DIVISION OF CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES (DCFS) - Provides a comprehensive assessment <strong>of</strong><br />
mental health services to children, adolescents and their families in Clark and Washoe<br />
Counties as well as wraparound case management to children in foster care across the state.<br />
Behavioral health services in the two major urban areas are provided through:<br />
Northern Nevada Child and Adolescent Services (NNCAS)<br />
Southern Nevada Child and Adolescent Services (SNCAS)<br />
Behavioral health services in the rural region are provided through Rural Mental Health<br />
Clinics <strong>of</strong> the Division <strong>of</strong> Mental Health and Developmental Services.<br />

HELP OF SOUTHERN NEVADA - Variety <strong>of</strong> resources for families in need, work programs, food<br />
vouchers, housing referrals, financial assistance for power bills, assistance with<br />

HELPING HANDS OF VEGAS VALLEY – Programs for Caregivers & Seniors<br />
Senior Taxi Coupon Program – Allows seniors age 60 and over also those permanently<br />
disabled who are residents <strong>of</strong> Nevada to purchase up to 4 coupon books per month for<br />
$10.00 with a value <strong>of</strong> $20.00.<br />
Volunteer Care Program – This program provides free transportation for seniors age 60<br />
and over for medical appointments, grocery shopping and running errands, keeping the<br />
seniors independent with dignity.<br />
