, 2024.
THE HAGUE, Netherlands — Global military spending surged to an
unprecedented $2.72 trillion in 2024, jumping 9.4% from the previous
year and marking the steepest annual increase since the end of the Cold
War.
215 | P a g e
The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute reported the stark
increase in its highly anticipated annual report, which was released on
Monday. It marks (5) THE TENTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR OF (5) GROWTH IN
WORLDWIDE MILITARY SPENDING (5) AND WAS DRIVEN BY
HEIGHTENED (5) GEOPOLITICAL TENSIONS ACROSS ALL REGIONS, (5)
WITH PARTICULARLY RAPID GROWTH IN (5) EUROPE AND THE MIDDLE
EAST amid ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza. Overall, 2.5% of the
combined global economic power was spent on the military last year,
SIPRI researchers determined.
216 | P a g e
“Over 100 countries around the world raised their military spending in
2024,” said Xiao Liang, researcher with SIPRI’s Military Expenditure and
Arms Production Programme. “
The UNITED STATES maintained its position as the world’s dominant
military spender at $997 billion, accounting for 37% of global
expenditure. CHINA followed at an estimated $314 billion, with RUSSIA
($149 billion), GERMANY ($88.5 billion), and INDIA ($86.1 billion) (5)
ROUNDING OUT THE TOP FIVE. Together, these nations accounted for
60% of worldwide military spending. NATO MEMBERS collectively spent
$1.51 trillion on their militaries, accounting for more than half (55%) of
global expenditures.
217 | P a g e
RUSSIA’s military expenditure surged by 38% compared to 2023,
reaching an estimated $149 billion - double what it spent in 2015. This
figure represented 7.1% of Russia’s GDP and 19% of its total government
expenditure. Israel’s spending was 65% higher than in 2023, while
Poland, already a top NATO spender, invested 31% more.
Ukraine ranked as the eighth largest military spender globally with
expenditures of $64.7 billion - a staggering 34% of its GDP, the highest
military burden of any country in 2024. In the light of Russia’s full-scale
invasion of the country, which commenced in February 2022 and came
after more limited incursions in 2014, Kyiv has found itself in dire need of
extensive and rapid armament. Its 2024 defense spending was 1,251%
higher than it had been a decade ago, SIPRI calculated.
“Ukraine currently allocates all of its tax revenues to its military,” said
Diego Lopes da Silva, senior researcher with the SIPRI Military
Expenditure and Arms Production Programme. “In such a constrained
fiscal environment, it will be difficult for Ukraine to continue to raise its
military expenditures.”
Ukraine’s neighbors are also beefing up their war machines, with
European military spending rising by 17% to $693 billion, pushing the
continent’s defense budgets beyond Cold War-era levels. Germany
emerged as Western Europe’s number one military spender for the first
time since reunification, with expenditures rising 28% year over year to
$88.5 billion.
THE MIDDLE EAST, rocked by the first direct military exchange between
Israel and Iran as well as Israel’s ongoing war in Gaza, saw substantial
increases. Israel’s military spending jumped to $46.5 billion amid its war
in Gaza and conflict with Hezbollah, a value representing 8.8% of the
218 | P a g e
country’s GDP. Meanwhile, CHINA continued its 30-year streak of
consecutive annual increases in military spending, as it continued its
saber-rattling toward Taiwan. Beijing’s spending now stands 59% higher
than it did a decade ago. JAPAN’S military expenditure also grew by a
staggering 21% in the past year to a sum total of $55.3 billion, marking
its biggest annual increase since 1952.
“With several unresolved disputes and mounting tensions, these
investments risk sending the region into a dangerous arms-race spiral,”
said Nan Tian, director of SIPRI’s Military Expenditure and Arms
Production Programme, of Asia. Last year, the world spent $334 on the
military per capita, the highest level since the end of the Cold War. The
SIPRI report warned that many countries’ pledges to increase military
spending further will lead to critical questions about fiscal sustainability
and resource allocation away from social and development priorities.
