3. The <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> named and signed in this agreement acknowledges that it is GST Registered at the time of entering into this agreement and will notify Young Living it ceases to be registered; and<br />
4. Young Living Essential Oils (Australasia) Pty Ltd acknowledges that it is GST Registered at the time it enters into the agreement and it will notify<br />
the <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> it ceases to be registered.<br />

BRAND PARTNER AGREEMENT<br />
1. Applicant hereby applies to be a <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> in the Young Living Essential Oils<br />
(Australasia) Pty Ltd ABN 94 085 543 979 {also encompassing Young Living, YL and<br />
YLEO} Network Marketing Program. If this application is approved by YLEO, the<br />
Applicant agrees to the terms of the Agreement and to be an independent <strong>Brand</strong><br />
<strong>Partner</strong> for YLEO. Applicant confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and can be<br />
bound by the terms of this Agreement, Compensation Plan, Privacy Policy and Policies<br />
and Procedures. The Agreement, Compensation Plan, Privacy Policy and Policies and<br />
Procedures may be modified from time to time by YLEO and Applicant agrees to be<br />
bound by such changes so long as Applicant remains a <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> or accepts<br />
commissions, products or payments of any kind from YLEO. Applicant further confirms<br />
that they are not currently a YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> nor have they been a YLEO <strong>Brand</strong><br />
<strong>Partner</strong> during the six months preceding the date of this application.<br />
2. YLEO may approve or reject this application at its sole discretion and for any reason in<br />
accordance with YLEO Policies and Procedures in effect now or in the future. Approval of<br />
this application by YLEO is YLEO’s authorisation for Applicant to be a <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> and<br />
sell YLEO Products. The authorisation to be a <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> and to sell YLEO Products<br />
will continue for an indefinite period unless:<br />
(a) Applicant’s account becomes terminated. Refer to the current Policies for information<br />
about maintaining active account status.<br />
A new Application & Agreement is required to reactivate as a <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>;<br />
(b) YLEO cancels the agreement because of a violation of terms of the Agreement,<br />
Compensation Plan, Privacy Policy or Policies and Procedures; or<br />
(c) Applicant cancels agreement by written notification to YLEO. If Applicant’s<br />
cancellation is received by the Australian office within 30 days of the date it is signed,<br />
on request YLEO will refund all monies paid for fees or materials, less postage costs,<br />
provided items are returned in good condition within the same 30 days.<br />
3. This Agreement does not establish an agency, joint venture nor employer/employee<br />
relationship. Applicant and YLEO agree that this Agreement does not create a fiduciary<br />
relationship between them. Applicant acknowledges that they are an independent<br />
<strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> and is not a spokesperson, legal representative nor employee of<br />
YLEO or any <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> of the YLEO Network Marketing Program. Applicant<br />
acknowledges that they cannot obligate or otherwise bind YLEO to any agreement or<br />
duty. Applicant agrees to assume the responsibility for all taxes coming due or arising<br />
from their activities as a YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>. In addition, Applicant agrees to abide<br />
by all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale and distribution of YLEO Products,<br />
including the filing of any documents or forms. Applicant indemnifies and agrees to<br />
hold harmless YLEO, its officers, directors, employees and agents against any liability,<br />
claims, obligations, expenses (including legal fees) or other damages arising out of<br />
any representations made by him/her (or Applicant’s agents, employees, lawyers) in<br />
connection with YLEO Products and not in accordance with this Agreement and YLEO<br />
Policies and Procedures.<br />
4. YLEO authorises Applicant to enrol other Network Marketing Program <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s<br />
(YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s) in accordance with YLEO Policies and Procedures. Applicant<br />
agrees to train and supervise any YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> that Applicant enrols.<br />
5. Applicant agrees not to make ANY claims regarding amount of potential earnings.<br />
Applicant agrees not to make ANY claims that state or imply that earnings can be based<br />
on the sole activity of sponsoring other YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s. Applicant further agrees<br />
not to make ANY claim that states or implies that YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s have exclusive<br />
territories.<br />
6. PRIVACY: As a Young Living <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>, your Support Team <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s are<br />
available to assist you with ordering, product knowledge and business/marketing<br />
support. Only your Support Teams may obtain your contact information, and solely in<br />
the interests and goodwill of providing support to you related to Young Living matters.<br />
Young Living respects the privacy of its <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s at all times. We may disclose<br />
your personal information to related companies and third party service providers. Please<br />
see the AU Privacy Policy for full details.<br />
7. This Agreement cannot be sold nor assigned without the written approval of YLEO. All<br />
successors in interest or assigns must comply with all terms of this Agreement.<br />
8. As a Young Living <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong> I agree to abide by the DSA Code of Practice found at<br />
DSA Code of Practice on the DSA website.<br />

