3 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
PROPHETIC PICTURE-
RESERVOIR OF LIVING WATER
(JULY 2ND AND 3RD 2025,
REBEKAH BRETTLE)
I ‘saw‘ a man, carrying a
spade on his back. As he was
travelling, I saw that his foot
prints were leaving imprints
of light on the road he was
travelling. It wasn’t long before
I saw several other people all
travelling with their own spades
on their back; all walking in the
same direction; but coming
from different places.
Then I saw what looked like a ‘reservoir’ of water and
people were digging along the banks. As they dug; silt
and dirt filled the water, only to be quickly cleansed
so that the water was so clear, you could see the very
bottom. There were fish in the reservoir and it would
have been very easy to catch any of them, as they swum
close to where people were digging. As the people dug
into the reservoir, it was expanding and streams started
to flow from the reservoir to other places. The land the
streams flowed into was dry, cracked and barren.
As I was praying, I felt the wells represented
monasteries or anywhere that there had once been a
church and that God wanted to release all the prayers
of intercession in these places over all the centuries.
The spades represented people who were praying over
these places of Christian worship or places where there
had historically been places of worship. The water, I felt
represented the Holy Spirit, the fish the unsaved and
the clear water, spiritual restoration and repentance.
On the same day, that I received this picture, Lisa Hutt,
separately had the following words from God.
What is in your hand? What is on your heart? Take
hold of what you have and use this to dig and redig the
wells. When it is well with your soul you are then able
to focus on what you need to do where you live. So
come to me as you are and I will enable you to dig and
redig. When you say that you have nothing, I will be
everything you need and more, for I delight to lift the
lowly and confound the intelligence of the wise. I am
creating reservoirs for the thirsty, who will draw on this
water which will not run dry in a year of drought. It is
without cost and is for all. Selah.
In one of the places where a stream was flowing; I saw a
disused well, blocked up and useless. There were other
people with spades looking at the well, who decided
it was beyond repair. So instead, they started to dig at
the side of the well. As they did, a new pool of water
formed, smaller, but significant. As they continued
to dig, this pool of water also began to grow and the
water was clear.
An aerial view of the UK could be seen where this was
happening all over the UK.
I had a sense that the water itself was growing from the
prayers that had been said over the land ever since the
first Christians were here and that all of the prayers of
the saints from then until now, were contributing to a
reservoir of living water.

Day 1
Matthew 5:13-16
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses
its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no
longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and
trampled underfoot.
14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a
hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a
lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its
stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In
the same way, let your light shine before others, that
they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father
in heaven.
Pray for all Christians in your street and community:
• to recognise that they are the light of the world.
• to live life according to the teachings of Jesus, so
that people around them see something different
about Christians.
• to do good deeds in their streets, so that neighbours
will see their good deeds and glorify God, drawing
many towards Jesus.
ACTION: Speak to God today about what He
would have you do for a neighbour in need
on your street this week.
5 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Day 2
Ezekiel 47:1-12
The River From the Temple
The man brought me back to the entrance to the
temple, and I saw water coming out from under the
threshold of the temple toward the east (for the
temple faced east). The water was coming down from
under the south side of the temple, south of the altar.
2 He then brought me out through the north gate and
led me around the outside to the outer gate facing
east, and the water was trickling from the south side.
3 As the man went eastward with a measuring line in
his hand, he measured off a thousand cubits[a] and
then led me through water that was ankle-deep. 4
He measured off another thousand cubits and led me
through water that was knee-deep. He measured off
another thousand and led me through water that was
up to the waist. 5 He measured off another thousand,
but now it was a river that I could not cross, because
the water had risen and was deep enough to swim
in—a river that no one could cross. 6 He asked me,
“Son of man, do you see this?”
PRAYER POINTS
Pray for:
• All the prayers that have been prayed in your
area, throughout the generations; prayers for
transformation, prayers for revival, prayers for
reformation- for these prayers to be answered in
your street, in your neighbourhood and in our nationtoday.
• All Christians in your street, in your neighbourhood
and in all churches, to have deeper intimacy with
Jesus, so that they experience deeper relationship
with God, hearing His voice clearly for themselves.
• Let Living water pour out of all churches locally, so
that transformation happens on our streets, in our
neighbourhood and across the UK.
