As the winter morning awakens, a day full of culinary

delights begins at the Alpen Tesitin. From 7.15 to 11.00 am,

our breakfast welcomes you with the aroma of freshly brewed

coffee, warm bread from the organic baker and sweet

creations from our in-house patisserie. Egg dishes, smoothies

and honey from the beekeeper in Tesido complete the

breakfast experience – also available in your room too, for

an especially relaxed start to the day (surcharge applies).

At midday, the show kitchen comes to life. From 12.30 to 2.00 pm,

refined dishes are freshly prepared with love and regional

ingredients. Alternatively, enjoy our à-la-carte selection from

12.00 to 2.00 pm (surcharge applies).

And for those who prefer to indulge in between, from 12.30

to 4.30 pm the afternoon buffet offers fresh salads, fine

antipasti and sweet temptations from our AT cake work-

shop: a culinary pause after a walk through the snowy

winter landscape.

As day turns to evening, the gourmet finale begins. Between

6.45 and 8.45 pm, we serve 5 to 7 courses – artfully composed,

optionally vegetarian or individually tailored on request. Those

who prefer may also choose from our à la carte (no surcharge).

And for those with a later appetite, our 24-hour menu offers

refined dishes around the clock (surcharge applies).

To accompany your meal: exquisite wines from all over the world,

curated by our sommeliers Max and Noel. 365 labels – and twice

a week, exclusive wine tastings in the AT wine bunker, with

Dolomites view and stories to remember (surcharge applies).
