A. The <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> packaging <strong>refresh</strong> reflects the evolution of the Young Living brand, modernizing to attract<br />

new customers while staying true to the superfruit beverage Brand Partners know and love.<br />

Q. Have any of the <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> formulations changed with the <strong>refresh</strong>?<br />

A. No, all <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> line formulations remain the same. Only the packaging and brand expression<br />

have been updated.<br />

Q. Have the sizes changed with the <strong>refresh</strong>?<br />

A. No, all <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> products have the same sizes as the previous packaging.<br />

Q. Why was the <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> bottle changed?<br />

A. The new family-friendly bottle design was developed based on comprehensive Brand Partner research and<br />

feedback, with shipping and storage in mind.<br />

Q. When will the <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> <strong>refresh</strong> take place?<br />

A. You will see the <strong>refresh</strong>ed packaging phasing in across all markets in early 2026. It will begin rolling out as<br />

existing inventory is depleted. During the transition, Brand Partners may receive either the current or <strong>refresh</strong>ed<br />

packaging to avoid out-of-stock notices.<br />

Q. What SKUs are included in the <strong>NingXia</strong> line <strong>refresh</strong>?<br />

A. The <strong>refresh</strong> applies to individual products and applicable bundle offerings. Specific SKUs will transition as<br />

inventory turns.<br />

Q. Will the <strong>refresh</strong> impact kits that contain <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> products?<br />

A. Yes, we will update kits that include <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> products to reflect the <strong>refresh</strong>ed packaging as inventory is<br />

updated, with no change to the products inside.<br />

Q. What will happen to my monthly loyalty order if I have one of the <strong>refresh</strong>ed <strong>NingXia</strong> products included<br />

in my template?<br />

A. Once we transition to the new <strong>refresh</strong>, the <strong>NingXia</strong> products included in your monthly loyalty template will<br />

be automatically swapped to the new packaging.<br />

Q. Will the <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> product line <strong>refresh</strong> impact pricing?<br />

A. The Make a Shift Reset Kit will have updated pricing. Following an extensive pricing evaluation, the price will<br />

increase to $139.99 wholesale with 120 PV to ensure healthy business margins and long-term availability.<br />

Q. Can the <strong>refresh</strong>ed <strong>NingXia</strong> products be purchased on loyalty orders?<br />

A. Yes, <strong>refresh</strong>ed <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> products will be available through loyalty orders as they become available in<br />

inventory. This includes the <strong>NingXia</strong> <strong>Red</strong> ® Loyalty Bundle.<br />

Q. Is the new packaging sustainable or more environmentally friendly?<br />

A. Each <strong>NingXia</strong> product supports our Ningxia Wolfberry Partner Farm in China, which helps support local<br />

harvesters’ family income. Additionally, the glass bottle now has a removable shrink wrap that will allow for<br />

easier recycling.<br />

Q. Are there any shipping concerns with the new bottles?<br />

A. The updated bottle design was developed with shipping and storage in mind, helping improve durability and<br />

reduce the risk of damage during transit. This may vary depending on freezing temperatures.<br />
