Goggle retainer 

The Davida Jet integrates the finest features of the 

traditional open face helmet into a modern safety product 

that meets the latest European Safety Standards ECE R22-05. 

We have developed a unique design process to produce a 

superior fitting helmet. The use of extensive human head 

data has enabled us to produce helmets that are 

proportional to head size. The Jet comes in three shell sizes 

and six helmet sizes. Fibreglass composite shell, leather 

lined interior. Studs for visors and peaks state when 

ordering if required. 

The unique shape of the Jet’s fibreglass shell and liner 

follows the contours of the head; narrower at jaw than at 

the crown, creating a snug fit that ensures the Davida Jet is 

stable as a rock. As well as completely eliminating ‘lift’ this 

ergonomic design hugs the head reassuringly and makes 

for a pleasantly quiet ride. Aviator Retro Pilot T1, T2 and T3 

have been specially designed to give an excellent fit with 

the Davida Jet Helmet.

The Davida Classic 


The Davida Speedster is evocative of the helmets from the 

early 70s. It is still made to the same precise and exacting 

manufacturing standards as it has always been, although 

unable to be approved for road use due to recent regulatory 

changes. The helmet, made with a composite fibreglass 

shell and a polystyrene shock absorption liner, is leather 

lined and comes in three sizes. Studs for visors and peaks; 

state when ordering if required. 

The Davida Speedster does not conform to any current 

helmet safety standard 

The Davida Classic retains all the original design features 

of the 1950s low dome helmet. Manufactured using 

traditional materials and techniques, the Davida Classic is a 

hand built product of exceptional quality. Neat and compact 

in design, it is an authentic example of one of the first 

helmets manufactured. Fibreglass shell, leather interior, 

side flaps and neck curtain. 

The Davida Classic does not conform to any current 

helmet safety standard.

The Davida WRS Mk1 Riding Glasses Kit combines 

the best features of aerodynamic styled-sunglasses 

with motorcycle riding glasses. The WRS Mk1 Kit 

contains both an elasticated headband for riding 

glasses use as well as arms to convert the frames 

into sunglasses. A full range of spare parts is 

available to cover all eventualities. Made from 

lightweight and flexible TR90, WRS Mk1’s are not 

easily broken. TR90 is a stronger and more flexible 

material than polycarbonate, allowing them to 

mould into a comfortable and aerodynamic shape, 

giving an exceptionally close and wind resistant fit 

without creating uncomfortable pressure points 

across the nose-bridge or temples.

The Davida WRS Mk1 Riding Glasses Kit 

combines the best features of aerodynamic styledsunglasses 

with motorcycle riding glasses. The WRS 

Mk1 Kit contains both an elasticated headband for 

riding glasses use as well as arms to convert the 

frames into sunglasses. A full range of spare parts 

is available to cover all eventualities. Made from 

lightweight and flexible TR90, WRS Mk1’s are not 

easily broken. 

TR90 is a stronger and more flexible material 

than polycarbonate, allowing them to mould into 

a comfortable and aerodynamic shape, giving an 

exceptionally close and wind resistant fit without 

creating uncomfortable pressure points across the 

nose-bridge or temples. 

Optical The Davida WRS can be converted into 

spectacles with prescription lenses or enhanced with

materials and styles. Aviator goggles are available in a wide 

range of styles to suit your personal preference and are 

an ideal compliment to the Davida range of helmets. 

Worn together, the two products create a variety of effective 

and distinctive combinations. 

Aviator Retro Standard provides an ideal complement to the Davida Classic, featuring a highly 

versatile adjustable nose bridge (except Cuir Mask). The unique design ensures a comfortable, 

individual fit with an effective airtight seal. The sliding mechanism widens the nose bridge 

by an extra 1-10mm allowing frames to sit neatly around the eye sockets. A pivoting joint 

between the nose bridge and the frame allows the goggle to follow the curvature of the face.

1960’s for the motorcyclist as an alternative to the very popular Octopus goggle used extensively by racers during the 1950’s and 60’s.

Manufactured in the UK and based on the original RAF flying goggle of the 1940’s, the Halcyon Goggle is a popular choice for use with all styles 

of open face helmets. Halcyon frames are made from brass. They are either chrome plated or painted in a variety of finishes and hand stitched 

to a one piece padded leather or PVC Face Mask. (except Mk6 which does not have a nose section). Most prescription lenses can be be 

accommodated within the Halcyon lens frame.
