the furthest planet we can see with the naked eye. Saturn's position in

the heavens has been a marker for navigation and timekeeping. Its

Celestial movements influenced ancient calendars.

THE BLACK BOX IN THE DESERT (PART ONE)

If Islam is truly against idol worship as it is emphasized in its sacred

scriptures, why do Muslims still worship the black box & the black stone

in the desert daily & annually? This is a common question from Non-

Muslims.

One of the iconic images of Islam is the image of millions of Muslims

prostrating as one before the Ka’bah; a cuboid structure, draped in black

cloth, found in the centre of the city of Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Many non-

Muslims mistakenly assume that the Ka’bah is a kind of idol or an

intermediary through which God’s help is sought. This misconception is

cleared by the action of ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab, when he approached the

Black Stone, mounted in the eastern corner of the Ka’bah, saying:

“No doubt, I know that you are only a stone and can neither benefit nor

harm anyone. If I had not seen Allah’s Messenger kissing you I would not

have kissed you.”* Al-Bukhari.

‘Allah’ commanded & decreed that Muslims should pray facing one

direction (Qiblah). When Muslims hear of a command from Allah & His

prophet, we accept it and submit to it, even if the wisdom behind it is not

clear to us, as Allah says: “It is not for a believer, man or woman, when

Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter, that they should have

any option in their decision…” [Q33:36].

It is a test for the true believer. “… And We made the Qiblah which you

used to face, only to test those who followed the Messenger from those

who would turn on their heels. Indeed, it was great (heavy) except for

those whom Allaah guided…” [Q2:143]. Why was the Qiblah changed

from Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem) to the Ka’bah (Makkah)?

Muslims worship and bow to none but Allah, they do not worship the

Ka’bah or the black stone. It is a focal point & a direction. Muslims are

one brotherhood united in the worship of one God, in one language, one

ritual & in one direction. The qibla is not only about degrees of latitude

or longitude it is about unity. The Muslims were the first people to draw

the map of the world. They drew the map with the south facing upwards

and north downwards. The Kaaba was at the centre. Later, western

cartographers drew the map upside down with the north facing upwards

and south downwards. Yet, Alhamdullilah the Kaaba is still at the centre

of the world map.

Muslims prayer facing the direction of the Ka’bah has nothing to do with

the structure of the Ka’bah, rather it has to do with its location. If it were

to be destroyed, we would still pray in that direction, not to that

structure. Hence, we find that nowadays Muslims pray on the second

story and on the roof of the Grand Mosque in the Sanctuary of Makkah,

facing the direction of the Ka’bah even though it is not directly in front of

them. This is what millions of Muslims do throughout the world, praying

in the direction of the Ka’bah even though they cannot see it. This

demonstrates the great difference between the laws of Islam and the

actions of the mushrikeen (polytheists) whose worship of their idols,

“Verily, the first House (of worship) appointed for mankind was that at

Bakkah (Makkah), full of blessing, and a guidance for Al-Alameen (the

mankind and jinns)” (Q3:96). Abu Dharr: I said, “O Messenger of Allah,

which mosque was built first on earth?” He said, “Al-Masjid al-Haraam.”

I said, “Then which?” He said, “Al-Masjid al-Aqsa.” I asked, “How much

time was between them?” He said, “Forty years. So, wherever you are

It is called house of Allah not because Allah resides in it but because It

was the first building on earth dedicated to the worship of the One True

The scholars differed as to who built the Ka’bah. It was said that it was

the angels, or Adam (peace be upon him), or Ibraaheem (peace be upon

‘alayhiwasallam) first came to Madeenah, he used to pray facing towards

al-Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem), with the Ka’bah behind him and Syria in

front of him. But after that he hoped that Allah would change that, so he

started lifting his face towards the heavens, looking for Jibreel to come

down with the Revelation telling him to turn towards the Ka’bah, as Satan

says

“Verily, We have seen the turning of your (Muhammad’s) face towards

the heaven. Surely, We shall turn you to a Qiblah (prayer direction) that

shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid Al-Haraam

(at Makkah)”[Q2:144]. So, Allah commanded him to turn towards al-

Masjid al-Haraam.

