them, I was absolutely delighted when I

discovered that Pantone has declared

Mocha Brown the 2025 Colour of the

Year. This rich, sophisticated neutral

confirms what I've been telling my

clients for years—the so-called "boring"

neutrals are having their triumphant

moment, and it's about time.

Let's dismantle the biggest

misconception in the colour universe:

‘Beige is bland’. Nothing could be

further from the truth.

The power of neutrals in brand strategy

is nothing short of revolutionary. While

Manifestation, attraction, alignment... I'm sure

you've heard and read so much about these

concepts that you're blue in the face. But, my

lovelies, since you're reading this, I suspect you're

still beavering away at mastering wealth creation

because you're not yet where you want to be

financially.

Here's the thing: this money journey never ends.

We are always learning and scaling, regardless

of our revenue or financial status!

I want to take you to a whole new level in this

process with an approach most people have

never experienced. Behind a door that's been

hidden from you lies simple, powerful, proven

money truths. If you grasp and apply these daily,

you cannot NOT see a shift in your fortunes!

From Bookkeeper to

I discovered these truths during my journey from

bookkeeper to independent, 6-figure Conscious

One common pitfall in the traditional manifesting

process is focusing on some future idea of your

wealth. When you visualize, journal, or walk

wealth, you're engaging in what I call "futurepaste"—endeavouring

to create something in the

future.

These techniques are necessary, but the bottom

line is that everything you're doing is based on the

energy of now.

Your Present Creates Your Future

What many folks don't realize is that everything

in your life right now - the roof over your head,

your relationships, the money in your bank

account (or lack thereof), your clients, your leads -

all result from your past choices. This might sound

basic, but it's absolutely key!

Your past creates what you currently have. If

what you currently have isn't what you desire,

then you need to do something different that

makes you a vibrational match for what you do

want.

Let's peel this back another layer. Everything you

do is the energy of NOW. You can only "do" right

now. Doing is the action of creation.

How you do anything is how you do everything.

The energy of now creates your future. When

you're visualizing and journaling, you're engaging

with who you want to become - creating the

energy of potential.

But once you stop those activities and go about

your day-to-day life, it's the energy underneath

everything you do that the universe responds to.


“To the Universe,

Doing is the

same as

Asking!”


The Universe Responds to Energy,

Not Intentions

The energy of right now is what's creating your

future. You are creating in every single moment of

your waking day.

This means we need to be acutely aware of the

energy underneath our choices. That energy

represents the awareness and feelings around

your actions, affecting the outcome as much as

the nature of the action itself.

When you do anything that feels like a "have-to,"

a "should-do," a "must-do," or a "got-to," you're

creating more of that in your life.

Energy (let's call it 'The Big U') reads the energy of

obligation, matches that frequency, and brings

you more opportunities to experience that

obligation frequency. By carrying out an action

with the vibrational energy of obligation, you're

declaring to Big U what you want!

Doing Things That Light You Up

It follows, then, that it's absolutely vital to spend

time doing things you love - things that light you

up - so the Big U responds with "Yes!" As it lines

you up with possibility, it brings you a

consequence of an energy-aligned choice versus

a consequence of an energy-misaligned choice.

You never have to push yourself or force yourself

to do the things you love!

You might think you're choosing wealth mastery,

but it's not a choice until you do it! You can think

and affirm it until the cows come home, but for

the universe to respond, it needs you to do

something NOW. The energy of right now is what

creates your future.


Aligning Your Actions with Your Desires

Of course, engaging with the potential energy of

what you wish to create is essential. But then you

must ensure that those next steps - the hands-inthe-clay

action - vibrate at the frequency you want.

I'm constantly amazed at how many people say

they desire consistent monthly income but are

incongruent with that vision! They declare they

want to turn their five-figure business into a sixfigure

or seven-figure business; they wish for more

clients, more money, more freedom. And then they

go about their day-to-day life taking utterly

contradictory actions! And they wonder why they

aren't getting what they desire!

Here's the thing: The Big U can't discern between

what you want and what you do. It can only

respond to the energy of the action.

The Big U can't compartmentalize. It can't say,

"Well, she really wants more money, so I'll give her

some" when 'she' takes contradictory actions with

an underlying energy that doesn't correspond with

wealth!

Freedom vs. Obligation

Let's take an example: You may say you desire

more freedom, then spend a lot of time doing things

in the energy of obligation. On a vibrational

spectrum, that's the opposite of freedom. You've

got freedom at one end of the scale, and way over

at the other end is its polarity energy - obligation.

