Pest is a paradise for architecture lovers, with land-

marks that are simply unmissable for any visitor. Following

are some of the city’s most iconic buildings - each

a masterpiece in its own right, offering a glimpse into

Budapest’s rich history and timeless charm.

HUNGARIAN PARLIAMENT BUILDING

Completed in 1904 based on plans by Imre Steindl,

the Parliament Building is a Neo‐Gothic masterpiece

and one of Europe’s most captivating seats of

government. Reaching 96 meters in height (a symbolic

tribute to 896, the year of the Hungarian conquest)

and adorned with 365 towers of varying sizes,

the building blends grandeur with meaning. Inside,

gilded halls and sweeping marble staircases lead

to Hungary’s most precious relic, the Holy Crown.

Whether admired from a river cruise, across the

water in Buda, or up close on Kossuth Square,

it’s a defining landmark of Budapest’s skyline.

1055 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos tér 1-3.

ST. STEPHEN’S BASILICA

Just a short walk from the Parliament stands

Budapest’s largest church, built as a gesture of

gratitude for divine intervention during the 1838

flood of Pest, when hundreds found refuge on the

small hill where the basilica (named after Hungary’s

first Christian king) now rises. Construction

began in 1851 under architect József Hild, who envisioned

a grand neoclassical design. After Hild’s

death in 1867, Miklós Ybl took over, adding a touch

of Neo‐Renaissance elegance. A dramatic setback

came in 1868, when the massive dome collapsed,

delaying the project for decades. Completed in

1906, St. Stephen’s Basilica reaches 96 meters,

exactly the height of the Parliament, a deliberate

symbol of equality between church and state.

1051 Budapest, Szent István tér 1.

PESTI VIGADÓ

A jewel of 19th‐century Hungarian Romantic

architecture, the Pesti Vigadó (“place of merriment”)

was designed by Frigyes Feszl and

opened in 1865, replacing an earlier concert hall

destroyed in the 1848–49 War of Independence.

Its fairy‐tale façade blends Eastern and Gothic

motifs, while ornate interiors have hosted generations

of concerts, balls, and historic events - including

Emperor Franz Joseph’s 1867 coronation

banquet and the 1873 merger that created Budapest.

Once graced by Liszt and Brahms, today it

remains a vibrant arts venue, pairing panoramic

river views with culinary pleasures.

LISZT FERENC ACADEMY OF MUSIC

When Goethe coined the phrase “architecture is

frozen music”, he might well have imagined the

Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. Founded by the

virtuoso pianist himself, the academy found its

permanent home in 1907 in a grand palace designed

by the architect duo Flóris Korb and Kálmán

Giergl. Originally rich in Art Nouveau detail, the

façade was altered under government pressure

toward Baroque elements favoured by the imperial

court. Inside, Zsolnay ceramics, gilded motifs, and

Miksa Róth’s stained glass echo the artistry performed

in its luxurious concert hall, where legends

from Bartók to Kodály once played.

1061 Budapest, Liszt Ferenc tér 8.

DOHÁNY STREET SYNAGOGUE

In the heart of Budapest’s lively Jewish Quarter

stands the magnificent Dohány Street Synagogue

- the largest in Europe and the second largest in

the world. Designed by Viennese architect Ludwig

Förster and completed in 1859, its Moorish‐Revival

style is marked by twin towers soaring 44 meters

high and a vast 1,200‐square‐meter interior

that seats nearly 3,000 worshippers, arranged in

a basilical layout. Visitors can also explore the

Hungarian Jewish Museum, the Raoul Wallenberg

Memorial Park, and the historic graveyard, all

part of a complex that reflects centuries of faith,

culture, and resilience.

NEW YORK CAFÉ

Often hailed as the most beautiful café in the

world, Budapest’s New York Café opened in 1894,

dazzling guests with fountains, ceiling frescoes,

Venetian chandeliers, and its famous twisted

columns. Legend has it that, during the opening

celeb rations, young playwright Ferenc Molnár

seized the café’s key, ran to the Danube with

friends, and tossed it into the river so it would

never close. Commissioned by the New York

Life Insurance Company and designed by Alajos

Hauszmann with Flóris Korb and Kálmán Giergl,

the palace boasts a bronze‐faun‐adorned façade

and allegorical statues that depict America, Hungary,

Wealth, and Liberty.

