wellness unfolds with far-reaching views – over the 180°
panoramic horizon as well as on the inside, into your
own experience.
The sun infinity pool (20 x 9 m & 32 °C) invites you to drift,
to pause in pole position with wow effect and 180° dream
views of the Dolomites. In the pleasantly warm indoor
pool (33 °C), moments of weightlessness begin, seamlessly
continuing in the year-round heated outdoor pool (34 °C)
with Dolomites view. In the salt-water relax pool (8 x 5 m &
36 °C, from 16 years) even the water feels soft, while the
plunge pool with crystal-clear mountain spring water
(8 x 3 m & 14 °C, from 16 years) reinvigorates your circulation.

views, indoors and outdoors blend together naturally. The
wellness bar indulges you with fresh fruit, vegetable sticks
with dip, dried fruit, nuts, fresh teas, spring water and juices
– a gentle pleasure to accompany you.

As the winter morning awakens, a day full of culinary
delights begins at the Alpen Tesitin. From 7.15 to 11.00 am,
our breakfast welcomes you with the aroma of freshly brewed
coffee, warm bread from the organic baker and sweet
creations from our in-house patisserie. Egg dishes, smoothies
and honey from the beekeeper in Tesido complete the
breakfast experience – also available in your room too, for
an especially relaxed start to the day (surcharge applies).
At midday, the show kitchen comes to life. From 12.30 to 2.00 pm,
refined dishes are freshly prepared with love and regional
ingredients. Alternatively, enjoy our à-la-carte selection from
12.00 to 2.00 pm (surcharge applies).
And for those who prefer to indulge in between, from 12.30
to 4.30 pm the afternoon buffet offers fresh salads, fine
antipasti and sweet temptations from our AT cake work-
shop: a culinary pause after a walk through the snowy
winter landscape.
As day turns to evening, the gourmet finale begins. Between
6.45 and 8.45 pm, we serve 5 to 7 courses – artfully composed,
optionally vegetarian or individually tailored on request. Those
who prefer may also choose from our à la carte (no surcharge).
And for those with a later appetite, our 24-hour menu offers
refined dishes around the clock (surcharge applies).
To accompany your meal: exquisite wines from all over the world,
curated by our sommeliers Max and Noel. 365 labels – and twice
a week, exclusive wine tastings in the AT wine bunker, with
Dolomites view and stories to remember (surcharge applies).

Children and teenagers Underground parking
– All children and teenagers receive a fluffy bathrobe and AT bath
slippers, plus access to the kids’ & teens’ room with many highlights:
chill-out corner, climbing wall, Lamborghini driving simulator, table
football, soft Lego, Fun4Four game table, Nintendo Switch with Mario
Kart, Fortnite gaming station and more.
– Swimming area with indoor pool (33 °C) and outdoor pool (34 °C).

We are happy to reserve an underground parking space for €10.00
per day if you have booked a Single Room Alm, Double Room Wiese or
Dolomites Suite. For all other suites, underground parking is included in
the rate.
Check-in & check-out
Your room will be ready from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. If arriving after
7:00 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to
vacate your room by 10:30 am.

Prices
Prices are per person per night including ¾ gourmet board. A local tax of
€4.00 per person per night will be charged on site. Children under 14 years of
age are exempt from paying local tax.
Children’s discount
When staying in their parents’ room with two full-paying adults, children
receive the following reductions:
• 0-2 years: €40.00 per day, incl. cot, meals and milk
• 3-6 years: 60% reduction off the daily rate
• 7-11 years: 50% reduction off the daily rate
• 12-16 years: 40% reduction off the daily rate
• from 17 years: 20% reduction off the daily rate
Additional services
Free high-speed internet. Evening entertainment with live music. Complimentary
pick-up and drop-off service from the train and bus station
in Monguelfo. Travelling without a car? Reserve our VW Polo, the fully
electric BMW iX or the Mercedes G-500 for your stay (for a fee). Südtirol

Insurance & cancellation
Travel cancellation insurance
Sometimes things don’t go as planned. To save you from any unexpected
costs, we recommend taking out our “Hotelstorno Plus” travel cancellation
insurance. It covers cancellation fees via the European Travel Insurance and
can be booked together with your reservation.
Cancellation
Please inform us in writing in case of cancellation. There are no cancellation
fees up to 4 weeks before arrival. From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival we
charge 50% of the booked stay. For cancellations 7 days before arrival or
less, we charge 75% of the booked stay. In case of late arrival or early departure,
the full booked stay will be charged. The cancellation is only valid
once confirmed by us in writing.
