Presentación Este nuevo nivel de certificación está previsto arrancar a finales de 2025, siendo requisitos los siguientes: 1.- Tener superado y en vigor (ojo a los 3 años de vigencia) el nivel Fundamentos. 2.- Realizar y superar un Curso Autorizado de buildingSMART en butic con un mínimo de 24 de duración. 3.- Demostrar al menos 2 años de trabajo profesional remunerado en entornos openBIM, incluyendo la participación en proyectos que supongan hacer uso de estándares y servicios de buildingSMART. Learning Outcome Framework
1. General openBIM knowledge
1.1 Explore openBIM processes, buildingSMART standards, and services in the context of Information Management
according to ISO19650.
1.2 Explain how openBIM supports interoperability during the design, assembly, and operation phases.
1.3 Interpret buildingSMART standards and services, and learn how to apply them in practice.
1.4 Discover the concepts of IFC.
1.5 Classify the available software and its relevance in openBIM workflows.
2. Requirements definition
2.1 Analyze information needs from exemplary use cases.
2.2 Determine IFC entities and properties corresponding to information requirements.
2.3 Explain how Information Delivery Specifications (IDS) are structured and can be used.
2.4 Create IDS using specific information requirements.
2.5 Look up content in the bSDD service to increase information consistency.
2.6 Describe the process of auditing an IDS.
2.7 Explain the benefits of publishing to the bSDD service classes, properties, materials, relationships between those,
and more.
3. openBIM data production
3.1 Develop a BIM dataset, following a specification (IDS), and export it to an IFC file with the correct settings.
3.2 Apply geographic referencing and implement this using IFC.
3.3 Ensure accurate model alignment.
3.4 Explore using IFC information for cost estimation, building permitting, tendering, scheduling, and handover.
3.5 Enrich BIM datasets by referencing bSDD definitions.
3.6 Interpret challenges of merging IFC files.
4. Model check and validation
4.1 Federate different discipline models into a coordination model.
4.2 Filter and select objects.
4.3 Perform clash detection in the coordination model.