1073 Budapest, Erzsébet körút 9-11.

PÁRISI COURTYARD

Budapest’s only surviving turn‐of‐the‐century

shopping arcade is a masterpiece of Henrik

Schmahl, completed in 1912 for the Belvárosi Savings

Bank. Inspired by Paris’s Passage des Panoramas,

the historicist palace blends Moorish,

Arab, and Art Nouveau motifs in a dazzling display

of majolica tiles, Murano glass mosaics, and

a spectacular crystal‐prism dome. Today, Párisi

Passage Café & Brasserie welcomes guests to

linger over coffee, fine dining, or evening cocktails

beneath the building’s swank ceiling, surrounded

by the elegance of a bygone time.

A Hilltop Fairytale

THE BUDA CASTLE DISTRICT

Once hailed as one of Europe’s crown jewels, the Buda Castle District

still reigns in beauty. Perched high above the Danube, its cobbled streets,

grand facades, and sweeping views weave a timeless tapestry of history,

legend, and charm. Join us as we explore the most notable landmarks!

FISHERMAN’S BASTION

HUNGARIAN NATIONAL GALLERY

Dominating the southern end of Castle Hill, the

Royal Palace has served many roles over the centuries,

from medieval fortress to royal residence.

Today, its grand Baroque wings house the Hungarian

National Gallery, the country’s premier fine art

museum. Spanning from medieval panel paintings

and Gothic altarpieces to 19th‐century landscapes

and modern works, the collection offers a sweeping

journey through Hungary’s artistic heritage.

Stepping onto the Savoy Terrace continues that

journey in the open air, with panoramic views over

the Danube, Pest’s skyline, and the city’s most

iconic landmarks unfolding like a living canvas.

FISHERMAN’S BASTION

Built from Kőbánya limestone, the Fisherman’s

Bastion was designed by Frigyes Schulek between

1895 and 1902 as the final stage of the Matthias

Church restoration. Its seven spired towers honor

the seven chieftains of the conquering Magyar

tribes, while its name recalls the medieval fishermen’s

guild that once defended this stretch of the

castle wall. Originally planned to feature statues of

the chieftains, the figures were instead placed in

the Millennium Memorial on Heroes’ Square. Today,

its fairy‐tale terraces offer free, year‐round

views over the Danube, Parliament, and Castle Hill.

ST. STEPHEN’S HALL

MATTHIAS CHURCH

Matthias Church, so named after King Matthias Corvinus,

has stood at the heart of Buda’s Castle District

since the 13th century. Over time it has witnessed

royal coronations, served as a mosque during the

Ottoman occupation, and endured wars and reconstructions.

Its striking Neo‐Gothic appearance is

the result of a grand 19th‐century restoration by

Frigyes Schulek, who added magnificent details and

crowned its roof with shimmering, patterned Zsolnay

tiles. Now, the church’s vibrant covering, ivory-white

belfry, and richly decorated interior make

it one of Budapest’s most iconic landmarks.

1014 Budapest, Szentháromság tér 2.

ST. STEPHEN’S HALL

Initially created in 1902 to showcase the finest

achievements of Hungarian applied arts, St. Stephen’s

Hall honored Hungary’s first king in both

name and grandeur. Lavished with gilded stuccoes,

carved wood, sparkling chandeliers, and

Zsolnay ceramics, it was among the Royal Palace’s

most stunning interiors. Destroyed during

World War II and used as a storeroom afterwards,

the hall has been faithfully rebuilt from original

plans, photographs, and surviving fragments.

Since then, it once again dazzles visitors with

its turn‐of‐the‐century elegance and masterful

craftsmanship.

ROYAL RIDING HALL

Originally completed in 1902 to serve the equestrian

needs of the Royal Guard, the opulent Royal

Riding Hall once stood as a testament to Hungary’s

significance within the Austro-Hungarian

Empire. Severely damaged in World War II and

later demolished, it was lost for decades. In recent

years, the hall has been meticulously rebuilt

to its former glory, based on original plans and

photographs. Featuring ornate façades, grand

arched windows, and elegant proportions, the

revived building now hosts cultural events and

exhibitions, adding a new chapter to the Castle

District’s living heritage.

