EVERY MOMENT IS PRECIOUS
To enjoy your treatment to the fullest we
recommend arriving on time at the spa
reception. We ask for understanding that
arriving late shortens treatment time.
YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US
We kindly ask you to inform us of any peculiarities
such as allergies, pregnancy, circulatory
complaints, etc. when making the appointment,
so we can optimally tailor your spa treatments
to you. In order to get the best effect of our
high-quality products, please take a shower
before the treatment.
CLOTHING
To make you as comfortable as possible, you
are welcome to wear a bathrobe. Please leave
jewellery and valuables in your room. If required,
we will be happy to provide you with disposable
briefs.
A PLACE OF REST AND RELAXATION
In order not to disturb the peace and quiet in
our spa area, we ask you to adapt the speaking
volume to the environment and to treat yourself
to a mobile-free time.
CANCELLATION
Up to 24 hours before the Spa treatment, you
can cancel free of charge. We ask for your
understanding that we charge 50% of the
booked Spa treatment, if you cancel at short
notice and in case of no-show we charge 100%
of the treatment costs.