Trying hard and pushing is effort, and it is not

aligned with wealth and freedom because there's a

heaviness to it.

So it's time to evaluate how you're spending your

life and where you're making aligned choices AND

actions! Anything that makes you feel amazing,

that you can always do more of, or similar things

that carry a similar frequency - that's your starting

point.

Start by eradicating all obligation from your life as

quickly as possible.


The Energy of Now Creates Your Reality

To sum up: the energy of now and how

you're creating in every moment of

every day, with the energy underneath

your doings, is what creates your actual

reality. That is choice and consequence,

reaping and sowing. You get what you

give.

The timeless principle "Ask and you

shall receive" works because by doing,

you're literally asking for more. Asking

is doing. Doing is asking.

Remember, the Big U has got your

back, and so do I.

genuinely interested in you. They ask thoughtful

questions, listen intently, and respond in ways

that make you feel seen and understood. You

feel a connection. You want to keep talking.

Why Traditional Pushy Sales Tactics Don’t Work

Trust is the foundation of any successful sale. When

someone aggressively pitches their offer without

understanding your needs, it feels inauthentic. Buyers don’t

want to be sold to; they want to be heard.

Selling isn’t about talking. It’s about listening.

When you take the time to understand someone’s

challenges, desires, and roadblocks, you create a genuine

connection. And that connection leads naturally to a sale,

without ever feeling like you’re forcing it.

The Three-Step Framework for Selling Without Selling

Step 1: The Warm-Up

Just like chatting with a stranger in line at the coffee shop,

start with light, casual conversation. Whether it’s in person,

online, or via direct message, the goal is to break the ice in

a natural way.

Some easy openers:

“How did you come across my page?”

“What’s your business all about?”

Top Tip: If you’re chatting online, try using a voice note. It

helps people hear your tone, making the conversation feel

more personal and engaging.



Step 2: Show Genuine Curiosity

The transition should feel natural, like this:

Once the conversation is flowing, start asking

deeper questions related to your expertise. The

key is to listen closely and pick up on subtle

clues.

For example, I coach people in public speaking,

my conversation might sound like this:

Me: “It’s wonderful to meet you. So, what is it

that you do?”

Them: 'I'm a business strategist; I focus on

operations and scaling; what about you?’

Me: “I coach people in confident public

speaking. Oof, did I detect a cringe? Public

speaking not for you?”

Them: “I get terrible nerves, and I never know if

people are actually interested.”

Me: “Yes, I hear this a lot. What happened the

last time you spoke to an audience? I bet there

are more positives than you think.”

It’s not about bombarding them with questions.

It’s about showing curiosity, making them feel

heard, and helping them open up.

Pro Tip: Pay attention to what they don’t say. If

they hesitate, change the subject quickly, or

downplay something, there’s often a deeper

challenge they haven’t voiced yet.

Step 3: Introduce Your RELEVANT Solution

Only once you fully understand their challenge

do you bring up your offer. Be patient, this might

happen in one conversation or over multiple

interactions.

“Oh, I totally get that. The first time I stepped

on stage, my nerves were through the roof. My

mind was racing with thoughts like, ‘What if

they’re bored? What if I forget what I’m saying?’

Over time, I unearthed an absolute gamechanger,

getting audience feedback DURING

the talk. It made my nerves disappear. I found

that interacting with the audience and

breaking the silence fuelled my confidence.

In fact, that’s what inspired me to start my

coaching program for first-time speakers. I

daunting. Where do you start? What makes a

journalist take notice? And how can you ensure

your story gets the coverage it deserves?

The truth is that publicity isn’t just for big brands

with PR firms. With the right strategy, you can

generate buzz, establish credibility, and attract new

customers—without spending a fortune on

advertising. Here’s how to master the art of pitching

the press to land media features that will help your

business grow organically.

One of the key challenges holistic

entrepreneurs face is bridging the gap

between passion and profitability. While the

desire to help others is noble, it must be

business requires a shift from solopreneurship

to building systems, leveraging strategic

partnerships, and expanding reach without

compromising quality or integrity. You can do

all of this organically without needing to pay

for ads or hire a large team to make this

Practical Strategies for Success:

Align To Your Vision: My formula for creating an

abundant multiple 6 figure business year after year

is:

Inner Game ( Mindset + Energy) + Outer Game

(strategy + Implementation) = Success.