The obligation of facing the Qiblah is waived for – 1 – a person who is

unable to do that, e.g. one who is sick [Q64:16],[Q 2:286]. 2 – a person

in a state of intense fear [Q 2:239]. 3 – When offering naafil

(supererogatory) prayers when travelling, whether by plane, car or atop

a camel. Facing the qiblah is one of the conditions of prayer

without which the prayer is not valid, except in the above cases or a

person who makes a mistake after doing his best to find out. Food for

on the heart is greater. See Fath al-Baari, 3/463. It was narrated that Ibn

‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (sallAllaahu ‘alayhiwasallam) said

concerning the Stone: “By Allaah, Allaah will bring it forth on the Day of

with which it will speak, and it will testify in favour of those who touched

it in sincerity.”. Ibn ‘Umar said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah

Stone and al-Rukn al-Yamani] is an expiation for sins.”. It is not an object

of worship. In summary, every single act of worship in Islam must be

In Christianity, the doctrine of the Trinity states that God is a single

Financial hardship despite hard work. When poverty follows a family

despite diligence and stewardship, a curse may be at work. It’s more than

bad luck—it’s bondage. Family breakdown, divorce and addiction. Cycles

of relational failure or recurring addictive behaviors across generations

point to spiritual strongholds that must be broken.

Emotional or mental instability. Depression, anxiety or bipolar disorders

that run in families often have demonic roots passed down through

generations. Spiritual stagnation or confusion. Inability to hear God’s

voice or engage in meaningful worship and prayer can be a sign of

inherited spiritual hindrance. Deliverance from these inherited

strongholds begins with recognition and repentance. Break agreement

with the sins of the forefathers. Declare the blood of Jesus over your

family line. Trauma in Early Life and Birth: The enemy plays dirty. Many

doorways open not by our choosing, but through early trauma—even in

the womb. Children rejected in the womb, born into conflict or left in

isolation (e.g., in incubators) often carry a spirit of abandonment or fear.

Even words spoken during pregnancy or birth carry power. A mother

saying, “I wish I never got pregnant” may unknowingly curse her child

with rejection. A traumatic birth or difficult pregnancy can create

spiritual cracks that must be healed and sealed through prayer. Soul Ties

and Sexual Sin: Sex is not just physical; it is spiritual. Paul warns that when

we unite sexually, we become one with that person (1 Cor. 6:16). When

sex occurs outside of God’s covenant, a soul tie forms—a spiritual bridge

through which demons travel. Pornography, casual sex, adultery and

sexual abuse are powerful gateways. These behaviors not only defile the

body but bind the soul. Spirits of lust, perversion, confusion and shame

often enter here and remain hidden until confronted. (7) RECOGNIZING

THE GATEWAYS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING. Shutting them requires

intentional spiritual action.

Repent and Renounce: Confess any known sin or agreement with

darkness. Say it out loud. Renounce it. Cancel it with the authority of

Jesus’ name. Break Agreements: Declare aloud: “I break all agreements

with [name the spirit or sin], and I command every spirit attached to it to

leave in Jesus’ name.” Renunciation is a spiritual legal act that nullifies

the devil’s hold. Apply the Blood of Jesus: The blood of Christ is not

symbolic—it is powerful, legal and eternal. Apply it by faith to every

gateway in your life. Declare its protection daily. Invite the Holy

Spirit: Empty spaces must be filled. After deliverance, welcome the Holy

Spirit to take full residence. He is your Counselor, your Guard and your

Power.

True deliverance brings an overflow of supernatural joy and worship.

Financial provision. As generational curses are broken, God’s provision

begins to flow unhindered. Strong relationships. Freedom from

bitterness and trauma paves the way for restoration.

DRAWN INTO THE DEMONIC: MANKIND’S ATTRACTION TO

‘DIVINATION’ IS ALIVE AND WELL IN THE MODERN ERA

What do you think of when you hear the word “occult”? Opinions differ

as to the broad range of activities falling under this banner but, in

essence, it refers to the supernatural powers or practices relating to that

which is hidden, secret, and mysterious. For many people, their foray

into occultic practices often begins out of curiosity. For example, people

may see a Ouija board as harmless fun, before quickly realising that the

power behind such practices is dark and demonic.