ACTION POINT
Is it time for a spiritual MOT? How is your
relationship with God? Spend at least an hour
with God talking/praying with God today.
Then he led me back to the bank of the river. 7 When
I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each
side of the river. 8 He said to me, “This water flows
toward the eastern region and goes down into the
Arabah,[b] where it enters the Dead Sea. When it
empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes
fresh. 9 Swarms of living creatures will live wherever
the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish,
because this water flows there and makes the salt
water fresh; so where the river flows everything will
live. 10 Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En
Gedi to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading
nets. The fish will be of many kinds—like the fish of the
Mediterranean Sea. 11 But the swamps and marshes
will not become fresh; they will be left for salt. 12 Fruit
trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river.
Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail.
Every month they will bear fruit, because the water
from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve
for food and their leaves for healing.”
6 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Day 3
2 Kings 2:19-21
19 The people of the city said to Elisha, “Look, our
lord, this town is well situated, as you can see, but the
water is bad and the land is unproductive.”
20 “Bring me a new bowl,” he said, “and put salt in it.”
So they brought it to him.
21 Then he went out to the spring and threw the salt
into it, saying, “This is what the Lord says: ‘I have
healed this water. Never again will it cause death or
make the land unproductive.’” 22 And the water has
remained pure to this day, according to the word
Elisha had spoken.
Pray for:
• Life where there has been death and disease in our
neighbourhoods.
• Revive the local economy, so that businesses flourish.
• Let any unrevealed sins be made known and we offer
prayers of repentance.
ACTION: Is there a local water supply nearby,
that you could prophetically pray over and
put salt in water as in the scripture above?
7 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Day 4
Matthew 4:18-21
18 As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he
saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother
Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they
were fishermen. 19 “Come, follow me,” Jesus said,
“and I will send you out to fish for people.” 20 At once
they left their nets and followed him.
21 Going on from there, he saw two other brothers,
James son of Zebedee and his brother John. They
were in a boat with their father Zebedee, preparing
their nets. Jesus called them, 22 and immediately they
left the boat and their father and followed him.
Pray for:
• Thank you for that all Christians everywhere get to be
‘Fishers of Men.’
• Help all Christians living locally to take up the call
to share their faith with others, in partnership with
Jesus.
• Help all churches prepare the nets, so that when
people say yes to You, we are all prepared to disciple
them and that none are lost.
ACTION: Write down 5 names of 5
neighbours you will pray for UNTIL
they become disciples of Jesus.
Put it on your fridge and pray for
them by name, every time you open
your fridge.
8 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Day 5
Isaiah 43:18-19
Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.
Pray for:
• Healing from any past hurts people feel as a result of
church or other Christians.
• Let streams of your Holy Spirit, fill my street and the
community where we live.
• Bring living water to places that appear barren.
ACTION: Is there anyone you need to forgive
today? Pray that God will give you the grace
and mercy to forgive those, especially in
church, who have hurt you.
9 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Day 6
Genesis 26:18-25 Unblocking the wells
18 Isaac reopened the wells that had been dug in the
time of his father Abraham, which the Philistines had
stopped up after Abraham died, and he gave them the
same names his father had given them.
19 Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and discovered a
well of fresh water there. 20 But the herders of Gerar
quarreled with those of Isaac and said, “The water is
ours!” So he named the well Esek,[a] because they
disputed with him. 21 Then they dug another well,
but they quarrelled over that one also; so he named
it Sitnah.[b] 22 He moved on from there and dug
another well, and no one quarrelled over it. He named
it Rehoboth,[c] saying, “Now the Lord has given us
room and we will flourish in the land.”
23 From there he went up to Beersheba. 24 That night
the Lord appeared to him and said, “I am the God of
your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with
you; I will bless you and will increase the number of
your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham.”
Pray for:
• All churches, monasteries or Christian expressions
that have ever existed in our local area. Unblock the
spiritual wells (churches) so that living water will
flow where it once did or if impeded for any reason,
flow freely.
• Help new wells be dug near to where old church
buildings or historical buildings exist.
• Restore churches on the verge of closure due to
falling numbers and let all churches see revival and be
fully aligned with God’s word.
ACTION: Prayer walk/drive your local
community and pray specifically for ALL
churches in your local area (we suggest
postcode area)
10 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Day 7
John 4:1-43
Now Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that he
was gaining and baptizing more disciples than John—
2 although in fact it was not Jesus who baptized, but
his disciples. 3 So he left Judea and went back once
more to Galilee.
