Dear Friends,

Welcome and thank you for coming to “A Touch of the Tropics,” an annual auction and dinner

benefiting Boyer Children’s Clinic. We trust that the island music, food, and décor will help

transport us all to warmer climes for a few hours!

Tonight we have three silent auctions and a live auction that can help you get a good start on

your holiday shopping. The proceeds raised will be used to fund services at Boyer that are not

covered by other sources.

We have received a tremendous amount of support in planning tonight’s event. I would like to

thank our families, friends, Board of Directors, volunteers, the Helping Hands Guild, and the

wonderful Boyer staff for all the preparation they did - and a special thanks to Development

Committee chairperson Laurie Demeritt for her hard work over the past year. We are extremely

grateful for the generosity of all our donors.

We are also excited to see all of you here tonight. Your presence shows your support of the

services Boyer Children’s Clinic provides to children with neuromuscular disorders and developmental

delays in our community. We have been providing these crucial services for over

sixty years, and the steadfast support we receive from friends like you ensures that Boyer will

continue helping children far into the future.

On behalf of everyone at Boyer Children’s Clinic, thank you again. We hope you enjoy tonight’s

touch of the tropics.

Sincerely,

Judith A. Moore