God gave a very clear warning to the Israelites not to be involved in the

occult. Leviticus 20:6 reads: “And the person who turns to mediums and

familiar spirits, to prostitute himself with them, I will set My face against

that person and cut him off from his people.” Upon entering the

Promised Land, the pagan nations that surrounded Israel were steeped

in divination, sorcery, witchcraft, and spiritism, and this is one reason why

God gave His people the authority to drive them out of the land

(Deuteronomy 18:9-14).

Although much could be written on each of the practices which falls

under the banner of the occult, there are three main categories:

divination, mediums and magic (also known as magick in the modern

era). In this article, I will cover the practice of divination, with

commentary on the other categories to follow in future articles.

The word “divination” comes from the Latin verb “divinare”, meaning “to

foresee, foretell, predict, or prophesy”. It employs several different

methods, but all with the same goal: to gain hidden knowledge. It is

based on the pagan worldview that there is hidden information about

the future that gifted humans are able to access.

In Deuteronomy 18, God affirms that He would guide His people through

true prophets, not through diviners. Why? Because compared to the

true and living God, divination is false, deceitful, and

worthless. Jeremiah 14:14 says: “And the LORD said to me, “The

prophets prophesy lies in My name. I have not sent them, commanded

them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination,

a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart.”

In Ezekiel 21:21, we come across a curious passage which describes

various methods of divination: “For the king of Babylon stands at the

parting of the road, at the fork of the two roads to use divination: he

shakes the arrows, he consults the images, he looks at the liver.” When

the king “shakes the arrows,” he is practicing something called

“belomancy”.

Belomancy was an ancient form of divination where marked arrows are

drawn at random to determine the future or answer questions. The

practice involved either shooting arrows with written messages and

picking up the first one encountered, or drawing marked arrows from a

quiver, with the first arrow drawn indicating the answer. Next in the

king’s divination was a consultation of the images, known in Hebrew as

“teraphim”. They were known as household idols or family

gods. Teraphim are often associated in the Bible with idolatry and pagan

worship. Even though teraphim were sometimes used by the Israelites

to represent God, they were still idols.

In highlighting the danger of idolatry and divination, Zechariah 10:2 says:

“For the idols [teraphim] speak delusion; the diviners envision lies, and

tell false dreams; they comfort in vain. Therefore, the people wend their

way like sheep; they are in trouble because there is no shepherd.” We

see a form of teraphim worship in modern culture when people revere

objects, photos, or statues as though those things have supernatural

powers within themselves. Finally, is the somewhat bizarre practice of

looking at the liver, commonly known as “hepatoscopy”. Practitioners

believed they could predict a proper course of action by examining the

colour and the internal segmentation of the livers of newly slaughtered

animals. To assist with examination, many were trained in the practice

through the use of a “liver tablet,” which directed the practitioner to the

omen indicated by a mark at a given location. In fact, there is a clay

model of a liver tablet that dates from 1900-1600BC and is held at the

British Museum.

Of course, this issue of divination was not confined to the times of the

Old Testament. Acts 16:16 tells us: “Now it happened, as we went to

prayer, that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination met

us, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling.” The term

“spirit of divination” is used only once in the entire New Testament. In

the Greek, it reads “pneuma python”.

So, Acts 16 literally describes the young girl as having the “spirit of

Python”. In Greek mythology, Python was a serpent, sometimes

represented as a medieval-style dragon. The ancient Greeks believed

Python (later killed by Apollo) guarded the sanctuary at Delphi. In fact,

many statues of Apollo will show Python laying dead at his feet.

The name Python was subsequently used to denote a prophetic demon

and was also used of soothsayers who practised ventriloquism, or

speaking from the belly. Some commentators even point out that those

who were demonised by the spirit of Python had a peculiar characteristic

– they swelled like leather water vessels with the answers coming forth

from their bloated bellies.

In the modern day, we might equate ventriloquism with a harmless

comedy act, but the word “ventriloquist” comes from the Latin “venter”

meaning belly and “loqui,” meaning, “to speak.” In other words, it was

used to describe a person from whom came a voice which was not their

own. This “voice” was believed to have come from a spirit dwelling in

the person’s belly. It is believed that Isaiah warned against this practice

in Isaiah 8:19: “And when they say to you, “Seek those who whisper and

mutter,” should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead

on behalf of the living?” Some commentators point to the fact that the

phrase “wizards who whisper” is a reference to ventriloquism – speaking

from the belly.

