Robotics & AI Logistics Company of the Month

Powering

the future of

warehouse

intelligence

In this issue of Packaging, Warehouse & Automation, we are

pleased to feature Dexory as our Robotics and AI Logistics

Company of the Month

Founded in 2015 by Andrei

Danescu, Oana Jinga and Adrian

Negoita, and originally launched

as BotsAndUs, Dexory has

grown into a global leader in

warehouse automation and

logistics technology. Rebranded

in 2022, the company is

headquartered in Wallingford,

Oxfordshire, with a fast-growing

presence in the United States,

where it operates from Nashville, Tennessee.

Dexory delivers real-time visibility to the logistics

industry through a combination of autonomous

robots and its digital twin platform, DexoryView. By

integrating live data from robots directly into existing

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Dexory

gives managers a continuous, accurate overview

of warehouse operations. This transparency helps

organisations identify inefficiencies, correct errors

and improve overall supply chain performance.

Driving growth through innovation

Dexory’s growth story recently reached another major

milestone. In October 2025, the company announced

it had raised $165 million in Series C funding, led

by Eurazeo, with participation from LTS Growth,

Endeavor Catalyst and other existing investors. This

new round will accelerate Dexory’s product roadmap

and expand global access to its technology.

The investment underscores Dexory’s ability to

deliver immediate value in a market often hindered

by pilot projects and long deployment times. With

DexoryView, customers gain live visibility and

dependable, scalable insights without disruption,

driving measurable improvements in efficiency,

accuracy and productivity from day one.

Transforming how warehouses operate

Trusted by leading global players including DHL,

Maersk and GXO, Dexory is redefining how

organisations monitor and manage inventory.

DexoryView goes beyond simple data capture to

deliver trend analysis, space utilisation reports and

historical tracking that anticipate challenges and

optimise workflows before they escalate.

Operating across retail,

eCommerce, manufacturing,

automotive and pharmaceuticals,

Dexory is leading a new era

of intelligent logistics, where

automation, data intelligence and

digital twin technology combine

to boost productivity, reduce

errors and strengthen supply

chain resilience.

A platform built for intelligence and scale

“At Dexory, we’ve developed the world’s tallest

and most advanced fully autonomous warehouse

robot, operating seamlessly alongside people and

machinery,” said Oana Jinga, Co-founder and Chief

Commercial and Product Officer. “This platform

captures proprietary real-time data at a rate no one

else in the market can match. We feed that information

into our digital twin and optimisation platform, using AI

to deliver insights and forecasts that drive measurable

warehouse performance. By merging cutting-edge

robotics, comprehensive data capture and AI-driven

decision-making, we stand apart as a true innovator.”

Launched in early 2023, DexoryView is transforming

warehouse operations through real-time data, AI and

autonomous robotics. The platform provides actionable

insights designed to boost accuracy, efficiency and

throughput. The recent DexoryView Optimisation

module adds outbound planning, slotting verification and

congestion analysis, helping warehouse teams plan ahead,

avoid bottlenecks and streamline day-to-day operations.

A vision for adaptive warehouses

Dexory’s mission has always been to deliver a true

digital twin of the warehouse – a platform that not

only reflects operations in real time but actively

orchestrates and optimises them. Over the next year,

DexoryView will evolve into an essential tool for

warehouse intelligence, combining the vast proprietary

data Dexory collects with advanced AI to unlock

new functionality that enhances performance and

customer service while reducing operational costs.

The company’s autonomous robots are now being

equipped with enhanced perception capabilities to capture

an even broader range of warehouse data, seamlessly

navigating busy sites at all times. This information feeds

into Dexory’s AI pipeline to generate richer insights into

goods, racking, space and movement, helping to optimise

how resources are used across facilities.

By overlaying these insights onto their interactive

cloud platform, Dexory enables customers to

identify, test and implement opportunities that deliver

measurable revenue gains, not only within individual

warehouses but across their entire supply chain.

Delivering proven results

The value of Dexory’s technology is already clear.

By providing 360-degree visibility into warehouse

operations, DexoryView helps organisations enhance

inventory management, improve decision-making and

maintain accuracy at scale.

