Quad has mulitple entryways

to the Saugman Common Room

easily accessible from both the

Seminar and Sybil Dodd Rooms

Below, you’ll find details on our packages, pricing,

and facilities to help plan your perfect event.

Dining & Booking Information:

• Drinks Reception: 18:15 & Dinner: 19:00

• Average dining times: two and a half hours for a three-course

meal, and three hours for a four-course meal.

• Final numbers and dietary requirements are to be provided no

later than two weeks prior to the event.

• If you would like a seating plan, please request on booking and

a template will be sent. Menu’s are provided as standard

• All prices are exclusive of VAT.

• A deposit (60% of the total cost) is required to secure

your booking.

• The final invoice will be issued after your event, reflecting any

adjustments such as guest numbers and wine consumption.

our team aware. We are able to accomodate all requirements,

although there may be a surcharge.

How to get to us:

By Car:

To avoid the city centre, approach via the A40 Northern

Ring Road and drive down Banbury Road. The College has

no onsite parking available.

Parking:

Park&Ride sites allow you to park outside the city centre

and take a short bus journey in.

By Train:

St Cross is a 15-minute walk from Oxford Railway Station.

By Bus:

The main bus station is Gloucester Green, off George

Street, and is a 10-minute walk from St Cross.

Accessibility:

There is step-free access into

the main building from the

secondary entrance on St

Giles and throughout both

the Blackwell and West Wing

Quads. Visitors are advised

to contact the Lodge before

planning a visit, who will be

able to provide you with more

information and discuss your

requirements.