9. All YLEO Products purchased by Applicant are subject to warranties and disclaimers to<br />
these products at the time of purchase. Applicant acknowledges that YLEO Products<br />
may not be marketed unless they agree to (a) NOT make diagnoses of medical<br />
conditions; (b) NOT make claims that YLEO Products will prevent, treat, cure or mitigate<br />
any disease or disease condition in humans or animals; (c) NOT use pictures, graphic<br />
displays or other written materials or make any claims about YLEO Products not<br />
contained in official Australian YLEO sales and promotional literature; (d) NOT make any<br />
claims about YLEO Products that can be construed as a non-permitted drug or health<br />
claim.<br />
10 . Applicant will qualify for commissions provided that Applicant has no more than 30%<br />
of previously ordered product on hand before re-ordering and fulfils the requirements<br />
of the Compensation Plan. Applicant must also pay for the products or services they<br />
order prior to the invoice due date. If Applicant fails to pay for the products or services<br />
on or before the due date, Applicant authorises YLEO to withhold the proportionate<br />
amounts from the Applicant’s Commission and Bonus payments, or charge the amount<br />
to credit card accounts against which Applicant has authorised YLEO to make charges<br />
or deductions. If payments remain outstanding, Applicant acknowledges and agrees<br />
that YLEO at its sole discretion may withhold future commissions, bonuses, place<br />
Applicant’s account on inactive status, and/or cancel Applicant’s Agreement. Any losses<br />
of commissions or bonuses due to delays in payment, agreements, orders or other<br />
necessary documents or information remain the sole responsibility of the Applicant.<br />
11. Applicant acknowledges that YLEO Product names as well as the YLEO corporate name<br />
and logo are the exclusive property of YLEO, Inc. Applicant agrees not to use the YLEO<br />
Product names, corporate name or logo without written authorisation from YLEO.<br />
Applicant further acknowledges that the YLEO Team (Downline) Genealogy Reports,<br />
Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan are YLEO proprietary property and<br />
contain confidential business information. Applicant agrees not to use the information<br />
contained in those Reports except to develop their YLEO business and not to compete<br />
with YLEO. Applicant agrees not to disclose the information contained in those Reports<br />
to third parties or to recruit, solicit or otherwise engage other YLEO <strong>Brand</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s to<br />
participate in other business ventures.<br />
12. Applicant acknowledges that YLEO is not liable for any damages nor losses caused by<br />
the delay or inability to manufacture, sell or deliver its products due to labour strikes,<br />
accidents, fire, flood, acts of civil authority, acts of God, or from any other causes that<br />
are beyond the control of YLEO.<br />
13. This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the<br />
State of New South Wales applicable to contracts to be performed therein. In the event<br />
any court of competent jurisdiction shall declare any portion of this Agreement to be<br />
invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be invalidated thereby, but shall<br />
remain in full force and effect.<br />
14. This Agreement constitutes the complete and final agreement between YLEO and<br />
Applicant as to the matters set forth herein, and no party shall be bound by any term,<br />
condition or representation, oral or written, not set forth herein except to the extent<br />
incorporated in this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified only by an instrument<br />
in writing signed by all the parties.<br />
15. The waiver by Applicant of YLEO of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall<br />
not be considered to be a continuing waiver and shall not operate or be construed as a<br />
waiver of any subsequent breach by either party. Waiver of any term of the Policies and<br />
Procedures must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of YLEO.<br />
16. 10 Business Day Cooling Off Period: Young Living Essential Oils (Australasia) Pty Ltd<br />
stands behind its products and Business Plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase<br />
for any reason, return the product to your point of sale within 10 business days of<br />
purchase to exchange for an equivalent price product, or for a full refund of your<br />
purchase price. This Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to the Young Living 30 days<br />
return policy allowing customers to return unused product for a full refund of purchase<br />
price less shipping charges.<br />

This <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> Subscription Agreement is between you, the undersigned Applicant, and<br />
Young Living Essential Oils, Australasia Pty Ltd (“Young Living”). By signing this agreement,<br />
you agree to the following:<br />
1. SUBSCRIPTION<br />
You can subscribe to the <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> Subscription (i) by opting into the program and<br />
agreeing to this agreement online at YoungLiving.com.au or YoungLiving.co.nz or (ii) by posting<br />
or emailing to Member Services (using the contact information listed below), your application<br />
information and a signed version of this agreement to Member Services for processing.<br />