Customers such as DB Schenker have increased

inventory accuracy by 6% and maintain it daily, while ID

Logistics has reduced manual inventory investigations

by 41% in just two months, freeing teams to focus on

higher-value tasks.

“A commissioned Forrester Consulting Total Economic

Impact study found that DexoryView delivered a 219%

ROI over three years, a net present value of nearly

$3 million, and payback in under six months.

Customers also saw more than $4 million in quantified

benefits, including faster audits, fewer lost pallet

investigations, and inventory accuracy reaching 99.9%.

These results reinforce the scalability and proven

value of Dexory’s solutions,” added Oana.

Scaling for the future

Following rapid expansion over the past year, Dexory

is now focused on scaling globally and advancing

warehouse intelligence even further. The new funding

will strengthen its commercial teams, accelerate AI

development and support expansion across Europe,

North America and APAC.

As Dexory continues to push the boundaries of

automation and AI, its goal remains clear: to empower

warehouses to see, think and act in real time – building

smarter, more resilient supply chains for the future.

TCS&D Review – Top Exhibitors

Setting the pace for pharmaceutical & chilled logistics

Cold Chain Hub by TCS&D

2025 took place on the 9th-

10th September at the NEC,

Birmingham.

The annual Cold Chain Hub

by TCS&D gathered the

UK’s cold chain community

at the NEC, bridging food

logistics innovations and

pharmaceutical grade

temperature controlled

solutions. With more than 50

exhibitors and a clear focus

on tech, sustainability and

cross sector collaboration,

the event offered rich take

aways for healthcare logistics

professionals.

Supported by the Road Haulage Association, Cold

Chain Hub welcomed some of the industry’s leading

brands, showcasing a wide range of products

and services across the cold supply chain, with

sustainability taking centre stage.

The Hub proved to be a bustling arena for

companies working in temperature controlled

storage and logistics – and the implications

for healthcare and pharma supply chains were

unmistakable. Many of the technologies on display

for food transport and chilled distribution also had

direct relevance to medicine and vaccine handling.

Innovation was front and centre. Exhibitors

showcased electric refrigerated vehicles, advanced

refrigeration units using low GWP refrigerants, real

time temperature monitoring systems, portable cold

stores and materials handling equipment – all key

pieces for pharma applications where

uptime, traceability and compliance

matter.

One of our Top Exhibitors was Cold

Clad – building envelope systems and

fire-wall construction solution experts.

Cold Clad have an impressive portfolio

of projects, including some of the

largest projects being commissioned

today in IT, food production, retail,

pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.

From insulated cladding and roofing

to fire compartment walls, data store

chambers and boundary walls, and maintenance and

repairs of building structures and associated items,

they do it all.

Sustainability also dominated conversations with

battery electric transport refrigeration, solar power

integration and other low emission technologies

showing that the cold chain sector is taking the drive

to decarbonisation seriously. Meanwhile the show’s

free conference streams and co location with IMHX

gave attendees a chance to cross learn, make new

connections, and spot supplier innovations they

might otherwise miss.

This year’s Cold Chain Hub was, for the first time,

co-located with IMHX, the UK’s largest logistics

event, giving visitors even more reason to attend.

“When it comes to investing your time wisely,

visiting the NEC on 9th or 10th September was a

no-brainer,” said Martyn Cogan. “Having previously

worked with the IMHX team, I know that this

co-location provided an exciting and valuable

opportunity for visitors to both events.”

This year’s turnout – estimated at around 1,500 to

2,000 visitors – underscores the momentum in the

cold chain market. For healthcare logistics teams,

the show provided fresh insight into how to protect

temperature sensitive products such as biologics,

vaccines or chilled pharmaceuticals through smarter

infrastructure and smarter tech.

“It’s a very exciting time to be in the cold chain,” said

CoolKit’s Head of Technical Sales, Cameron Javed.

Held alongside Cold Chain Hub, the annual TCS&D

Awards – in its 12th year and with Sunswap as

headline sponsor – took place on the evening of

9th September at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole,

part of the NEC complex. “Celebrating innovation

and excellence in the cold supply chain, this blacktie

event always provides a great platform for

networking,” said Martyn Cogan.

