Dry Gin.
In dry gin, the characteristic juniper aroma clearly takes center
stage. Bitter nuances and citrus notes dominate the flavor profile.
Dry gins are generally unsweetened.
London Dry Gin.
London Dry Gin is the most well-known gin style.
Despite its name, it doesn't have to be produced in London, but it
must meet specific production criteria: all botanicals are added to
the neutral alcohol at the same time and then distilled together. A
pronounced juniper note and complex spice nuances are
characteristic of this style.
New Western Dry Gin.
New Western Dry is a modern gin style that has only emerged in
recent years. Unlike traditional Dry Gin or London Dry Gin,
juniper is not the dominant flavor. Instead, other notes—such as
fruit, spices, or florals—take the lead.
Each producer relies on their own unique blend to create a
distinctive character.