VÍZIVÁROS AREA

Named for the wells that once supplied water to

Buda’s royal court, Víziváros (the “Watertown”)

has flourished for centuries in the shadow of Castle

Hill. Start at the Neo‐Renaissance Várkert Bazár,

linking the Danube embankment to the Royal

Palace. Stroll past the Chain Bridge, an icon of

reform‐era engineering, and watch the funicular

glide up to Castle Hill. Pause at Corvin Square to

glimpse fossilized Ice Age footprints, then admire

the striking red‐brick Szilágyi Dezső Square Reformed

Church. In Batthyány Square, visit the

Market Hall, the baroque Casanova House, and

St. Anne’s Church, hailed by writer Antal Szerb as

Budapest’s most beautiful building.

ELIZABETH LOOKOUT

Discover Budapest at the perfect pace, step by step. From leafy

parks and riverside promenades to hilltop lookouts and lively

boulevards, these five walks weave together the city’s history,

nature, and vibrant street life into unforgettable journeys.

GELLÉRT HILL

Rising above the Danube’s banks, Gellért Hill is

home to one of Budapest’s most rewarding walks.

Once feared as a gathering place for witches, it

now welcomes travellers to begin their climb at

the St. Gellért Monument, honoring the martyred

bishop who gave the hill its name. Wander upward

along shady trails to the serene Garden of Philosophers,

where statues of spiritual and religious

leaders share quiet wisdom and the city unfolds

below. The climb ends at the Citadel, erected as a

fortress during Austrian rule, and now a lookout

where all of Budapest lies at your feet.

For a stroll that blends flavour, charm, and creative

energy, cross from Pest to Buda on foot. Begin

your walk at Fővám tér, boasting the Great Market

Hall, a late‐19th‐century masterpiece brimming

with local produce, paprika, and pastries. Step outside

and cross the graceful green span of Liberty

Bridge, enjoying sweeping views of the Danube

and Gellért Hill. On the Buda side, you’ll arrive at

Bartók Béla Boulevard, a lively avenue famed for

its literary cafés, bistros, and art galleries. Here,

the scent of fresh coffee mingles with artistic spirit,

making it the perfect place to linger and soak

up Budapest’s contemporary urban vibe.

NORMAFA

To end our guide on a literal high note, we recommend

a trip to Budapest’s highest point, the

527‐meter‐tall János Hill. Your journey begins at

Normafa, popular for its scenic hiking trails, crisp

air, and sweeping vistas. From here, follow the

forested paths upward to the Elizabeth Lookout,

designed by Frigyes Schulek, and climb its steps

for a panoramic view of the city and beyond. Once

you’ve caught your breath, reward yourself with a

VAJDAHUNYAD CASTLE

A historical architectural ensemble, Vajdahu nyad

Castle serves as the home of the Hungarian Agricultural

some of the most emblematic buildings

of the medieval Kingdom of Hungary. The

main (and probably most eye-catching) structure

is a smaller-scale replica of Transylvania’s Corvin

KAZINCZY STREET IS WORTH A VISIT NOT ONLY IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR

TRENDY NIGHTLIFE SPOTS, BUT ALSO IF YOU'RE IN THE MOOD FOR A HIS‐

TORICAL ADVENTURE. HIDDEN HERE IS THE CITY’S FIRST SECRET MUSEUM,

A TRUE TIME MACHINE TAKING YOU BACK TO THE FORMER HOME OF A RE‐

NOWNED METALWARE MANUFACTURER, AND BUDAPEST IN THE 20TH CENTURY.

It's hard to list all the things that once operated

at 47 Kazinczy Street: factory, steam bath, cinema...

Today, the building functions as a hotel,

but it’s the basement that hides the real adventure:

the Mika Tivadar Secret Museum, offering

real urban-history gems. Here you can discover

the Blue Cat – which, despite its playful name,

was once Europe’s most famous brothel – a “floating

morgue” on the Danube, and countless buildings

that whisper stories from the stormy days of

the previous century.

The exhibition wouldn’t be complete without the

ornate objects and menorahs from the factory of

Tivadar Mika himself – the underground museum

also holds rare treasures like sugar and meat tickets

from 1945, newspapers and posters, and colorized

photos of the bustling downtown streets. The

Mika Tivadar Secret Museum has recently opened

a brand-new room: if you manage to find the door

adorned with the portrait of Emperor Maximilian I

of Mexico and descend the glowing red staircase,

you can witness “Red Devils in Mexico”. This new

exhibition explores the surprising role that Hungarians

played in the 19th-century civil war on

Aztec soil – with incredible illustrations. The Mika

Tivadar Secret Museum is open daily, Monday to

Sunday, from 8 AM to 10 PM, showing Budapest

from a truly unique perspective. The museum is

accessible through the hotel lobby or via MITICO,

with a walk-in ticket or table reservation (brunch in

the morning and cocktail bar in the evening).

