Provided the bicycle has been properly cared for, maintained and used and<br />
has not been fitted with parts other than a <strong>Python</strong> approved spare part.<br />
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, alteration, accident,<br />
misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, racing, stunt riding or<br />
commercial use (e.g. Hiring).<br />
All original parts including suspension forks and rear shocks are guaranteed for a<br />
period of one year or as specified by the component manufacturer. All suspension<br />
parts used in your <strong>Python</strong> bicycle are guaranteed by the specialist manufactures.<br />
Detail of the UK and EIRE distributor can be obtained from your <strong>Python</strong> dealer.<br />
Regular service is recommended to ensure roadworthiness and to prolong the life<br />
of your <strong>Python</strong> bicycle.<br />
<strong>Python</strong> bicycles are guaranteed for normal off road use. Activities such as<br />
“Wheelies”, stunt riding or jumping constitutes misuse and will invalidate<br />
this guarantee.<br />
Under these terms, <strong>Python</strong> will bear the cost of replacement parts. Additionally labour<br />
charges incurred within one year of the date of the original sale will also be borne by<br />
<strong>Python</strong>, provided proof of purchase is available and the claim has been processed by<br />
an approved <strong>Python</strong> dealer. PROOF OF PURCHASE IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY.<br />
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of a guarantee claim,<br />
consult the original selling dealer or your local <strong>Python</strong> agent.Taking the complete bicycle<br />
