Register securely online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at northampton.edu/lifelearn
If you don’t have access to a computer, you may register by telephone and charge it to your MasterCard, Visa, AmEx or
Discover credit card. Dial toll-free 1-877-543-0998, between 8 AM & 7 PM, Mon–Thurs; between 8 AM & 4:30 PM, Friday.
You should have at hand your credit card and all the information requested on the mail-in registration form. The college is
closed Fridays from mid-May to mid-August.
In-person registration is available during normal office hours in the Records Office at the Main Campus, Bethlehem.
Mail-in registration, complete the form on page 4 and mail along with your check payment, to the Records Office.
We encourage early registration: classes with inadequate enrollment may be cancelled eight days prior to the start date. If you
have questions regarding web registration, call toll-free 1-877-543-0998.

Students who wish to withdraw
must formally request withdrawal
with the College and will be eligible
for a refund as follows:
100% Refund – Withdraw 5
business days prior to the first
day of class
50% Refund – Withdraw 3-4
business days prior to the first
day of class
0% Refund – Withdraw less
than 3 business days prior to
the first day of class
In addition, special refund policies
may apply if noted with
the course description.
Formal withdrawal may be
made by e-mailing lifelearnsupport@northampton.edu
or
by calling toll free 1-877-543-
0998.
Refund Example: If a class
starts on a Monday, NCC will
issue a 100% refund for anyone
who withdraws the Monday
before or earlier. Students
who withdraw on Tuesday
or Wednesday will receive a
50% refund. No refund will be
provided to anyone who withdraws
Thursday or Friday.

Northampton Community College
reserves the right to make changes
in the staff, fees, rooms, courses
of instruction, and regulations
without prior notice.
COURSe CanCellaTIOn
Northampton Community College
reserves the right to cancel
courses when there is insufficient
enrollment. If you register for a
course which is later cancelled, we
will notify you of the cancellation.
Enrollees with a cancelled course
may select an alternate offering,
request a credit voucher for future
use, or receive a full refund.