A Journey Through Time

From hidden bunkers to immersive time‐travel, Budapest offers

countless ways to step back into its rich and complex history.

These unique venues invite you to explore bygone eras, encounter

iconic figures, and experience the city’s heritage through sights,

sounds, and stories that stay with you long after your visit.

Hospital in the Rock

Beneath the Buda Castle lies one of Budapest’s most fascinating

time capsules: the Hospital in the Rock. Built in 1939

within Castle Hill’s labyrinth of caverns, it served as both an

emergency hospital and bomb shelter, saving countless lives

during the Siege of Budapest and later the 1956 Revolution.

Transformed into a Cold War nuclear bunker, it remained

classified until 2002. Since opening to the public in 2008, its

corridors have been lined with original medical gear, preserved

furnishings, and nearly 200 eerily realistic wax figures,

providing a striking, close‐up look at the city’s turbulent

20th‐century history.

For a thrilling leap through Budapest’s past, step into Time

Machine Budapest! An era‐hopping lift whisks you between

seven faithfully recreated periods, brought to life with VR

and AR technology, atmospheric sets, and dramatic audiovisual

effects. Guided by the charismatic Time Traveller, you’ll

witness pivotal moments, from the birth of Budapest to the

streets of the 1956 Revolution, and encounter well‐known

Hungarian actors in holographic cameos. This 90‐minute,

small‐group journey is as engaging for history buffs as it is

for curious first‐timers, offering a vivid, multi‐sensory way to

explore the city’s bygone eras.

House of Terror

On lavish Andrássy Avenue, the House of Terror confronts

visitors with Hungary’s darkest 20th‐century chapters. Once

headquarters to the Arrow Cross Party and later the communist

secret police, the building now houses a museum honouring

the victims of both regimes. Its entrancing exhibits

pull you into history: watch footage of the rigged 1945 election

from inside a voting booth, sit in a courtroom lined with

surveillance files, or descend into the chilling basement cells

where prisoners were held and tortured. With original artefacts,

haunting soundscapes, and stark design, it’s a sobering,

unforgettable experience.

Marking Budapest’s 150th anniversary, the House of Music

Hungary invites visitors into its Sound Dome for a 360°

audiovisual journey crafted with Animatiqua and Fortepan’s

historic photo archive. Animated images bring the park’s past

to life, from the grandeur of the 1896 World Exhibition to vanished

landmarks and let you “walk” alongside figures such as

Liszt, Bartók, and Tesla. The 24‐minute film sweeps through

decades of change, from May Day festivities to today’s evolving

cityscape, painting a moving, panoramic portrait of one

of Budapest’s most beloved green spaces. Please note that

Opened in 1896 to mark Hungary’s millennial celebrations,

Budapest’s M1 line holds the distinction of being the first metro

in continental Europe. Running beneath Andrássy Avenue,

its compact yellow carriages and charmingly preserved stations

give passengers a glimpse of Budapest’s fin‐de‐siècle

splendour. Step onto the platforms and you’ll notice the gleam

of Zsolnay ceramic tiles, a hallmark of turn-of-the-century

Hungarian craftsmanship, alongside ornate ironwork and

wooden ticket booths. Still in daily use, the M1 is both a practical

Dinner

with a show

THE BEST OF FOLKLORE MEETS THE CITY

We arrive on Thursday evening, ready to get into

the weekend spirit with the 3-hour-long program,

including a 55-minute folklore revue show

by Britain’s Got Talent’s Tímea Papp. We haven’t

even stepped inside yet, but we’re already smiling:

a fiery red “paprika hallway” welcomes us

at the entrance. From the cloakroom, we’d head

straight to our table – we heard that there’s already

a basket of bread waiting for us, begging to

be topped with Liptauer cheese spread and smoky

eggplant cream – but we can’t resist a quick peek

into the shop first, where a sweet puli mug instantly

makes it onto our wishlist. After the short

detour, we finally make it to the auditorium, and

it feels like we’ve stepped into a folk tale. Overhead,

a giant stork; trees stretching skyward; on

the walls, wooden boards and plates, one of which

boldly declaring in curly lettering that “goulash is

a soup”. Seeing the huge stage, we nod in approval

– judging by its size, a truly grand show awaits.

