The fire hawk band

Long time father and son team, and Santaquin residents, Tom Manzanares and
Marty Manzanares front the Fire Hawk band. The band has enjoyed 42 years of local
popularity and success, and was founded in 1983 when Tom parted ways with another
very popular band, the Chapparals. In 1993 Tom’s oldest son Marty joined the band as
Lead guitarist and vocalist, and the pair haven’t looked back since! The current
members are some most sought after, talented musicians in the mountain west.
Randy Corbett (Drums), Tony Chavez (Lead guitar), and Greg Restad (Steel Guitar,
Lead Guitar). The band is one of Utah’s top country and rock band, and are known for
their edgy sound, showmanship and their ability to connect with an audience.
Fire Hawk’s style of music can be described as a blend of country old and new
& classic and modern rock. Fire Hawk truly excels at what they do,
and love doing it! Over the years the band has shared the stage with many
big-name acts including King Calaway, Chris Ledoux, The Bellamy Brothers,
Restless Heart, Ty Herndon, Mel McDaniels, Highway 101, Ricochet, and Dan Seals.

Welcome Rodeo Fans to Young Living’s

Every year, approximately 7500 cowboys
compete in 650 rodeos for more than $30 million
in prize money. Sanctioning over a third of
these annual rodeos in the US and Canada is
the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association
(PRCA), the oldest, largest and highest paying
rodeo organization in the world. The PRCA rodeo
season culminates each year with the tenday
National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in December
in Las Vegas, Nevada. The NFR is the premier
championship rodeo event in the U.S. where the
top fifteen money-earners in the eight events
compete for a $10 million total purse and the
chance to earn a World Championship in their
event. Young Living is the “Last Chance Rodeo”
for rodeo participants to qualify for the NFR
National Rodeo Finals held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Legacy Pro Rodeo celebrates the rich heritage of American rodeo, rooted in the storied history of
Bar T Rodeo, founded by Swanny Kerby in Utah. As Swanny led those wild horses to Moab, UT in 1948,
history began. Legacy is the culmination of many moments, influenced and not dictated. We stand before
you because of generations of relentless commitment and dedication from the Kerby’s and the Flitton’s.

as we continue to tell this story to future generations.

John Harrison
John Harrison, rodeo clown and entertainer,
has worked rodeos from coast to coast and
has made 13 appearances at the prestigious
National Finals Rodeo, three times as a
specialty act performer an 10 times as a
barrel man. You may see John just about
anywhere in the United States entertaining
crowds in his signature yellow shirt with red
fringe and topped off with the red cowboy
hat. He packs several different acts with
him in his living quarters trailer, so there is
no telling what you may see!
John comes by the rodeo and family aspect
honestly, while he is a noted rodeo clown
and barrel man, his late grandfather was
rodeo legend, Freckles Brown.
(Freckles rode the “unrideable” bull
Tornado, the subject of Western Music
songs, and was a World Champion Bull
Rider in 1962) John was around rodeo and
rodeo people his whole life. He became a
member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys
Association (PRCA) in 1999, as a trick
and roman rider, and trick roper. He later
diversified and added barrel man to his
PRCA card.
John Harrison and team are known as
“The Clown Family” among rodeo fans
and professionals. You rarely see John at
a rodeo without his tribe. He and his wife,
Carla have had 4 children. Addy, their
oldest is embarking on a fun journey of her
own. She interviews contestants & personnel
and then asks them questions kids want
to know about. Caz, their son, has been
seen dressed just like John entertaining
and doing flips during the mutton busting,
but now is focusing on steer riding and
all things hunting. Next in line would be
Billie, a daughter, now an angel in Heaven
now. Capping off the crew is the youngest
girl, Charlee, who is the self-proclaimed
“leader” of everything, but especially the
Clown Family!
John feels blessed to be doing what he
loves and with those he loves at his side.

Outlaw Country Swing Dancing is thrilled to bring the joy of swing dancing to the fall festival!
We will be leading the dance party on our hardwood floor. With years of experience and a love
for all things swing. No partner needed – just bring your enthusiasm!

Whispering
springs knights
The Knights of Whispering Springs bring you a live and thrilling show, patterned after the shows
from the 15th century. They will perform games and the medieval joust, which by no means
is safe or easy. It is entertaining to watch by all. Come enjoy and support our show herald,
Sir Mike as he calls into the arena our knights, Sir Jacob, Sir Cameron, Lady Chyrah
and Lady Hailey as they compete against each other.

Whitney Lusk is a home-grown Country artist from Spanish Fork,
Utah. This rising country star is sure to grab your attention with
her catchy lyrics and phenomenal vocals! Whitney travels from
L.A. to Nashville to song-write, perform and promote her music.
She’s opened for Country Legends Josh Turner, Maddie & Tae,
Aaron Watson, Granger Smith, Russel Dickerson, Billy Currington,
and many more. She has worked with artists such as Colbie Caillat, and John Rzenznick (from the
Goo Goo Dolls). She has written with songwriting legends Ronnie Bowman, Sharon Vaughn,
Big Al Anderson, Leslie Satcher and Jason Deere.
