PEACE OF MIND
Our flight-inclusive holidays are protected via the ATOL scheme of financial
protection under our ATOL 10180, while our non-flight-inclusive packages are
protected by ABTOT. As members of ABTA and AITO, we follow their codes of
conduct to give agents and travellers confidence from enquiry to safe return.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
For us, aftersales has never been an afterthought. Our Concierge
Team goes beyond the booking, smoothing the details when plans
change and adding finishing touches along the way.

Five days packed with site visits and a few
real surprises. From villa breakfasts at
Windjammer Landing to incredible food and
views at Cap Maison, every stop showed
a different side of the island. We fitted in
visits to some fantastic properties, from
East Winds to Jade Mountain, and even
joined a local jump-up one evening — such
good fun. Sugar Beach was five-star in every
sense and right on the sand. It reminded
us why first-hand experience is so valuable

“Vietnam really surprised me. Hanoi was full
of life — scooters everywhere, food stalls
on every corner. We did a jeep tour and
ended up in tiny backstreets we’d never
have found otherwise. Cruising overnight
on the Heritage Binh Chuan in Halong Bay
was really special, and Ninh Binh, with its
caves and scenery, felt like Halong on land.
Travelling south, the private train to Quy
Nhon made the journey itself a highlight,
and Zannier Bãi San Hô completely wowed
us. Finishing in Ho Chi Minh on Vespas was
an unexpected perfect finale as well.”