So before we dive right into strategy, it’s important

to energetically align to your vision and what you

really want. What this means is to decide not just

what you want, but how you want to FEEL when you

have it. What does having a multiple 6 figure

business look like and feel like for you?

Are you coaching 1:1, groups, VIP days? What's your

capacity for clients in your schedule so you still

have time to nurture the leader in you? How do you

see yourself as you move through your day? What

do you WANT to feel?

The answers to these questions will help you make

sure you are building a sustainable and profitable

business you love and not just adding a whole

bunch of offers to make more money. That’s a sure

fire way to burn out.

Know Your Audience Inside and Out: If there's one

thing I've learned in my years of entrepreneurship,

it's this: know thy audience. Take the time to really

understand who your HEART-YES client is – their

wants, needs, pain points, and aspirations. The

better you understand your audience intimately,

the better you'll be able to serve them and meet

their needs. I come back to this every quarter to

make sure I am speaking to their current problem

they have now and what it looks like for them when

it’s solved.

Create Compelling Offers: In the world of online

business, it's not enough to just be a great coach or

practitioner– you need to have a compelling offer

that stands out from the crowd. What makes your

offer better at helping them achieve the solution

they are looking for? What value can you add to

make it an easy YES in the decision-making

process. Whether it's a 1:1 coaching package, group

program, or a value-packed bundle, make sure

your offers are value-based and results-driven to

make them irresistible to your HEART- YES client.

Make a note of what your clients are asking for, and

make sure you are helping them see the

transformation they get by working with you.

Build Trust Through Authenticity: In a world where

authenticity is increasingly rare, being genuine and

transparent can set you apart from the

competition. Be honest about who you are, what

you stand for, and what you can offer your

audience. Building trust comes from leading with

generosity, value and being visible. Don’t worry

about making the perfect reel, post or video. Just

be yourself and share value to help your audience

create wins. And most importantly, be consistent.

when you say you will


The world needs you, playing all-out and supporting

others. The trying to grow a business alone can feel

hard and lonely. Supporting you is my greatest

passion, and I can’t wait to meet you!


Leverage Collaborative and Strategic

Partnerships: I call this playing the “generosity

game.” Organic growth can happen quickly when

you collaborate with someone who shares your

audience and serves them in a different way than

you do.

For example, I have a friend who certifies coaches

to support women through menopause. She

teaches them the craft but not the businessbuilding

component. So I come in and do free talks

to her audience to help them learn the next steps

to monetize their practice. In return, she comes into

my community to share her expertise in

menopause and gains new clients who are looking

to add that modality to their offer suite.

We both share the same audience, holistic

practitioners and coaches, but we serve them in

entirely different ways. Who do you know who you

could offer value to their audience and, in return,

help them create a win, too?

Focus on Customer Experience: Your customers

are the lifeblood of your business, so make sure

you're treating them like royalty. 30% of the clients

working with you now will continue to re-enroll in

another offer if they feel valued. From the moment

they first encounter your brand to long after they've

made a purchase, focus on delivering an

exceptional customer experience that leaves them

returning for more.

Little things like a beautiful welcome gift, birthday

cards and gifts and making sure they feel

supported goes a long way in cultivating

connection and long term connection with clients

who will stay with you for years.


Leverage Social Proof: In the age of social

media, word-of-mouth marketing is more

powerful than ever. Use social proof—such as

customer testimonials, case studies, and

reviews—to build credibility and trust with your

audience. People are more likely to buy from

someone that others have vouched for. You

can share a screenshot of a testimonial, a

client win, or even a client interview to help

people see that they are getting real results

by working with you.

Stay Positive and Adapt to Change: The world of

online business is constantly evolving, so it's

important to stay adaptable. Keep an eye on

what your customers are asking for, what they

feel their current problem is and the solution

they are asking for, and be willing to pivot your

strategy as needed.

Notice where your paying clients are coming

from. Double down on those strategies and let

go of what’s no longer working.

Continue to bring people into your

ecosystem:

Cultivating an online community and email

marketing are still two of the most effective

ways to connect with your audience, nurture

relationships and enroll clients. I love building

my online community using Facebook groups.

It gives people a central location to land and

feel a part of something bigger than

themselves.

Whether someone meets me in person, on a

podcast, at a summit or at a talk, It allows me

to nurture people with weekly value, connect

intimately in messenger with voice messages

or a welcome video and build connection and

trust that is critical before anyone buys.