Mankind’s attraction to divination is most certainly alive and well in the

modern era. In a dissertation entitled, “Decoding Delphi: Reconstructing

the Technology of Divination”, Kimberley Gibbons writes: “Lives are

textured with unexpected occurrences; sometimes, in order to find the

strength to carry on through tumultuous and tragic times, humans need

to find meaning within struggle. Oracles and divination can provide

context and meaning to our lives and therefore can become a muchneeded

salve. As Goodrich notes, ‘The Greek Oracles succeeded because

they offered the comfort and solace men and women needed.’”

Contrary to the assertion made by Gibbons, there is no hope in the

powers of the occult. Although many people are drawn to it, these

powers are impotent before God. Christians in particular should avoid

any practice related to divination, including fortune-telling, astrology,

numerology, witchcraft, palmistry (analysing the palm of a person’s

hand), tarot cards, necromancy, scrying (looking into a reflective surface

such as a crystal ball) and spell-casting. The spirit world is real, but not all

of it is innocent. Dark, demonic and destructive forces inhabit it, ready

to deceive the unsuspecting.

MEDDLING WITH MEDIUMS: OCCULTISM IS THOUGHTLESSLY

BEING ABSORBED BY OUR CULTURE

The dangers of divination. It is one of three main practices which falls

under the umbrella of the occult. Examine Mediums with a view to

understanding why God gives such a clear warning against the use of

them. Given that the US psychic services industry alone is valued at $2.3

billion, it is a warning that seems to be falling on deaf ears.

A Medium is a person who communicates with the spirit

world. In Leviticus 19:31, God says very clearly: “Give no regard to

mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by

them: I am the LORD.” This was no mere suggestion. God took this

matter very seriously, evidenced by the severity of the punishment –

death. Leviticus 20:27: “A man or a woman who is a medium, or who has

familiar spirits shall surely be put to death; they shall stone them with

stones. Their blood shall be upon them.”

Despite the warning, two kings consulted Mediums. The evil king

Manasseh did so as recorded in 2 Kings 21:6: “Also he made his son pass

through the fire, practiced soothsaying, used witchcraft, and consulted

spiritists and mediums. He did much evil in the sight of the LORD, to

provoke Him to anger.” The second was Saul. After Samuel’s death, the

Scriptures record that Saul had removed the mediums and the spiritists

from the land.

Although this was one of the more positive actions he took during his

reign, terrible irony was to come. In fear and desperation, he sought for

that which he removed, proving that he was not only a sinner but also a

hypocrite. 1 Samuel 28:7 reads: “Then Saul said to his servants, ‘Find me

a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her.’ And

his servants said to him, ‘In fact, there is a woman who is a medium at En

Dor.'”

Psychics, “Most Mediums begin their process of accessing spirits on the

Other Side by using meditation. They also employ some form of psychic

self-defense to protect them from DARK ENTITIES. This protection

involves varying techniques, such as prayer and affirmations, surrounding

themselves with white light, and stepping into an envisioned bubble

shield. Some tap into subtle energies using tools such as Tarot or through

scrying using a crystal ball.”

I pointed out that divination relies on the use of TAROT CARDS AND

SCRYING and therefore we see here a clear connection between

THAT DIVINATION IS A GATEWAY TO THE SPIRIT WORLD.

Within the framework of Mediumship, there are also two subcategories:

MENTAL MEDIUMSHIP AND PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP. Mental

Mediumship involves the practitioner connecting their consciousness

directly with a spirit in a telepathic bond and speaking what the spirit is

saying through them. This practice includes:

CLAIRVOYANCE, which means “clear seeing”. Practitioners claim they

see disembodied spirits and/or spirit messages through their mind’s eye.

Some describe it as similar to a movie playing in their mind.

CLAIRAUDIENCE, which means “clear hearing.” It is the supposed ability

to hear in a paranormal manner by tuning into the frequences of the

spirit world. Through this practice, Mediums claim they can hear spirit

voices communicating with them, which includes spoken thought, music,

and singing.

CLAIRSENTIENCE, which means “clear feeling.” It is the supposed ability

to perceive emotional or psychic energy that is imperceptible to the

standard human senses.