FLAVOURS FULL OF RYTHM AND TRADITION

But before that, there are still two more courses to

go. Paprika Revue House doesn’t make it easy for

us, as we could choose from four menus – premium,

fish, traditional and vegan. We went with the

last two, so now duck liver pâté and a roasted celeriac

tartare await us – we pat ourselves on the

back, excellent choices so far! We alternate between

pouring ourselves wine and fruity “szörp”

– a ritual we’ll repeat more than once tonight,

as Paprika offers unlimited drinks. We’ve barely

taken our first spoonfuls of soup – Goulash soup

in a caldron with Hungarian pinched noodles and

porcini mushroom cream soup, oh my! – when the

show begins. The story follows the adventures of

a playful shepherd: while he wanders around Budapest

in search of his sheep, the audience gets to

explore Hungarian traditions thanks to dancers,

musicians, a tightrope walker, and singers dressed

in contemporary-folk-inspired costumes.

BREATHTAKING SOLOS

AND COLORFUL PERFORMANCES

In the dazzling scenes, Hungarian plains come to

life, sweet Zsolnay porcelain dolls take the stage to

dance, and of course, grandma’s recipe book also

makes an appearance. And when the first notes of

the touching folk song, “A csitári hegyek alatt” begin

to play… well, let’s just say there wasn’t a dry

eye in the house. During the intermission we get

to exchange a few words with the lead performer

and the dancers – but our attention is quickly stolen

by the arrival of the main courses. And really,

who could concentrate on anything when there is

rolled chicken paprikash with pearl barley casserole

and grilled cauliflower steak with Hungarian

ratatouille on the table? The second act wraps with

a breathtaking violin solo by a virtuoso performer

– but the evening isn’t over just yet, we’re still in for

a Somlói sponge cake trifle and a chocolate cake.

Around 10:30 PM, as we step out into Budapest’s

increasingly lively party district, we find ourselves

wishing we had more international friends – so we

could show them Paprika Revue House… and the

magic of our traditions.

Written by Mária György

As the weather cools

down, the city’s retro

scene is heating up. Step

into a time warp this winter

at the ultimate nostalgia

hotspots in Budapest.

TASTY TIME TRAVEL

No retro journey through Budapest is complete

without indulging in its nostalgic gastro scene,

where timeworn interiors and classic flavors

take center stage. Start at Bambi Eszpresszó on

Frankel Leó Street, a true local institution that

has been serving up warm sandwiches, pastries,

and coffee since the ’60s. With its unmistakable

vintage décor and timeless charm, it’s one of Buda’s

most iconic cafés. Over in City Park, Pántlika

awaits under its unmistakable sine wave roof,

a pavilion straight from 1963. Surrounded by

greenery, it’s famous for hearty burgers, smoked

meats, and a generous selection of pálinkas and

beers on tap—making it a beloved retro hangout

that blends nostalgia with good eats. In the city

center, UltraIbolya Espresso brings a fresh twist

to classic vibes. Just steps from its legendary

sister café Ibolya, this newcomer recreates a

“time stood still” ambience with space age lounge

chairs, orange lamps, and a menu packed with

toasted sandwiches, traditional dishes, and new

wave coffee specialties. Finally, at Batthyány

Square, the reborn Utasellátó channels its postwar

roots as a travelers’ snack bar, serving up

grill sausages, nostalgic hamburgers, and retro

sweets alongside modern bites.

BUDAPEST RETRO MUSEUM

The Budapest Retro Museum is the perfect fun indoor

escape, offering an interactive, three-story

journey through time. Step inside and immerse

yourself in nostalgia: wander through themed

rooms that recreate your Hungarian grandparents’

living room, or hop into a classic Lada police

car, once a familiar sight across the Eastern Bloc.

And when it’s time for a break, the museum’s cozy

bistro awaits with retro treats that will transport

your taste buds back in time.