If you’re responsible for specifying or managing

pharma cold chain infrastructure, this event should

be firmly on your radar.

leader in intralogistics and material handling solutions.

From its headquarters in North Rhine-Westphalia,

the company designs, manufactures, and supplies

integrated systems for conveying, loading, palletising,

packaging, sortation, distribution, and baggage

handling. Rather than delivering individual machines

in isolation, BEUMER takes a holistic approach,

providing complete turnkey systems that are tailored

At the heart of BEUMER Group’s philosophy is a

commitment to long-term partnerships and lifecycle

support. Beyond building state-of-the-art equipment,

the company offers project engineering, system

integration, commissioning, and 24/7 aftersales

services, ensuring customers can rely on its systems

for years to come.

With a dedicated customer support division, global

airport operations – BEUMER helps industries ranging

from airports and warehouses to mining and cement

achieve greater efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Through initiatives like its innovation incubator, Beam,

the company continues to shape the future of logistics

by supporting software-driven solutions that address

the evolving challenges of a connected world.

What sets BEUMER Group apart from its competitors

is its ability to deliver far more than just machinery.

Every solution is engineered to the customer’s

individual requirements, ensuring a tailored approach

rather than a one-size-fits-all system.

As a family-owned company, BEUMER operates

with a long-term philosophy – prioritising sustainable

partnerships and lifecycle support over short-term

profit. This commitment is reflected in its integrated

systems, which cover the entire spectrum of

intralogistics – from conveying and packaging to

sorting and distribution – all delivered under one

provider to eliminate coordination challenges.

With a strong global service network spanning more

than 70 countries, BEUMER ensures rapid response,

spare parts availability, and on-the-ground support

wherever its clients operate. Its systems are enhanced

by cutting-edge software integration, including digital

twins, routing and sorting intelligence, and real-time

supervision, providing efficiency, transparency,

and automation at every stage.

Just as importantly, BEUMER places a strong

emphasis on energy efficiency, sustainability, and

long-term reliability, designing solutions that are

safe, environmentally conscious, and built to last. Its

modular and scalable systems give customers the

flexibility to expand as their needs grow, while decades

of cross-industry expertise – from airports to mining,

logistics, cement, and beyond – allow them to bring

innovative engineering perspectives to every project.

Theresa MacDonald, Sales and Business

Development Manager explained two notable

products, “Firstly, our BG Pouch System: This is a

more modern pouch-based system for e-commerce

touches, handles items more leanly, and saves space

(ceiling mounted) while being scalable.”

“Secondly, our Software & digital twin/control

software: They promote their software suites, routing,

supervision, data visibility tools and digital twins as

part of the value offering.”

Since 2018, BEUMER has been actively engaged in

supporting Beam, its independent start-up company

incubator in Berlin. Each year, Beam aims to cofound

three software-focused start-ups that provide

solutions to critical logistics challenges. Seeking longterm

success over short-term profits is very much the

foundation of all activities at BEUMER Group. Hence,

why it applies this approach to all its relationships,

and it’s no different with Beam – BEUMER wants to

be a long-term partner, not a short-term accelerator

which means it supports Beam and its portfolio of

companies in bringing their products to its own core

markets to create tangible value for its customers.

BEUMER has a strong commitment to sustainable

development, labelling it as an ‘integral part of our

work.’ Boasting an ambition to be the partner of choice

for sustainable intralogistics solutions, BEUMER

understands the critical role played in society by the

industries that it serves, and is dedicated to delivering

innovative, high-quality products and services that

contribute to the sustainable transformation of its

partners’ operations.

What’s more, the BEUMER Group sustainability

strategy is fully integrated into its overarching

corporate strategy, creating co-authorship and coownership

within the business. Its approach addresses

all angles of sustainability including Environment –

Powering Green Business. Aiming for decarbonisation

along its entire value chain in line with a science-based

approach, BEUMER focuses on GHG emissions,

energy management, and the circular economy in all

its solutions.

