Canada program FAQ
Q. Who qualifies to receive the 10 percent savings?
A. New Brand Partners who order 50 PV or more on their first order qualify for the 10 percent savings.
The discount will be applied automatically at checkout once they enter in their Sponsor and Enroller.
If a Brand Partner places this order AFTER creating an account, they will no longer qualify — it must be
processed at the time of enrollment.
Q. Will reactivations qualify to receive the 10 percent savings?
A. No, this offer is only valid for new Brand Partners and does not apply to reactivating accounts.
Q. What markets are offering the Share YL program?
A. The Share YL program is currently available in the U.S. and Canada.
Q. Will the Share YL discount affect my first time order PV total?
A. Yes. The order PV total will also be discounted at 10%. For any additional promotional offerings with a
minimum PV requirement, the order PV total must be reached after the 10% discount has been applied.
For example: for a Loyalty Rewards Order to reach 50 PV with the discount, the order PV total must be 56
PV or more prior to checkout. For it to reach 100 PV, the order must reach 112 PV total prior to checkout.
Q. What if I enroll someone in the U.S. market?
A. New Customers and Brand Partners in the U.S. must use the promo code SHAREYL at checkout to receive
the 10 percent discount. Please note: In the Canadian market, the PV order total is discounted to reflect
the 10% promotional offer. However, in the U.S. market the PV remains the same and is not adjusted.
Q. What if I enroll someone in APAC, EMEA, or LATAM?
A. These markets are not currently participating and will not qualify for 10 percent off as part of
this program.
Q. Will the 10 percent savings apply if the Brand Partner’s first order is a Loyalty Rewards (LR) order?
A. Yes, the 10 percent savings will apply if the monthly (LR) order is processed at the time of enrollment.
However, if a Brand Partner processes their first monthly (LR) order at a later date, after creating an
account, they will no longer qualify for the Share YL savings.
Q: Will the 10 percent savings be applied if the first order is an NFR (Not for Resale) order?
A: No, the 10 percent savings is only offered on Canadian OTG (On the Ground) orders.