4 Now he had to go through Samaria. 5 So he came to a
town in Samaria called Sychar, near the plot of ground
Jacob had given to his son Joseph. 6 Jacob’s well was
there, and Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat
down by the well. It was about noon.
7 When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus
said to her, “Will you give me a drink?” 8 (His disciples
had gone into the town to buy food.)
9 The Samaritan woman said to him, “You are a Jew
and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for
a drink?” (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.
[a])
10 Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God
and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have
asked him and he would have given you living water.”
11 “Sir,” the woman said, “you have nothing to draw
with and the well is deep. Where can you get this living
water? 12 Are you greater than our father Jacob, who
gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did also
his sons and his livestock?”
13 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water
will be thirsty again, 14 but whoever drinks the water
I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give
them will become in them a spring of water welling up
to eternal life.”
15 The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water so
that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here
to draw water.”
16 He told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.”
17 “I have no husband,” she replied.
Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have
no husband. 18 The fact is, you have had five husbands,
and the man you now have is not your husband. What
you have just said is quite true.”
19 “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are
a prophet. 20 Our ancestors worshiped on this
mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we
must worship is in Jerusalem.”
21 “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is
coming when you will worship the Father neither on
this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You Samaritans
worship what you do not know; we worship what we
do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 Yet a time is
coming and has now come when the true worshipers
will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for
they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. 24
God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the
Spirit and in truth.”
25 The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called
Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain
everything to us.”
26 Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I
am he.”
The Disciples Rejoin Jesus
27 Just then his disciples returned and were surprised
to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked,
“What do you want?” or “Why are you talking with
her?”
28 Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back
to the town and said to the people, 29 “Come, see
a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this
be the Messiah?” 30 They came out of the town and
made their way toward him.
31 Meanwhile his disciples urged him, “Rabbi, eat
something.”
32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you
know nothing about.”
33 Then his disciples said to each other, “Could
someone have brought him food?”
34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who
sent me and to finish his work.35 Don’t you have a
saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you,
open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe
for harvest. 36 Even now the one who reaps draws a
wage and harvests a crop for eternal life, so that the
sower and the reaper may be glad together. 37 Thus
the saying ‘One sows and another reaps’ is true. 38 I
sent you to reap what you have not worked for. Others
have done the hard work, and you have reaped the
benefits of their labor.”
Many Samaritans Believe
39 Many of the Samaritans from that town believed
in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told
me everything I ever did.” 40 So when the Samaritans
came to him, they urged him to stay with them, and he
stayed two days. 41 And because of his words many
more became believers.
42 They said to the woman, “We no longer believe
just because of what you said; now we have heard
for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the
Savior of the world.”
11 7 DAY PRAYER GUIDE
Pray for:
• We ask, who is the woman at the well in our street or
local community?
• Lead us to the ‘one’ that we need to lead to You, so
that many will be saved.
• Help all of us get over the fear of sharing faith with
our neighbours. Amen:
ACTION: Make a decision to tell anyone
about Jesus today, asking God to show you
who He would like you to talk to:
1. Share your testimony- people can’t argue
with a testimony.
2. The Jesus At the Door Resource is
excellent, used to good effect with King’s
Army and CFAN. We would advise that
you check out some training on this, as it
is more effective if you are trained to use
it. That being said, simply reading the card
can be effective.
3. Give out a Bible/ New Testament to
someone
4. Invite a neighbour to church
5. Give out the Father’s Love Letter
BUT importantly, no hit and run! Jesus said
go and make disciples not decisions! The
only way to make a disciple is to follow up
with them once they make a decision or are
thinking about making a decision. You may
want to invite them to church, to an Alpha
course, a Revive and Believe course, to a
small group or for a cup of tea.

COULD YOU
DONATE TO
OUR WORK?
This resource is free at the point of use, though it did
cost money in terms of staff time and design costs. If
any of you are able, we would appreciate donations to
help us as we develop more resources and spread the
work. We recognise that many people are struggling
with the ‘cost of living crisis,’ so we do not expect
anyone experiencing financial hardship to give. Some
of us are more able to donate and if this is you, please
prayerfully consider this. We can assure you that we do
a lot with a very small budget as God helps us stretch
our resources beyond what we could hope.