Looking ahead, we asked Theresa what future plans

do BEUMER have, “We will continue to push the

boundaries of intralogistics through expansion in

software, digitalisation, analytics, and control systems,

enhancing operational visibility and efficiency for

our customers. The company is also scaling its BG

Pouch System to support returns and e-commerce

operations.”

“At the same time, BEUMER is strengthening its

global service network by expanding regional offices

and service centres, reducing response times and

ensuring faster, more reliable support. Throughout

this growth, the company remains committed to

sustainable practices, both in its own operations and

in helping customers achieve their environmental and

efficiency goals.”

Brysdales operates within the Verat Group,

alongside specialist brands including Brysdales

Intralogistics – the Group’s newly established

robotics and automation provider – and Railex, a

renowned manufacturer of British-made print and

office storage. We spoke to Jaap Vos, Managing

Director, who gave us a little more insight into the

company’s philosophy, “We see our role as helping

customers transition to smarter, safer, and more

efficient environments. Our focus is on optimising

space and performance, whether through traditional

racking and mezzanines or the integration of

intelligent, automated systems.”

“The company operates under its guiding tagline,

‘Smarter Storage,’ reflecting its commitment to

intelligent design, long-term reliability, and continuous

improvement. These values are underpinned by

the group’s five core principles – Vision, Excellence,

Respect, Agility, and Trust – which define both

internal culture and customer experience.”

The Group’s collaborative structure encourages

shared innovation and technical expertise, enabling

Brysdales to deliver fully integrated warehouse and

automation solutions that combine engineering

excellence with digital performance.

A major milestone in this journey is the Effi-Centre:

Brysdales’ flagship Customer Demonstration Suite

Verat Group CEO and Chair of the SEMA Approved

Members Group, Elizabeth Porter and her team are

passionate about promoting safety, standards, and

sustainability throughout the industry. She commented,

“Our customers are increasingly looking for partners

who understand both the physical and digital aspects

of storage. That’s where Brysdales stands apart –

we combine the craftsmanship of a long-established

British family-owned company with the innovation

of a forward-thinking automation specialist.”

Continually enhancing its services and capabilities,

Brysdales has also recently expanded its technical

design and project expertise at its Chorley head

office, strengthened its automation partnership

network, and sharpened its focus on sustainability

and circular design. These investments ensure every

solution delivers long-term performance, efficiency,

and environmental responsibility.

So what’s next for Brysdales? We asked Elizabeth

and Jaap to share their vision for the future – both

immediate and long-term, “With strong growth across

the Group and rising demand for automation-ready

warehouse solutions, we are preparing for an exciting

future. The company’s upcoming plans include

expanding its automation and robotics capabilities,

enhancing digital design tools, and strengthening

its training and compliance services for warehouse

the latest developments in smart storage, packaging

integration, and automated warehouse design.

It is clear to see that Brysdales embodies everything

a modern storage and intralogistics provider should

be: experienced yet innovative, customer-focused

yet future-driven. With an unwavering commitment to

engineering quality, safety, digital transformation, and

sustainable design, Brysdales is not only improving

warehouse environments – it is reshaping what is

possible within them. As the business continues

to expand its automation expertise and champion

industry standards, one thing is clear: Brysdales isn’t

just keeping pace with the future of warehousing - it

is helping to define it. However the company evolves,

one thing will never change: Brysdales’ unwavering

commitment to its customers.

In closing, Jaap added, “Innovation doesn’t mean

losing sight of our roots. We’re proud to be a British

Packaging

Smarter packaging

Smarter business

GREIF-VELOX is one of the world’s

oldest companies, with roots

going back 1,000 years. It began

in 1100, when monks established

the Greifenmühle (‘Griffin Mill’)

in Klützow, Pomerania (now

Poland), starting a long tradition

of expertise in bagging, filling, and

palletising. In 1938, Ernst Mahlkuch

– whose family had owned the

mill since 1734 – founded GREIF-

WERKE, continuing this legacy

with innovative bagging and filling

machines.

