Super Camping / Select Lodging - How to Use This Guide
HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE

for private campgrounds, RV parks, and lodging properties that are members of the BC Lodging and
Campgrounds Association. It also includes Parks Canada campgrounds, trusted BC RV dealers offering
parts and services, and reputable RV rental companies to help you hit the road with confidence.
LAYOUT
The guide is divided into three sections,
organized by the six British Columbia tourism
regions.
Section 1
Super Camping and Select Lodging listings,
pages 4 – 46 appear under their community
and are arranged in alphabetical order. Each
listing has a Red number that corresponds
with the same number on the BC pullout map.
Section 2

and RV Parks Icon
Look for Lodging,
Cottages & Resorts Icon
RV dealers, RV rental companies and RV services
are listed on page 47.
Section 3
Winter Camping & RVing are listed on pages
48 – 50. These facilities are open year-round,
offering campsites on a daily, weekly and/or

listing. Where there are several properties
in one community, they are all identified by

CAMP RESPONSIBLY
Please camp responsibly and take the Camper’s
Code pledge at camperscode.com NINE
foundational guidelines that are easy for campers
and RVers to follow to make experiencing the
outdoors better for everyone:
• Plan ahead, be prepared, and take safety first.
• Respect your camping neighbours by
keeping noise levels low and adhering to
posted quiet hours.
• Respect wildlife - Do not feed or approach
wild animals. Instead, use binoculars to
observe from afar.
• Control your pets - Know where your
pets can go and keep them under control.
• Take photos only – Nature and all its glory
are for everyone to enjoy. Please leave natural
objects undisturbed and where they are -
like mushrooms, flowers, and wood.
• Practice fire safety – In the current forest fire
climate, respect nature and when possible,
use a propane fire.
• Store food safely – Food and scented
items can attract wild animals. Always
store food in a wildlife-proof container
or hard-sided vehicle.
• Don’t litter – Littering is not cool in the
natural environment under any circumstance.
If there are no garbage bins around, be kind
and pack it out!
• Staff and signs are here to help and keep you
safe. Please adhere to their guidance and
everyone can recreate safely.
SAFETY TIPS
Emergency 911
In emergency situations, contact the local police,
ambulance service, fire department and other
emergency services by calling 911. Visitors taking
prescribed medications should bring a copy
of their prescriptions in case they need to be
renewed or tended to by a doctor in Canada.
Campfires & Firewood
The smoke from campfires pollutes our
environment; please limit your use of campfires to
cooking and warmth. It is recommended to only
use purchased wood from the facility where you
are staying and observe local burning regulations.
Please do not move firewood from one location
to another as it can spread pests and disease.
