IDP TRAINING UNITS<br />

Earn IDP training units at Build Boston<br />

workshops that provide AIA Learning<br />

Units. Each hour of Build Boston<br />

continuing-education credit earns one<br />

AIA Learning Unit Hour <strong>and</strong> each AIA<br />

Learning Unit Hour earns 0.25 IDP<br />

<strong>Training</strong> Units. When submitting your<br />

IDP training report, you must include<br />

an AIA transcript documenting<br />

completion of AIA Learning Units. If<br />

you are not an AIA member, the AIA<br />

will provide you with a member-type<br />

number that allows you to record<br />

AIA-approved continuing education<br />

sessions including sessions at Build<br />

Boston. To receive your member-type<br />

number, send an email to IDP@aia.org<br />

with your name, address, email,<br />

phone number, highest degree (BA,<br />

BS, BARCH, MARCH, DARCH, other),<br />

school, graduation date <strong>and</strong> NCARB<br />

customer ID number. Don’t forget to<br />

include your AIA number or membertype<br />
