5th Edition of EduSkills Connect 2025:
Next Gen Skill Conclave at Shimla
The 5th Edition of Connect Next Gen Skills Conclave was successfully concluded at Shimla, marking yet
another milestone in our mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
The conclave brought together over 300+ Universities and Colleges, 100+ HR and Corporate Leaders, and
eminent Policymakers from across the nation. Leaders from academia, industry, government, and the tech
ecosystem convened to explore this year’s central theme —
“AI for AI – Artificial Intelligence for Academia & Industry.”
The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Shubhajit Jagadev, Founder & CEO of EduSkills,
highlighting EduSkills’s growth. Dignitaries from the Government Prof. K K Aggarwal, President, South Asian
University (SAARC), Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India, Dr. Buddha Chandrasekhar, CEO - Anuvadini AI &
CCO - AICTE, Dr. J P Dash, Principal Director – National Academy of Defence Production, Nagpur, Ministry of
Defence who emphasized the collective responsibility of academia and industry in nurturing an AI-ready
workforce.

Unveiling Milestones
On 17th September, we had the honor to unveil :
EduSkills Internship Ranking 2025 : Honoring top-performing institutions for outstanding student
participation, completion, and innovation under the AICTE–EduSkills Virtual Internship Programs. The
initiative encourages healthy competition and inspires colleges to adopt next-gen skill programs for a
future-ready India.
Rising Stars 2024 : Showcasing success stories of students who completed the AICTE–EduSkills
internships and went on to achieve remarkable feats in placements, higher studies, and
entrepreneurship—proving the power of skill-based learning and perseverance.
4 Years of AICTE–EduSkills Partnership : Celebrating four transformative years of empowering lakhs of
students with industry-relevant skills, hands-on learning, and career opportunities, strengthening the
bridge between academia and industry.

The 2nd Edition of EduSkills HR Summit 25 was successfully concluded at Shimla on 19th September. The
summit was graced by: Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla , Hon'ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Prof. K. K.

As a national flagship initiative, the summit brings together HR visionaries, academic leaders, policymakers,
