Hop Sing Palace. Nothing speaks to an eatery’s success like longevity.
Hop Sing Palace opened in Historic Folsom 68 years ago—
back in 1957—and is one the region’s oldest continually running
restaurants. Places with this kind of permanency are clearly doing
something right: wonderful food, service, and location. Hop Sing
checks all the boxes—and more. I asked a well-known local chef
who has been going here for years what his favorite menu items are;
