resource sharing, and assignment submission.

3.6. Financial Aspects (Model 1)
We oZer flexible partnership models to suit KGI's strategic goals and scale. For a pilot
program involving up to 25 distinct research clusters, each comprising a faculty lead
and 2-4 student researchers, for one academic year, our Cluster Mentorship Service
Fee is INR 1,00,000 per month.
This comprehensive fee includes:
• Dedicated mentorship from an experienced AIPL research expert.
• Regular virtual/on-site mentoring sessions (as mutually agreed).
• Access to Project Management Platform to point of contact (POC) for the easier
Project Management and research data exchange process.
• Ongoing project tracking and reporting to KGI's leadership.
• Initial needs assessment and cluster formation support.
We are confident that this investment will yield substantial returns in increased research
productivity, enhanced faculty development, and a strengthened research reputation for
KGI.
3.7. Roles and Responsibilities
3.7.1. Krupanidhi Group of Institution:
• Designate a single point of contact (POC) (e.g., Dean of Research/Research
Coordinator).
• Facilitate identification and engagement of faculty and students for clusters.

• To guide authors through the selection of appropriate journals and publication
strategies.

well-structured manuscripts (Original Research & Narrative Reviews) ready for
submission to peer-reviewed journals.
• Manuscript Editing and Formatting (Up to 6000 words): Editing and
proofreading existing manuscripts for clarity, grammar, flow, and scientific
accuracy. This includes ensuring adherence to journal-specific formatting and
style guidelines.
• Journal Selection and Submission Preparation: Identifying appropriate journals
for submission based on the research topic, impact factor, and audience. We will
prepare the necessary documentation, including cover letters, supplementary
materials, and figures (basic figures).

• Submission & Initial Assessment: Authors submit their draft manuscripts to
AIPL through POC via a secure portal. An initial assessment determines the scope
of work.
• Dedicated Consultant: Each manuscript will be assigned to an expert in AIPL.
• Iterative Review Process: Multiple rounds of writing, editing and feedback are
exchanged between with the POC of AIPL and KGI.
• Virtual Consultations: Virtual discussions will be arranged with concerned
authors to clarify whenever is required.
• Timeline Adherence: Strict adherence to agreed-upon timelines for each stage
of manuscript development.
4.5. Program Structure
• Stage 1: Manuscript Submission & Evaluation (1 week):

o Details: Full manuscript writing, including abstract, introduction,
methods, results, discussion, and conclusion.
4.6.2. Manuscript Editing and Formatting (up to 6000 words)
o Price: INR 4000 per manuscript
o Details: Editing for clarity, grammar, structure, and adherence to journalspecific
guidelines.
4.6.3. Journal Selection and Submission Preparation
o Price: INR 2000 per submission
o Details: Identification of appropriate journals, preparation of submission
materials, and handling of the submission process.
4.6.4. Response to Reviewer Comments
o Price: INR 1000 per round of revisions
o Details: Assistance in addressing reviewer comments and revising the
manuscript for resubmission.
4.6.5. End to end support
o Price: INR 15,000
o Details: Includes all above four services (Manuscript Writing, Editing &
Formatting, Journal Selection & Submission, and Response to Reviewer
Comments). This package provides comprehensive support from draft to
acceptance with unlimited round of revisions.

4.7. Roles and Responsibilities
4.7.1. Krupanidhi Group of Institutions:
• Encourage faculty and students to utilize the service.
• Ensure timely submission of manuscripts.
• Facilitate communication between authors and AIPL.
• Provide necessary institutional support for publication fees (if applicable and
agreed upon).
4.7.2. Ascentia Innovations:
• Provide expert writers, editors and publishing consultants.
• Deliver high-quality writing editing, feedback, and publishing advice.
• Maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.
• Adhere to agreed-upon timelines for service delivery.
• Keep abreast of ethical publishing guidelines and journal requirements.
5. Governing Rules
Any disputes arising from the partnership will be resolved through negotiation,
mediation, or arbitration. The governing law for this agreement shall be the laws of India,
and the venue for any legal proceedings shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Both parties
commit to adhering to all relevant academic, research, and ethical guidelines, including
but not limited to guidelines on plagiarism, authorship, and data integrity.
6. Terms and Conditions
• Contract Period: The initial contract period will be 12 months from the date of
signing. The agreement may be renewed for subsequent 12-month terms. Either
party may initiate renewal discussions no later than 60 days prior to the end of the
current term. Renewal is contingent upon mutual agreement on adjusted terms,
if any, and both parties' satisfactory performance during the initial term.

• Payment Terms: All payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.
Invoices will be raised monthly for Model 1. For Model 2, invoices will be raised
on a phase-wise basis per manuscript as mentioned below:
- First phase: Releasing 80% of payment once the manuscript is finalised
and ready to submission to the journal.
- Second phase: Releasing 20% of remaining payment once the manuscript
is accepted.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding
proprietary research data, manuscript content, and any other sensitive
information shared during the partnership. This obligation of confidentiality shall
extend for a period of five (5) years following the termination of this agreement.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property arising from the research
conducted by the institution's faculty and students remains with the institution
and the respective authors. AIPL acts purely as a support service provider.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written
notice under specific conditions, including non-performance, material breach of
contract, or mutual agreement. "Non-performance" shall be defined as a
persistent failure to meet the agreed-upon service levels as outlined in the Service
Level Agreement, which continues for a period of 15 business days after written
notification of the deficiency. "Material breach of contract" shall include, but not
be limited to, a party's failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or a
party's insolvency.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in
performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

durations for setting up and initiating our services.
9.1. Phase 1: Partnership Activation & Foundation (Estimated: 2-3 Weeks)
This initial phase focuses on formalizing the agreement and establishing the operational
groundwork.
9.1.1. Week 1: Formal Agreement & Kick-od Meeting
• Proposal Acceptance & Contract Signing: Formal acceptance of the proposal
and execution of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) between AIPL and KGI.
• Initial Kick-od Meeting (Virtual/On-site): A joint meeting between AIPL's
Program Manager, designated mentors/consultants, and KGI's designated POC
(Dean of Research/Research Coordinator) and relevant stakeholders.
o Agenda: Introduction of key personnel, high-level overview of the
implementation plan, clarification of immediate priorities, and
confirmation of communication channels.
o Outcome: Mutual understanding of next steps and establishment of a
collaborative working relationship.
• Secure Platform Access & Setup: Provision of access to AIPL’s secure online
platform for communication, resource sharing, and initial document exchange.
9.1.2. Week 2-3: Detailed Planning & Resource Alignment
• Detailed Needs Assessment (Model 1: Cluster-Based Research
Mentoring): In-depth discussions with KGI's Research Head and faculty to finalize

9.2. Phase 2: Program Launch & Initial Engagement (Estimated: 3-4 Weeks)
This phase focuses on introducing the programs to KGI's faculty and students and
initiating the first activities.
9.2.1. Week 4: Odicial Program Launch & Awareness

Internal Communication Strategy: Jointly develop and execute an
internal communication plan within KGI to announce the partnership and
promote the AIPL programs to faculty and students through an OZicial
announcement from KGI leadership.
9.2.2. Week 5-6: Cluster Formation & Initial Mentoring Sessions (Model 1)