2. MONTHLY ORDERING<br />
You agree to place an order having a PV (Personal Volume) amount of at least 50 PV in<br />
Young Living products each month. Each order must designate delivery either to you or to<br />
a Young Living Product Pick-Up location for pickup. The products you select in a monthly<br />
<strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> subscription order will continue to be sent to you at the address listed every<br />
subsequent month unless and until you make changes to your product selection via the Young<br />
Living Virtual Office at YoungLiving.com/VO or by calling Member Services. Each monthly<br />
subscription order will be processed on the day of the month you specify, specifically a day<br />
between the 1st and 28th day of the month. You may change the processing date in Virtual<br />
Office or by calling Member Services. Any changes to your order must be made at least 4 days<br />
prior to the selected processing date.<br />
3. LOYALTY REWARDS POINTS<br />
Each month in which you purchase at least 50 PV of product via the <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong><br />
subscription program, you will receive <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> points (herein “Points”). Points are<br />
awarded based on the amount of PV of your <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> subscription program and<br />
the number of months that you have consecutively subscribed to the <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong><br />
Subscription, based on the following schedule:<br />
• During the first 3 consecutive months of participation: 10% of <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> order’s PV<br />
• Between the 4th and 24th consecutive months of participation: 20% of <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong><br />
order’s PV<br />
• After 24 consecutive months: 25% of <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> order’s PV<br />
Young Living, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the point calculation schedule<br />
without notice and for any reason. A current version of the point calculation schedule is posted<br />
in Virtual Office.<br />
4. REDEEMING POINTS<br />
Points are redeemable after two consecutive months of subscription. Points are redeemable<br />
for all products and items* in the Product Guide. While there is no limit to the number of points<br />
that can be accumulated, a maximum of 400 points may be redeemed in a single month. To<br />
redeem an item requiring more than 400 PV, please contact Member Services for assistance.<br />
Products purchased with <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> points are not eligible for personal or organisational<br />
volume. Points can be redeemed by contacting Member Services or online in Virtual Office.<br />
Products purchased with <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> points are not eligible for return or refund. Unused<br />
points expire 12 months from the month they were earned. Shipping fees apply to orders<br />
redeeming <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> points.<br />
*Excludes Starter Bundles, charity oils, items with 0PV such as accessories and tools, and shipping<br />
charges.<br />
5. LOYALTY GIFTS<br />
<strong>Order</strong>ing 100 PV for consecutive months earns loyalty gifts at the following anniversary dates:<br />
3 consecutive months, 6 consecutive months, 9 consecutive months, 12 consecutive months,<br />
and annually for every 12 consecutive months after the initial 12 months. Young Living reserves<br />
the right to modify the gifts, anniversary dates, and/or the giving of loyalty gifts at its sole<br />
discretion and without any prior notice.<br />
6. AUTOMATIC PAYMENT<br />
You authorise Young Living to debit your selected payment method to cover your <strong>Loyalty</strong><br />
<strong>Rewards</strong> subscription order, including the ordered products, shipping and handling and GST.<br />
7. PAYMENT METHOD<br />
You agree to provide and maintain a valid method of payment on your member account. Valid<br />
payment methods include a Visa or MasterCard (along with the card’s expiration date) and<br />
PayPal.<br />
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<br />
Specific products you have chosen to purchase through the <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> subscription<br />
may become unavailable at the time your order processes. In such situations, Young Living will<br />
continue to send the remaining items. It is your responsibility to verify that the products in your<br />
order are available when shipped by checking the out of stock list in Virtual Office or calling<br />
Member Services. You are responsible for maintaining your qualifying PV.<br />
9. PRODUCT PRICING<br />
The price of the specific products you have chosen may change due to reformulations,<br />
improvements or other reasons. When such price changes occur, Young Living will notify you<br />

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS<br />
Products you return because of your failure to update your <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> subscription<br />
order will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Cancellation or return of any <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong><br />
subscription order forfeits all unused <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> points and resets your monthly<br />
participation in the program to zero.<br />
11. CANCELLATION<br />
To voluntarily cancel your <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> subscription, simply login to your Virtual<br />
Office and click ‘Monthly ER <strong>Order</strong>’, then click on ‘Change Processing Date’ > ‘Cancel ER<br />
Subscription’, or contact Member Services at the contact information listed above. If you<br />
do not cancel yourself or notify Member Services of your request to cancel, your <strong>Loyalty</strong><br />
<strong>Rewards</strong> subscription order will continue to be shipped and your payment method charged.<br />
Removing your payment method or all items on the order does not cancel your subscription<br />
to the <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> program. Your subscription to the <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> program will be<br />
involuntarily cancelled without notice if (i) the credit card to which product purchases have<br />
been charged expires, is declined, is cancelled, or is otherwise terminated or (ii) PayPal<br />
declines or (iii) after 3 or more consecutive months of skipped or cancelled orders. Cancellation<br />
for any reason forfeits all unused <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> points and resets your monthly<br />
participation in the program to zero.<br />
12. MISCELLANEOUS<br />
The <strong>Loyalty</strong> <strong>Rewards</strong> Subscription Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you<br />
and Young Living and supersedes all prior agreements. No other promises, representations,<br />
guarantees, or agreements of any kind will be valid unless in writing and signed by both<br />
parties. In the event that any court of competent jurisdiction will declare any portion of the<br />
agreement to be invalid, the remainder of the agreement will not be invalidated thereby but<br />
will remain in full force and effect.<br />
13. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE<br />
10 Business Day Cooling Off Period: Young Living stands behind its products and Business<br />
Plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the product to your<br />
point of sale within 10 business days of purchase to exchange for an equivalent price product,<br />
or for a full refund of your purchase price. This Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to the<br />
Young Living 30 days warranty allowing customers to return unused product for a full refund<br />
of purchase price, less shipping charges.<br />
