Designed by an Orthodontist,
trusted by Orthodontists worldwide.
We owe much of our success to the dedication
of Dr Richard Cousley, who became our clinical
advisor, educator and collaborator.
Dr Cousley has amassed a wealth of experience
treating complex cases both as a Consultant
Orthodontist in both UK hospitals and private
practice.
He has published a landmark textbook on miniimplant
anchorage (second edition published
in 2020), plus numerous papers on clinical
and technical innovations in orthodontic bone
anchorage and biomechanics, and lectures widely
on this topic.
If you haven’t already, we invite you to book on to
one of our Infinitas course dates.
We created Infinitas mini-implants to satisfy the
demand for a simple and user-friendly miniimplant
system which met the needs of today’s
orthodontists.
The popular Infinitas course will build on your
existing confidence; introduce you to like-minded
individuals passionate about world class bone
anchorage and, give you the opportunity to ask
the Infinitas team questions directly.

Why Choose Infinitas?
Precision, reliability and simplicity in every case.
With its versatility, ease of use, and digital integration, the Infinitas Mini Implant System
is designed to support every indication for use—helping clinicians achieve predictable
results with maximum efficiency.
Unique Head Designs for Versatile Applications
The standard Infinitas head allows secure
attachment of all common forms of traction.
Auxiliaries such as closing coil springs, elastomeric
chain, and .021x.025 rectangular wire are held firmly
on a single traction level.
The new round head mini implants have been
purpose-designed for use with palatal sliders and
distalising appliances—broadening the scope of
treatment possibilities.
Self-Drilling Insertion
Every Infinitas mini implant is self-drilling, ensuring
easy insertion and maximum stability.
The advanced thread design eliminates the need
for full pilot holes, while the Infinitas cortical punch
minimizes torque in dense cortical bone.
Digital Innovation
In collaboration with DB Digital’s services, Infinitas
can be uniquely integrated with metal 3D-printed
appliances, including RME expansion and mesial
sliders.
This delivers:
• Clinically precise appliances for improved
outcomes
• No need for separators or molar bands,
enhancing patient comfort
• Reduced chair time for the clinician

In collaboration with
DB Digital Solutions offers a range of innovative orthodontic products
and services created by skilled technicians using the latest technology
advancements.
FAST
The use of digital processes cuts down turnaround
times, and so the time between taking the intra-oral
scan and receiving the custom-made appliance is
reduced.
EFFICIENT
Innovative techniques used when designing and
making appliances result in fewer appointments being
needed and less time being spent chairside.
PRECISE
Cutting-edge, digitally designed, and 3D-printed
appliances provide full customisation and high
precision.
COMFORTABLE
Putting patient comfort at the forefront of design, our
3D-printed appliances eliminate the need for bands
and separators.
CONVENIENT
Scans are accepted via various channels,
streamlining case submission for clinicians and
eliminating the need for alginate/silicone impressions.

Infinitas Stent Guidance System
The Infinitas system combines highly specialised
instruments with a unique 3D guidance delivery
system. Using the guidance stent will give
confidence and peace of mind that the correct
insertion site and angles are achieved.
The stent contains a guide cylinder which
accurately guides all instrumentation to the
prescribed position.
The stent components, available in the Infinitas
Guidance Kit, simplify the production of a 3D stent
and ensure effortless and accurate mini-implant
insertion in any location.
DB Orthodontics offers a stent production service
from an impression or intra-oral scan; whether you
embrace digital or prefer a traditional workflow,
Infinitas fits.
• Provides a reproducible 3D insertion.
• Provides stable insertion point
• (no slippage of implant tip on bone) during
oblique insertion and especially helpful in
difficult to access sites e.g. palate.
• Reduces perforation risks.
• Inspires confidence in implant novices and
difficult
• access insertions.
• Prescribes insertion details for other clinicians.
• Reduces surgery time & stress.

Palatal Applications
Palatal mini implant placement requires the use of a specialist
handpiece. The recommended device is the NSK ISD900,
which is lightweight and provides sufficient torque at low
speed. This allows for controlled and precise mini implant
insertion.
The Infinitas system includes three mini inserts (mucotome,
cortical bone punch and screwdriver inserts) Each insert is
designed with a contra-angle latch grip connection, making
them compatible with the NSK ISD900 handpiece or any other
latch grip handpiece of similar design.
Mucotome insert used
when necessary to
remove soft tissue
Cortical bone punch used
when necessary to perforate
dense cortical bone
Screwdriver insert used in
all cases for mini implant
placement