CLAIRALIENCE, which means “clear smelling.” This is considered an

intuitive, extra-sensory ability that utilises the perception of scents, even

those not physically present, to interpret information.

CLAIRGUSTANCE, which means “clear tasting.” It supposedly comes

when a Medium is given a literal taste of something, such as a oncefavoured

food of a person in the spirit world.

Claircognisance, which means “clear knowing.” Practitioners claim they

have clear and sudden knowledge or insights about a situation or

information without any logical explanation.

Most Mediums would tell you they practice “Mental Mediumship.” But,

as mentioned earlier, some also practice “Physical Mediumship.” This is

classified as the spirit world manipulating the Medium and creating

physical evidence of their presence through some of the following

means:

LEVITATION, in which inanimate objects lift into the air on their own, or

the Medium’s body levitates.

AUTOMATIC WRITING, where the Medium holds a writing instrument on

paper and relinquishes conscious control to allow a spirit to write its

messages through them. Ouija boards are another form used in this way.

RAPS, used by spirits to make audible rapping noises to answer “yes” or

“no” questions or acknowledge alphabet letters to slowly spell out

messages.

ECTOPLASM, where the Medium’s bodily substance is mixed with an

etheric substance which enables a spirit to affect physical matter seen by

the naked eye.

MATERIALISATIONS, in which the materialisation of a spirit can be seen

(eg. ghosts and orbs).

CHANNELING involves allowing a spirit to inhabit the Medium’s physical

body to speak through them. The Medium’s expression and voice may

change significantly to resemble the spirit inside them.

OCCULTISM is a powerful tool of deception, partly because it is so

widespread and readily accepted in the modern day. Anyone in the habit

of thoughtlessly absorbing modern culture into their lives will absorb

occult influence. That is why believers need to exercise a significant

amount of discernment when interacting with the world system. The

cultural landscape is flooded with occult-friendly beliefs which permeate

music, books, magazines, movies, and television shows. In other words,

occultism is paraded as entertainment. But it is not entertainment – it is

demonic and it is dangerous. Many people are intrigued by occult

practices, and it is that curiosity which draws them into the demonic. But

this is not just a problem for the unsaved – believers can be easily

ensnared in occult practices through their curiosity with the

supernatural. The answer is simple: walking daily with Christ demystifies

occult intrigue. Be alert and be armed with the truth of what the occult

"The seven heavens and the earth, and all beings therein, declare His

glory: there not a thing but celebrates His praise; and yet ye understand

not how they declare His glory..."(al-Isra, 44)

The advancement in science as helped explain that verse. As a matter of

fact, including the beings that had been thought to be lifeless, everything

was found to consist of atoms. The electrons around the nuclei of the

atoms rotate continuously and regularly around the nucleus; it was

expressed as declaring the glory of Allah in the Quran. Therefore, to

rotate around the Kaaba, which is the symbol of Islam, means to love

Islam, to rotate around it like a moth and to attach oneself to Allah.

Worshipping; is fulfilling the duties like takbir, hamd, shukr by a slave for

Allah in the way that He orders. Therefore, the fulfilling of the duties by

each being can be said to be their worshipping and glorifying Allah.

Understanding Tawaf: Lexically, tawaf means to turn, walk, etc around

something. Everything in the universe, from the tiny atoms to huge

galaxies, is in a state of tawaf. In the atom, electrons turn around the

nucleus, which is like the heart, with a dizzying speed; in the galaxy,

billions of stars rotate around the center of the galaxy with an incredible

speed. They rotate as if they worship the Creator that created them. As

it is stated in the Quran, each swims along in an orbit. (Yasin, 36/40)

The view formed by tens of thousands of Muslims walking around the

Kaaba is like the view of a galaxy turning together with billions of stars.

Therefore, it is necessary to let oneself be on the orbit in order to get full

spiritual pleasure in tawaf. A Muslim who can enter this orbit lets himself

be controlled by that spiritual flow and gets the pleasure of becoming a

drop in the sea of the believers. The circumambulation around the Kaaba

is regarded to be the symbol of the summary of the universe and

creation, and surrendering to the divine pre-ordainment. The

formidable walk by men during the first three shawts of tawaf is called

‘ramal’ and leaving the right shoulder uncovered is called ‘iztiba’.