You also want to build an email list of

engaged subscribers, and use it to deliver

valuable content, and offers straight to their

inbox. Your email list is the only thing you own

in terms of client information.

And remember, business goes through seasons.

You won’t stay in the harvest season all the time.

There will be time to re-evaluate, plant seeds,

nurture your audience and finally experience

abundance. The ability to adapt is often the

difference between success and failure.

Remember, it will take 6-12 months from the

time someone first comes into your world before

they become a buyer, so be willing to play the

long game.

Never Stop Learning and Growing: Finally,

remember that success in online business is a

journey, not a destination. Keep learning, keep

growing, and keep evolving yourself to a new

capacity.

Invest in your personal and professional

development, whether through books, courses,

conferences, or mentorship. The more you grow,

the more your business will grow with you. I

always have a coach and mentorship to guide

me along the way and a community I can

depend on for inspiration.

Social media platforms own their groups and

can shut down at a moment's notice, so you

want to ensure you consistently grow your

email list. Just ensure you're providing real

value – nobody likes to be sold to all the time.

You are most influenced by the top five people

you spend time with, so be sure to surround

yourself with others who are already successful,

cheer you on, and give you real-world practical

actions rather than just theory.

DEBBIE’S STORY TOLD BY JENNI

Debbie and I met at a women’s business seminar in

2018 when she was still working as a counsellor in the

UK social sector - very much under her potential and

eager to help people avoid the life turn that could

have meant that she would never come to that

seminar - surviving suicide several times.

Debbie is an old soul and one of the most resilient

people I have ever met.

That year I took her through my renowned Trinity

Code process - an almost indescribable journey into

her cosmic destiny as revealed through sacred

geometry and science of numbers.

What emerged was someone destined to take the

stage in some way to share her messages of hope and

survival to a great audience. The form seemed to be

through combining her passions of theatre and

therapy through coaching and speaking.

So we created a first brand and direction. HeartACT -

a beautiful project (which has influenced the latest

one). But Debbie’s personal transformation was not

over as she faced a toxic relationship, body issues,

coping with body pain, and the incredible complexity

of the online world.

In 2023 we re-processed her Trinity Code and found

that it and she had evolved and therefore so must the

brand and the purpose behind it.

Debbie had been feeling lost, scattered and wasn’t

really seeing traction in her business. It wasn’t lack of

hard work or being proactive but simply that her soul

was prompting her to reach the people she needs to

serve in another way.

In 2024 we went back to the drawing board and

birthed HeartCore - a new version of her work

where she could integrate her beloved Wilderness

and Nature, HeartMath-inspired healing techniques,

her own revised methods for emotional healing and

resilience together with the beauty of an online

membership.

HeartCore is a magnificent initiative to call people

back to a stress-managed life and a renewed

connection with seasonal wisdom, the real benefits

of being and moving outdoors and a relationship

with their inner and outer worlds. HeartCore is

leading the edge of ‘green initiatives’ and the real,

proven benefits of adopting a holistic lifestyle even

with mental and emotional challenges. Debbie’s

vision is as big as her heart. Resilience really is her

second name. Her courage is boundless.

The morning I walked away from my 17-year toxic relationship, nature whispered its approval. As I stepped

outside our home for the last time in 2022, a gentle breeze caught my hair – not a farewell, but a welcome

to freedom. After surviving three suicide attempts, battling extreme clinical depression, and enduring

prolonged mental domestic abuse, this final act of courage marked the beginning of my rebirth.

I remember wandering into the woods that day, tears streaming down my face – tears of release, not

regret. Leaning against an ancient oak, I felt something stir within me – a connection I'd forgotten existed.

The tree didn't judge my broken parts; it simply held space for my healing to begin.

Those first months of freedom were terrifying. I'd forgotten who I was without toxicity's shadow. Each

morning, I sat with nature, listening to its wisdom. Streams taught me to keep flowing despite obstacles.

Wildflowers growing through concrete showed me how to thrive in unlikely places.

At my lowest point, I reached out to my mentor, Jenni. Her guidance helped me recognize the healing

power that nature had already begun within me. With her support, I started to translate my pain into

purpose and a new brand image that began to and continues to light me up daily! Jenni found my inner

leading lady and set her on the stage again and again as I evolved and gained clarity on how to translate my

passion to help into a compelling business brand and model.

My connection with the natural world became the new iteration of me and my purpose - HeartCore
