General Terms and Conditions:
1. We charge for delivery to the halls a one-time fee of € 12.00 per day.
2. All prices in addition of glasses, dishes and legal VAT.
3. These prices are not valid at restaurants or for banquets!
4. Deliveries are made in only the defined unit numbers.
5. Unopened beverage units (not meals) can be returned and credited to the account.
6. Re-orders are taken throughout the day. Orders for the following day are taken until 5:00 pm.
7. If invoice address is different, please notify us separately.
8. We will charge a € 5.00 fee for invoices that must be re-issued because of missing information
9. The goods we deliver are manufactured and stored in accordance with the HACCP guidelines. Upon transfer of the goods the
responsibility is transferred to the ordering party.
10. You will need approval if contracting another catering company. A penalty fee of 20% is charged, please refer to section 6 of our
general terms and conditions
11. Leased equipment such as glasses, dishes and equipment remain the property of Rhein-Main Hallen. Broken or missing dishes
are billed separately.