Today, as one of the most

enduring companies in the world,

GREIF-VELOX offers sustainable

and customised semi-automatic

and fully automatic solutions for

bagging systems, filling and palletising systems, and

load securing. What’s more, GREIF-VELOX has also

grown into a global leader in the vacuum filling of ultralight

powders such as carbon black, silica, pigments

and pesticides.

Complete full-line systems and service integration

We heard from CEO Sebastian Pohl on what the

company can do for its customers, “Customers

do not need standard solutions off the shelf, but

individual concepts and developments. As a rule, this

individuality not only increases production quality

and quantity, but also leads to strong competitive

advantages that quickly pay for themselves. On

request, GREIF-VELOX can supply complete full-line

systems including robot palletising and load securing

from a single source to further enhance these

advantages for the customer.”

Packaging as a Service (PaaS):

A new business model

To complement its offerings, the company recently

launched its ‘Packaging as a Service’ (PaaS) model

– an all-inclusive service package for industrial

powder bagging. Sebastian elaborates, “Packaging

GREIF-VELOX Managing

Director Sebastian Pohl

as a Service includes the machine,

financing, maintenance, and

optimised packaging materials at

a monthly rate – eliminating high

upfront investments.”

Instead of purchasing expensive

equipment, customers pay a

monthly fee covering machine use,

installation, maintenance, spare parts,

and even packaging materials. This

transforms capital expenditures into

operational ones, reducing financial

risk and maintenance surprises.

Remote support and automated

spare part replenishment ensure

high system availability.

Thanks to a close partnership

with dy-pack Verpackungen

Gustav Dyckerhoff GmbH, GREIF-VELOX supplies

SAFEDyVac bags precisely matched to its machines

– delivering maximum sealing performance, product

protection, and up to 40% less material usage. With

PaaS, GREIF-VELOX presents a sustainable and

future-proof response to industry demands.

Tailored solutions for industrial sectors

From its headquarters in Lübeck, Northern Germany,

and its subsidiary in Houston, Texas (Greif-Velox

America LLC), GREIF-VELOX serves a global market

with core competencies in industrial packaging for the

chemical, petrochemical, food, and building materials

sectors. Its high-performance machines handle both

powders and liquids with precision.

“Our solutions include fully automated filling,

sealing, and palletising systems – from stand-alone

machines to full-line systems. In addition, we offer

comprehensive services, from commissioning

and training to predictive maintenance and remote

support,” adds Sebastian.

Engineering precision and safety innovations

GREIF-VELOX is known for engineering precision,

advanced automation, and leading patented

technologies. Among its standout innovations is

the patented ValvoSeal Safe system. The ultrasonic

sealing mechanism uses dual welds to form a

structured double seam, making it on average up

to 60% more secure than conventional methods.

Designed for ultra-light, toxic, or hygroscopic

powders (e.g., carbon black, crop protection agents,

lithium hydroxide), this system ensures clean and

secure valve bag sealing, reducing product loss

and contamination.

bags during the packaging process and ValvoMat, a

fully automatic empty bag applicator.

Future outlook: Digitalisation and global expansion

GREIF-VELOX is continually expanding its digital

services and automation capabilities (via a new

partnership with ei³, a New York–based leader

in secure industrial IIoT and AI, enabling secure

connectivity, AI insights, and fleet-wide performance

KPIs such as OEE). It is currently developing AIbased

service tools and extending its PaaS offering.

Sustainability and digitalisation remain at the heart of

its innovation strategy.

Parallel to its technological advancements,

GREIF-VELOX is also expanding its international

partner network. With recent growth in North

America, Europe, GCC, and Asia, the company is

positioning itself for increased global presence.

Sebastian concludes, “We are passionate about

solving complex packaging challenges and welcome

any opportunity to collaborate on future-proof

solutions. From batch-size-one automation to

global service concepts – we’re ready.”

storage facility or any kind of plant operation

writes Chris Dobson.

With wind resistance available up to ‘wind

class 5,’ as defined by DIN EN 12424, in the

closed position this high-speed door is ready

for openings to a maximum 8 metres width or

height subject to 48 square metres.