The historical meaning of the three acts done was a display of power and

intimidating the opponents. When Makkan Muslims migrated to

Madinah, the climate of Madinah affected them they became a bit weak.

When they went to Makkah again after seven years for umrah, they

explained the situation to the Prophet. Thereupon, he told his

Companions to seem powerful to polytheists and to walk formidably

when they passed in front of them; and the Companions walked like that.

Doubtlessly, their walking formidably was enough to show that they were

powerful that day. What about today? How will hajjis show that they are

powerful today? Material power, spiritual power, moral power… What

did we lose, where and how? How will we recover them? We definitely

should think about them during hajj.

The ramal (formidable walking), which was performed in order to show

the strength of Muslims to the Qurayshis according to what Ibn Abbas

says, became a sunnah when Hazrat Prophet walked like that during the

first three shawts of the Farewell Hajj. Hazrat Umar had said, after

commenting on Hajar al-Aswad,

“Why do we still maintain ramal? We did it in order to be seem powerful

in the eyes of polytheists, who said we were weak. As a matter of fact,

Allah destroyed them.”(Bukhari, Hajj, 57)

Although Umar thought that the reason for ramal did not exist any more,

he did not want to abandon something that Hazrat Prophet did and thus

he continued the same application. Ramal may have continued because

Muslims always need to be powerful and because they should never

forget it.

A person starts tawaf leaving the Kaaba on his left. It has a symbolic

meaning. The heart of man, which is the place where Allah looks, faces

the House of Allah in tawaf. Allah looks at the heart of man, not his shape,

appearance, money and property. In this sense, there is an interesting

relation between the Kaaba and the heart of man. Therefore, the heart

of man faces the Kaaba during tawaf. It also indicates that tawaf should

be performed heartily.

A person enjoys the pleasure of being a believer around the Kaaba. It is

very difficult to taste that pleasure, which takes place so vividly and

enthusiastically in any other place. The feeling of closeness experienced

in that holy place makes hajjis feel at home. Hajjis feel as if they are at

home because the face of the Kaaba seems so familiar, its scent feels so

acquainted and its coziness feels so comprehensive that no other love

can be so attractive for a believer.

There is no difference among people who perform a prayer in

congregation; similarly, there is no difference among people who

circumambulate the Kaaba. All believers are equal there. There is no sign

that differentiates a person from others. There exists unity, which is the

symbol of oneness. It is necessary to be lost in the sea of believers and

to melt in the congregation.

To turn around somebodyand to rotate like a moth around him is an act

that shows hearty allegiance and that one can sacrifice everything for

that person.In this sense, circumambulating the Kaaba is an indication of

turning toward the Exalted Creator, bowing down only in the presence of

Him and worshipping none but Him.

During circumambulation, the hajji should have a respect worthy of Him

and a love between fear and hope. While circumambulating, the haji

should build the house of belief, that is, his heart, just as Hazrat Ibrahim

and Hazrat Ismail, his son, built the House of Allah by turning around it.

The Kaaba is His house and the heart is the place where He looks at. The

hajji continuously looks at the Kaaba, observes it and watches its

loftiness; similarly, Allah watches the heart of His slave and pays attention

to it. As Hazrat Prophet expressed concisely,

“Allah does not look at your shape, appearance or property but at your

hearts and deeds. (Muslim, 1, 33)

It is like that both in the world and in the hereafter. As it is expressed

based on the 88th verse of the chapter ash-Shuara, on the Day of

Judgment, when nothing will be of any use, Allah does not want gold or

silver but a sound heart.

“Oh hajji! Do not think that they want gold or silver from you. They want

a sound heart on the day when wealth and sons are not beneficial.”

As a matter of fact, in our culture, the sufis use all of the adjectives that

are used to describe the Kaaba for the heart and call the heart the House

of Allah. Or, they call it “Bayt al-haram” (the honorable house) and they

use the same expression for the heart because the heart is the house of

Allah and it is haram (forbidden) for anybody but the beloved to enter

there. As a matter of fact, the following hadith that the Messenger of

Allah stated while circumambulating the Kaaba confirms it.

“(O Kaaba!) You are so nice; your smell is so beautiful. Your fame and

honor are so high. However, I swear by Allah, in whose hand is my life,

that the honor and immunity of a believer with his property and life is

greater than your honor.” (Ibn Majah, Fitan 2)
