WE RIDE WHAT

WE BELIEVE IN

TSG was founded in 1988 when we couldn’t find protective

gear that lived up to the way we ride – so we built our own.

As a crew of skaters, BMXers, mountain bikers, snowboarders,

freeskiers, and all-around style-driven risk-takers, we were

after gear tough enough for heavy sessions and hard slams –

without ever compromising on looks.

We’ve always been hands-on – designing, riding, crashing,

tweaking, and testing until every product nails the perfect

balance of protection, comfort, and style. No gimmicks here.

Just gear that works and fits right.

Based in Zurich, TSG International AG develops, produces,

and distributes helmets, pads, eyewear, gloves, and apparel

for action and street sports worldwide. Everything we make

is rider-tested and lab-proven – crafted to keep you protected

without limiting your freedom to ride.

Lotus and Gravity become one unified Gravity line.

Colors and sizes from Lotus now live inside Gravity,

available from XXS to XXL. Same build, same design,

no gender split, just one strong family.

The Vertice Mips expands its size range with an

additional small shell. Riders in XXS/XS now get the

same trusted Vertice performance with full Mips

protection, identical to the former Cosma helmet fit.

More safety where it matters most, with sizes now

When you ride with a TSG helmet you’re protected against the

inevitable. Each and every model of TSG helmet is rigorously

tested in the lab and by our team riders in the field to provide

ultimate safety. The fit and wearing comfort of TSG helmets

is unsurpassed. The TSG helmet design is based on the TSG

Snug Fit: A design anatomically adapted to the head shape

that reduces pressure points and prevents the helmet from

For maximum safety our hardshell construction combines a

super strong injection molded outer shell and a shock

absorbing EPS inner shell.

TUNED FIT SYSTEM

Our Tuned Fit System allows a rider to dial in their fit using

different thickness comort pads on the interior of the helmet.

Helmets come with two sizes of comfort pads.

DIAL FIT SYSTEM

The height adjustable Dial-Fit System makes it easy to dial

in a custom fit in seconds. A dial at the base of the helmet

provides size adjustment and enhances stability.

AIR FLOW CHANNELS

Our innovative Air Flow vent system delivers optimal air

circulation and reduces uncomfortable heat build-up in the

helmet. The air channels have been designed to pull fresh

air over and around the head while forcing stale air out.

CLOSABLE VENTING

Control your helmet climate with the one-handed convenience

of adjustable venting. Open for maximum airflow,

closed for keeping warmth in.

IN-MOLD

SCREENED VENTS

The protective EPS is foamed directly into the shock resistant

polycarbonate shell, for a super light, yet extremely

stable helmet construction.

Mesh protected vents block insects and prevent snow

from falling into the vents and keep the head dry,

while ensuring ventilation.

FLEXTECH

Fits instantly to any head shape. FlexTech utilizes a series of

connected interior EPS foam segments, allowing the helmet

to flex and conform to your head. It fits like a comfortable cap

but still meets bike and skate safety standards.

COATED FRONT RIM

A protective layer of PC is bonded to the front foam for a

clean look and additional strength in the helmet’s bottom rim.

LOW FIT

A helmet can only protect what it covers. Our Low Fit design

sits low and fully protects the entire back and sides of your

head without impairing field of vision or restricting movement.

SNUG FIT

Developed to provide a secure fit and superior wearing

comfort without the need of a sizing band. A true anatomically

shaped design perfectly hugs the curve of a head’s

shape, making slippage and wobbling things of the past.

COMFORT PADDING

Premium heat-sealed and moisture wicking padding that

is pre-formed and quick-drying: Removable and washable.

MIPS

The MIPS low-friction layer moves slightly on impact, redirecting

rotational forces to reduce brain injury risk.

The Konik 2.0 helmet was made for slope racers and freeriders

who like to keep control. A clever, active ventilation

system ensures draught-free ventilation and gives complete

vent control in all conditions. This light in-mold helmet also

has a removable, wash able comfort liner. The Konik 2.0 is

sizes, the articulating outriggers evenly transfer pressure