For a cinema experience steeped in history, skip

the multiplexes and step into the legendary Bem

Mozi. This retro gem, serving moviegoers from

the same spot since 1905, offers an extraordinary

lineup of films—from timeless classics and arthouse

favorites to beloved animated hits. Seats

cannot be reserved, so be sure to arrive early and

soak in the theatre’s nostalgic atmosphere. While

RETRO TREASURE HUNT

Budapest is a paradise for nostalgia lovers, with

shops full of retro treasures at every turn. Eiffel

Bazaar and Club on Katona József Street offers

ceramics, vinyl, lamps, cameras, and rare antique

books, sometimes even hosting book auctions.

Industrial Lamp Budapest on Budafoki

Road is a haven for industrial and vintage items,

from lamps to furniture, with its monthly garage

sale making it hard to leave empty-handed. On

Margit Boulevard, FRANC dazzles with 70s–90s

furniture, clothing, paintings, and unique retro

finds. And E40 Design brings together retro, vintage,

and loft furniture, lamps, and décor—all under

TIME HEIST

Time Heist welcomes you with two new rooms! In

autumn, Time Heist offers exciting escape rooms,

and in addition to the already popular rooms, visitors

can now solve two new puzzles. The Mystery

Inc. room is set in a haunted castle where locals

hear strange noises at night. The Mystery Inc.

team is already investigating the case, but part

of the team has disappeared, and it's up to you to

unravel the mystery and find the culprits. You'll be

aided by logic, agility, and a dog willing to do anything

for snacks. The Horror Stories room takes

you to a closed psychiatric hospital with dark walls

hiding terrible secrets. Dr. Grey, who once led the

still tell eerie stories. Bravery is essential as you'll

SKANZEN VILLAGE MUSEUM

ARRIVE IN STYLE ON MAHART’S SCENIC CRUISE

While easy to reach by car, bicycle or suburban

train, the most picturesque way to arrive to Szentendre

is aboard Mahart’s daily boat, departing

at 10:30 from Vigadó Square. This scenic cruise

offers a fresh perspective on Budapest’s riverside

landmarks before carrying you to the enchanting

“city of painters.”

MEDITERRANEAN CHARM

ON THE DANUBE BEND

Stepping ashore, Szentendre greets you with

cobblestone streets and winding, narrow alleys

leading into sun‐drenched squares, all wrapped

in a charming Mediterranean atmosphere courtesy

of Serbian settlers who arrived from the 14th

century onwards. Colorful Baroque houses and

towering church spires define the skyline, while

quieter parts hide treasures like the free‐to‐visit

Japanese garden. For a bird’s‐eye view of this

jewel of the Danube bend, make your way up to the

Szamárhegy lookout, where a sweeping panorama

of the river and the town’s red‐tiled rooftops

offers an unforgettable highlight.

MAHART CRUISE

CULTURAL GEMS FOR EVERY INTEREST

Beyond its pleasant squares and twisting passageways,

Szentendre offers a wealth of cultural

venues that invite you to linger. Art lovers can explore

the Ferenczy Museum, home to works by the

town’s celebrated painters, while transport enthusiasts

will enjoy the quirky charm of the Public

Transport Museum, boasting around 60 refurbished

vehicles. Nostalgia takes centre stage at

the Retro Museum, where everyday objects from

decades past spark memories, and the Christmas

Museum keeps festive magic alive all year round.

For a sweeter kind of artistry, the Szamos Marzipan

Exhibition and Workshop showcases intricate

creations crafted from almond paste, offering visitors

not only the chance to watch master confectioners

at work, but also to join in hands‐on workshops

and create their own marzipan delights.

STEP BACK IN TIME

AT THE SKANZEN VILLAGE MUSEUM

No visit to Szentendre is complete without the

Skanzen, Hungary’s largest open‐air museum.

Set in a picturesque landscape, it brings rural

heritage to life with reconstructed farmhouses,

workshops, and village streets. Traditional crafts,

folk art, seasonal festivals, and hands‐on programs

make it a vivid journey into the past.

SAVOUR SZENTENDRE’S FLAVOURS

After exploring Szentendre’s sights, settle in at

one of its inviting restaurants or cafés. For a taste

of tradition, Aranysárkány Vendéglő and Obsitos

Étterem serve hearty Hungarian classics in

charming settings. Dorothea Bistro & Café offers

bistro dishes and a relaxed atmosphere, while

Teyföl RESTAURANT blends creativity with local

flavours. Teddy Beer is perfect for craft beer

buffs and burger lovers, while Panificio Il Basilico

Szentendre tempts with all-day brunch, artisan

breads, and Mediterranean flair.
