Mission and Objectives
We aim to create a joint space for local governments to share
knowledge and exchange experience on financial management.
The CSPF is a forum for thinking together and improving the
comparability of financial data across European cities, enhancing the
quality, effectiveness, efficiency and accountability of public sector
management.
Our mission is to unite larger reform-driven European cities around
common core values and a shared commitment to quality
management, sustainability, liquidity and the resilience of public
sector finances. These are the guarantors of Europe’s economic
competitiveness, its social policies and, ultimately, the wellbeing of its
citizens.
