EMMA BATTERSBY
Emma completed the CMI Level 3 Principles
in Leadership and Management qualification
at Stockport College, which supported her
progression into a management role in Adult
Social Care. Emma has been able to successfully
implement the leadership skills she learnt
during the course within her team and has
developed her own leadership style based on
the knowledge gained from the course.

feel comfortable chairing meetings,
making decisions and taking that