The ability to withstand substantial wind

pressure means major entrances open/close

automatically so avoiding a less than optimal

working environment and the escape of heated

air important with winter on its way.

Speedor Storm helps industry specifically by;

ä Aiding productivity: Because entering and

leaving a building can be done more rapidly.

ä Helping to create a better working

environment through its high-speed

operation which means there are no

unnecessary open periods.

ä By saving on the substantial cost of heating.

Bradfields leads the way in futureproof

warehouse design, supporting

AMR and AGV Solutions

The next generation of

warehouse automation is

here. With AMRs and AGVs

transforming the way goods

move, Bradfields are helping

businesses build smarter,

future-ready facilities from

the ground up.

The Automation Evolution

Automation is no longer a distant ambition for UK

warehouses. AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots)

and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are rapidly

being integrated to optimise picking accuracy, improve

throughout, and maximise efficiency.

But automation is only as effective as the

environment it operates within. Many existing

warehouses face structural challenges: uneven

floors, tight aisles, and layouts that weren’t

designed with robotics in mind. Retrofitting these

environments can be costly and disruptive, leading

forward-thinking businesses to design storage

systems with automation built in from the start.

Bradfields, one of the UK’s leading experts in

mezzanine floors, storage systems, and interior

fit-outs, are helping businesses achieve exactly that:

infrastructure designed for the future.

Building for Robotics, Not Around It

AMRs and AGVs navigate with precision, relying

on consistent, level surfaces and carefully mapped

pathways. For these systems to perform at their

best, the warehouse must be engineered to match

their needs.

Bradfields’ AMR and AGV Mezzanine solutions

combine advanced structural design with a deep

understanding of logistics operations. Each project is

engineered to support robotic technology from day

one, ensuring seamless integration as automation

evolves.

Key considerations include:

Floor strength and flatness

Robots demand perfectly balanced floors. Bradfields’

precision-engineered mezzanines are designed

for high load capacities, ensuring optimal robotic

movement.

Optimised layouts

Bradfields’ design team uses CAD and 3D modelling

to evaluate AMR travel paths, identify turning zones,

and facilitate efficient robot navigation.

Scalability

As automation grows, Bradfields’ modular structures

can expand or adapt without major disruption.

Safety and compliance

Collaborative zones are safeguarded with rails,

barriers, and defined pedestrian routes to protect both

people and technology.

“Automation success doesn’t start with the robot; it

starts with the environment.”

From concept to completion

What sets Bradfields apart is their complete turnkey

delivery model. The company handles every stage

of the project, from concept to handover, within one

seamless process.

This integrated approach removes the complexity

of managing multiple contractors, ensuring projects

are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest

standard.

Bradfields’ full-service process includes:

Consultation and survey

Every project begins with understanding the client’s

operations, challenges, and automation goals.

Design and engineering

Using advanced 3D CAD and BIM tools, Bradfields’

engineers model layouts, perform load calculations,

and ensure systems are AMR and AGV compatible.

In-house fabrication

Steelwork is manufactured at Bradfields’ UK

production facility for complete control over precision

and quality.

Installation and compliance

All of Bradfields’ projects are delivered with full

adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CHAS,

and building regulations.

Future expansion

Bradfields’ systems allow easy future expansion as

automation and operational needs evolve.

This streamlined process means clients can focus on

their operations, confident that their infrastructure is

built to last.

Future ready by design

The warehouse of the future will be dynamic, datadriven,

and increasingly autonomous. Success will rely

not only on software or robotics, but on the strength

of the structures that house them.

Bradfields’ expertise in AMR- and AGV-ready

mezzanines and turnkey solutions gives businesses

a reliable foundation to build upon. By combining

design foresight, manufacturing precision, and

installation excellence, every project is engineered for

performance and adaptability.

Whether developing a new site or upgrading an existing

one, Bradfields help businesses make intelligent, futurefocused

investments. Their approach ensures that every

square metre of space works harder, smarter, and in

harmony with the technology driving modern logistics.

About Bradfields

Bradfield Storage Handling Ltd is a UK-based

specialist in mezzanine floors, storage systems, and

complete warehouse fit-outs. With in-house design,

manufacturing, and installation capabilities, Bradfields

delivers turnkey solutions that combine innovation,

quality, and safety. The company works with clients

IMHX Review – Top Exhibitors

Veltron Heaters: Industrial

heating, evolved

Solar2Polar Ltd stands as

one of Europe’s leading

suppliers of professional

heating solutions, setting

the benchmark for

innovation, performance,

and reliability. Driven

by a commitment to

operational excellence,

Solar2Polar delivers

high-efficiency products

that not only enhance

comfort and productivity

but also significantly

reduce heating costs for

businesses across a wide

range of industries.

When temperatures drop,

productivity doesn’t have to. In warehouses, logistics

hubs, workshops and construction sites, heat is

essential – not optional. The Veltron range of dieselpowered

infrared heaters, available in the UK through

Solar2Polar, has been engineered specifically with

industrial demands in mind. The result? A heating

solution that’s powerful, efficient, and built to thrive

where conventional systems fall short.

Instead of wasting energy by warming air that

quickly escapes through large open spaces,

Veltron heaters use advanced infrared technology

to deliver heat directly to people, equipment and

surfaces. What’s more, operators feel the warmth

faster, and energy is used more efficiently, which

is a crucial advantage in high-ceilinged or partially

ventilated environments.

The Veltron portfolio spans from the compact

DHOE-90 to the commanding DHOE-500F,

giving businesses the freedom to scale

heating to their exact needs.

Taking a closer look at the

Veltron DHOE-90, it is a robust,

professionally-designed dieselinfrared

heater tailored for smaller

industrial and commercial spaces.

Delivering 10.4kW (9,000kcal/h) of

heat, it comfortably serves areas from

around 36-53m² or up to 200-385m³

in volume. Weighing just 42kg and designed on

transport wheels, the DHOE-90 is both mobile and

practical for warehouses, workshops, outbuildings

or temporary installations. Its fuel tank holds 25L

and it runs efficiently at approximately 0.8-1L/hour,

making it cost-effective for regular use.

One of its significant advantages is its ultra-low

electrical consumption – just 50W at 230V/50Hz

– meaning you only need minimal power supply for

ignition and control, with the main heating derived

from diesel infrared technology.

The Veltron DHOE-500 however, is a highercapacity

industrial infrared heater built to serve

substantial spaces with performance and versatility.

With a heating output of 58.0kW (49,800kcal/h)

and fuel consumption between 4.0 and 4.4 litres per

hour, this model is designed to handle large volumes

- rated for areas of approximately 330–500m² (or

5,008–9,090m³ of air space).

From a usability standpoint, it includes

remote control capability and allows

temperature adjustment from 0°C to

40°C, giving operators control over

the thermal environment. Its mobility

(via integrated transport wheels and

manageable size for its class) ensures

it can be deployed in workshops,

large halls, warehouses or construction

settings where flexibility matters.

In short, whether

you have a small

workshop, a large

distribution centre, or

maybe a rotating site

layout, there’s a model

designed to handle

them all, effortlessly.

Furthermore, mobility is

built into every design

detail. Heavy-duty

wheels make relocation

simple, while generous

fuel tanks support long,

uninterrupted operating

periods. Low electrical

draw means these

heaters can perform

even where power infrastructure is limited, which is

a major strength on active construction projects or

temporary facilities.

Modern workplaces demand more than brute force

heating. That’s why many Veltron models include

smart controls like WiFi connectivity, remote

operation and intuitive touchscreens – giving users

precision control, even from a distance. Behind

the scenes, carefully engineered silencers keep

noise to a minimum, and integrated safety systems

offer the durability and peace of mind industrial

operators expect.

Trusted across manufacturing, storage, agriculture

and event environments, Veltron heaters help

maintain safe working conditions and operational

continuity – no matter the weather outside.

From protecting temperature-sensitive materials

to boosting workforce comfort, they deliver

consistent results that keep businesses moving.

Backed by Solar2Polar’s UK-based parts stock

and expert servicing, every Veltron heater comes

with long-term support built in, meaning it’s not just

a heating solution, but an operational asset.
